Objective To report 4 cases of intracranial arterial stenosis stenting via radial artery approach and summarize the experience of treatment. Methods and Results The clinical data and treatment process of 4 patients with ischemic stroke treated by intracranial arterial stenosis stenting via radial artery approach in The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were reviewed in 2022. The stenoses were located in the initial segment of left internal carotid artery (ICA), the initial segment of right vertebral artery (VA), the V4 segment of left VA, and the junction of V4 segment of left VA and the basilar artery, respectively. All the 4 patients underwent transradial approach stenting for ICA stenosis. The surgery was successful and the stenoses were recanalized. No adverse reactions were observed during and after the surgery. Conclusions Intracranial arterial stenosis stenting via radial artery approach is safe and effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke.

The transmission accuracy of the ball screw depends on the processing quality of the thread profile. Traditional detection method of thread profile is complicated and inefficient. When shooting the thread profile of the ball screw in the normal section, the camera axis must be tilted to the lead angle, and adjustment errors are easily introduced from both the front view and the top view. When shooting in the axial section, the spiral lines block each other, so the actual thread profile cannot be captured for detection. In order to solve the above problems, a thread profile detection method is proposed: the theoretical equation of the ball screw thread profile in the axial section is derived based on the theoretical thread profile in the normal section, and the theoretical equation of the thread profile projection curve in the axial section is solved based on helix analysis, and the differential equation between them is obtained; then, the theoretical correction value of the thread profile projection curve is obtained by Linear Search to find the boundary value; the actual thread profile in both axial section and normal section is finally obtained with the theoretical correction value, which can support accurate measurement and detection of the key parameters of the thread profile. Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of the ball screw thread profile detection.

CFRP composites are widely used in aerospace due to their excellent mechanical properties, however, due to the anisotropy of the individual plies, the electro magnetic interference(EMI) shielding efficiency(SE) for vertically polarized waves of the unidirectional fiber laminates is poor. In order to protect electronics within these equipments from increasingly severe electromagnetic interference, it is particularly important to enhance the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the CFRP. In this paper, Al particles were introduced and a conductive network was constructed in the CFRP interlaminar region by condensing the Al particles on the prepreg surface. The effects of different Al particle contents on EMI SE and mechanical properties of composites were studied. With the increase of Al particle contents, the electrical conductivity and the EMI SE of CFRP composites increase. When the Al mass fraction in the resin is 33.3%, the in-plane conductivity of the composites increases by 3 orders of magnitude, the EMI SE of the Al particle sandwich CFRP composites is improved by more than 10 dB in the frequency range of 3-17 GHz. With the increase of Al particle contents, the interlaminar shear strength and bending strength of the composites increase first and then decrease. When the Al mass fraction in the resin is 33.3%, the interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) of the composites increases by 5.2% to 80.5 MPa, and when the Al mass fraction in the resin is 50%, the bending strength of the composites increases by 20% to 1441.0 MPa and the bending modulus increases by 10.2% to 101.83 GPa. It can be seen that the mechanical properties and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the Al particles sandwich CFRP composite can be improved simutaneously. It is a kind of structure electromagnetic shielding integrated composite with broad application prospects.

Automation and accurate fault detection and diagnosis of HVAC systems is one of the most important technologies for reducing time,energy,and financial costs in building performance management.In recent years,data-driven fault detection and diagnosis methods have been heavily studied for fault detection and diagnosis of HVAC systems.However,most existing works deal with single systems and are unable to perform cross-system fault diagnosis.In this paper,a federal learning-based fault detection and diagnosis method is proposed,which uses convolutional neural networks to extract information features,aggregates features using special-designed algorithms,and perform cross-level and cross-system fault detection and diagnosis via federal lear-ning.For multi-fault level fault detection and diagnosis,federal learning is performed using data from four fault levels of chillers.Experimental results show that the average F1-score of the fault detection and diagnosis effect of the four-fault levels is close to 0.97,which is within the practical range.Federal learning uses chiller and air handling unit data for cross-system fault detection and diagnosis.Experimental results show that federal learning using different system data improves the diagnosis results of particular faults,e.g.,14.4% for RefOver faults and 2%~4% for both Refleak and Exoil faults.

Objective To discuss the strategy for cervical dumbbell⁃shaped tumors and develop a proposal for individualized therapy. Methods and Results Total 32 patients with cervical dumbbell⁃shaped tumors were recruited from The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March 2017 to March 2022. All patients received surgical treatments, while the tumors located in C1-2 levels among 7 patients and C2-7 levels among 25 patients. Preoperative McCormick spinal cord function gradeⅠin 9 cases, gradeⅡin 12 cases, grade Ⅲ in 11 cases. Individualized surgical strategies were set according to the results of Toyama typing, preoperative imaging examination and intraoperative spinal stability. Surgery through posterior approach was performed in 26 cases, 2 patients underwent a lateral posterior sternocleidomastoid approach, 2 patients underwent surgery through combined posterior⁃anterolateral approach, and 2 patients received anterior cervical approach. Ninteen out of 32 patients with preoperatively unstable spinal factors or changes in spinal stability resulting from surgery received one⁃stage internal fixation. One patient underwent anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion followed by titanium cage implantation, and 18 patients underwent posterior trans⁃pedicle and lateral mass screw fixation. The results showed a gross total resection for all patients and the success rate was 100% (32/32). The average intraoperative blood loss was about 210 ml. Imaging examinations were performed for all patients within a week after the surgery, the internal fixator were all in good position. One month after the surgery McCormick spinal cord function gradeⅠin 20 cases, gradeⅡin 10 cases, grade Ⅲ in 2 cases. All patients had varying degrees of improvement in symptoms, no cerebrospinal fluid leakage, no serious nervous system infection and other complications, no postoperative cervical kyphosis, and no loosening or breakage of the screws and rods were found in 28 months after surgery, the bone graft fusion and vertebral body shape were good. Conclusions The size of the intervertebral foramen is one of the important factors to be considered in the surgical strategy of cervical dumbbell⁃typed tumors. The surgical management of C1-2 dumbbell⁃typed tumors is different from that of other levels, it is necessary to understand the patient's medical history, symptoms and signs in detail and to improve imaging evaluation before surgery. The development of multiple techniques and typing methods facilitate the development of individualized surgical plans.

Abstract Background Calcineurin-like Protein (CBL) and CBL interacting protein kinase (CIPK) play a key role in plant signal transduction and response to various environmental stimuli. Quinoa, as an important plant with high nutritional value, can meet the basic nutritional needs of human Cash crop, is also susceptible to abiotic stress. However, CBL-CIPK in quinoa have not been reported. Results In this study, 16 CBL and 41 CIPK genes were identified in quinoa. CBL-CIPK gene shows different intron-exon gene structure and motif, they participate in different biological processes, and form a complex regulatory network between CBL-CIPK proteins. Many cis-regulatory element associated with ABA and drought have been found. The expression patterns of CBL-CIPK showed different expression patterns in various abiotic stresses and tissues. RT-qPCR showed that most members of these two gene families were involved in drought regulation of quinoa, in particular, the expression levels of CqCIPK11, CqCIPK15, CqCIPK37 and CqCBL13 increased significantly under drought stress. Conclusions The structures and functions of the CBL-CIPK family in quinoa were systematically explored. Many CBL-CIPK may play vital roles in the regulation of organ development, growth, and responses to abiotic stresses. This research has great significance for the functional characterisation of the quinoa CBL-CIPK family and our understanding of the CBL-CIPK family in higher plants.

Energy storage is a new, flexibly adjusting resource with prospects for broad application in power systems with high proportions of renewable energy integration. However, energy storage systems have spare capacity under stable working conditions and may be idle for some periods. These actions are primarily selected for peak shaving and valley filling, frequency regulation, and voltage regulation as the only control target; thus, energy storage cannot be used effectively, which weakens the effect of energy storage on grid support. To improve the utilization rate and economic benefits of the energy storage system and enhance the support performance of energy storage for the safe operation of the power grid, this article proposes a switching control strategy for an energy storage system based on multi-layer logic judgment to maximize energy storage benefits and ensure safe and stable power grid operation. First, this study analyzed the potential multi-ancillary service operation requirements of the energy storage system, combined with the auxiliary compensation benefits of the energy storage power station. Using this information, the study proposed a comprehensive index that considers the economy of the energy storage system and the stable operation of the power grid to support the evaluation needs of energy storage control. Based on this, the study then pre-set multi-layer judgment logic for the operation control of the energy storage system. A multi-objective judgment and smooth switching strategy for the coordinated operation of the energy storage system was proposed based on the typical operating conditions of the energy storage system participating in the grid peak shaving and valley filling, frequency regulation, and voltage regulation. This switching control method effectively utilized the idle capacity of the energy storage system and improved the energy storage system’s support effect on the power grid. Through the improved energy storage control model based on MATLAB/Simulink, this study also verified the effectiveness of the proposed smooth switching strategy of the energy storage system.

In the existing methods of close distance coal seam group gas control, there are problems such as large engineering quantities, high cost and long cycle. In order to solve the above problems, taking the 94 mining area of Qidong Coal Mine as the research object, a gas control method by using roof interception directional drilling is proposed. Firstly, the roof interception directional drilling with multiple upward branch holes is constructed in the roof of the mining coal seam. Secondly, the upward branch holes are used to extract the gas from the upper adjacent coal seam in advance. Finally, the main hole is used to extract the pressure relief gas from the upper adjacent seam and the gas from the working face of the mining coal seam and the goaf during the coal seam mining. This method improves the gas extraction effect of the close coal seam group from 2 aspects of pre-extraction and mining pressure relief extraction, and solves the problems of gas occurrence parameter measurement, directional drilling and hole protection of complex fractured formation. In order to solve the problems of the design and construction of roof interception directional drilling, the method adopts directional drilling for coal seam exploration and pressure maintaining sealed coring technology, composite directional drilling and composite slag removal technology, and steel screen pipe completion technology to realize efficient hole formation of roof interception directional drilling for close coal seam group and long-distance accurate gas measurement. Field tests are carried out in the 94 mining area of Qidong Coal Mine. One roof interception directional drilling is completed, the main hole depth is 608 m, the construction branch holes are 6, the gas content is tested by sealed coring technology twice, and the lower protective screen pipe is 485 m. The gas extraction test is carried out for 207 days. The initial gas extraction net amount is 0.35 m3/min. After 30 days of extraction, gas extraction net amount gradually drops to below 0.1 m3/min. After 65 days of extraction, the overall gas extraction net amount remains stable. The test results show that the roof interception directional drilling can pre-extract the adjacent coal seam gas effectively, reduce the coal seam gas content in advance, and reduce the pressure relief gas emission from the source during the later mining of the working face.

BBX is a transcription factor encoding zinc finger protein that plays a key role in plant growth and development as well as in responding to abiotic stresses. However, in quinoa, which is known as a “super grain” and has extremely high nutritional value, this gene family has not yet been thoroughly studied. In this study, in order to fully understand the family function of the BBX in quinoa, a total of 31 BBX members were identified by bioinformatics methods. These BBX members were mainly acidic proteins, and most of their secondary structures were random coil s, 31 CqBBX members were unevenly distributed on 17 chromosomes, and the analysis of replication events found that quinoa BBX genes produced a total of 14 pairs of gene replication. The BBX genes were divided into five subfamilies according to phylogenetics, and its gene structure and conserved motif were basically consistent with the classification of its phylogenetic tree. In addition, a total of 43 light response elements, hormone response elements, tissue-specific expression response elements, and abiotic stress response elements were found in the promoter region, involving stress elements such as drought and low temperature. Finally, the expression patterns of CqBBX genes in different tissues and abiotic stresses were studied by combining transcriptome data and qRT-PCR , and all 13 genes responded to drought, salt, and low-temperature stress to varying degrees. This study is the first comprehensive study of the BBX family of quinoa, and its results provide important clues for further analysis of the function of the abiotic stress response.

We present an open-source software package, VAN-DAMME (Versatile Approaches to Numerically Design, Accelerate, and Manipulate Magnetic Excitations), for massively-parallelized quantum optimal control (QOC) calculations of multi-qubit systems. To enable large QOC calculations, the VAN-DAMME software package utilizes symmetry-based techniques with custom GPU-enhanced algorithms. This combined approach allows for the simultaneous computation of hundreds of matrix exponential propagators that efficiently leverage the intra-GPU parallelism found in high-performance GPUs. In addition, to maximize the computational efficiency of the VAN-DAMME code, we carried out several extensive tests on data layout, computational complexity, memory requirements, and performance. These extensive analyses allowed us to develop computationally efficient approaches for evaluating complex-valued matrix exponential propagators based on Padé approximants. To assess the computational performance of our GPU-accelerated VAN-DAMME code, we carried out QOC calculations of systems containing 10 - 15 qubits, which showed that our GPU implementation is 18.4× faster than the corresponding CPU implementation. Our GPU-accelerated enhancements allow efficient calculations of multi-qubit systems, which can be used for the efficient implementation of QOC applications across multiple domains. ObjectiveTo systematically review the efficacy of intervention by WeChat on medication compliance， psychotic symptom and recurrence rate of schizophrenic patients in community.MethodsDatabases including PubMed， the Cochrane Library， CBM， CNKI， Wanfang Data and VIP were searched electronically from January 1， 2011 to November 1， 2020 to collect randomized controlled trials （RCTs） about the effects of WeChat intervention on community schizophrenic patients. After two reviewers independently screened literature， extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies， the meta-analysis was performed with Stata 12.0 software.ResultsA total of 381 articles were retrieved and finally 10 RCTs were included， including 1 251 patients with WeChat intervention group 641 cases and routine health education group 610 cases. Meta-analysis showed that compared with the conventional health education group， the WeChat intervention group had higher medication compliance （OR=3.05，95% CI：1.98~4.69，P

Objective: To assess the effects of Yi Qi Jie Du Formula (YQJDF) combined with salinomycin (SAL) on nasopharyngeal carcinoma stem cells (NPC-SCs) and investigate the underlying molecular mechanisms. Methods: Cell counting methods, the CCK-8 assay, transwell migration assay and JC-1 staining, were used to observe the effects of the combination on the proliferation, migration and apoptosis of NPC stem cells, respectively. Western blot was used to detect the levels of protein in NPC-SCs. Results: YQJDF combined with SAL had a synergistic effect on the inhibition of proliferation and migration and induction of NPC-SC apoptosis. Mechanistically, YQJDF combined with SAL synergistically upregulated the levels of apoptotic proteins, including cleaved Caspase-3, cleaved Caspase-7 and cleaved Caspase-9. Moreover, YQJDF combined with SAL synergistically decreased the levels of CD44, p-c-Src, Ras, p-PKCδ, p-MEK, p-c-Raf, p-ERK1/2 and p-AKT proteins. Conclusions: The combination of YQJDF and SAL has a synergistic effect on the inhibition of NPC-SC proliferation and migration and induction of apoptosis, which may be closely related to the downregulation of the CD44/Ras signaling pathway.

In this paper, the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method was used to prepare Nb-W binary alloys on Mo substrates for the first time. The influences of the process parameters on the composition, average deposition rate, and average deposition efficiency of the Nb-W alloys were studied by orthogonal experiments. Nb-W alloys with W contents ranging from 0.33% to 50.48% were successfully prepared. The mechanical properties and fracture morphologies of the Nb-W alloys prepared by the CVD method (CVDNb-W alloys) were tested by metallographic microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electron probe analysis, and in situ tensile tests. The results showed that the Nb-W alloy prepared by the CVD method had uneven macroscopic distributions of Nb and W.The substrate temperature had the greatest influence on the lateral composition gradient, and the H _2 flow had the least influence. The influence of the Cl _2 flow through the Nb and W on the average deposition rate was also examined. The chlorination temperature of W had the least effect on the average deposition rate, and the average deposition efficiency decreased with the increase in the gaseous chloride ratio of W. The effects of other factors on the average deposition efficiency showed different degrees of wave dynamics. The metallographic observation of 16 samples showed that except for samples 3# and 4# (in which the mass percentages of W were less than 1%), the microstructures of the other samples (in which the mass percentages of W were all more than 1%) showed similar microstructures with layered structural features. Comprehensive analysis of the sample and inverse pole figures revealed that the (101) $\left\langle 11\bar{1}\right\rangle $ textural component mainly existed in the CVDNb-W alloys.With the increase in the mass percentage of W, the tensile strength of the CVDNb-W alloy increased correspondingly. The maximum strength of the alloy containing 9.68% W by mass reached 475 MPa, which exceeds the room-temperature tensile strength of Nb521, but the elongation at break was related to the alloy composition. Thus, the relationship did not show a discernible trend.

[Introduction] Grouted connections are widely used to connect the support structure and the foundation of offshore wind turbines. Therefore, their mechanical properties are very important to the reliability of the whole structure. In order to find a proper method to evaluate the stresses of grouted connections, numerical simulations were conducted. [Method] Numerical models were established to investigate the stress distribution of a grouted connection under given compression and bending loads. The conceptions of nominal average stress and stress correlation coefficient were then proposed, which were used to evaluate the overall stress level of the grouted connection. Moreover, parameter studies were carried out, and the range of stress correlation coefficients were determined. [Result] It was found that both the Mises stresses of steel tubes and Tresca stresses of the grout were dominated by the locations of shear keys in the grouted connection. And there was an inverse negative correlation between the thickness of steel pipes and the maximum stresses of them. At the same time, the maximum Tresca stresses of the grout were only sensitive to the change of its thickness rather than the change of the thickness of steel tubes. Finally, the stress correlation coefficients all fell between 3 to 6 according to the parametric studies. [Conclusion] The result of parametric studies can partly guide the preliminary designs of grouted connection, and the stress correlation coefficients can be used to approximately evaluate the mechanical properties of grouted connections under combined loads.

Location awareness and navigation promote varieties of emerging applications of mobile collaborative multiple uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs). Cooperative UAVs fuse the global position system (GPS), inertial navigation systems (INS), peer to peer ranging radios derived from relative navigation of ultra-wideband (UWB) under complicated environments. Those information sources can be incorporated into spatiotemporal cooperation posited by the intra-user measurement of INS and GPS, and the inter-user measurement of the relative navigation of swarm UAVs. This paper considers the localization and navigation of multiple collaborative UAVs in networks with GPS/INS/UWB jammers in the case that the measurements are missed or randomly delayed by a sampling period. In a navigation situation with a partially denied navigation signals (e.g.GPS Jammers for some UAVs, UWB jammers for others, etc.), we propose an improved method of cooperation location for the swarm, allowing measurement jammers concerning the normal sigma point belief propagation (SPBP). This algorithm integrates message passing based on the Bayesian framework, a sigma point belief propagation of random packet loss (SPBP-RPL) to exploit spatiotemporal cooperation and measurement knowledge. Compared with existing general sigma point belief propagation, the advantages of the novel method are validated through a simulation of swarm UAVs with GPS/INS/UWB. Results show that the algorithm of combining spatiotemporal cooperation with measurement knowledge reduces the location uncertainty of swarm UAVs agents and improves location accuracy remarkably.

Objective: To assess the effects of Yi Qi Jie Du Decoction (YQJDD) on nasopharyngeal carcinoma stem cells (NPC-SCs) and investigate the underlying mechanism. Methods: NPC-SCs were collected in serum-free culture system and identified by the sphere formation assay. The effect of YQJDD on the proliferation of NPC-SCs was detected using the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. The change of mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm) in NPC-SCs following treatment with YQJDD was investigated by JC-1 staining. The levels of apoptosis- associated proteins were examined using western blot analysis. Results: YQJDD significantly inhibited the proliferation of NPC-SCs in dose- and time-dependent manners. JC-1 staining revealed that YQJDD lowered the ΔΨm of NPC-SCs in a time- dependent manner. After treatment with YQJDD, the expression of cleaved caspase-3, -7 and -9, cleaved poly-ADP ribose polymerase, P21 and P53 were increased, while the expression of Survivin in NPC-SCs was decreased. However, the expression of cleaved caspase-8 remained nearly unchanged. Conclusions: YQJDD inhibits the growth and induces apoptosis of NPC-SCs via an intrinsic apoptosis pathway. Given the limitations of manufacturing precision, manufacturing cost, and other factors, contact clearance is always inevitable at the contact interface of components. The contact clearance leads to the reduction of heat flux during the heat transfer process. The effect of thermal contact resistance is significant, particularly in the fields of aerospace, microelectrical technology, and cryogenic superconductor that are closely related to the operating temperature. The thermal contact resistance is affected by many factors, such as size, shape, space of asperity, mechanical properties of the material, external pressure, and temperature. Moreover, these factors usually interact with each other and need to be coupled. Thus, how to describe the thermal contact resistance accurately and build the appropriate prediction model are the key problems that should be resolved during engineering calculations. On the basis of the research results of domestic and international scholars, the current research state of thermal contact resistance during theoretical calculations and engineering applications were presented. The theoretical calculation, experimental measurement, and digital simulation methods used to analyze macroscopic thermal contact resistance were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were indicated. The effects of different factors on macroscopic thermal contact resistance were briefly discussed. On the basis of the combined cooling experiments of low-temperature superconducting magnet coils of the China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor, the effects of heat flow direction, temperature, and pressure on the thermal contact resistance of superconducting magnet components, such as stainless-steel jacket, dielectric insulation material, and quench protection material, were analyzed. Moreover, the reason why the effects of temperature and external pressure result in the change of thermal contact resistance was investigated from the perspective of thermal mechanics. Finally, given the accuracy and convenience requirements for the calculation of thermal contact resistance during engineering practice, the future research direction was indicated.

In order to further increase directional borehole depth along coal seam and improve drilling efficiency of ultra-long directional borehole, influencing factors of weight on bit(WOB) transmission of ultra-long directional borehole along coal seam were analyzed, including borehole trajectory, borehole depth, sediment in borehole and drilling strata. Based on engineering background of 2 570 m ultra-long directional borehole along coal seam in Baode Coal Mine, law of WOB transmission under compound directional drilling was researched. The research results show that with the increase of borehole depth, feed pressure of sliding directional drilling increases exponentially, and finally reaches rated feed pressure of drilling rig, which leads to decrease of transmission efficiency of WOB. Under condition of compound drilling, feed pressure of compound drilling keeps at a low level with the increase of borehole depth, which is far lower than rated feed pressure of drilling rig. Rotary pressure of drilling rig almost increases linearly with the increase of borehole depth, but it is lower than rated rotary pressure of drilling rig, which leads to high transmission efficiency of WOB. The higher the pump pressure and pump volume of mud pump are, the higher the slag discharge efficiency is, the lower the friction resistance of drilling tool is, and the higher the transmission efficiency of WOB is. Conversely, the lower the transmission efficiency of WOB is.

In view of the problems such as high resistance, low efficiency and limited drilling depth during the sliding directional drilling under the condition of deep hole, this paper studies and forms the drag reduction technology of sliding drilling, including hydraulic pressure drilling technology and positive and negative twist drilling technology. This technology has been applied to complete a 3 353 m ultra-long directional drilling along coal seam in Baode Coal Mine. Analysis of drilling parameters shows that the technology has obvious drag reduction effect of sliding drilling, which has great significance to improve the drilling capacity, drilling efficiency and drilling trajectory control accuracy of ultra-long directional drilling in coal mine.

Time-triggered Ethernet (TTE) is a new high-speed, real-time and fault-tolerant communications technology that combines high real-time services and traditional best-effort services. TTE is highly valuable in the application of transmission technology in the aerospace field. To ensure the security requirements of important information, the TTE network adopts a dual redundant network structure. Traditional links execute switching operation at the occurrence of failure, and the physical link switching causes some overhead and delays. When using dual-network transmission, the protocol is complicated, and the discard windows discard redundant packets, which will also cause the increase of network delay. In this paper, an adaptive dual redundant network structure was proposed.This structure did not only meet the real-time performance requirements of the TTE network services, but also met the security requirements of the TTE network service. Time labels for redundant messages were designed in this structure, and using time labels could restore transmissions adaptively. A scheduling scheme of mixed traffic—time-triggered (TT) traffic, rate-constrained (RC) traffic, and best-effort (BE) traffic—in TTE network was designed. Based on the importance of the packet, the sender adaptively classified the network packet. Among the mixed traffic scheduling transmission, the TT traffic through the terminal redundancy was processed and backed ups, and it was transmitted in dual networks. RC and BE traffics were not important information; therefore, they did not need backup; they were transmitted dispersedly in dual networks. In addition, based on deterministic network analysis method, the closed delay bound of RC traffic under adaptive double redundant scheduling method was deduced. Furthermore, several simulation result under extreme network, determined network, and queuing theory simulation model show that the scheduling method based on adaptive dual redundancy can reduce the network delay. This design does not only satisfy the security requirements of the TTE network, but also meets the real-time requirements of the service.

ZnO is modified by Cu2O by the process of precipitation and calcination. X-ray diffraction has shown that Cu2O/ZnO catalysts are made of highly purified cubic Cu2O and hexagonal ZnO. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy have shown that ZnO adhered to the surface of Cu2O. Due to the doping of Cu2O, the absorption range of the Cu2O/ZnO catalyst is shifted from the ultraviolet to the visible region due to diffuse reflection. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectra have confirmed that there is a substantial interaction between the two phases of the resultant catalyst. The degradation efficiency of Cu2O/ZnO on methyl orange solution is obviously enhanced compared to Cu2O and ZnO. The maximum degradation efficiency is 98%. The degradation efficiency is affected by the pH of the solution and initial concentration. After three rounds of recycling, the degradation rate is almost same. This shows a consistent performance of Cu2O/ZnO. The increase in catalytic ability is related to the lattice interaction caused by the doping of Cu2O.

The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene for automated fiber placement was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Avrami equation. To investigate the influence of cooling rate and cooling time on non-isothermal crystallization behavior of matrix material and solve the maximum processing speed at different cooling speed, the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics model and the heat transfer model were derived and the cooling conditions in the process of automated fiber placement were set up. The result shows that the crystallinity of the polypropylene decreases along with the increase of cooling speed. The initial and final crystallization temperature are both moving in the direction of low temperature with the increase of cooling speed. The relative crystallinity is closed to the S type curve along with the change of temperature. The compress strength and the interlaminar shear strength are all increasing with the increase of the crystallinity, however, the impact strength is decreasing along with the increase of the crystallinity which is opposite to the compress strength and the interlaminar shear strength.

In this paper, the effect of Rh content on the mechanical properties of Ir–Rh alloys was investigated based on first-principles density functional theory. The calculated results show that when the Rh content is small, the three elastic moduli (elastic modulus ( B ), shear modulus ( G ), and Young’s modulus ( E )) of Ir–Rh alloy increase rapidly with the increase of Rh content. They reach a maximum value at Ir–10Rh and then decrease, before rising slowly at Ir–40Rh and then gradually decreasing again. This shows that adding a small amount of rhodium to iridium can effectively improve the strength and hardness of iridium. Among all the components of the selected Ir–Rh alloys, Ir–10Rh has the highest hardness and strength. The addition of Rh can cause the embrittlement of Ir–Rh alloys, and its brittleness first increases and then decreases with the increase of Rh content, and reaches the highest at Ir–50Rh. Considering the results obtained from theoretical calculations and experiments, Ir–20Rh was selected as the alloy composition for the study of hot isostatic pressing technology. The effects of mixing time, whether to mix powder with balls, and degassing temperature on the properties of metal powders were studied to find the best mixing and degassing process parameters. In the experiment of mixing powder for the iridium and rhodium alloy, it is found that the time required for mixing powder with balls to reach uniformity was shorter than that without balls. The oxygen content of the final mixed powder obtained by the two processes is the same. The nitrogen content of the metal powder mixed with the ball is slightly higher than that without the ball, but it can be reduced to below 0.001% after the degassing process. During the sintering process, with the increase in temperature, the mutual diffusion speed between iridium powder and rhodium powder increases, the sintering neck grows, the internal pores decrease, and the density of the sintered body increases. Therefore, the final decision process is to select mixing with balls for 10 h, degas at 1200 °C for 2 h, and then raise the temperature to 1800 °C for sintering. With the increase of hot isostatic pressing temperature and pressure, the density of the alloy increases. When the highest temperature (1300 °C) and highest pressure (140 MPa) are used for hot isostatic pressing for 2 h, the density can reach 95.7% of the theoretical density.

The Automated Fiber Placement (AFP) of thermoplastic composite (TPC) realizes in-situ crystallization layer by layer and offers the potential to increase production rate and significantly reduces manufacturing cost when processing of large parts. Desired quality of composite parts depends intensively on the thermal history of the AFP, the heater moving with the AFP head and the case of layer continuously being added on bottom prepreg were simulated by the ANSYS software to obtain the temperature field distribution in the laminate. At the same time, a real-time temperature measurement system based on WinCC flexible was established, aiming at acquiring and memorizing the temperature during the experiments. The results show that the temperature curves of each layer appear several peaks and the peaks are gradually increasing with the increase of the temperature of hot gas, the higher the temperature of hot gas is, the bigger the peak temperature difference is and the smaller the difference between thermocouple and simulation is. The finite element simulation results are verified to be correct by comparing the peak temperature of the experimental results with the finite element simulation results. The results show that peaks are gradually decreasing with the increase of the speed of roll. In order to meet the requirements of the component, the maximum speed is 1.2m/min when the temperature of hot gas is 600℃.

The multiaxial fatigue behavior of 2A12 aluminum alloy was studied with SDN100/1000 electro-hydraulic servo tension-torsion fatigue tester under different stress amplitude ratios, the fracture morphology and the fatigue loading curve were observed to study the failure mechanism. The results show that, under the one stage loading condition, the fatigue life prolongs with the stress amplitude ratio increasing. Under pure torsion loading, smooth and even area exists in the fracture surface. As the stress amplitude ratio increases, the number of scratch reduces, the fatigue striation and some special morphology such as the fishbone pattern, scale pattern and honeycomb pattern can be observed; under cumulative paths of different stress amplitude ratios, the variation of multiaxial fatigue life changes with first stage loading cycles; under cumulative paths of high-low stress amplitude ratio, the cycle hardening occurs obviously in the axial direction for the first stage high stress amplitude ratio loading and 2A12 alloy shows training effect.

The multiaxial fatigue behavior of 2A12 aluminum alloy was studied with SDN100/1000 electro-hydraulic servo tension-torsion fatigue tester under multiple variables, and the failure mechanism was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that under the loading condition of equivalent stress, the fatigue life decreases with the increase of phase angle. For the phase angle 0°, some special features can be observed in the crack initial zone, such as the tire pattern,fishbone pattern and stalactite pattern. There are secondary cracks and vague fatigue striations in the crack propagation zone; the multiaxial fatigue life decreases with the change of mean stress for tension or torsion. Some white flocculent oxides can be found in the crack initiation zone, and secondary crack as well as shear-type elongated dimples in the instantaneous fracture zone; facing different loading waveforms, the multiaxial life of sine wave is the longest, triangle wave in the second place, and the square wave is the shortest, under the loading condition of equivalent stress, square wave leads to the maximum structural energy dissipation. Under the low and high two step loading, 2A12 shows training effect.

It is important to determine the chemical composition of gases trapped in rocks. The technique of using carrier gas and chemical analysis to release and collect gases is very time-consuming. There is little reported about Gas Chromatography analysis of rock degassing under high vacuum, and the total amount of gases are not commonly measured. It is difficult to analyze gases with similar molecular weights by Mass Spectrometer and because of these problems, a high vacuum rock sample degassing device has been developed. The vacuum of the device is < 10-4 Pa. The blank sample pressure is < 0.1 Pa, the accuracy for N2 in the air is 0.63%, and the minimum measurable quantity is < 1 mm3 at standard temperature and pressure. The high vacuum device is coupled with a Gas Chromatography with a pulsed discharge detector, which gives a high sensitive gas chromatographic analysis of the chemical composition of gases in rocks. The gas released from Wudalianchi volcanic rocks in the Songliao Basin reservoirs and shale samples from the Sichuan basin have been analyzed using this system. The results show that the total amount of gas released from the rock can be directly measured. Less sample weight is needed during stage heating, and gas composition analysis is more sensitive compared with the previous experimental device and method. The analyzed main component targeted is the common component in gas-released rock.
