Objective Traditional maintenance work in signaling discipline mainly relies on planned and fault repair as the major maintenance mode, its shortcomings are manifested in the lack of integration, intelligence, and a scientifically grounded maintenance system, resulting in time-consuming and inefficient repair business. Thus, there is a need to explore a digital maintenance system for urban rail transit communication and signaling discipline. Method Based on the status of traditional maintenance mode, a digital maintenance system framework consisting of a digital maintenance platform and the adaptation of the maintenance mode is proposed. The six-layer architecture and functional modules of the digital maintenance platform are elaborated with emphasis. By referencing a practical case from the Telecom and Signal Branch of Shanghai Metro Maintenance Support Co., Ltd., the adaptation and optimization of digital maintenance mode are discussed, from aspects such as the adaptation optimization of maintenance organization structure and procedures, the transition to digital maintenance mode, and the outcomes of application in various maintenance scenarios. Result & Conclusion The digital maintenance platform serves as the technical foundation and support for this system. Its intelligent functional modules could significantly reduce the workload for maintenance personnel. When combined with the adapted digital maintenance mode, it could optimize the allocation of maintenance resources. Practical application results demonstrate that the digital maintenance system enables comprehensive data collection, efficient processing, and intelligent analysis of maintenance information, thereby effectively improving both maintenance efficiency and quality.

Objective Currently, FAO (fully automatic operation) line operational control commands are issued through independent specialized systems with no synergetic collaboration mechanism among them. To ensure consistency in information acquisition and efficiency in synergetic response among personnel in various positions on FAO lines, it is necessary to establish an operation auxiliary support system based on key operation information, and build a multi-position collaboration platform to enhance the operational safety management and control level of FAO lines. Method Starting from requirement analysis, the overall architecture of the operation auxiliary support system is introduced, and the functions of this system are elaborated in detail. Recommendations for the future networked construction of operation auxiliary support system are provided based on related planning. ［Result & Conclusion］ Based on key operational information from various specialties and relying on intelligent analysis and collaborative linkage engine technology, the operation auxiliary support system for FAO lines enables information sharing and synergetic response across multiple positions. It facilitates efficient communication and mutual control among the control center, stations, and train multifunctional teams, thereby significantly improving the efficiency of fault emergency response.

Abstract Background The outcome of heart transplantation is significantly affected by perioperative infections. Individualised immunosuppression strategies are essential to reduce the risk of such infections. Case presentation We report the successful management of a 56-year-old male patient diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy who underwent heart transplantation. During the perioperative period, the patient was prescribed cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium, which induced a severe skin reaction: toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). The patient was treated with prednisone, immunoglobulins, etanercept, and other active immunomodulatory measures, together with an individualised anti-rejection regimen and physical therapy. The systemic rash resolved within a month, and the patient was successfully discharged after surgery. Conclusion Effective management of heart transplantation necessitates balancing immunosuppression and infection prevention. Individualised immunosuppressive strategies are critical for optimal clinical outcomes.

AIM:To compare the differences, correlations and consistency of IOL Master 700 or Lenstar LS900 in preoperative ocular biometry and the accuracy of intraocular lens(IOL)degree calculation of cataract patients with high myopia.METHODS: Retrospective study. A total of 136 cases(136 eyes)of high myopia and cataract patients who underwent phacoemulsification at the ophthalmology department of Army Medical Center of PLA from March 2021 to March 2023 were collected, with a mean age of 57.38±8.08 years. Patients were divided into 3 groups based on axial length(AL): 41 eyes in group A(26 mm≤ AL ≤28 mm), 43 eyes in group B(28 mm< AL ≤30 mm)and 52 eyes in group C(AL >30 mm). AL, mean keratometry(Km), anterior chamber depth(ACD), lens thickness(LT)and white-to-white(WTW)were preoperatively measured by two instruments, respectively. Barrett Universal II formula was used to calculate the IOL degrees of all patients, the appropriate reserved diopter was decided individually, and the prediction error(PE)and absolute error(AE)of the two instruments were compared.RESULTS:The AL and ACD of patients in the three groups measured by Lenstar LS900 were higher than the AL measurd by IOL Master 700(all Pgroup B>group A. However, there was no statistical significance in LT, Km, and WTW measured by the two instruments(all P>0.05). All biometric parameters measured by the two devices were positively correlated(all r>0.9, P0.05), but the IOL Master 700 calculated a smaller PE than Lenstar LS900(P

Due to global climate change (especially the repeated fluctuation of the Quaternary climate) and environmental isolation have a profound impact on the genetic diversity, genetic structure, geographical distribution pattern and population historical dynamics of modern plants. We used the research method of molecular pedigree geography to analyze the three non-coding chloroplast fragments psbK-psbI, atpF-atpH and trnL-F of 212 individuals from 19 populations in China of Pinellia ternata, a Araceae Pinellia perennial herb with high value of medicin, to explore the genetic diversity, genetic structure, geographical distribution pattern and its causes, and also explore the historical dynamics of its population. The results were as follows: (1) The total haplotype diversity (Hd) of P. ternata was 0.882 and the total nucleotide diversity (π) was 1.23 × 10-3, which means high genetic diversity at the species level. (2) The results of molecular analysis of variance (AMOVA) showed that genetic variation of P. ternata occurred mainly in 89.27% of populations, with significant genetic differentiation (FST=0.909, P GST(0.01

Objective To explore the effect of health education based on interactive 3D-modeling of intracranial artery on interventional diagnosis and treatment for patients with intracranial artery stenosis. Methods A total of 70 patients requiring interventional diagnosis and treatment due to intracranial artery stenosis admitted to our department in 2022 were enrolled, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. Their stenotic sites of intracranial arteries included the vertebral and middle cerebral arteries. The observation group received the preoperative conventional education mode combined with interactive 3D-modeling to carry out health education, while the control group got the unified education sheet and slides to carry out routine preoperative health education. A self-made publicity and education effectiveness rating scale was used to score before and after the publicity and education, and their scores of awareness of intracranial artery stenosis, awareness of treatment plans, and satisfaction with medical treatment were compared between the 2 groups. Results Before the health education, there was no statistical differences in their awareness scores concerning intracranial vessels(normal intracranial arteries, intracranial arterial occlusion, and vascular stenosis treatment) between the 2 groups patients. After the implementation of education, the awareness scores of intracranial vessels were elevated in both groups, but the awareness scores of the normal intracranial artery, intracranial artery occlusion, vascular stenosis treatment, and treatment satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P

[Objective] To explore the mechanism of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings adapting to the drought-rehydration environment in Karst area, China, using the seedlings of C. glauca as materials, which providds theoretical basis for vegetation restoration and artificial afforestation in the region. [Methods] Water control experiments in pots were carried out. The effects of four different drought treatments, including control (-0.1 MPa), mild drought (-0.5 MPa), moderate drought (-0.9 MPa), severe drought (-1.5 MPa), and rehydration treatments, on photosynthesis, chlorophyll fluorescence, and anatomical structure of leaves were studied. [Results] (1) With the increase in drought stress intensity, the leaf relative water content, water potential, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs), and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) were significantly decreased, while stomatal limitation (Ls) was increased significantly. Photosynthetic parameters under mild stress and instantaneous water use efficiency (WUE) under mild and moderate drought stress were not significantly affected. After rehydration, leaf water parameters, Pn, Tr, Gs, Ci, and WUE under drought stress were higher than those before rehydration, while Ls was lower than those before rehydration. The leaf water conditions and photosynthetic parameters under mild drought stress were better than those of the control after rehydration. Only Ls under moderate drought stress did not recover to the level of the control after rehydration. Neither leaf water content nor photosynthetic parameters under severe drought stress were recovered to the level of the control after rehydration. (2) With the increase in drought stress intensity, the initial fluorescence (Fo) of leaves were increased significantly, while the maximum fluorescence (Fm), maximum photochemical quantum yield (Fv/Fm) and potential photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fo) of leaves were decreased significantly. There were significant differences in these parameters between mild drought stress and control. After rehydration, Fm, Fv/Fm, and Fv/Fo under drought stress were higher than those before rehydration, whereas Fo was slightly lower than that before rehydration. All the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters after rehydration under mild stress recovered to or better than those of the control. Fo under moderate and severe drought stress did not return to the control level after rehydration, and Fv/Fm under severe stress was only 0.75 after rehydration. (3) With the increase in drought stress, leaf thickness, upper and lower epidermis thickness, stomatal density, and main vein conduit diameter were increased significantly, the length and width of stomatal apparatus, stomatal opening area, and sponge tissue thickness were decreased significantly, while palisade tissue thickness, ratio of palisade tissue thickness to spongy tissue thickness, and main vein thickness were changed in the order of moderate > mild > control > severe drought stress. After rehydration, only the stomatal opening area and the thickness of main leaf veins under drought stress were increased significantly compared with that before rehydration. After rehydration, the leaf structural parameters under mild drought stress were restored to or better than those of the control. The stomatal opening area after rehydration in moderate drought stress was still significantly lower than that of the control. After rehydration, the stomatal opening area under severe drought stress failed to recover, and the thickness of main veins under severe drought stress was lower than that of the control. [Conclusion] C. glauca seedlings have strong drought tolerant ability and postdrought recovery ability, which are suitable for ecological restoration in Karst area. The seedlings need to be protected from moderate drought stress (-0.9 MPa) in the nurturing stage, to facilitate post-drought recovery.

Abstract Aiming at the problems of backward calibration method of smoke alarm, low production efficiency and difficult real-time monitoring, a digital twin system modeling and monitoring method of smoke alarm calibration is proposed. First, through the analysis of smoke alarm calibration requirements, the overall framework design of the digital twin calibration system for smoke alarm is proposed, and then the twin model of smoke box is constructed by running the digital twin five-dimensional model. The physical smoke box, geometric model, physical model, rule model and behavior model are introduced in detail; Then the communication system architecture, data acquisition and data mapping are used to construct the twin data model; Finally, the feasibility was verified by the calibration system of an enterprise. Through the system, the qualified rate of smoke alarm calibration was increased from 98 to 99.6%, and the repair rate of defective products was reduced by 1.6%.

In contrast to few-layer black phosphorus (BP) with a relatively larger area, BP quantum dots (BP-QDs) are expected to have distinctive electromagnetic response and carrier behaviors, especially in low-frequency range such as in the THz regime. Herein, we experimentally investigate the THz properties of BP-QDs as well as the optical control of these properties. It is demonstrated that the effects of weak carrier confinement, which is associated with diffusive restoring current in each BP-QD, contribute significantly to the effective THz conductivity of BP-QDs. Instead, spectral features of discretely spaced energy levels as shown for many kinds of semiconductor QDs in UV-visible range are not observed in the THz regime. This indicates an insignificant contribution of strong quantum confinement here. Based on the modified Drude–Smith formula, we show that the optical excitation/pump of a CW laser can induce photogenerated carriers and enhance the effects of weak carrier confinement in BP-QDs. Thus, a nonlinear enhancement of THz absorption can be observed by increasing the power of the excitation laser. These results not only deepen our understanding of the fundamental physics of BP nanomaterials but also provide an alternative approach to realize active control of BP-based THz devices.

This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with acute cerebral infarction combined with lower gastrointestinal tract bleeding. Hemostasis, fluid infusion and transfusion therapy were carried out initially. Nursing staff focused on basic nursing, medication guidance and psychological care during the treatment. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology including acupoint scrapping, meridian massage, emotional care were carried out to improve patient’s treatment compliance and recovery. The purification effect of coal mine groundwater reservoir on mine water mainly lies in the water-rock coupling between the rock mass and mine water.This paper systematically reviews the research methods of water-rock coupling in coal mine underground reservoirs, and presents the characterization methods of water quality and physicochemical properties of rock samples.It employs static simulation, dynamic leaching, cycle purification simulation and other tests to explore the purification regulation of mine water in coal mine underground reservoir, uses numerical simulation to obtain the selective adsorption trend of ions in the reaction process, and combines Piper three-line diagram, Gibbs model and correlation analysis to reveal the mechanism of water-rock coupling.The purification effect and research progress of suspended solids, specific ions and organic matter in coal mine underground reservoirs are discussed.The paper shows that underground reservoir of coal mine has a certain purification effect on mine water, and the purification effect of specific ions is mainly related to filtration and adsorption.Three research directions of coal mine underground reservoir purification technology in the future are proposed: ①developing large-scale and low-cost treatment technologies for underground mine water based on water-rock coupling purification, ②developing a "three-in-one" water quality control technology for coal mine underground reservoirs coupled with multiple water treatment technologies, and ③exploring the underground storage and resource utilization technology of concentrated salt wastewater for the future studies of water-rock coupling.

Bovine adenovirus (BAdV) type 3 causes respiratory and gastroenteric diseases of varying severity in cattle, particularly newborn calves. Trials have been conducted of a vaccination against the diseases caused by BAdV using both modified live-virus and inactivated-virus preparations in cattle, but no commercial BAdV-3 vaccine has yet reached the market. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop new, safe, and effective vaccines against BAdV-3.

With the advancement of water treatment projects in China, sediment treatment faces challenges such as high water content, slow settlement, and demanding dewatering. This study explores the settling effects of different organic synthetic flocculants (APAM, CPAM, NPAM) under varying viscous particles and organic matter content to optimize flocculant selection and improve dewatering efficiency. A volumetric sedimentation experiment evaluated flocculation performance, controlling viscous particles (15%, 35%, 55%) and organic matter (15 g/kg, 40 g/kg, 65 g/kg, 90 g/kg). Results showed that APAM performed best in high viscous particle conditions; CPAM was stable across varying organic matter levels, making it suitable for complex environments; NPAM excelled under high organic matter conditions. The study highlighted interactions between flocculant type, dosage, and silt properties, offering an optimization strategy for sediment treatment. It concludes that APAM suits high viscous particle and low-medium organic matter environments, CPAM is optimal for diverse conditions, and NPAM is effective in high organic matter scenarios. Future work should optimize application strategies, explore new flocculants, and validate their effects in practical applications.

ObjectiveTo assess the effects of non-occupational mixed exposure to cadmium， lead and perfluoroalkyl substances （PFASs） on thyroid hormones （TH） in healthy adult residents in Shanghai.MethodsIn November 2018， adults in Shanghai Suburban Adult Cohort and Biobank study， who visited a community health service center for examination with no history of occupational exposure， thyroid diseases or chronic diseases， were recruited. A social-demographic information questionnaire survey was conducted and urine and blood samples were collected. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS） was used to measure their urinary cadmium （UCd）， blood cadmium （BCd） and blood lead （BPb） concentrations. Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry （UPLC-Q/TOF MS） was used to measure 11 kinds of PFASs. Total and free triiodothyronine （TT3， FT3）， total and free thyroxine （TT4， FT4） and thyroid simulating hormones were measured by chemiluminescence enzyme-linked immunoassay. 436 participants were finally included and LASSO regression， multivariate regression and weighted quantile sum regression were used to evaluate the associations of these environmental pollutants with thyroid hormones.ResultsAmong the participants， 185 were male （42.5%） and the median age was 60 （P25‒P75： 50‒66）. The detection rates of urinary cadmium， blood cadmium and blood lead were all more than 95% and the detection rates of 7 PFASs （PFOS， PFOA， PFHxS， PFUnDA， PFNA， PFD， and PFBS） were more than 90%. The median exposure level of PFOA was the highest （49.6 µg‧L-1） among PFASs， followed by PFHxS （22.8 µg‧L-1） and PFOS （15.4 µg‧L-1）， and the median exposure levels of urinary cadmium， blood cadmium and blood lead were 0.7 μg‧g-1（Corrected for creatinine of urine）， 0.8 µg‧L-1， and 15.4 µg‧L-1， respectively. The results showed that UCd was negatively associated with TSH and BCd was positively associated with TT3， while PFASs mainly affected FT4， TT4， and TT3， with gender differences. In males， 7 PFASs had a significant negative mixture effect on TT3 and TT4， while the direction of effect of PFASs in females differed， with PFOS and PFUnDA having a significant positive correlation with FT4 and TT4 while PFDA having a significant negative correlation with FT4 and TT4.ConclusionIn a healthy population with no occupational exposure， co-exposure to cadmium， lead and PFASs affects different thyroid hormone indicators， and such effect could be gender-related， indicating that the effect of mixed exposure to metal and emerging compounds on thyroid functions warrants further attention.

The accurate evaluation of the communication quality of the interconnection link of the data center is an important basis to realize the coordination in the data network. In this paper, a hybrid amplification model for all-optical data center interconnection networks based on wavelength selective switches is established, which can quickly evaluate indicators such as optical signal-to-noise ratio and bit error rate in the interconnected links. In this paper, the data center interconnection link under the condition of no repeater amplification is discussed. The amplifier selection schemes under different interconnection distances are given. Through the simulation, the influence of different path selection on the communication quality of the interconnection link is compared under the conditions of the same interconnection distance and optical power gain. According to the corresponding theoretical model and algorithm, the optimal routing of the data center Internet can be established.

ObjectiveTo explore the effects of different dietary induction models of inulin， resistant starch RS3 and their complexes on the body weight and intestinal flora in mice.MethodsA total of 64 C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into low-fat control group， low-fat inulin group， low-fat resistant starch RS3 group， low-fat composite group and high-fat control group， high-fat inulin group， high-fat resistant starch RS3 group and high-fat composite group for dietary intervention. The mice were weighed and fresh feces were collected weekly. Diet intervention was continued until the weight of the high-fat control group was more than 14% higher than that of the low-fat control group. The mice were then sacrificed after overnight fasting. Liver and epididymal fat were weighed， and the colon contents were collected for 16S amplicon sequencing analysis.ResultsIn low-fat diet fed mice， the combined induction of inulin and resistant starch RS3 caused a significant decrease in body weight gain. In high-fat diet fed mice， inulin alone and the combined induction both caused a significant reduction in weight gain， and there was no significant difference between the two methods. In the high-fat diet groups， inulin， resistant starch RS3， and the compound could be distinguished by Bacteroides， Bifidobacterium and Alloprevotella respectively. In the low-fat diet groups， inulin， resistant starch RS3， and the composite groups could be distinguished by Coriobacteriaceae_UCG_002， Bacteroides and Helicobacter， respectively.ConclusionInulin and resistant starch RS3 diet induction can significantly reduce the weight gain of C57BL/6 mice， change the structure of intestinal flora， and show the difference between high-fat and low-fat diets. Inulin and resistant starch RS3 may reduce body weight and promote fat metabolism by changing the structure of intestinal flora.

Objective To observe the expression profile of Niemann-Pick disease type C2 (NPC2) protein in gastric cancer, analyze its prognostic significance, and explore its regulatory function in the disease. Methods Expression difference of NPC2 in gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue was explored based on the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database (GSE15459, GSE33335, GSE63089, GSE54129, GSE62254 and GSE84437), the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and the tissue gastric cancer (GSE15459, GSE33335, GSE63089, GSE54129, GSE62254 and GSE84437) and the tissue chip of gastric cancer. The correlation between the expression of NPC2 and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer was analyzed by contingency table analysis. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and multivariate Cox regression analysis were performed to explore the prognostic significance of NPC2 expression in the cancer. The possible molecular mechanism of NPC2 regulating gastric cancer was analyzed by gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). Transwell assay was carried out to measure the migration ability of gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 after down-regulation of NPC2. Results NPC2 was highly expressed in gastric cancer (GSE33335: 7.917±0.077 vs 7.601±0.074, P=0.009 6; GSE63089: 9.083±0.123 vs 8.435±0.148, P=0.000 1; the tissue chip: 4.596±0.230 vs 3.336±0.176, P < 0.000 1). Its expression level was correlated to the clinical stage of American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) (GSE15459: P=0.009; the tissue chip: P=0.04) and number of nearby lymph nodes (pN, the tissue chip: P=0.04). Gastric cancer patients with high NPC2 level had a poor prognosis (TCGA: P < 0.0001; GSE15459: P=0.002 3; the tissue chip: P=0.0032), and the protein was an independent prognostic predictor of gastric cancer (TCGA: HR=2.140, 95%CI: 1.523~3.006, P < 0.000 1; the tissue chip: HR=1.926, 95%CI: 1.108~3.348, P=0.02). Cell adhesion molecules-related genes were was significantly enriched in the gastric cancer tissue with high expression of NPC2, suggesting it may be involved in the invasion and migration of gastric cancer cells. Down-regulation of NPC2 significantly reduced the migration ability of SGC7901 cells (NC vs si-1: P=0.000 04; NC vs si-2: P=0.000 449). Conclusion The expression of NPC2 is closely associated with the prognosis of gastric cancer and plays an important regulatory role in cell migration. NPC2 might serve as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.

Frailty is a clinical syndrome caused by homeostasis imbalance. It is characterized by marked vulnerability to endogenous or exogenous stressors, reduced self-care ability, and increased mortality risk. This aging-related syndrome is common in individuals older than 65 years and carries an increased risk for poor health outcomes. These include falls, incident disability, incapacity, and mortality. In addition, it can result in a poor prognosis for other comorbidities. With the aging population, frailty increases the burden of adverse health outcomes. Studies on frailty are at their infancy. In addition, there is a lack of thorough understanding of its pathogenesis. Several studies have suggested that frailty is caused by chronic inflammation due to enhanced intestinal permeability following gut microbiota imbalance as well as pathogen-related antibodies entering the circulation system. These result in musculoskeletal system disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. However, this assumption has not been validated in large cohort-based studies. Several studies have suggested that inflammation is not the only cause of frailty. Hence, further studies are necessary to extend our understanding of its pathogenesis. This review summarizes the research findings in the field and expands on the possible role of the gut microbiota in frailty syndrome.

Abstract Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are defined as a subpopulation of malignant tumor cells with selective capacities for tumor initiation, self‐renewal, metastasis, and unlimited growth into bulks, which are believed as a major cause of progressive tumor phenotypes, including recurrence, metastasis, and treatment failure. A number of signaling pathways are involved in the maintenance of stem cell properties and survival of CSCs, including well‐established intrinsic pathways, such as the Notch, Wnt, and Hedgehog signaling, and extrinsic pathways, such as the vascular microenvironment and tumor‐associated immune cells. There is also intricate crosstalk between these signal cascades and other oncogenic pathways. Thus, targeting pathway molecules that regulate CSCs provides a new option for the treatment of therapy‐resistant or ‐refractory tumors. These treatments include small molecule inhibitors, monoclonal antibodies that target key signaling in CSCs, as well as CSC‐directed immunotherapies that harness the immune systems to target CSCs. This review aims to provide an overview of the regulating networks and their immune interactions involved in CSC development. We also address the update on the development of CSC‐directed therapeutics, with a special focus on those with application approval or under clinical evaluation.

Objective To observe the effect of diet intervention with food thickener in prevention of stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP) and relief of dysphagia. Methods Totally 180 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. All patients received routine care and rehabilitation training, and those in the observation group were given systematic diet intervention with food thickener. The incidences of SAP and aspiration were observed, and the recovery of swallowing function was evaluated by Water Swallow Test. Results The incidence of aspiration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). The incidence of dysphagia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). There was no significant difference in rate of swallowing function recovery between two groups (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The diet intervention with food thickener is effective to reduce the risk of aspiration, showing a positive role in prevention of SAP. (目的 观察食品增稠剂预防卒中相关性肺炎及改善吞咽困难的临床效果。方法 将180例脑卒中吞咽困难患者随机分为观察组和对照组, 各90例。对照组给予常规护理和康复训练, 观察组在常规护理的基础上行系统性食品增稠剂饮食训练。干预后观察并记录患者卒中相关性肺炎的发生情况, 根据洼田饮水试验对患者吞咽障碍恢复效果进行评价。结果 观察组患者误吸发生率低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 观察14 d后, 观察组卒中相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。两组吞咽功能好转率比较, 差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05)。结论 通过食品增稠剂的应用可以明显减少呛咳、噎食的发生, 从而降低误吸的发生风险, 对卒中相关性肺炎起到积极的预防效果。)

Regional anesthesia has anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic effects in various cancers. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ropivacaine on the proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis of glioma cells in vitro.

According to the concept of fire life cycle assessment (LCA), a new type of intumescent flame retardant was designed and synthesized by chemically bonding chitosan, phosphorus pentoxide and melamine. The resultant compound, chitosan ethoxyl melamine phosphate (CEMP), was characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, XRD and SEM. The performance of CEMP and organic montmorillonite (OMMT) was evaluated in the substrate of epoxy resin (EP) with limited oxygen index (LOI), UL-94, cone calorimetric test (CCT), TGA and TG-IR. As a result, intumescent flame retardant EP (EP3) containing 30.6% LOI and V-0 rating was prepared by adding 3 wt% OMMT and 15 wt% CEMP. The CCT results indicated that CEMP and OMMT reduced the peak of heat release rate (PHRR) to about one fourth that of pure EP and total heat release (THR), 1/2. Decomposition of EP and EP3 was traced from 100 to 600°C by TG-IR.

Our country's higher education is based on “literacy” and “cultivating people” as the core. How to silently integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching process of engineering professional courses is a problem that requires thinking and long-term construction. In order to cultivate high-skilled and high-quality talents with both talents and virtues, it is urgent to build an ideological and political program suitable for engineering courses. On the basis of analyzing the national boundary attributes of engineering majors, this paper integrates ideological and political elements into engineering majors, and constructs an ideological and political teaching system for engineering majors. On the basis of knowledge imparting, ability training, and spiritual shaping in the design of professional courses, six ideological and political goals of courses are cultivated, and the ideological and political curriculum construction framework of professional courses is constructed by combining three teaching modules, and three ideological and political strategies are integrated into three courses. Taking the course of “Motor and Electrical Control Technology” as an example, this paper discusses the feasibility of the ideological and political construction plan for engineering majors.

Taking the key factors for the success of German “duale ausbildung” vocational education as the starting point, this paper introduces in detail five aspects: the leading role of the government, the main role of enterprises, the degree of social recognition, the team of dual qualified teachers, and the assessment and evaluation system. This paper analyzes the problems faced by vocational education in China, such as low social recognition, weak cooperation between schools and enterprises, inadequate talent training in schools to meet social needs, and insufficient attention from the government, and draws on the successful factors of dual vocational education in Germany to propose four inspirations for the reform of vocational education in China, including: improving laws and regulations, improving the security mechanism, improving the attractiveness of vocational education, strengthening the construction of “dual teachers” team Improve the social applicability of vocational education.

The local government of China serves as a supervisor of vocational education. The vocational education governance is actually a dynamic game process involving local governments, vocational schools and enterprises. This study attempts to construct a multi-player evolutionary game and show the results that the external benefits of developing vocational education positively influence the probability of local governments choosing cooperative strategies. The choice of local government has a key impact on the strategic choice of vocational schools and enterprises. The vocational education policy would not only affect the calculation of benefit-cost, but also the strategic choice of local governments, vocational schools and enterprises. The research results can help local governments to formulate policies for vocational education development.

The COVID-19 outbreak has a psychological impact on international students in China. Public psychological crisis prevention and intervention, and a timely economic and social restoration have become increasingly important. Focusing on international students in China, this paper summarizes different types of psychological issues and their causes after surveying the students’ mental health status and behavior changes. It proposes a systematic approach to address international students’ mental issues from three dimensions including government management, university education, and social support. It establishes the education model for international students’ mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As an important subject of the regional innovation system, the scientific research activities of universities are not only the power source of talent cultivation and knowledge innovation but also an important force to promote regional innovation development. This paper examines the influence relationship between knowledge spillover from universities in Sichuan province and Chongqing city and regional innovation capacity from the aspects of teaching and research personnel input, research and development personnel input in research input, monographs, academic papers, technology transfer contracts and transfer income in research output. The results show that the improvement of the innovation capacity in Sichuan province and Chongqing city depends on the increase of teaching and research personnel input and the number of scientific and technological topics in universities, while other indirect scientific research results do not contribute significantly to the regional innovation capacity; further mechanism analysis reveals that the knowledge spillover from universities mainly promotes the improvement of regional innovation capacity through human capital, physical capital, and scientific and technological innovation.

The reports on discrimination against the Chinese and Asian people has increased during the global COVID-19 pandemic. The study examined discrimination perceived by Chinese international students studying abroad during the COVID-19 pandemic, and constructed the theoretical conceptual model of perceived discrimination among Chinese international students based on the grounded theoretical analysis of the interview data. The study revealed the theoretical logic behind perceived discrimination among Chinese international students in the context of COVID-19 and offered some countermeasure suggestions.

The effect of deformation temperature and strain rate on the hot deformation behavior and dual-phase microstructure evolution of the titanium alloy Ti62A was examined using electron backscatter diffraction. In general, the activation energy of Ti62A during steady-state deformation in the ( α + β ) phase is 295 kJ mol ^−1 . The primary recovery mechanisms of the β phase during hot deformation are dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization (DRX). Moreover, discontinuous DRX occurs at low temperatures and high strain rates, whereas continuous DRX occurs at high temperatures and low strain rates. Furthermore, high strain rates in the ( α + β ) phase and high deformation temperatures are advantageous to dynamic phase changes during dynamic transformation (DT). The β phase penetrates the lamellar α _s phase, causing fragmentation and spheroidization of the α _s phase. Finally, DT begins more easily in the fine α _s phase than in the coarse α _p phase.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of pelvic lateral lymph node metastasis in rectal cancer. Methods EMbase, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, CNKI and WanFang Data databases were searched up to March 2019 to collect relevant studies about MRI diagnosis of pelvic lateral lymph nodes in rectal cancer. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted the data and assessed the risk of bias, used the Stata 15 software for statistical analysis and calculated the combined sensitivity (SEN pooled), specificity (SPE pooled) and diagnostic odds ratio (DOR). A summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve was plotted and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated. Results A total of 11 studies involving 1059 patients were included. The pooled Sen, Spe, +LR, -LR and DOR were 0.77 (95% CI:0.38-0.88), 0.77 (95% CI:0.69-0.83), 3.3 (95% CI:2.4-4.5), 0.3 (95% CI:0.23-0.41) and 11 (95% CI:6-18), respectively. The AUC of SROC was 0.83(95% CI:0.80-0.86). Conclusion Taken the short diameter of lymph nodes as the diagnostic criteria, the sensitivity and specificity of MRI in the diagnosis of lateral lymph node metastasis of rectal cancer are moderate; but in the absence of better imaging screening, MRI is still the recommended means.
