This paper summarized the treatment effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on the rehabilitation of facial nerve function in a patient with facial paralysis of wind-cold pattern. Based on the syndrome differentiation, a combination of traditional Chinese Medicine external techniques including thunder-fire moxibustion and acupoint massage was carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the recovery of facial nerve function of the patient with facial paralysis of wind-cold pattern. (本文总结1例采用雷火灸配合手法穴位按摩改善风寒证面瘫患者面神经功能的护理经验。在常规护理的基础上, 根据患者辨证采取雷火灸配合手法穴位按摩, 通过中医外治法精准作用于病灶, 增强经络的感知传导, 改善面神经活动能力, 进而促进患者面瘫的康复。)

To summarize nursing management for a patient with ischemic stroke combined with constipation of Qi-deficiency type and melanosis coli treated by acupoint massage. Based on the comprehensive nursing risk assessment, the two-stage acupoint massage was carried out to relieve the pain and tonify QI-deficiency of the patient. Comprehensive nursing interventions on daily living behavior, dietary and mental health were applied to improve the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis and relive the constipation of Qi-deficiency type. This paper summarized the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for a patient with Qi-deficiency type constipation treated by meridian acupoints massage combined with umbilical moxibustion. According to syndrome differentiation of the patient, meridian acupoints massage combined with umbilical moxibustion was carried out to alleviate the symptoms of constipation and Qi-deficiency and improve the recovery of the patient. This paper summarized the process and methods of collecting throat swab specimens in the nucleic acid testing clinic under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19. Preparation of environment, goods and personnel was conducted according to the working standards before the sample collection. The collected samples were stored and transferred, and disposable protective clothing and equipments were removed according to regulations. The collection process, nurse management mode and sample transportation process were carried out in a well-organized and controlled way, and all collected samples were qualified for the test. No infection case reported in tested population and medical staffs. Improving the working environment of throat swab collection points and strengthening the protection and related training of throat swab operators are key issues in prevention of occupational exposure under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19. (本文对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控常态化下核酸检测门诊采集咽拭子流程及方法进行总结。采集前按照操作规范进行环境、物品和人员准备, 采集后对样本进行保存转运并按规定脱防护服及用物处置。采集流程、护士管理模式、样本运送流程, 各项工作有序开展, 样本质量全部达标, 患者和医护人员“零”感染。改善咽拭子标本采集点的工作环境, 加强对咽拭子操作人员的保护和相关培训, 是预防职业暴露的重要环节。)

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with post-stroke diarrhea treated by Ji’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Tuina. Based on the syndrome differentiation, the Ji’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Tuina therapy was carried out in combination with dietary management, emotional care and basic nursing, in order to relieve the symptoms of diarrhea. Objective To explore the application of “One Syndrome and One Product” in care of post-stroke depression. Methods Totally 90 inpatients of post-stroke depression were divided into control (n=45)and observation group (n=45) according on randomized principles. The control group were treated with routine therapy and nursing, while the observation group were treated additionally with the special Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing interventions based on the model of "One Syndrome and One Product". The comparison of depression and self-efficacy between the two groups was conducted before and after the trial. Results After the intervention, the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score of observation group was lower than that of control group, but the Generalized Self-Efficacy scale (GSES) score of observation group was higher than that of control group, with significant difference(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The special Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing model of “One Syndrome and One Product” can effectively relieve depressive syndrome and improve sense of self-efficacy in residential care of post-stroke depression. (目的 探讨“一证一品”专科特色护理模式在中风后抑郁护理中的应用效果。方法 90例中风后抑郁住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组, 各45例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理, 观察组在对照组基础上开展“一证一品”中医专科特色护理模式。对比2组干预前后抑郁情况、自我效能感。结果 干预后, 观察组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组, 一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 一证一品”中医专科特色护理模式能有效减轻中风后抑郁患者的抑郁情绪, 提高自我效能感。)

This paper summarize the key points of acupoint massage treatment and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing for a patient with Qi-deficiency type constipation after stroke. For patients with Qi-deficiency type constipation after stroke, the degree of Qi-deficiency should be evaluated before treatment. In addition to the application of general therapy, deficiency-supplementing treatment combined with TCM nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Qi-deficiency type constipation after stroke.
