To improve the current automated guided vehicle (AGV) charging strategy at automated terminals, which is not fully coordinated with the distributed power supply, a joint optimization method of AGV logistics scheduling and orderly charging is proposed. First, the synergetic relationship between AGV logistics scheduling and charging scheduling is analyzed, and a joint optimization framework is built. Then, a method to calculate the distance traveled by AGVs while considering the segregation requirements of trucks inside and outside the terminal is proposed. Afterwards, for the AGV charging module, the judgment conditions of AGV charging status and the pile selection method are defined. Furthermore, to minimize the cost of purchasing electricity at the terminal, a joint optimization model of logistics scheduling and orderly charging is constructed by considering time-of-use tariff, distributed power feed-in tariff, power balance constraint, state of charge constraint at the termination moment, upper and lower bound constraints of decision variables, and logistics scheduling constraint. Finally, a fast solution method based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed, of which the effectiveness and economic efficiency are verified by an actual case of a terminal.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical value of the deep learning reconstruction (DLR) algorithm in enhancing image quality and reducing scan time in shoulder MRI. Methods Fifty patients suspected of having shoulder joint lesions in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from June to October 2023 were prospectively included. Routine sequence scanning images with 1.5T MRI were grouped as Fsecon, while scanning images with parallel acquisition acceleration factor 2 were grouped as Fsefast. The scanning sequences included fat-suppression proton density-weighted imaging (PDWI-FS) and T1 weighted imaging (T1WI). The Fsefast group was then transferred to Subtle MRTM dlr to obtain images in the Fsedlr group. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of supraspinatus muscle, long head tendon of biceps brachii, glenoid labrum cartilage, and humerus marrow, as well as the contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of supraspinatus muscle/glenoid labrum cartilage, were measured and compared among the three groups. Two radiologists blindly evaluated the image clarity and artifacts of the Fsedlr group and the Fsecon group using the Likert 4-point scale, and compared the diagnostic efficacy of pathological abnormal structures between the two groups. Results Compared with the Fsecon group, the scan time of the Fsedlr group was shortened by 44%, and the image clarity and artifact scores were higher, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The intraclass correlation coefficients（ICC）for subjective scores within the two radiologists' groups were 0.797 to 0.919. Among the objective evaluation indicators, the SNR and CNR of the Fsedlr group were significantly higher than those of the Fsecon group and the Fsefast group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). In the evaluation of the pathological abnormal structures of the Fsecon group and the Fsedlr group by two radiologists, the diagnostic results of the two groups were consistent (Kappa value: 0.675-1.000), and also showed excellent consistency in the evaluation of the same radiologist (Kappa value: 0.771-1.000), among which the Kappa values of humerus bone marrow, joint bursa and long head tendon of biceps brachii were higher than 0.8. Conclusion The application of the DLR algorithm in shoulder MRI examination can improve image quality, shorten image acquisition time, ensure diagnostic efficacy, and improve examination efficiency, demonstrating good clinical value.

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes and has become one of the leading causes of blindness and visual impairment in diabetes patients. The pathogenesis of DR is multifaceted, involving inflammation, oxidative stress, neurovascular abnormalities, and other factors that present potential targets for disease management interventions. Currently, anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) drugs serve as the primary treatment for advanced stages of DR when irreversible neurovascular damage and visual impairment have occurred. Additionally, some patients show poor or no response to anti-VEGF treatment. There is a lack of early intervention options for the initial phases of the disease. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop novel local or systemic therapies based on the underlying mechanisms of DR to enable early prevention and treatment with the aim of preserving patients′ vision. Medications targeting various pathways including anti-inflammatory agents (corticosteroids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), neurotrophic and neuroprotective drugs, drugs modulating biochemical pathways, antioxidant phytochemicals, and gene therapy can complement each other in terms of therapeutic effects to benefit a larger number of individuals affected by DR. This article reviews previous research reports on the pathogenesis, drug treatment methods, and potential therapeutic targets associated with DR in order to provide guidance for clinical practice.

Purposes Bird impact resistance has always been one of the important testing factors for aircraft airworthiness. In order to explore the bird impact resistance performance of civil aircraft nose side panel, three methods of rivet failure ratio assessment, energy method, and residual bearing capacity assessment are used to evaluate. Methods The effectiveness of the numerical model was verified by simulating the bird impact behavior of three types of side wall panels by using PAM-CRASH software, and the reliability of the above method was evaluated according to the bird impact failure of the three test specimens. Findings The research results indicate that the lower the proportion of rivet failures, the better the bird impact resistance of the structure; When the proportion of rivet energy absorption increases and the proportion of skin energy absorption decreases, the anti-bird-collision performance of the structure is improved; Among the above methods, the residual bearing capacity evaluation method can realize quantitative analysis of the bird impact resistance performance. The lower the damage factor value, the better the bird impact resistance performance of the side wall panel. Conclusions By summarizing the applicability and limitations of the bird impact performance evaluation method for side wall panels, this work provides valuable reference for the safety design and research and development of later civil aircraft.

Objective To investigate the mechanism by which G protein-coupled estrogen receptor (GPER) reduces retinal neovascularisation in oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR) in newborn mice. Methods A total of 42 newborn mice were randomly divided into normoxic control group (n=11), OIR group (n=11), G-1(GPER agonist) group (n=10), and solvent control group (n=10).On postnatal day 17(P17), the distribution of GPER in the retina of mice in the normoxic control group was observed by immunofluorescence staining on frozen sections of the eyeballs.The mice of the G-1 group and solvent control group were given by intraperitoneal injection 50 μg/(kg·d) G-1 or corn oil solvent from P12 to P15.Immunofluorescence staining of retinal spreads at P17 was performed to observe the expression of retinal vascular marker IB4 and astrocyte marker glia fibrilary acidic protein (GFAP).Western blotting was used to quantify the expression of retinal vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA), GFAP, and inflammatory factors TNF-α, IGF-1, and IL1-β. Results GPER was present throughout the retina and co-stained with the astrocyte marker GFAP in the ganglion cell layer (GCL).Compared with the normoxic control group, the retinas of mice in the OIR group showed neovascular and avascular areas, and the expression of VEGFA and GFAP was significantly increased (P < 0.05).Compared with the solvent control group, the retinal neovascularisation was reduced in the G-1 group, and the expression levels of VEGFA, GFAP, TNF-α, IGF-1, and IL1-β proteins were decreased significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion GPER inhibits astrocyte activity, reduces VEGFA expression and release of inflammatory factors, and then decreases retinal neovascularisation in OIR mice.

Swallowing dysfunction in elderly stroke patients is a common and significant clinical problem that has a considerable impact on their health and quality of life. Studies have indicated that impaired swallowing function in elderly stroke patients is associated with multiple factors, including the location and extent of the stroke, the degree of damage to the neural pathways, and related inflammatory responses. Interventions for swallowing dysfunction in elderly stroke patients have gradually become more diverse and individualized. This paper reviewed the studies on dysphagia in elderly stroke patients, summarized etiologic and pathophysiologic mechanisms, assessment tools, and treatment of dysphagia, and provided reference for diversifying clinical research and treatment. Objective The Haopinggou Ag-Au polymetallic deposit is a typical intermediate-sulfidation epithermal deposit in the Xiong'ershan ore concentration area. Ag-Pb-Zn mineralization mainly occurs in steeply dipping veins and breccia matrix. The relationship between large-scale Pb-Zn mineralization and widely developed alteration minerals remains unclear. Methods In order to discuss chlorite's significance related to Pb-Zn mineralization, chlorite composition in the Haopinggou Ag-Au polymetallic deposit has been analyzed by field geological observation and electron microprobe analysis (EMPA) in this paper. Results Three types of chlorite were observed in the deposit, occurring in altered wall rocks (Type I), in(with) Pb-Zn sulfides (Type II), and in(with) the breccia matrix (Type III). All three types of chlorite are prochlorites and fall within the compositional range of Fe-rich chlorite, indicating that they could be formed in a partially reducing acidic environment. Fe2+ for Mg2+ is the primary substitution in chlorite lattice, suggesting a close association between chlorite formation and mafic wall rocks. Based on the corrected chlorite geothermometer, these chlorites formed under aluminum-saturated conditions in the medium to low-temperature range of 196-239℃. The temperatures of chlorites associated with mineralization (Types II and III) are higher than those in chlorites around quartz veins (Type I). It is believed that during the mineralization process, the hydrothermal fluids evolved from acidic to nearly neutral conditions as the temperature gradually decreased. The initial acidic environment facilitated interaction between water and rocks, promoting the dissolution of surrounding rocks and providing space for the further precipitation of metal sulfides. The evolution of ore fluid properties also corresponds to the deposition process of Ag-Pb-Zn. The genesis of chlorite in the deposit is well-correlated with the ore-forming and holds significant prospecting value. (1) Type I chlorites mainly develop on both sides of quartz veins, formed by the dissolution and metasomatism of basic wall rocks by ore-bearing hydrothermal fluids. Type I chlorite's Fe and Mg components are mostly derived from the wall rocks. Although this type does not contain mineralization, it can be used to trace veins. (2) Type III chlorites reflect the migration process of ore-bearing hydrothermal fluids carrying dissolved minerals (biotite/clinopyroxene), which precipitate with changes in the physicochemical environment. Type III chlorite's Fe and Mg components are mainly introduced by ore-bearing hydrothermal fluids. This type of chlorite fills the intergranular pore spaces between minerals and easily replaces minerals such as biotite and hornblende, exhibiting apparent mineral alteration features in hand specimens, which is beneficial for prospecting.(3) The formation mechanism of Type II chlorites includes the possibilities mentioned above. This type of chlorite is formed by complete dissolution and metasomatism of cement in ore-bearing hydrothermal fluids, forming fine-grained cryptocrystalline chlorite fillings in breccia rocks. Ore-bearing hydrothermal fluids and wall rocks both contribute Fe and Mg in the chlorites. Hand specimens of Type II chlorite are dark green, disseminated and filled in the matrix, making it easy to distinguish. The chemical characteristics of Type II chlorites are similar to those of chemical characteristics of granite-related deposits, implying the contribution of magmatic fluids to ore-forming fluids. Conclusion The Haopinggou Ag-Au polymetallic deposit contains three types of chlorites. Their chemical characteristics all reflect an acidic and reducing metallogenic environment. In cation exchange, the primary substitution is Fe for Mg, and other substitutions are insignificant. The effect of Fe/(Fe+Mg) must be eliminated in order to calculate the temperature of such deposits using chlorite geothermometers. The formation mechanism of the three chlorites is closely related to mafic wall rock, and their chemical properties suggest the involvement of magmatic fluids in ore-forming fluids. Significance These three types of chlorite are well-matched with intense Ag-Pb-Zn mineralization and can serve as key indicators for locating Pb-Zn veins.

The concomitant of brain and heart diseases has progressively garnered the attention of neurosurgeons and cardiovascular surgeons, who have initiated synchronous surgical treatment for brain and heart. The concept of "pan⁃vascular medicine" advocates a research model and development philosophy that fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and integration. The principles of "pan⁃vascular medicine" serve as a crucial guiding force for the synchronous surgical treatment for brain and heart, while the latter enhances the completeness and depth of the former's theoretical framework. Presently, we persist in designing specific surgical interventions based on atherosclerosis diseases. In the future, synchronous surgical treatment for brain and heart will transcend the conventional boundaries of concurrent carotid and coronary artery surgery, and evolve towards a development axis centered on vascular reconstruction. This will thereby expand the scope of the "pan⁃vascular medicine" concept from a surgical standpoint.

[Objective] In order to explore the impact of uranium on algae growth and photosynthesis, and to screen new ecological risk assessment indicators for uranium pollution in water bodies based on photosynthesis. [Methods] This experiment used different concentrations of uranium (0, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 20 mg/ L U6+ ) to treat two types of microalgae, chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris) and Huanglong chlorella, from different environments. The relative growth rate, photosynthetic oxygen release rate, chlorophyll content, and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters were measured on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th, and 14th days after treatment. [Results] (1) Low concentration uranium (0.5 mg/L) treatment significantly promoted the growth and photosynthetic efficiency of the two types of microalgae, where the relative growth rate, photosynthetic oxygen release rate, maximum photochemical quantum yield (Fv/Fm) of photosystem Ⅱ, actual photochemical quantum yield Y (Ⅱ), and relative electron transfer rate (rETR) of the two microalgae were significantly higher than the control. However, high concentration uranium treatment (5 -20 mg/L) significantly inhibited the growth and photosynthesis of the two types of chlorella. (2) Huanglong chlorella was more sensitive to uranium treatment than chlorella, and its growth and photosynthesis were significantly inhibited at 1mg/L, and it could be used as an bioindicator for monitoring of uranium pollution in water bodies. (3) Regression analysis showed that under different concentrations of uranium treatment, the response speed of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Y (Ⅱ) and rETR was faster than the changes in relative growth rate, photosynthetic oxygen release rate, chlorophyll content, and Fv/Fm, which could be used as sensitive indicators for ecological risk assessment of uranium pollution in water bodies. [Conclusion] Uranium exhibits a concentration effect on the growth and photosynthesis of chlorella, where low concentrations promote growth while high concentrations inhibit growth. Huanglong chlorella is more sensitive to uranium pollution. Therefore, the combination of Huanglong chlorella and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters Y (Ⅱ) and rETR can be applied for the ecological risk assessment of uranium pollution in water bodies.

Real-time and effective detection of atmospheric profiles is of great significance in understanding the evolution of climate system. Ground-based microwave radiometers can provide atmospheric temperature and humidity profiles with extremely high temporal and spatial resolution. Domestic MWP967KV microwave radiometer has effectively made up for problems of imported microwave radiometers, but there are relatively few studies on the performance evaluation and application of this microwave radiometer. In order to better apply data and products of MWP967KV microwave radiometer, inversion data from June 2018 to July 2021 at Jinghe Station of Xi'an are compared with L-band radiosonde observation. The accuracy of atmospheric temperature, relative humidity and vapor density retrieved from microwave radiometer under clear skies and different cloudy skies (classified as low cloud, middle cloud and high cloud, respectively) are analyzed, and the applicability of the related products in precipitation is further explored. Results show that correlation coefficients of temperature between microwave radiometer and radiosonde are 0.99, correlation coefficients of vapor density are 0.97, and correlation coefficients of relative humidity are less than 0.50 under clear skies and cloudy skies, all passing 0.01 significant test. The difference of temperature between clear and cloudy skies is small, but root mean square error of relative humidity in cloudy skies is more than 25%, which is significantly larger than that in clear skies. It indicates that the presence of clouds reduces the accuracy of the humidity inversion, causing large errors, and the inversion accuracy is higher near the ground. Under different cloud types, the temperature difference is small, while root mean square error and bias of relative humidity in low cloud are the largest, which are 26.85% and 9.51%, respectively. In addition, a case analysis shows that relative humidity, liquid water content, atmospheric precipitable water vapor and liquid water path increase significantly before the occurrence of precipitation, which can be used as indicators of the possible occurrence of precipitation. Statistic results show that the atmospheric precipitable water vapor reaches 4 cm and liquid water path reaches 0.2 mm during several precipitation cases, and these indexes can be used as the reference threshold for judging the precipitation of Xi'an.

ObjectiveTo analyze the improvement of fall prevention cognition and compliance among high-risk fall patients after the introduction of project-based nursing model. MethodsA total of 86 patients admitted in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table, with 43 patients in each group. The control group implemented the routine nursing scheme, and the observation group implemented the project-based nursing mode. At the end of the first week after the intervention, the self-developed fall prevention cognitive questionnaire and fall prevention compliance behavior investigation table were used to investigate the fall prevention cognitive system and the compliance of the patients. ResultsThe cognitive score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P＜0.05）. The score of fall prevention compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group［（81.7±3.7）pointsvs（63.8±2.4） points,t=26.615, P＜0.01］. The nursing satisfaction in observation group was significant higher than that in control group (95.4%vs79.1%, χ2=5.108, P＜0.05). ConclusionThe application of the project-based nursing model to the high-risk fall population can improve the individuals fall prevention cognitive system and improve their compliance to fall prevention behavior.

This paper makes a case for the Bakhtinian concept of “chronotope” in explaining the space–time affordances of technology in second language pedagogy. It examines the production of space–time that intersects online/offline, formal/informal and local/translocal activities in task-based language teaching. Drawing on an example of instructional design using WeChat to facilitate the learning of business Chinese, this paper illustrates that the chronotopic affordances of mobile apps such as WeChat, when creatively integrated with task-based language pedagogy, can significantly expand the learning mobility and opportunities defined by the classroom in its traditional sense. This chronotopic expansion enables learners to be positioned in digitally mediated and simulated scenarios and roles that transcend the space–time of the classroom, closely resembling real-world communication in the globalising world. It is suggested that language task design, taking into account the chronotopic affordances of technology, can facilitate authentic and networked space–time of learning by embedding it in mobile, hybrid, individualised and collaborative contexts. The chronotope concept helps us not only critically understand the complexity of mobile-assisted language learning but also theoretically reimagine the classroom chronotopes and the roles, relationships and processes of learning in an increasingly technology-based knowledge economy in post-pandemic education.

To investigate the effect of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) fermentation on the antioxidant activity of glucosinolates from broccoli florets, the glucosinolate composition and in vitro antioxidant activity of broccoli florets fermented by Lactobacillus plantarum were determined, and the effect of glucosinolates extracted from fermented broccoli florets on oxidative stress resistance and antioxidant indicators in Caenorhabditis elegans was evaluated. Results showed that LAB fermentation improved the in vitro antioxidant activity of broccoli glucosinolates. Glucosinolates from fermented broccoli could increase the survival rate of C. elegans under heat and oxidative stress, significantly reduce the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and lipofuscin (P < 0.05), and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), thereby alleviating oxidative damage in C. elegans. To sum up, LAB fermentation can help to improve the antioxidant activity of broccoli glucosinolate, which will provide a theoretical basis for the development of glucosinolates from cruciferous vegetables.

ObjectiveTo analyze the influencing factors of Salmonella contamination， the serotype distribution and molecular typing of Salmonella isolates in meat products in Yibin city were studied.MethodsA total of 29 Salmonella strains isolated from commercial meat products in Yibin city of from 2015 to 2020 were analyzed by slide agglutination test for serotype and pulsed field gel electrophoresis（PFGE） for molecular subtyping. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was carried out on the effects of geographical distribution， sample source and sales mode on the detection composition of Salmonella serogroup.ResultsFourteen serotypes and 4 serogroups were detected in the Salmonella isolates. The dominant bacteria were Salmonella typhimurium， Salmonella give and Salmonella enteritidis. The PFGE cluster analysis showed 18 genotype. The genotypes of Salmonella enteritidis were highly homologous with similarity index of 100%， indicating the same source. Salmonella typhimurium with 4 genotypes and Salmonella give with 2 genotypes both had lower similarity. Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that the risk factor on serogroup D of Salmonella was geographical distribution （OR=1.053， P

The subgrade mud pumping of heavy-haul railway is widespread and harmful, which seriously affects the stability of tracks and the safety of train operation. The properties of railway subgrade soil, such as the particle gradation, the void ratio, have a significant impact on the characteristics of subgrade mud pumping under train load. In this study, a series of remolded samples consisting of silty clay and different content of Kaolin was subjected to mud pumping tests with a self-developed test model. The influence of varying particle gradations (Kaolin content) and initial dry densities (void ratio) on axial strain, excess pore water pressure, and fine particles migration under dynamic load were analyzed. The results show that with the increase in Kaolin content and initial dry density, the axial strain and the excess pore water pressure of the samples, the average migration height of fine particles, and the degree of subgrade mud pumping all decrease. We also find that the excess pore water pressure gradient is the leading factor driving the migration of fine particles in subgrade soil, and the interlayer has a promoting effect on the occurrence of subgrade mud pumping.

Mitochondrial genomes have widely been used as molecular markers in understanding the patterns and processes of nematode evolution. The species in genus Cruznema are free-living bacterivores as well as parasites of crickets and mollusks. The complete mitochondrial genome of C. tripartitum was determined through high-throughput sequencing as the first sequenced representative of the genus Cruznema. The genome is comprised of 14,067 bp nucleotides, and includes 12 protein-coding, two rRNA, and 22 tRNA genes. Phylogenetic analyses based on amino acid data support C. tripartitum as a sister to the clade containing Caenorhabditis elegans and Oscheius chongmingensis. The analysis of gene arrangement suggested that C. tripartitum shares the same gene order with O. chongmingensis, Litoditis marina, Diplocapter coronatus, genus Caenorhabditis, and Pristionchus pacificus. Thus, the mitochondrial gene arrangement is highly conserved in the family Rhabditidae as well as some species in Diplogasteridae.

Nutcracker syndrome (NCS) is a rare disease that may cause proteinuria, renal dysfunction and varicose of genital veins. Traditional open surgery prefers left renal vein transposition, but this surgical method is more traumatic and patients often have more postoperative short-term and long-term complications affecting the quality of life. This article reports a case of a young male patient with NCS complicated with left varicocele. He was treated with left gonadal vein-inferior vena cava transposition and high ligation of spermatic vein, which achieved good results after surgery. This surgical method provides a new treatment idea for patients with NCS and varicocele, which is worthy of clinical reference.

This study examines the issue in standard and operational scenarios of microgrids that arise during critical conditions. Initially, the ideal energy storage size and discharge depth are identified for optimal microgrid planning under operating conditions. Subsequently, by utilizing the energy storage system and load response, the microgrid’s vulnerability is reduced and the cost of load shedding is minimized when in critical conditions, leading to the microgrid being disconnected from the main network and operating in island mode. This model aims to analyze how the system performance is influenced by the presence of storage systems and load response programs in a numerical scenario, particularly during severe weather events. In addition, the study examines the role of advanced control algorithms and communication systems in optimizing the operation of the microgrid. By implementing smart grid technologies, the microgrid can better manage its energy resources, anticipate fluctuations in demand, and respond quickly to changing conditions. This proactive approach helps to ensure the stability and reliability of the microgrid, even in the face of unforeseen challenges. Overall, this research contributes valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing microgrids in both normal and emergency situations. By identifying the most effective energy storage solutions, load response strategies, renewable energy integration methods, and advanced control systems, the study aims to enhance the resilience, efficiency, and sustainability of microgrid systems in the future. The results of the proposed approach in critical operational mode represent the optimal condition of the electrical microgrid with minimum cost and load shedding considering storage systems and load response programs.

In recent years, China has frequently experienced extreme climate events. Analyzing the trends in these extreme weather changes is crucial to mitigating the adverse impacts on human lives and preventing the disruption of water resource distribution. Based on the daily maximum and daily minimum temperatures at 139 meteorological grid points in the Liaohe River Basin from 1961 to 2020, six extreme temperature indices were calculated and selected to explore the temporal and spatial characteristics of the extreme temperature events in the Liaohe River Basin by using the linear trend analysis, the Mann-Kendall (M-K) mutation test, and the Kriging interpolation method. The results show that the index characterizing extreme warm events in the Liaohe River Basin in time shows a significant upward trend on both interannual and seasonal scales, while the index characterizing extreme cold events shows a significant downward trend. The mutation points of interannual changes were mainly distributed between 1980 and 2010. In the spatial distribution, the Liaohe River Basin as a whole is warming, and the northern part is warming more than the southern part.

Following the publication of the Retraction Notice, the article was formally retracted on 29 January 2025. The Publisher and Editors in Chief received an allegation of plagiarism for this article published recently in STET. The investigation into this allegation has confirmed a very high rate of similarity with an article currently under peer review in the journal Electrical Engineering consistent with the alleged plagiarism, and the anteriority of the submission in Electrical Engineering. Every submitted manuscript to STET is compared to published papers in order to detect similarities. However, in the present case the paper in question was still under evaluation. Our argument is based on the rearrangement techniques and the minimax construction.

Objective To investigate the effects of different surgical timing on perioperative basic conditions and complications and surgical outcomes in children suffering from ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) complicated with upper urinary tract infection. Methods A retrospective cohort study was adopted. Then clinical data of 46 UPJO children with upper urinary tract infection treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2020. According to the time from infection controlled to operation, they were divided into early operation group (≤1 week, n=30) and delayed operation group (≥2 months, n=16). The perioperative basic conditions (operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, and postoperative stay) and complications (fever, lumbago, bloating, hematuria, hypertension, urinary extravasation, and urinary tract infection) and surgical outcomes (hydronephrosis, renal cortical changes, and reoperation within 6 months postoperatively) were compared between the 2 groups. Results There were no significant differences in perioperative basic conditions and complications and reoperation between the early and delayed operation groups. Postoperative hydronephrosis was greatly improved in both groups compared with the condition before operation (P < 0.001), and better improvement was obtained in the delayed operation group than the early operation group, though no statistical difference (P=0.183). The thickness of renal parenchyma was improved in 28 cases (93.3%) in the early operation group and 10 cases (62.5%) in the delayed operation group, with obvious difference between them (P=0.026). Conclusion Early or delayed pyeloureteroplasty for UPJO complicated with infection in children have no significant effects on perioperative basic conditions, complications and reoperation. Delayed operation obtains slightly better improvement of hydronephrosis, but worse improvement in renal parenchyma thickness when compared with early operation. It is suggested that early removal for obstruction is helpful to the recovery of renal parenchyma so as to avoid further renal injury.

Plaque pH detection technology can detect the risk of caries and assist in the prevention of caries, with a mature theory and a relatively simple operation. With the increasing demand for clinical caries risk detection technology and the rapid development of microelectrode techniques, there is an increasing variety of types of microelectrodes that can detect the pH of dental plaque, including glass microelectrodes, metal oxide microelectrodes and ion-sensitive field effect transistors. The glass microelectrode was the first microelectrode to be applied in this field, but its structure is weak. Among the various options, the iridium oxide microelectrode has become the most promising caries risk detection electrode in recent years because of its high strength and excellent response. Metal oxide microelectrodes can also effectively compensate for the insufficient strength of glass microelectrodes. With advances in electrode technology, miniaturized, sensitive ion-sensitive field effect transistors have attracted the attention of researchers. Scientists have also recently developed a way to detect the pH of dental plaque with an optical no-contact technique. Optical contactless detection technology will not damage the dental plaque structure, so it has great research and clinical prospects. Future research will further improve the strength and performance of these electrodes on the premise of ensuring miniaturization and achieving noncontact detection.

Two major traditional modalities of posterior circulation revascularization are extracranial⁃intracranial low⁃flow bypass with donor arteries from anterior circulation and supply mainly for local perforators and distal vascular territories. V3 bypass characterized by profound and simultaneous vascular reconstruction of posterior circulation, achieved by intracranial⁃intracranial or multiple bypasses in conjunction with skull base techniques. These posterior circulation vessels not only play a pivotal role in bypass modality design for vertebrobasilar lesions, but also be implemented to revascularize the anterior circulation. In this article, we review the exposure techniques of the important related vessels, designed philosophy, indications and surgical techniques of the available innovative modalities of V3 bypass.

The posture detection of underground personnel can provide effective information for disaster warning and accident rescue. The postures of the underground personnel are complex and diverse and they are time series data. The existing human posture detection methods are difficult to process continuous related posture data. And the real-time performance is poor due to the complex algorithm and the need to configure an independent computer. In order to solve the above problems, a human posture detection method in coal mine based on improved long short term memory network(LSTM) is proposed. The pressure sensor and angle sensor are used to obtain the posture data of underground personnel, such as foot pressure, waist and leg angle, etc. The portable edge operation decision unit carried by the personnel can discriminate the posture. It can realize the real-time detection of five postures of underground personnel, such as standing, walking, bending, squatting (sitting) and lying down. In order to reduce the dimension of the original sampled data of human posture and improve the compute efficiency, LSTM is improved. The long short term memory sparse autoencoder(LSTMSA) is designed. The characteristics of the original sampled data is extracted by the sparse autoencoder(SA) to reduce the dimension, and then the human posture is detected by the LSTM. Human posture data are collected in the laboratory environment, and LSTMSA, LSTM and recursive neural network(RNN) are trained and tested respectively. The results show that under the same experimental settings and sampling data, the accuracy of LSTMSA for five kinds of human posture detection reaches more than 90%, which is close to LSTM and greater than RNN. The computing time of LSTMSA is shortened by more than 50% compared with LSTM, which meets the real-time requirements of human posture detection in coal mine.

The static compression and compression-compression fatigue tests of glass fiber plain woven composite laminates were carried out on an electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine. The stress ratio was R=10, and the S-N curve was fitted. The fatigue damage evolution was characterized by stiffness degradation, energy dissipation, cyclic creep and cyclic softening during fatigue tests. The fracture morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the conditioned fatigue limit is 66.3% of the static compressive strength. The S-N curve fitted by the double-weighted least square method has high reliability. With the increase of the number of cycles, the stiffness of the test piece decreases gradually, and the energy dissipation under each peak load increases gradually. At the initial stage of cyclic loading, the test pieces exhibit strong cyclic creep phenomenon, and the test pieces under the peak load exhibit strong cyclic softening behavior. The resistance to deformation of the test piece is enhanced after cyclic loading. Four failure modes including matrix cracking, fiber/matrix interface debonding, fiber fracture and delamination are observed. Compared with fatigue fracture, the static compression fracture shows larger delamination damage.

The framed gyroscope can significantly reduce the cost of missile. However, the gyroscope error problem restricts the acquisition probability and guidance precision of air-to-ground missile. A gyroscope error compensation method based on Taylor series formula is proposed in this paper. Gyro output error sources are analysed in detail, and the gyro output error model of unmanned aerial vehicle load space missile is established, and the mathematical relationship between missile attitude angle and the gyroscope output is deduced. Through the gyroscope on three-axis turntable hardware-in-the-loop simulation test, the correctness and effectiveness of the gyro error model established is verified. The test results show that the proposed error compensation method can control yaw attitude angle error and oblique attitude angle error of UAV-borne missile within 1° respectively in 20 s, and easy to project implementation.

IntroductionThe occurrence of metastasis is a threat to patients with colon cancer (CC), and the liver is the most common metastasis organ. However, the role of the extrahepatic organs in patients with liver metastasis (LM) has not been distinctly demonstrated. Therefore, this research aimed to explore the prognostic value of extrahepatic metastases (EHMs).MethodsIn this retrospective study, a total of 13,662 colon patients with LM between 2010 and 2015 were selected from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database (SEER). Fine and Gray’s analysis and K–M survival analysis were utilized to explore the impacts of the number of sites of EHMs and different sites of EHMs on prognosis. Finally, a prognostic nomogram model based on the number of sites of EHMs was constructed, and a string of validation methods was conducted, including concordance index (C-index), receiver operating characteristic curves (ROC), and decision curve analysis (DCA).ResultsPatients without EHMs had better prognoses in cancer-specific survival (CSS) and overall survival (OS) than patients with EHMs (p < 0.001). Varied EHM sites of patients had different characteristics of primary location site, grade, and histology. Cumulative incidence rates for CSS surpassed that for other causes in patients with 0, 1, 2, ≥ 3 EHMs, and the patients with more numbers of sites of EHMs revealed worse prognosis in CSS (p < 0.001). However, patients with different EHM sites had a minor difference in cumulative incidence rates for CSS (p = 0.106). Finally, a nomogram was constructed to predict the survival probability of patients with EHMs, which is based on the number of sites of EHMs and has been proven an excellent predictive ability.ConclusionThe number of sites of EHMs was a significant prognostic factor of CC patients with LM. However, the sites of EHMs showed limited impact on survival. Furthermore, a nomogram based on the number of sites of EHMs was constructed to predict the OS of patients with EHMs accurately.

The basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factors (TFs) gene family is an important gene family in plants, and participates in regulation of plant apical meristem growth, metabolic regulation and stress resistance. However, its characteristics and potential functions have not been studied in chestnut (Castanea mollissima), an important nut with high ecological and economic value. In the present study, 94 CmbHLHs were identified in chestnut genome, of which 88 were unevenly distributed on chromosomes, and other six were located on five unanchored scaffolds. Almost all CmbHLH proteins were predicted in the nucleus, and subcellular localization demonstrated the correctness of the above predictions. Based on the phylogenetic analysis, all of the CmbHLH genes were divided into 19 subgroups with distinct features. Abundant cis-acting regulatory elements related to endosperm expression, meristem expression, and responses to gibberellin (GA) and auxin were identified in the upstream sequences of CmbHLH genes. This indicates that these genes may have potential functions in the morphogenesis of chestnut. Comparative genome analysis showed that dispersed duplication was the main driving force for the expansion of the CmbHLH gene family inferred to have evolved through purifying selection. Transcriptome analysis and qRT-PCR experiments showed that the expression patterns of CmbHLHs were different in different chestnut tissues, and revealed some members may have potential functions in chestnut buds, nuts, fertile/abortive ovules development. The results from this study will be helpful to understand the characteristics and potential functions of the bHLH gene family in chestnut.

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care in nursing management of patients with liver disease under the under the regular epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19. Methods According to the sequence of hospital admission, totally 82 patients with liver disease were divided into two groups: 41 cases in control group and 41 cases in the observation group. Patients in both control and observation group received routine care during the treatment, and those in the observation group were given humanistic nursing interventions. The Patient acceptance of humanistic care and satisfaction with nursing service were measured. Results The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score decreased in both groups after intervention, and SAS score in the in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Under the regular epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19, implementation of humanistic nursing intervention based on the hospital infection management is potentially effective in relieve anxiety and improving satisfaction degree of patients with liver disease. (目的 探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎常态化疫情防控下肝病患者的人文关怀与护理管理策略, 为后疫情时期传染病医院住院管理提供参考。方法 82例肝病患者根据入院时间分为两组: 2020 年7月—11月收治的41例患者为对照组, 2020年12月—2021年4月收治的41例患者为观察组。住院治疗期间, 对照组采用常规护理模式, 观察组在常规护理的基础上实施人文关怀护理干预。评价两组患者对护理工作满意度和焦虑程度。结果 观察组患者满意度高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。干预后, 两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均较干预前降低, 且观察组患者SAS评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01) 。结论 新型冠状病毒肺炎常态化疫情防控下, 在加强住院患者防控管理的基础上, 实施人文关怀护理有利于提高患者护理满意度, 改善患者不良情绪, 对提升治疗依从性有积极意义。)

[Objective] The changing trend of water-holding function in a subalpine area of Western Sichuan Province was analyzed in order to provide a scientific basis for defining the dynamic characteristics of water conservation in this area. [Methods] Taking the Zagunao River basin in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River as an example, the variation characteristics of water conservation capacity of the Zagunao River basin were studied based on precipitation, temperature, water, and sediment data collected at the outlet of the Zagunao River basin and by using the principle of water balance. [Results] ① Runoff was significantly reduced over time, with an average annual decrease of 2.83 mm (i.e., water-holding capacity increased by 28.3 t/ha annually), especially around year 2000 (when the ecological protection and ecological restoration project started) to 2020 when the average annual decrease was 3.12 mm (i.e., water-holding capacity increased by 31.2 t/ha annually); ② Sand content in the runoff also showed a significant decreasing trend, indicating that runoff in the area was decreasing while soil conservation capacity was increasing; ③ There was no significant fluctuation trend in precipitation over the study period, indicating that the observed runoff decrease was not caused by precipitation changes. [Conclusion] Ecological engineering, such as ecological protection and restoration, plays an obvious role in promoting water conservation.

In recent years, the frequency adjustment of U.S. monetary policy has a dynamic and global impact on other countries' economy. Based on the financial conditions index (FCI), the paper employs the time-varying parameter vector autoregressive model with stochastic volatility (TVP-VAR-SV) and spillover index respectively to investigate the time-varying impact of U.S. financial conditions (UFCI) on China's inflation (CINF) and its impact mechanisms. Some results are achieved as follows: first, the impacts of UFCI on CINF vary greatly over time both in the dimension of action duration and time point. Second, the effects of UFCI on CINF directly relate to different types of major events, and they are heterogeneous in action duration, degree, direction as well as the trend and range of fluctuations. In addition, UFCI can work on CINF through trade flow and China's financial market, and the China's financial market plays a main conductive role, and its conductive effect changes over time.

The bypass surgery for anterior communicating artery (ACoA) aneurysms is a considerable option for the radical treatment of complex ACoA aneurysms and maintaining the perfusion of anterior cerebral artery (ACA) territories. The bypass modalities with the aim to rebuild the function of ACoA are complicated and technically challenging. For vascular architecture, the ACoA as the anterior pivot of the circle of Willis is remotely situated to traditional donor vessels, while bilateral efferent arteries should be treated as recipient vessels, and the anatomical variability of ACoA complex further complicate these situations. For surgical application, the working corridor is deep and narrow, so bypass procedure necessitates deep anastomosis. Thus the traditional surgical exposure requires two separate approaches to access the proximal afferent and distal efferent arteries for vascular control and anastomosis. In this article, we review the available innovative modifications that designed in order to create individualized strategies for each patient because of the complexity of hemodynamics and the vascular architecture.

Multiple myeloma is a type of hematological malignancy caused by clonal plasma cell proliferation. In recent years, the application of proteasome inhibitors and immune drugs (IMiDs) in multiple myeloma has prolonged the survival period of patients and improved the quality of life. However, due to the heterogeneity, recurrence and drug resistance of the disease, MM is still incurable. Relatively good response rates of immune checkpoint inhibitors such as Pembrolizumab, Nivolumab, Pidilizumab, Atezolizumab and Durvalumab offer MM a new hope. This article reviews the relevant literature in recent years, introduces the immune pathogenesis of MM, PD-1/PD-L1/2-related immune pathway and the current status of immunotherapy, to provide reference for the immunotherapy of MM.

Abstract Background AdipoR2, which belongs to the seven-transmembrane-domain receptor family, has been shown to play an important role in the development of human tumours, but the underlying mechanisms are poorly understood. In this study, we found that AdipoR2 expression correlates with glioma grade. In addition, we also investigated the mechanisms behind the antiproliferative effects of AdipoR2 in U251 cells (a human glioma cell line) using colony formation and WST-8 growth assays. Methods The U251 cell line was cultured in vitro. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of relevant proteins. Quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 expression. Flow cytometry was used to detect cell cycle assay results. The gene expression profiles of glioma samples from the CGGA database were analysed by MATLAB and GSEA software. Results The AMPK/mTOR pathway plays a central role in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation and migration and may promote tumorigenesis. Therefore, we can control cancer progression by modulating the AMPK/mTOR pathway. However, there is no information on the relationship between AdipoR and AMPK/mTOR in central nervous system tumours such as GBM. In this study. We found 648 upregulated genes and 436 downregulated genes correlated with AdipoR2 expression in 158 glioma samples. GSEA suggested that AdipoR2 is a cell cycle-associated gene. The results of the flow cytometry analysis indicated that AdipoR2 induced G0/G1 cell cycle arrest in U251 cells. Furthermore, we identified the AMPK/mTOR signalling axis to be involved in AdipoR2-induced cell cycle arrest. Conclusions Our results suggest that AdipoR2 may represent a novel endogenous negative regulator of GBM cell proliferation. These findings also suggest that AdipoR2 may be a promising therapeutic target in GBM patients.

Objective To explore the protective effect of β-caryophyllene (BCP) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) rats and related mechanism. Methods SD rats were randomized into sham operation group, I/R group, and low-, medium- and high-dose BCP groups (102, 204 and 408 mg·kg-1), Jagged1 (Notch1 agonist, 50 mg·kg-1 in 3 h before I/R injury)+BCP group, and Jagged1 group. The treatments were given to the corresponding rats through intragastric infusion. In 7 d later, SD rat CIR model was established with suture-occlusion, with ischemia for 1.5 h followed by reperfusion for 48 h. The infarct volume and neurobehavioral score were measured; Western blotting was used to detect the cerebral protein levels of Notch1, NF-κB p65, NF-κB p-p65 and Hes1; HE staining was applied to observe the number of dead cells, and ELISA was employed to detect the changes of TNF-α and IL1-β contents in the ischemic hippocampus. Results BCP treatment could significantly improve the neurological deficit, reduce the infarct volume, down-regulate the protein levels of Notch1, NF-κB and Hes1 in the hippocampus (P < 0.05), reduce the releases of TNF-α and IL-1β (P < 0.05), and attenuate the death of hippocampal neuronal cells in the rats after cerebral I/R injury. Comparing the simple Jagged1 intervention group, Notch1 agonist, Jagged1, could antagonize the therapeutic effects of BCP. Conclusion BCP can attenuate cerebral I/R injury in rats, and exerts its protective effect probably through inhibiting Notch1/NF-κB signal axis to reduce the release of inflammatory factors.

It is very important to determine the reasonable shutdown stress of air-conditioning piping,and it is related to the piping reliability and development cost. Firstly,the piping shutdown stress was studied through a large number of stress tests and statistical analysis methods. Then the piping shutdown fatigue life was calculated based on the force number and S-N fatigue life curve. Finally,the fatigue acceleration tests of pipe fitting under single part and complete machine assembly are carried out respectively. The results show that: The piping will be subjected to 2 ～ 3 stress shocks at the shutdown moment,the average number of shocks is 2. 6 times; The first impact stress is the largest,and the subsequent impact stress attenuates slightly;Vibration table and counterweight block can be used to generate stable stress impact,which can reach millions of times in a short time,and the component fatigue can be verified quickly; Piping bending will reduce the piping fatigue life,the operating pressure and temperature have little influence on pipe fatigue life,welding has little influence on piping,since there is a distance between the welded part and the bent part; In order to ensure the piping reliability under the limit state,the piping shutdown stress should be below 62 MPa.
