This paper focuses on the wheel loader steer by wire system. For the reasons of the feature of the big variation range of steering resistance and the input flow, the serious non-linear, using the hybrid-fuzzy controller which combining the conventional PID and fuzzy controller together. This paper introduces the structure of steer by wire system, mathematical model of the system, the design process of the controller. The simulation results show that the hybrid-fuzzy controller has merits of quick response, little overshoot, no concussion. It can satisfy the requirement of actual steer by wire system.

This paper presents the truck crane boom system working principle, establishes key components model in accordance with their actual structure using Hydraulic Component Design Library, and builds the boom system model with AMESim. Based on the validated model by experiment results, the factors are found out for the boom accelerating, and the improvement measure is proposed.

In this paper, we propose a mathematical model for the kinematics of an articulated robot, called 2DWAR. The wheeled robot has two bodies joined by a 2 DOF hinge assembly. This robot can reshape its articulated frame to perform the excellent mobile stability when it runs in the rough-terrain. For the unique 2 DOF articulated frame, we propose the new concept of correlative stability. Based on the proposed model, the correlative stability angle of the robot is developed using multi-body kinematics and dynamic energy stability method. Equations are implemented in an algorithm used to study the kinematics of the articulated robot.
