The article presents a study of the cultivation and isolation of spirochetes in the mouth. The need for specific conditions and media for the growth of mouth spirochetes is noted, mentioning that cultivation can only be achieved in anaerobic conditions using media with an enriching substance such as ascitic fluid, serum, or blood.
