1. Research on the relationship between street food price and nutritional value in Wuhan in the post-epidemic era

Abstract

ObjectiveTo provide scientific guidance for consumers to choose nutritious and cheap foods， the association between street food prices and nutritional value in Wuhan was analyzed.MethodsOne gourmet street was randomly selected from Jianghan， Jiang’an and Wuchang District of Wuhan City， respectively. Fifty two kinds of street foods of 6 types （barbecue， frying， steaming， baking， beverage and cold food） were selected， and the prices were recorded. After analyzing the nutrient components through standard testing in laboratory and using nutrition calculators， energy prices and the average price of nutrient-rich food （NRF6.3） index was calculated. The correlation between unit price and NRF6.3 index was analyzed by Spearman rank sum test.ResultsBaked food had the highest energy density， reaching 308.41 kcal/100 g， while beverages had the lowest energy density， reaching 79.35 kcal/100 g（P0.05）.ConclusionThe overall price of street food in Wuhan is relatively high with high energy density， while the price of NRF6.3 index is low. This results suggest that， for the same price， the recommended nutrient content of street food is not high， and the nutritional value is low， which does not meet the requirements of a healthy diet.

Abstract

The decision-making of TBM operating parameters has an important guiding significance for TBM safe and efficient construction, and it has been one of the research hotpots in the field of TBM tunneling. For this purpose, this paper introduces rock-breaking rules into machine learning method, and a rock-machine mapping dual-driven by physical-rule and data-mining is established with high accuracy. This dual-driven mappings are subsequently used as objective function and constraints to build a decision-making method for TBM operating parameters. By searching the revolution per minute and penetration corresponding to the extremum of the objective function subject to the constraints, the optimal operating parameters can be obtained. This method is verified in the field of the Second Water Source Channel of Hangzhou, China, resulting in the average penetration rate increased by 11.3%, and the total cost decreased by 10.0%, which proves the practicability and effectiveness of the developed decision-making model., Comment: 28 pages, 17 figures

Abstract

Timely and reasonable matching of the control parameters and geological conditions of the rock mass in tunnel excavation is crucial for hard rock tunnel boring machines (TBMs). Therefore, this paper proposes an intelligent decision method for the main control parameters of the TBM based on the multi-objective optimization of excavation efficiency and cost. The main objectives of this method are to obtain the most important parameters of the rock mass and machine, determine the optimization objective, and establish the objective function. In this study, muck information was included as an important parameter in the traditional rock mass and machine parameter database. The rock-machine interaction model was established through an improved neural network algorithm. Using 250 sets of data collected in the field, the validity of the rock-machine interaction relationship model was verified. Then, taking the cost as the optimization objective, the cost calculation model related to tunneling and the cutter was obtained. Subsequently, combined with rock-machine interaction model, the objective function of control parameter optimization based on cost was established. Finally, a tunneling test was carried out at the engineering site, and the main TBM control parameters (thrust and torque) after the optimization decision were used to excavate the test section. Compared with the values in the section where the TBM operators relied on experience, the average penetration rate of the TBM increased by 11.10%, and the average cutter life increased by 15.62%. Abstract

It is important to develop effective strategies for enhancing the removal capacity of aromatic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by modifying conventional porous adsorbents. In this study, a novel HZSM-5 zeolite-supported sulfonic acid (ZSM−OSO3H) was prepared through ClSO3H modification in dichloromethane and employed for the elimination of gaseous o-xylene. The ClSO3H modification enables the bonding of −OSO3H groups onto the HZSM-5 support, achieving a loading of 8.25 mmol·g−1 and leading to a degradation in both crystallinity and textural structure. Within an active temperature range of 110–145 °C, ZSM−OSO3H can efficiently remove o-xylene through a novel reactive adsorption mechanism, exhibiting a removal rate exceeding 98% and reaching a maximum breakthrough adsorption capacity of 264.7 mg. The adsorbed o-xylene derivative is identified as 3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid. ZSM−OSO3H demonstrates superior adsorption performance for o-xylene along with excellent recyclability. These findings suggest that ClSO3H sulfonation offers a promising approach for modifying various types of zeolites to enhance both the elimination and resource conversion of aromatic VOCs.
