The article presents the experience of organizing a system for identifying the results of scientific and technical activities of the University, which are objects of foreign economic activity. Modern microbeam analytical instruments allow obtaining images and maps of heterogeneous minerals and synthetic materials in various signals with micron and submicron spatial resolution. Joint image analysis of several images allows getting more complete information about the sample that one image, but this joint analysis is usually subjective and is carried out at a qualitative level. Current study is devoted to the development of a joint quantitative analysis of images (JPD method) and its software implementation with the aim of more efficiently extracting information about the features of the internal texture and finding the correlation relationships of image characteristics with the physicochemical properties of samples that are in demand for settle issues of mineralogy and materials science. This article presents a solution to a system of nonlinear equations that describes the growth of crystals in binary melts taking into account the Meirs nucleation kinetics. The crystal size distribution function and supercooling are found as functions of time. In this paper we propose distinct approach for numerical simulation of the mechanical system's dynamics in the entropy formalism, as opposed to the canonical energy formalism. It was shown that this approach allows one to reproduce any pre-specified equilibrium distribution, and the monotonicity of the entropy increase indicates the general physical correctness from the thermodynamic point of view. The paper presents the results of simulation experiment for adsorption of a monolayer of graphene-like ZnO on the Si surface from first principles. The results of simulation experiment were compared with the actual experiment results on the studied systems. The evolution of ellipsoidal crystals in a supercooled one-component melt is considered during the intermediate stage of a phase transformation process. The melt supercooling and crystal-volume distribution function are analytically derived using the main contribution to the Laplace-type integral for the melt supercooling. It is shown that the supercooling decreases and the distribution function increases with time as a result of latent heat release by the growing crystals. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Authors study a dangerous phenomenon in the ecosystem of digital education - the digital addiction of university students. Purpose of article is to use the structural equation modeling (SEM) to identify relationship between digital learning and digital addiction. Measurement of digital addiction was carried out by the method of screening diagnostics of computer addiction (L.N. Yuryeva, T.Yu. Bolbot). Method of confirmatory factor analysis carried we out validation of the method and showed that a one-factor model is acceptable: CMIN = 52,479; df = 44; CFI = 0.933; RMSEA = 0.063. A structural model of interaction of digital learning and digital addiction is proposed. An exploratory and confirmatory analysis of structural model proposed by authors for the interaction of digital learning and digital addiction has shown that there is no positive relationship between digitalization of education and development of digital addiction of students. The choice of University for training and future profession largely determines the future of a person. The educational environment in which a student is located affects the formation of his personality, character, attitude to work and life. Also very important is the team in which the student is for several years. The training process has a significant impact on the professional development of the future specialist. This study is based on a comparison of the motivation of higher education and choice of future profession among students of the Ural Federal University and the North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power. The article describes the similarity and difference of approaches to the choice of higher education, the reasons for obtaining higher education, the differences in the assessment of the correctness of such a choice. The technology of creating an ultrathin medical coating for biliary stents based on polyvinylpyrrolidone with the addition of doxorubicin and carbon nanotubes with unique sorption properties is proposed. The study of cardiac function is important issue in physiological and biological sciences and has relevant implications for clinical practice. The interpretation of the whole-heart experiments is complicated by multi-cellular interactions. This work is devoted to the development of biomechanical tests for studying force-length and passive viscoelastic properties of intact single cardiac muscle cells using a glue-free carbon fiber technique. The developed tests allow analyzing the passive force-length, total force-length and active force-length relations in a beating cardiomyocyte by applying the step stretch protocol. The protocols also can be used to investigate in detail the viscoelastic hysteresis applying sawtooth stretch and release commands on a resting cell. The tracking of viscoelastic hysteresis allows one to study not only changes in the passive tension amplitude, but also the delay between the micromanipulator movement and the cell response or energy dissipation specifying viscoelastic properties. Thus, the developed biomechanical tests are powerful research tools to study cardiac biomechanics at the cell level. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
