ObjectiveTo investigate the satisfaction of both service providers and users in community health service centers through questionnaires， and to analyze the reasons， so as to put forward suggestions for improving satisfaction.MethodsSampling was conducted in 247 community health service centers in 16 districts of Shanghai， and data were collected from employees and patients through on-site questionnaires.ResultsA total of 10 334 eligible questionnaires were collected from community health service centers， of which 7 712 were from patients and 2 622 were from employees. In 2021， the public's satisfaction with community health service centers was 96.51 points， and the satisfaction of employees was 94.08 points. The public expressed lower satisfaction with the availability of essential drugs for outpatient services， while the staff were less satisfied with their salary and benefits， work recognition， and career development. Regarding family doctor services， 73.38% of the public had signed up for family doctor services， while 23.57% of the public did not know about the family doctor services， and 16.18% believed it was necessary to improve the publicity of basic public health services.ConclusionThe public's overall satisfaction with the service of community health services is gradually increased. The basic medical services of community health are recognized by residents. Drug allocation needs to be improved urgently， and publicity and promotion need to be further strengthened. The overall satisfaction of employees is high， but further improvement is needed in terms of salary and benefits， work recognition， and career development.

Streptococcus agalactiae (S. agalactiae) is a pathogen causing bovine mastitis that results in considerable economic losses in the livestock sector. To understand the distribution and drug resistance characteristics of S. agalactiae from dairy cow mastitis cases in China, multilocus sequence typing (MLST) was carried out and the serotypes and drug resistance characteristics of the bacteria in the region were analysed.

Streptococcus agalactiae is an important zoonotic pathogen that affects milk production and quality and poses a threat to public health. Treatment of infections with this bacterium exploits antimicrobials, to which the resistance of S. agalactiae is a growing problem. Addressing the possibility of a correlation between this pathogen’s genetic factors for antimicrobial resistance and virulence, this study attempted to identify the relevant genes.

Background: Previous guidelines have clearly stated that dance is safe and beneficial during pregnancy and for childbirth. However, due to the small sample size of individual studies and different interventions, there were inconsistencies about the effect of dance on maternal childbirth. Methods: We included studies evaluating the effect of dance on women in labor. Risk of bias was assessed using the revised Risk of bias assessment tool for randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Data analyses was performed using Review Manager Software version 5.4. Results: A total of 12 RCTs comprising 1,486 pregnant women were included in the analysis. We found that the rate of natural childbirth and satisfaction with delivery were higher in the dance group than in the control group.The pain at 30 min and at 60 min after the intervention were lower in the dance group than in the control group. Meanwhile, the duration of the first stage, the second stage and the total labor duration was shorter in the dance group than in the control group.However, there were no statistically significant differences in the pain at 90 min after intervention, the duration of the third stage, and the rate of the normal 1-minute Apgar scores > 7 points between the two groups. Conclusions: Dance during labor could reduce labor pain to an extent, shorten the duration of labor, promote natural childbirth, and improve satisfaction with labor, with no adverse effects on neonatal outcomes. Aim: To retrieve, analyse and summarize the relevant evidence on the prevention and management of bladder dysfunction in patients with cervical ancer after radical hysterectomy. Design: Overview of systematic reviews. Methods: 11 databases were searched for relevant studies from top to bottom according to the '6S' model of evidence‐based resources. Two independent reviewers selected the articles, extracted the data and appraised the quality of the included reviews based on different types of evaluation tools. Results: A total of 13 studies were identified, including four clinical consultants, four guidelines, four systematic reviews and one randomized controlled trial. 29 best evidence were summarized from five aspects, including definition, risk factors, assessment, prevention and management. Background: Bladder dysfunction is a common complication following radical hysterectomy, affecting patients' QOL. Exploring interventions, particularly IC continuity care, is crucial for identifying strategies to enhance postoperative outcomes. This study aimed to assess the impact of continuous intermittent catheterization (IC) care on bladder function recovery and quality of life (QOL) in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer. Methods: The primary outcome measured was the time to bladder function recovery, with secondary outcomes comprising EORTC QLQ-C30 assessments at 3 and 6 months post-surgery, as well as EORTC QLQ-CX24 evaluations. Meanwhile, urinary complications, readmissions, and outpatient follow-up were also compared. Results: Among the 128 participants, with 64 in each group, indwelling catheterization durations were similar. However, the IC continuity care group exhibited significantly shorter IC duration and bladder recovery time. This group demonstrated superior QOL, lower occurrence rates post-IC, reduced urethral injuries, and higher readmission and outpatient follow-up rates. Conclusion: This study underscores continuous IC care emerges as a beneficial intervention, facilitating accelerated bladder function recovery and improved QOL in patients following radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer. To investigate the classification of anxiety based on potential category analysis in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) patients and the associated factors. This questionnaire-based, cross-sectional study was conducted on GDM patients admitted to a Grade III-A general hospital using convenience sampling between March and November 2021. Latent class analysis was utilized for classification. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors associated with anxiety. A total of 215 valid questionnaires were collected, yielding a response rate of 99%. GDM patients were classified into 4 potential categories: low anxiety (54%), high anxiety (21%), worried about the fetus (11%), and worried about delivery (14%). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that, compared with low anxiety, education level, family history of diabetes, blood glucose changes, delivery mode schedule, knowledge score of GDM, and marital relationship scale score were independently associated with anxiety (P < .05). The number of births, education level, blood glucose changes, delivery mode schedule, and marital relationship scale score were independently associated with being worried about the fetus (P < .05). Objectives: Transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) and transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery (LESS) have shown the prospection as minimally invasive procedures. Here we aimed to compare ovarian cystectomy assisted by vNOTES and by LESS for ovarian mature cystic teratoma (OMCT)., Material and Methods: A total of 81 premenopausal women with OMCT were randomized to undergo ovarian cystectomy assisted by either vNOTES (n = 41) or LESS (n = 40). The main outcome was the operative time. Secondary outcomes included the length of hospital stay, visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores, abdominal contamination by teratoma contents, and intraoperative and postoperative complications., Results: There were no intergroup differences in age, body mass index, tumor size, or bilaterality of tumor. The operative time for the vNOTES group was significantly shorter than that for the LESS group (68.41 ± 20.92 min vs 85.05 ± 32.94 min, p = 0.008). The highest VAS pain score 24 hours postoperatively was 1.21 ± 0.48 in the vNOTES group and 2.43 ± 0.57 in the LESS group (p < 0.001). Twenty-four of the 40 patients in the LESS group experienced teratoma rupture intraoperatively, leading to abdominal contamination by the teratoma content, while 5 abdominal contamination was observed in the vNOTES group （p = 0.005. No significant differences between the two groups were observed in the other outcomes., Conclusions: vNOTES assisted ovarian cystectomy has short operative time, fast recovery, no scarring, less pain, and low rate of abdominal contamination. Consequently, vNOTES might be superior to LESS for treating OMCTs.

Community nurses play a key role in providing continuous home care for patients with chronic diseases. However, a perfect system of responsibilities and requirements has not yet been formed, and nurses cannot provide high-quality nursing services for home-based patients. We attempted to construct an index of the scope of practice for community nurses providing home-based transitional care for patients with chronic diseases and to guide nurses in playing an active role in transitional care work. From March to May 2023, 14 representative community nurses from the Shanghai Community Health Service Center were selected for group interviews and 2 rounds of Delphi consultation. A total of 14 valid questionnaires were collected. The authority coefficients were 0.94 and 0.93, and the Kendall coefficients were 0.56 and 0.59 for the 2 rounds of expert consultation ( P  < .05). Finally, an index system, including 6 primary indices (transitional caring provider, patient self-management facilitator, community group intervention organizer, home caregiver supporter, family physician team collaborator and supervisor of home medical equipment use, and medical waste disposal) was constructed for community nurses involved in providing home-based transitional care for patients with chronic diseases. The weight values of the 6 indices were 0.19, 0.17, 0.21, 0.13, 0.14 and 0.16, respectively (CR = 0.035, and the consistency test was passed), and 16 secondary indicators and 42 tertiary indicators were identified. In this Delphi study, an index system that can be used to determine community nurses' roles in providing home-based transitional and continuous care for patients with chronic diseases was successfully established.
