Objective To explore the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with compound probiotics in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods From January 2019 to December 2019, 33 patients with hyperlipidemia were recruited from the People‘s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and were randomly divided into the test group（n=18） and the control group（n=15） using a randomized, double-blind, controlled trial design. The 20mg atorvastatin （once a day） plus compound probiotics（once a day, 2g each time） was given in test group, and the same dose of atorvastatin plus placebo was given in control group. The blood lipid level was measured once every 4 weeks for 12 weeks to compare the blood lipid levels at each time point between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the baseline data between two groups (P＞0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and other blood lipid levels related to the treatment effects between two groups(P＞0.05). According to English level of Chinese ocean sailors at present, we analyze the characteristics and instruction needs of navigation English and point out current English teaching in maritime specialty has many problems. Traditional teaching modes are not suitable for modern maritime needs any longer. So we propose feasible methods and countermeasures on how to improve English teaching in maritime specialty of Chinese colleges. Hopefully advanced sailors with high quality and adapting modern navigation will be brought up.

Branching is an important trait of plant development regulated by environmental signals. Phytochromes in Arabidopsis mediate branching in response to the changes in the red light:far-red light ratio (R:FR), the mechanisms of which are still elusive. Here it is shown that overexpression of CONSTANS-LIKE 7 (COL7) results in an abundant branching phenotype which could be efficiently suppressed by shade or a simulated shade environment (low R:FR). Moreover, col7 mutants develop shorter hypocotyls and COL7 overexpression lines develop longer hypocotyls in comparison with the wild type in low R:FR, indicating that COL7 acts as an enhancer of the shade avoidance response. In shade or transient low R:FR, transcriptional and post-transcriptional expression levels of COL7 are up-regulated and positively associated with rapid mRNA accumulation of PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTOR 3-LIKE 1 (PIL1), a marker gene of shade avoidance syndrome (SAS). Taken together, the results suggest a dual role for COL7 which promotes branching in high R:FR conditions but enhances SAS in low R:FR conditions.

As a high calorific and zero carbon energy source, hydrogen has received a significant amount of attention in recent years. In this work, the amorphous molybdenum sulfide was uniformly and orderly wrapped around the surface of Ni9S8/NF nanowires by electrodeposition to obtain a-MoSX@Ni9S8/NF nanoflower rods. A low overpotential of 138 mV (@10 mV cm−2) at room temperature was achieved for a-MoSX@Ni9S8/NF with a high electrochemically active surface area. An external thermal field could reduce the interfacial charge transfer resistance between the electrode and the electrolyte and promote the electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). The a-MoSX@Ni9S8/NF showed excellent hydrogen precipitation performance of 72 mV (@10 mV cm−2) under 80 °C. The a-MoSX@Ni9S8/NF owned good reproducibility and durability after 5000 cycles in acidic media. The Faraday efficiency of the composite can reach 92.6%. In order to assess whether condensation will occur on the shipside of a bulk grain cargo hold during transportation at sea, this paper has established a ventilation model for the bulk cargo hold of the ship, and optimized the model according to the characteristics of the solid bulk grain stowed on a moving ship at sea. The temperature field, micro-airflow field and relative humidity field of the bulk grain in a cargo hold are simulated by using fluent software (v.2020). Incorporating the impact of grain moisture exchange, the Equilibrium Relative Humidity (ERH) method is introduced alongside the Dew Point (DP) method to determine the condensation on the shipside of the cargo hold. The results of simulation are in agreement with the practical observation results obtained from an actual ship with a heavy cargo damage claim. Conclusively, this paper finds that the risk of the condensation on the shipside of a bulk grain cargo hold always exists if the inner part of the shipside is directly in contact with the grain. Meanwhile, when the grain temperature near the shipside decreases, the moisture in the cargo hold will migrate to the shipside due to the temperature gradient. Furthermore, the longer the voyage, the more obvious the migration of moisture from the central part of the bulk grain to the shipside, and the greater the risk of condensation. A series of polyaniline (PANI)-decorated SnS2 nanoplates (PANI/SnS2) were produced via a hydrothermal method followed by a liquid–solid mixing. The PANI/SnS2 nanocomposites were composed of amorphous PANI and hexagonal-phase SnS2 nanoplates. Infrared thermal images revealed that PANI had an excellent near-infrared (NIR)-induced photothermal effect. Overall, the PANI/SnS2 nanocomposites showed better NIR-enhanced electrocatalytic and photoelectrocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity than bare SnS2 nanoplates. The optimized 4% PANI/SnS2 (which contained 4 wt % PANI) displayed the largest electrochemical double-layer capacitance (Cdl) value (0.85 mF cm–2) and the lowest Tafel slope of 66 mV dec–1 in 0.5 M H2SO4 under NIR irradiation. It was investigated and confirmed that the photothermal effect and the synergistic effects between SnS2 and PANI heterostructure played important roles in promoting electrocatalytic and photoelectrocatalytic hydrogen evolution processes.
