Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením reálného podnikatelského plánu k založení cukrářské výrobny „Nebeské dorty“ v obci Rouchovany. Teoretická část diplomové práce zahrnuje vymezení pojmů z oblasti podnikání a analýz potřebných pro vypracování podnikatelského plánu. V návrhové části je zpracován business model a s ním související organizační, marketingový a finanční plán. Díky dotazníku, který byl podán vybraným respondentům, a provedeným analýzám lze říci, že budoucí podnik má velkou šanci na úspěch., The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan to establish a confectionery factory "Nebeské dorty" in the village Rouchovany. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the definition of business terms and analyzes needed for the elaboration of a business plan. In the design part there is a business model and related organizational, marketing and financial plan. Thanks to the questionnaire given to selected respondents and to the analyzes performed, it can be said that the future enterprise has a great chance of success.

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo sledovat expanzi chondrocytů, specializovaných buněk chrupavky, in vitro v kultivačním médiu s obsahem plazmy bohaté na krevní destičky, zhodnotit vliv přídavku růstových faktorů TGF-1 a IGF-1 do média a prozkoumat možnosti aplikace proteomické analýzy ve vývoji chrupavkových kloubních náhrad. Chondrocyty byly izolovány ze vzorků kloubních hyalinních chrupavek získaných ve spolupráci s FN Brno a expandovány v médiích. Vzniklé konstrukty byly následně analyzovány pomocí imunocytochemické metody, průtokové cytometrie a proteomické analýzy s využitím LC-MS/MS., The aim of this thesis was to observe the expansion of chondrocytes, specialized cartilage cells, in vitro in culture medium containing platelet rich plasma, to evaluate the effect of the addition of growth factors TGF-1 and IGF-1 to the medium and to explore the possibility of proteomic analysis application in the development of cartilage joint replacements. Chondrocytes were isolated form articular hyaline cartilage samples acquired in collaboration with the FN Brno and expanded in media. The resulting constructs were subsequently analyzed by immunocytochemical method, flow cytometry and proteomic analysis using LC-MS/MS.
