ObjectiveTo understand the acceptance of sex-related behaviors， sexual safety awareness， and refusal skills among junior high school students and conduct association analysis， and to provide a reference for the implementation of sex and reproductive health education for adolescents.MethodsA questionnaire survey related to knowledge of sexual and reproductive health was conducted among 478 students from two junior high schools in Jiading District， Shanghai.ResultsThe pass rate for sex and reproductive health knowledge among junior high school students was only 36.6%， with acceptance rates for dating， watching pornography， engaging in sexual behavior， pregnancy， and artificial abortion at 24.5%， 11.1%， 5.6%， 4.8%， and 5.9%， respectively. Binary logistic regression analysis showed that students who passed the sexual and reproductive health assessment had a significantly lower acceptance rate of sex-related behaviors than those who did not （aOR=1.666， 95%CI： 1.124‒2.470， P=0.011）. Adolescents with a passing knowledge of sexual and reproductive health （aOR=1.607， 95%CI： 1.060‒2.438， P=0.026） or a lower acceptance of sex-related behaviors （aOR=4.199， 95%CI： 2.804‒6.289， P

ObjectiveTo understand the influencing factors of women’s intention to utilize preconception health care services， so as to promote the utilization of preconception care among women with future pregnancy plan.MethodsThe study was conducted at 8 outpatient health clinics of medical institutions providing perinatal health care in Jiading District of Shanghai. Women who had fertility intention for another child were invited to complete an electronic questionnaire from November 2020 to February 2021.ResultsWomen with better pregnancy and birth care behaviors during the last periconception were more likely to utilize preconception care service before the next conception than those with previous poorer behaviors （OR=1.980， 95%CI= 1.061‒3.694， P=0.032）. Women with higher preconception care knowledge scores had better pregnancy and birth care behaviors during the last periconception than those with lower knowledge scores （OR=1.362， 95%C1= 1.004‒1.846， P=0.047）.ConclusionsIn order to improve the utilization of preconception care among the population with future pregnancy plan， it is necessary to further strengthen health education and social mobilization to promote the preconception eugenic knowledge， planned pregnancy and pregnancy and birth care behaviors.

Obtaining information about cellular interactions is fundamental to the elucidation of physiological and pathological processes. Proximity labeling technologies have been widely used to report cellular interactions in situ; however, the reliance on addition of tag molecules typically restricts their application to regions where tags can readily diffuse, while the application in, for example, solid tissues, is susceptible. Here, we propose an "in‐situ‐tag‐generation mechanism" and develop the GalTag technology based on galactose oxidase (GAO) for recording cellular interactions within three‐dimensional biological solid regions. GAO mounted on bait cells can in situ generate bio‐orthogonal aldehyde tags as interaction reporters on prey cells. Using GalTag, we monitored the dynamics of cellular interactions and assessed the targeting ability of engineered cells. In particular, we recorded, for the first time, the footprints of Bacillus Calmette‐Guérin (BCG) invasion into the bladder tissue of living mice, providing a valuable perspective to elucidate the anti‐tumor mechanism of BCG. The Kizilsu River Basin in China is located in the desert Gobi area with high sediment content and high hardness. After 4798h operation, the maintenance of a high‐head Francis turbine in this basin found that the guide vane was seriously worn, and even most of the top and lower skirts of the front of the guide vane were worn off. In this study, the k‐ε turbulence model, ZGB cavitation model and sediment erosion prediction model were used to simulate the solid‐liquid two‐phase flow and cavitation of guide vane. The research results show that the guide vane of a high‐head Francis turbine in a sandy river has a high sediment velocity and serious surface erosion, with the maximum erosion rate of 1.0 × 10−6 kg/(m2·s), while the area near the skirt of the guide vane is a low‐pressure area lower than the saturated steam pressure, and cavitation is very easy to occur, with the maximum vapor volume fraction of 0.9. Serious cavitation erosion occurs near the skirt of the guide vane, and the combined effect of sand erosion and cavitation erosion on the surface of the skirt of the guide vane aggravates the damage of the skirt structure. The research results provide a technical basis for the antiabrasion design of the guide mechanism of the high‐head Francis turbine and the operation and maintenance of the hydropower station in the sandy river. At present, China's poverty reduction strategy has been transformed into the formulation of an overall solution to compound poverty, in which poverty alleviation analysis involves a large number of multi-source heterogeneous data, and the potential similarity between the data is difficult to be directly mined and utilized. This paper constructs the poverty alleviation geographic knowledge graph through ontology design, knowledge extraction, entity alignment, entity fusion and knowledge reasoning based on the poverty alleviation data. The specific steps are as follows. Firstly, the ontology model is designed based on poverty alleviation data. Then the ALBERT entity and relationship joint extraction model is built for knowledge extraction. The multi-feature entity alignment model of administrative division based on place names is built for place name disambiguation. After entity fusion and knowledge reasoning, the poverty alleviation geographic knowledge graph is formed. The community is divided based on the graph. The community division results of the poverty alleviation projects are analyzed from the relationship between projects and materials, spatial distribution characteristics and time change characteristics, and the characteristics and potential links of the implementation of the poverty alleviation projects in the community are found, providing decision-making basis for the formulation of subsequent poverty alleviation measures. Objective: To clarify the evolutionary characteristics and transmission mode of DENV-1 genotype I dengue virus in the Asia-Pacific region. Methods: 200 DENV-1 genotype I dengue viruses in the Asia-Pacific region from 2010 to 2014 and 2015 to 2019 were used for phylogenetic analysis and bayesian phylogeographic analysis using a series of molecular biology software. Results: DENV-1 genotype I dengue virus spread frequently between coastal cities in China and Southeast Asian countries. The evolution rate of DENV-1 genotype I dengue virus during 2010-2014 was 5.73×104 (/site/year,95%CI) , and the time to the most recent common ancestor was 1970-09-14.And the evolution rate of virus during 2015-2019 was 5.25×104 (/site/year,95%CI) , and the time to the most recent common ancestor was 1978-10-30.The virus spatial diffusion pathways shows the phenomenon that the dengue virus of this genotype is widespread in the Asia-Pacific region, the spread of the dengue virus between the coastal provinces and some inland provinces of China, and Southeast Asian countries. The study results indicated that the monitoring and preventive measures should be strengthened to avoid the threat of personal safety caused by large-scale spread of DENV-1 in China.

A novel resistance internal is proposed to optimize the flow field and improve the gas–liquid contact in a co‐hydrogenation reactor of coal and vacuum residuum. Local gas holdup, local liquid velocity, and characteristics of the bubble were investigated in a scaled‐down laboratory model. The quantitative results showed that the resistance internals could reduce the thickness of the liquid reflux layer by a percentage up to 32% and reduce the difference in the local gas holdup at cross‐sections of up to 44%. The Sauter mean diameter of the bubble decreased from 20.30 to 16.00 mm, which aroused the increase in bubble surface area by a percentage of up to 71.9%. The resistance internal promoted the breakup of the bubble with multiple mechanisms and provided diversion to fluid. Drip‐irrigation is a cultivation mode that uses water and fertilizer efficiently and is the main cultivation technique for wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) production in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China. The amount of nitrogen (N) fertilizer used in drip‐irrigated wheat production is strongly connected to land productivity. However, the effect of reduced N application on the translocation of assimilates to grains and grain‐filling in wheat under drip irrigation is unknown. A 2‐yr field experiment (2018–2019) was conducted in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region with two varieties of spring wheat (Xinchun 38 [XC38] and Xinchun 49 [XC49]) and five N application levels (300 [N1], 275 [N2], 250 [N3], 225 [N4], and 0 [N0] kg hm−2). The results showed that N application significantly affected the dry matter accumulation, transport amount, transport rate, and the contribution rate of wheat (stem sheaths, leaves, and spikes). The maximum values of the above parameters of XC38 and XC49 were observed in response to N3 and N4, respectively. In addition, N affected the dry weight and grain‐filling characteristic parameters. Nitrogen affected the rate of grain‐filling during the three periods, with N3 and N4 being the best treatments for XC38 and XC49, respectively. The results of this study provide an understanding of the translocation of assimilates and the grain‐filling characteristics of spring wheat, and the optimum N application levels were different for XC38 and XC49. Among the N treatments in this study, the optimum nitrogen levels were 250 and 225 kg hm−2 for XC38 and XC49, respectively.
