Cílem příspěvku z oblasti katastru nemovitostí je nejen shrnutí nových možností k získávání dostupných informací z katastru užitečných při oceňování nemovitostí, ale i seznámení účastníků s novými významnými úkoly katastrálních úřadů za účelem zkvalitnění údajů katastru nemovitostí tak, jak vyplývají z příslušných ustanovení katastrálního zákona. Bude se jednat zejména o činnosti související s revizemi a další etapou obnovy katastrálního operátu, The aim of the contribution from the field of real estate kadastre is not only a summary of new possibilities for obtaining available information from the cadastre useful in real estate appraisal but also the acquaintance of the participants with the new important tasks of the cadastral offices in order to improve the cadastre data as they result from the relevant provisions of the cadastral law. The first part introduces the issue and the course of the revision of the real estate cadastral data with a link to legal regulations. The second part is devoted to the description of the activities of the Cadastral Office Brno - město in the revision of data performed in the cadastral area of Brněnské Ivanovice. The obtained data were processed into clear graphs and analyzed.

Revize jsou vyhlašované podle § 35 zákona č. 256/2013 Sb., o katastru nemovitostí (katastrální zákon), a podle § 43 katastrální vyhlášky č. 357/2013 Sb., o katastru nemovitostí (katastrální vyhláška). Hlavním požadavkem je zajistit nejen aktuálnost údajů katastru nemovitostí, ale i informováním vlastníků a jiných oprávněných o zákonné povinnosti ohlašovat změny podle § 37 katastrálního zákona č. 256/2013 Sb. do katastru ne-movitostí. Obsahem této práce je revize katastrálního území Valašské Klobouky., This thesis deals not only with the reason why the revision of cadastral data is carried out, but also with individual activities that result from the revision and from the solution of the identified inconsistencies.
