Quantum computing and machine learning convergence enable powerful new approaches for optimizing mobile edge computing (MEC) networks. This paper uses Lyapunov optimization theory to propose a novel quantum machine learning framework for stabilizing computation offloading in next-generation MEC systems. Our approach leverages hybrid quantum-classical neural networks to learn optimal offloading policies that maximize network performance while ensuring the stability of data queues, even under dynamic and unpredictable network conditions. Rigorous mathematical analysis proves that our quantum machine learning controller achieves close-to-optimal performance while bounding queue backlogs. Extensive simulations demonstrate that the proposed framework significantly outperforms conventional offloading approaches, improving network throughput by up to 30% and reducing power consumption by over 20%. These results highlight the immense potential of quantum machine learning to revolutionize next-generation MEC networks and support emerging applications at the intelligent network edge. The Nutrient-upgraded Rodent Food Bar (NuRFB) is the standard diet for mice in NASA's Rodent Research Project aboard the International Space Station (ISS). Given the nature of spaceflight and the lengthy production process of the food bars, a shelf-life assessment was conducted to evaluate nutritional stability over time (ranging from 0 to 27 months) and under different storage conditions (refrigerated, ambient, and refrigerated + ambient), where ambient is 22–23 °C. Lipid oxidation markers and fat- and water-soluble vitamins were assessed under various time and temperature conditions using AOAC International methods. Vitamin D levels showed a minor decrease, and riboflavin fluctuated slightly over time, but all vitamin levels remained above National Research Council (NRC) minimum requirements. Food bars stored at 4 °C showed significantly higher thiamine levels than the bars that underwent some degree of ambient temperature storage, but all met the NRC guidelines. Minimal lipid oxidation was observed for up to 18 months, and no mold or yeast growth occurred despite the high moisture content of the bars. ABSTRACT Acrylamide (AA) and 5‐hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) are the byproducts of the Maillard reaction that pose health risks due to their high exposure to the Western diet. Current study examines the impact of yeast fermentation on AA, HMF formation, and chemical composition of French fries. Fermentation, known for enriching food with beneficial probiotics, vitamins, and minerals, is coupled with blanching, a technique used to inactivate enzymes and reduce microbial load, thus preserving color and extending shelf life. Fermentation reduced HMF and AA levels in French fries by approximately 86.5% and 54.78%, respectively. Furthermore, combining fermentation with blanching treatment further decreased HMF and AA levels by 88.62% and 59.81%, respectively. This research suggests that yeast fermentation, particularly when combined with blanching treatment, can effectively mitigate the formation of AA and HMF in French fries, thereby potentially reducing their health risks. Introduction: Preterm labour and delivery have a major contribution to perinatal mortality and morbidity. Tocolytic therapy reduces neonatal mortality and morbidity by prolonging gestation, allowing for corticosteroid administration and inutero transfer to a tertiary care centre. There is a need to find out better tocolytic agent that is most effective and with the least side-effects. Aim: To compare oral Nifedipine and transdermal Nitroglycerine patch to achieve tocolysis in preterm labour. Materials and Methods: A prospective interventional study was conducted in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, Saifai, Etawah, from January 2020 to June 2021. A total of 100 women presenting with signs and symptoms of preterm labour with live singleton pregnancy and intact membranes were included. All the women were divided into Group-A (n=50) and Group-B (n=50). Group-A received oral Nifedipine 20 mg of oral initially and 10 mg Nifedipine repeated after 30 minutes if the contractions persisted. Oral Nifedipine 10 mg was repeated every six hours till contractions subsided, and a transdermal Nitroglycerin patch (25 mg) was directly applied to the skin of the abdomen in Group-B. Demographic profile, the number of patients in which tocolysis was successful, improvement in Bishop score, prolongation in gestational age, maternal sideeffects, and foetal outcomes in the form of birth weight, APGAR score, and NICU admission were recorded in both the groups on Excel sheet. Chi-square test and t-test were used to test the significance of the difference between categorical and continuous variables respectively. A p-value less than 0.05 were taken as significant. Results: In Group-A 94% (47 out of 50) achieved tocolysis while in Group-B 86% (43 out of 50) achieved tocolysis (p value-0.182). The mean prolongation of pregnancy was 17.70±13.04 and 13.14±11.03 in Groups A and B, respectively. The maternal complication was significantly higher in Group-B as compared to Group-A (22% Vs 6%, p-value-0.0097). In Group-A mean birth weight was 2.422 kg ±0.34 whereas in Group-B mean birth weight was 2.204±0.38 Kg (p-value-0.0032). The use of technology has a significant impact on changing a variety of industries, including agriculture. Although there are a number of technologies designed and developed by many Scientists most of these are either not adopted or partially adopted by farm women. The popularity of technologies among agricultural women is extremely uncommon. There are so many constraints in its use due to socio-economic conditions, situational or technological problems, they tend to reject the technology, discontinue its use or partially adopt it. Hence, the study was conducted to find out the various Problems faced by rural women in the adoption of improved technologies. The study was conducted on 200 respondents (25 from each selected village) of eight villages from two agro-climatic zones of Haryana. The data was collected through personal and face to face interview method. The major problems expressed by the majority of the respondents were technologies is expensive low level of education about technology, practical and compatible technology is not available at local level, complexity in use etc. for its adoption. In developing nations, gender norms dictate that women are expected to be largely responsible for domestic work. Women are still predominantly responsible for domestic and care work, despite rising female involvement rates in the workforce and significant contributions from women to economic growth and gross domestic product (GDP) globally. Poor mental health among women in low- and middle-income nations may be influenced by high work demands, particularly in rural areas where women are more likely to engage in labour-intensive unpaid employment. Women shoulder excessive burden of unpaid work with more traditional gender role attitudes. Rural women often encounter conflicting demands from their agricultural work and household work such as long and irregular working hours, physically demanding tasks, and unpredictable seasonal demands. It was observed that agricultural work was manually doing most of the agricultural operations. The role demands of farm women put them under heavy pressure requiring work-family balance. The current study was designed to study work demands of farm women, nature of work and type of work regarding household work, farm work and livestock work in Haryana, through agro climatic zones. To draw a representative sample, eight villages from four districts (Two districts from each agro climatic zone) were taken randomly. From each village data was collected from 25 respondents. Therefore, the study concluded that half of the respondents to cent percent respondents were doing all the activities related to family responsibilities as their day-to-day routine work in both zones. Most of the agricultural activities related to manual operations were carried out by the majority of respondents while participation of respondents was very low in activities related to buying and selling such as buying equipment or selling production in both zones.
