Covid-19 has provided an opportunity for Islamic education to advance ICT. Mainly when Industry 5.0 accelerates. This essay discusses the use of technology in Islamic religious instruction after the epidemic. Can educators use technology to improve and maintain the quality of education? A qualitative literature review is presented. Relevant journals, scholarly publications, and literature books were utilized in the investigation. Researchers analyzed and minimized data. Following the pandemic, Islamic Education instructors' technical skills improved, according to this study. Learning strategies in teaching and learning activities for children with special needs with speech impairments are of particular concern. This study aims to find out the most appropriate strategy in teacher or educator learning for children with special needs for speech impairment. The research method used is regular review by taking several articles as references. The search results for related journals were obtained from several journals which were analyzed using data techniques related to the theme. The researcher also made observations at the Sentolo Republic of Indonesia Teachers Association Special School to complete the data. The results of this study are finding the right formula in dealing with children with special needs with speech impairments in teaching and learning activities. From the results of this study, educators can easily use this strategy in teaching and learning activities. A child with special needs for speech impairment should be properly sent to school. This is important because a mute person also has the right to get a proper education. Berbagai upaya untuk mengurangi penggunaan plastik sudah dilakukan, yakni dengan menggunakan metode 3R atau Recycle, Reuse, dan Reduce. Namun faktanya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap upaya mengurangi penggunaan plastik masih kurang. Upaya untuk memahamkan ibu rumah tangga akan bahaya plastik merupakan salah satu solusi mengurangi penggunaan plastik. oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan taman gantung sebagai salah satu solusi terhadap permasalahan di atas. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu Dasa Wisma Di RT 03 RW 11 Kelurahan Sukorejo Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan barang bekas (plastik) sebagai bahan pembuatan taman gantung melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Materi pelatihan disampaikan dengan cara menerapkan metode ekspositori dan diskusi yang menerapkan daring melalui link zoom. Penyampaian materi dilengkapi dengan metode tutorial dengan pemberian umpan balik. Pada saat pembuatan taman gantung digunakan metode praktik yaitu ibu-ibu di ajak ke taman untuk diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan menerapkan protokol Kesehatan. Pengetahuan Ibu-ibu dasawisma peserta pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan taman gantung di RT 03 RW 11 di Kelurahan Sukorejo, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Kota Semarang mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan pelatihan (metode ekspositori dan pendampingan) yaitu yang semula cenderung cukup dan baik menjadi sangat baik. Keterampilan Ibu-ibu dasawisma peserta pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan taman gantung di RT 03 RW 11 Kelurahan Sukorejo Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang setelah mendapatkan pendampingan praktik 30% dalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 70% dalam kategori baik. Efforts to understand housewives about the dangers of plastic are one solution to reduce the use of plastic. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training in making hanging gardens as a solution to the problems above. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Dasa Wisma housewives in RT 03 RW 11, Sukorejo Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City about the importance of using used goods (plastic) as material for making hanging gardens through training and assistance methods. The training materials were delivered by applying the expository method and online discussions via the zoom link. The delivery of training materials was complemented by a tutorial method with feedback. At the time of making the hanging garden, a practical method was used, by inviting housewives to the park to be given training and assistance by implementing Health protocols. The knowledge of the Dasa Wisma housewives who participated in the training and assistance in making hanging gardens at RT 03 RW 11 in Sukorejo Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City experienced an increase after being given training (expository and assistance methods) which initially tended to be quite and good to very good. This research discusses the corrosion behavior of Zr-10Mo alloys in Niobium-doped lactate ringer ’s solution. The addition of Niobium of 1%, 3% and 5% on Zr-10Mo alloys aims to study the effect of adding Niobium to the hardness, microstructure and corrosion resistance of Zr-Mo alloys. The alloys are made by melting the materials of Zr, Mo and Nb with a certain percentage of weight using single arc melting furnace in Argon atmosphere with high purity and Tungsten eletrodes. The alloys (as cast) are subjected to hardness testing using C-scale rockwell, microstructure using optical microscopy, compounds and phases in the alloys (as cast) using XRD and corrosion testing using polarization method in lactate ringers’ solution. The hardness value increases by the addition of Niobium, Zr-10Mo-1Nb alloy of 34 HRC, Zr-10Mo-3Nb alloy of 38 HRC and Zr-10Mo-5Nb alloy of 41.5 HRC. The basketweave-shaped microstructure with the addition of Niobium creates relatively smaller grain size. The value of corrosion rate decrases by the addition of Niobium at the immersion times of 0 minute, 60 minutes and 120 minutes, Zr-10Mo-1Nb alloy of 4.208 mpy, Zr-10Mo-3Nb alloy of 3.538 mpy and Zr-10Mo-5Nb alloy of 2.813 mpy, included in the excellent category (1-5 mpy). more...
