The article analyzes the evolution of F.M. Dostoevsky's conservative-philosophical views. Adhering to revolutionary views in his youth, in adulthood Dostoevsky becomes a sharp opponent of these ideas, denying the status of the only possible way to change existing living conditions. At the same time, the transformation of the writer's personal value orientations is accompanied by the liberalization of society during the reforms of the 1860-70s, which led Dostoevsky to certain conservative-philosophical views. He puts his thoughts into a religious and moral worldview, seeing in them the perfection of personality. Dostoevsky's conservative philosophy was expressed in monarchical ideas, of which he was a supporter all his life.

The article discusses the style of church architecture that existed in Russia in the XIX-th century. It is shown that this style is the richest heritage for the study and revival of the traditions of Ancient Russia. Particular attention is drawn to the need for the possible application of the successful experience of temple construction, accumulated in Russia in the middle of the XIX-th - early XX-th centuries, in the course of implementing state policy. The material of the article allows us to trace the style directions of the architecture of romanticism, which was formed in the context of ancient Russian architecture and folk peasant art.

The article deals with the formation of the socio-political life of the Voronezh province in the middle of the XIX century under the influence of the periodical press. The emerging periodicals introduced the public to cultural traditions and contributed to the growth of educational activities among the population.

Potato gives significantly more calories per hectare of land compared to other vegetable crops. Wheat and rice products were considered the most carbohydrate-containing foods in the world, an increasing number of countries have a tendency to switch to potato., PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS: The results of the performed analysis are necessary for assessing the level of food security and for the growth of export of potato products in the world. One of the reasons for the growth of potato consumption is the development of the market for potato products (fries, chips, potato flour, potato starch, potato flakes and granules, dried potato puree, etc.), which are in demand in the consumer market., ORIGINALITY/VALUE: The trends in the dynamics of potato production and consumption have been evaluated, and the forecast for the sustainable development of potato production in China has been made. The results of the analysis are necessary to assess the level of food safety and to develop a strategy that takes into account the current trends in the global potato market. A simple and facile method is proposed for treatment of the inner surface of micro-mesoporous spherical particles of amorphous silica with the solutions of heavy element salts, which allows direct visualization of the particles’ porous structure by the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) technique. The method is based on the adsorption of ions of heavy elements (on the example of Er3+ ions) by the surface of the pores, which makes it possible to enhance the contrast in the TEM image. The particles before and after erbium ions adsorption are characterized by means of TEM, nitrogen porosimetry and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. It is demonstrated that the developed method for the particles’ surface functionalization allows implementing erbium adsorption without affecting the morphology and inner structure of particles. It is shown that erbium content after the adsorption procedure does not exceed 0.1 at.% and the pore structure of silica particles remains the same – the specific surface area, volume and pore size do not change., Предложен простой и технологичный метод обработки внутренней поверхности микро-мезопористых сферических частиц аморфного кремнезема, позволяющий визуализировать их пористую структуру методом просвечивающей электронной микроскопии (ПЭМ). Метод основан на адсорбции ионов тяжелых элементов (на примере ионов эрбия) поверхностью пор частиц, что позволяет увеличить контраст на ПЭМ изображениях. Показано, что адсорбция ионов эрбия не влияет на внутреннюю структуру частиц кремнезема – удельная поверхность, объем и размер пор не меняются.

The article is devoted to the analysis of F.M. Dostoevsky's worldview towards Western values and Catholicism as the ideological basis of Western European civilization. F.M. Dostoevsky paid special attention to the study of different types of Europeans, their religious views, and also compared Russian culture with Western European. The authors of the article point to the critical attitude of F.M. Dostoevsky to the West and Catholicism as an organic part of the Western way of life and thinking.

The article provides a detailed analysis of the historiography of F. M. Dostoevsky, as well as a study of his creative heritage. The questions of the spiritual and moral foundations of human existence, the role of religion and the church in the social and political life of the country, the originality of the Russian people are relevant in the works of F. M. Dostoevsky. The authors conclude that Dostoevsky put forward a number of socio-political and socio-historical themes related to the role of Russia and the Russian people in the development of European and world civilization. At the same time, the article notes the actual ambiguity of the assessment of the work of F. M. Dostoevsky, provides examples of the influence of changes in the socio-political situation in the country on the assessment of the work of the great Russian writer.

The article is devoted to a historiographic review of social and political life in post-reform Russia in the middle of the 19th century. The works of historians and publicists who have studied the social life of Russia and, in particular, the Voronezh province, are considered. A historiographic analysis of the works published in the period from 1900 to the present is carried out.

Purpose: The study aims to develop a science-based economic mechanism for the innovative development of the food sector. Approach/Methodology/Design: The research methodology is based on the systematic approach applied to the research of innovative development of food organizations using general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, classification, etc. Conclusions: The economic mechanism of organizations of the food sphere innovative development constitutes a set of methods, methodologies, and algorithms, with the help of which an influence on their innovative activity is provided to assure their effective activity and achievement of strategic purposes. A new approach to innovations as an ultimate result of activity, which includes creating and introducing new products, new technology, and management to increase competitiveness and efficiency of organizations of the food sphere, is proved. This together creates the prerequisites for the scientific substantiation of the conceptual model of formation of the economic mechanism and the implementation of the food organizations’ strategy of innovative development. Practical implications: It allows for a comprehensive analysis by the proposed evaluation indicators, considering external and internal factors, which enhance the possibilities of monitoring, planning, and forecasting of food organizations' innovative development in a competitive environment.
