An analytical review of the state of the problem of aluminum alloys modification was performed. The absence of a unified approach to solving the problem has been established, which is associated with the complexity of the process of modifying multicomponent alloys. The aluminum alloys of the AL-Zn-Mg-Cu system were studied. As a modifier, a composition based on nanodispersed powders of titanium and boron with fractions of up to 100 nm, obtained with plasma-chemical synthesis, is proposed. The structure, phase composition, and properties of the test samples were studied before and after modification with methods of optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and X-ray spectral analysis. In the modified B95 and B96 alloys, grain refinement and structure stabilization were achieved. Determination of the crystal lattice parameters of the alloys showed an increase in the period of lattice of the modified samples by 1.02%. The microhardness of α-Al, the solid solution, was increased from 1080 to 1500 MPa. The phase composition of B95 and B96 alloys is represented with the intermetallic phases CuAl2, MgZn3, Mg2Zn3, Mg2Si, FeAl3, TiB2, TiAl3, as well as phases of complex composition. The maximum grain refinement and increase in the mechanical properties of the alloys were achieved upon modification of 0.05% Ti and 0.005% B, which is explained by the formation of dispersed strengthening intermetallic phases of complex composition in the center of the grains., Проведён аналитический обзор состояния проблемы модифицирования алюминиевых сплавов. Установлено отсутствие единого подхода решения проблемы, что связано со сложностью процесса модифицирования многокомпонентных сплавов. Исследовали алюминиевые сплавы системы AL-Zn-Mg-Cu. В качестве модификатора предложена композиция на основе нанодисперсных порошков титана и бора фракции до 100 нм, полученные плазмохимическим синтезом. Исследовали структуру, фазовый состав и свойства опытных образцов до и после модифицирования методами оптической микроскопии, рентгеноструктурного и микрорентгеноспектрального анализа. В модифицированных сплавах В95 и В96 достигнуто измельчения зерна и стабилизация структуры. Определение параметров кристаллической решетки сплавов показало увеличение периода решетки модифицированных образцов на 1,02 %. Повышена микротвёрдость α-Al – твёрдого раствора с 1080 до 1500 МПа. Фазовый состав сплавов В95, В96 представлен интерметаллидными фазами СuАl2, МgZn3, Мg2Zn3, Мg2Si, FeАl3,TiB2, TiAl3, а также фазами сложного состава. Максимальное измельчение зерна и повышение механических свойств сплавов достигнуто при модифицировании: 0,05 % Ti и 0,005 % В, что объясняется образованием дисперсных упрочняющих интерметаллидных фаз сложного состава в центре зёрен., Проведено аналітичний огляд стану проблеми модифікування алюмінієвих сплавів. Встановлена відсутність єдиного підходу до вирішення цієї проблеми, що пов’язано зі складністю процесу модифікування багато­компонентних сплавів. Досліджували алюмінієві сплави системи AL-Zn-Mg-Cu. Модифікатором запропонована композиція на основі нано­дисперсних порошків титану і бору фракції до 100 нм, які були отримані плазмохімічним синтезом. Вивчали структуру, фазовий склад і властивості зразків, які досліджувались до і після модифікування методами оптичної мікроскопії, рентгеноструктурного і мікрорентгеноструктурного аналізу. У модифікованих сплавах В95 і В96 досягнуто подрібнення зерна і стабілізація структури. Визначення параметрів кристалічної решітки сплавів показало збільшення періоду решітки модифікованих зразків на 1,02 %. Підвищена мікротвердість α-Al – твердого розчину з 1080 до 1500 МПа. Фазовий склад сплавів В95, В96 представлений інтерметалідними фазами СuАl2, МgZn3, Мg2Zn3, Мg2Si, FeАl3,TiB2, TiAl3, а також фазами складного стану. Максимальне здрібнення зерна і підвищення механічних властивостей сплавів досягнуто за умови модифікування: 0,05 % Ti та 0,005 % В, що пояснюється утворенням дисперсних зміцню­вальних інтерметалідних фаз складного стану в центрі зерна.

The method of applying plasma coatings by the vacuum arc method is widespread in the practice of enterprises in order to increase the reliability and durability, as well as to restore machine parts and structures. The considered method is distinguished by good adhesion of the applied material to the substrate, high speed of coating deposition. Plasma coatings are characterized by the occurrence of significant residual stresses, the magnitude and sign of which depend on the technological parameters of coating deposition. At present, there are no fundamental studies of the stress state for plasma coatings of complex composition, which makes it difficult to obtain coatings with a given structure and properties. To solve this problem by X-ray diffraction analysis, the phase composition, texture and stress state in coatings based on Ti-N, Cr-N, Ti-Cr-N systems obtained by plasma deposition were studied, the thickness of which varied depending on the deposition time (5- 15 minutes). When identifying the structure, surveys were carried out in a certain range of angles. The revealed phases (TiN, Cr2N) exhibit texture and significant compressive stresses reaching ~ 3 GPa. The factors influencing the level of residual stresses are discussed, and a model of the formation of a stressed state in titanium and chromium nitride coatings is proposed. It was found that the development of the structure of the films, the substructure of grains and their preferential orientation, as well as the stress state, are interrelated and determined by the specific technological parameters of coating., Методом структурного анализа исследованы фазовый состав, текстура и напряженное состояние в покрытиях на основе систем Ti-N, Cr-N, Ti-Cr-N, полученных методом плазменного осаждения. В выявленных фазах (TiN, Cr2N) обнаружена текстура и значительные сжимающие напряжения, достигающие ~ 3 ГПа. Проанализированы факторы, влияющие на уровень остаточных напряжений, предложена модель формиро-вания напряженного состояния в покрытиях нитрида титана и хрома., Методом структурного аналізу досліджено фазовий склад, текстура і напружений стан в покриттях на основі систем Ti-N, Cr-N, Ti-Cr-N, отриманих методом плазмового осадження. Метод нанесення плазмових покриттів вакуумно-дуговим способом широко застосовується в практиці підприємств з метою підвищення надійності і довговічності, а також відновлення деталей машин і конструкцій. У досліджених фазах (TiN, Cr2N) виявлена текстура і значні стискаючі напруження, що досягають ~ 3 ГПа. Проаналізовано фактори, що впливають на рівень залишкових напружень, запропонована модель формування напруженого стану в покриттях нітриду титану і хрому.

Popular means of physical culture in the youth are the power exercises used at athleticism training-spells, meant for health-improving, development of physical fi tness, working capacity, decrease of psychoemotional stress. There was developed a special method for students trainings in recreation and health-improvement athletism with application of controlled and comfortable muscle loading for students taking into account their individual differences, abilities and requirements.After experiment with Ruffye’s test, anthropometry, Harvard step test, power exercises, health, activity, mood test provided and academic achievement data demonstrated signifi cantly higher indicators in the experimental group compared with the control group. The developed technology can be recommended for training-spells of students both throughout educational process in semester, and during examinations when the academic load especially increases.
