Gallic acid (GA), a phenol that is present in various plants, potentially contains antioxidant properties. This study aimed to investigate the effects of GA on the reproduction of adolescent male Brandt's voles (Lasiopodomys brandtii (Radde, 1861)). Antioxidant levels and apoptosis in the testis, as well as reproductive physiology, were evaluated in adolescent males treated with GA. The results showed that a low dose of GA enhanced relative epididymis mass and the sperm density in the epididymis, increased the mRNA levels of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein in the testis, and reduced the percentages of abnormal and dead sperm. In addition, a low dose of GA significantly increased the levels of superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase, and decreased the level of malondialdehyde in the testis, as well as the mRNA and protein levels of the apoptosis-related gene, caspase-3. However, a high dose of GA sharply reduced the mean diameter of the seminiferous tubules compared with a low dose. Collectively, these findings demonstrate that GA treatment during puberty affects the reproductive responses of male Brandt's voles in a dose-dependent manner by regulating antioxidant levels and apoptosis. L'acide gallique (AG), un phenol present dans differentes plantes, pourrait avoir des proprietes antioxydantes. L'etude examine les effets de l'AG sur la reproduction de campagnols de Brandt (Lasiopodomys brandtii (Radde, 1861)) mâles adolescents. Les concentrations d'antioxydants et l'apoptose dans les testicules, ainsi que la physiologie reproductive sont evaluees chez des mâles adolescents traites a l'AG. Les resultats montrent qu'une faible dose d'AG rehausse la masse relative de l'epididyme et la densite des spermatozoides dans l'epididyme, accroît les concentrations d'ARNm de la proteine de regulation de la reponse steroidogene aiguë dans les testicules et abaisse le pourcentage de spermatozoides anormaux et morts. Une faible dose d'AG entraîne en outre une augmentation significative des concentrations de superoxyde dismutase, de catalase et de glutathion peroxydase et une reduction de la concentration de malonaldehyde dans les testicules, ainsi que des concentrations d'ARNm et de proteines du gene relie a l'apoptose, caspase-3. Cependant, une forte dose d'AG entraîne une reduction marquee du diametre moyen des canalicules seminiferes comparativement a une faible dose. Collectivement, ces constatations demontrent que, en regulant les concentrations d'antioxydants et l'apoptose, le traitement a l'AG durant la puberte a une incidence dependante de la dose sur les reactions du systeme reproducteur des campagnols de Brandt mâles. Using the Gleeble-1500D simulator, the high temperature plastic deformation behavior of SiCp/Al-Cu composite were investigated at 350-500℃ with the strain rate of 0.01-10s-1. The true stress-strain curves were obtained in the tests. Constitutive equation and processing map were established. The results show that the softening mechanism of dynamic recrystallization is a feature of high-temperature flow stress-strain curves of SiCp/A1-Cu composite, and the peak stress increases with the decrease of deformation temperature or the increase of strain rate.The flow stress behavior of the composite during hot compression deformation can be represented by a Zener-Hollomon parameter in the hyperbolic sine form. Its activation energy for hot deformation Q is 320.79kJ/mol. The stable regions and the instability regions in the processing map were identified and the microstructures in different regions of processing map were studied.There are particle breakage and void in the instability regions.
