Breast cancers have broad histological subtypes with varied molecular expression, which determines the management. Although ductal and lobular breast carcinomas constitute the significant 90% of these tumours, other subtypes constitute about 10% of breast cancers. Adenoid cystic carcinoma (AdCC) is a salivary gland-type tumour described in breast, constituting less than 1% of all breast carcinomas. These tumours have a favourable prognosis and are surgically managed by either lumpectomy or mastectomy. Solid-basaloid and AdCC with high-grade transformation are the sporadic subtypes of AdCC, in addition to the classic type. We report a case of recurrent AdCC which was surgically managed by modified radical mastectomy initially and presented with recurrence and high-grade transformation 11 years later.

Fixture design is manual process and requires heuristic knowledge and skill. As the product varieties increases and lifecycles of product shortens, different development approaches needs to be adapted for the survive in market. Computer aided fixture design has constituents in four areas like Setup planning, Fixture Planning, Unit Design and Verification. Different methodologies were developed for each of these area. In this paper, the authors integrate the different methodologies established in fixture design area. These methodologies are segmented in nature hence the effectiveness is not gained for fixture design. Hence the primary aim of this research work is to integrate the segmented methodologies into one integrated methodology for cohesive fixture design.

This paper presents fabrication and optimization of p+ passivating contact (p+ poly-Si/SiOx/c-Si) for high efficiency p-TOPCon solar cells. The p+ passivating contacts were formed by (i) in-situ doped p+ poly-Si via LPCVD and (ii) ex-situ doping of intrinsic poly-Si via APCVD boron diffusion. We studied the relationship between the passivation quality of this contact as a function of boron diffusion profile varied by altering (i) the crystallization annealing temperature, and (ii) the APCVD precursor gas flow ratio $\left( {{\emptyset _{{B_2}{H_6}}}/{\emptyset _{Si{H_4}}}} \right).$ In-situ doping resulted in higher B concentration in poly-Si, which improves field induced passivation, as well as in Si absorber near the interface, which enhances Auger recombination to degrade passivation. This trade-off resulted in lower optimum annealing temperature for in-situ process (875°C vs 950°C). However, process optimization resulted in excellent passivation with comparable iVoc and J0 for both in-situ (719mV/6.3fAcm-2) and ex-situ doped (716mV/6.6fAcm-2) un-metallized p-TOPCon. Greater than 22.0% screen-printed large area (244.32cm2) bifacial p-TOPCon solar cells were fabricated by replacing LBSF of p-PERC cells with 270 nm p+ TOPCon junction with ~10% metal coverage on the rear side. TOPCon cells gave 0.4% higher efficiency than their PERC counterpart.

International audience; Pyrimidine-fused compounds are of great interest for the discovery of potent bioactive agents. This study describes the synthesis of novel pyranopyrimidines 3a-f and pyranotriazolopyrimidines 4a-d derivatives via the cyclocondensation reaction of α-functionalized iminoether 2, which was obtained from 2-amino-3-cyanopyrane 1, with a series of primary aromatic amines and hydrazides, respectively. Structures of all synthesized compounds were established on the basis of spectroscopic methods including 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ES-HRMS. They were finally tested for their anticoagulant and anti-tyrosinase activities. Significant results have been obtained and the structure-activity relationship (SAR) was discussed with the help of molecular docking analysis. © 2018
