Background In March 2020, the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission proposed that fever alertness clinics should be set up in primary healthcare institutions (community health service centers) to deal with multi-site sporadic outbreaks by the principle of local emergency disposal combined with standardized and regular outbreak control. Objective To explore and construct a comprehensive and standardized evaluation index system for the operation of fever alertness clinics. Methods Two rounds of semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 staff from three fever alertness clinics in downtown, suburban, and peri urban locations of Shanghai, respectively, using a purposive sampling method from January to April 2021. Raw data were obtained, interview materials were collated with the aid of the ROST CM6 software, and paradigm analyses were conducted using the Charmaz constructing grounded theory. Using a purposive sampling method, 12 experts familiar with the operating characteristics of fever alertness clinics (fever alertness clinics managers, researchers from universities, scholars from related associations, health development institutes, etc.) were invited as consulting objects to answer the correspondence questionnaire for 2 rounds from May to June 2021, and the weighting of indicators at each level was determined by hierarchical analysis to check the logical consistency of indicators at all levels, the evaluation index system of operation of fever alertness clinics was finally formed. Results The evaluation index system for operation of fever alertness clinics, which was constructed based on the grounded theory, consisted of 5 primary indicators, 13 secondary indicators and 29 tertiary indicators. Background For building a healthy China, it is essential to expand the coverage of family doctor services. In young and middle-aged office building occupants, the rate of contracting family doctor services is low. Shanghai has taken the lead in exploring building-based family doctor services, and providing on-demand health management services. So it is particularly meaningful to study the health needs in young and middle-aged office building occupants. Objective To investigate the needs and associated factors of contracted family doctor services among young and middle-aged office building occupants in Shanghai. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted from December 2019 to December 2020 with a cluster random sample of young and middle-aged office building occupants (aged 18-59 years) selected from representative office buildings in Shanghai's Hongkou District, Pudong New District, and Jing'an District of Shanghai for understanding their sociodemographic characteristics, health and healthcare-seeking conditions, knowledge of family doctor services, and needs of essential and personalized family doctor services. Multiple Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the needs of family doctor services. Results In all, 2 366 cases attended the survey, and 2 272 of them (96.03%) who completed the survey effectively were included for analysis. Among them, 87.65% (1 874/2 138) had general, moderate or strong needs for essential family doctor services, and 70.59% (1 452/2 057) had needs for personalized family doctor services. Multiple Logistic regression analysis indicated that age, education level, self-assessed social class, understanding of one's own health, self-assessed health status, chronic disease prevalence, mental health status, preferred healthcare setting for treating common diseases, treatment experience in a community health institution, understanding of and degree of trust in a family doctor, and understanding of building-based family doctor services and the specific scope of the services were associated with the needs of essential family doctor services (P

Refractance window (RW) drying is a new thin‐layer drying technology that can control well the heating temperature to effectively reduce the loss of heat‐sensitive substances. Here, an experiment on tomato pulp drying was carried out to study the drying characteristics of RW drying based on a D‐optimal mixture design. The fitting of the classical model of thin‐layer drying was studied, and SAS and 1stOpt calculation software were used to analyze the test data. The result showed that the RW drying equipment could dry 8 mm of tomato pulp in 120 min, and the maximum drying speed could reach 0.40 g/(g·min). Based on an effective diffusion coefficient under different conditions, the activation energy was 27.35 kJ/mol at an air speed of 3 m/s. When comparing the fitting of the moisture ratio curve in four classic thin‐layer drying models, it was found that the R‐square value of the modified Page model was 0.9960, which had better fitting properties. Then, the polynomial fitting model of thin‐layer drying reflects the regression relationship between the coefficient of the classic model and drying conditions including temperature, wind speed, and time. After comparison with the classic model and validation experiment, the results showed that there is no significant difference between the polynomial fitting model and the validations under a confidence level of 0.95, which could well predict the change in the water content ratio over time under different conditions. The transport of phosphate between cytoplasm and subcellular compartments is critical for plant metabolic regulation. We conducted bioinformatic analysis, heterologous expression in yeast, gene expression pattern and subcellular localization analysis to characterize the possible functions of OsPHT4 gene family in rice. Together with the PHT4 genes from higher plants, OsPHT4s can be classified into six distinct groups. OsPHT4;1–OsPHT4;4 are targeted to chloroplasts, and OsPHT4;6-1 and OsPHT4;6-2 are located to Golgi apparatus. OsPHT4 proteins can mediate inorganic phosphate (Pi) transport in yeast. In addition, dynamic transcriptional changes determined by qRT-PCR revealed different expression profiles of OsPHT4 genes in response to phosphate starvation, salicylic acid, abscisic acid and salt stress treatments. These results suggested that OsPHT4 proteins are involved in Pi distribution between the cytoplasm and chloroplast or Golgi apparatus and also involved in stress responses.

To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of systemic administration of methotrexate on caesarean section scar pregnancy. The 160 patients who had been confirmed with caesarean section scar pregnancy in our hospital were selected research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups (research group and control group), each containing 80 patients. The research group was subjected to systemic administration of methotrexate, while control group was applied with local administration of methotrexate. The total treatment effective rates of two groups were observed and compared. The total treatment effective rate of research group was higher than that of control group, p<0.05; in terms of time required for a-HCG restoring to normal state, the research group was significantly shorter than control group, p<0.05; the time required for disappearing of scar lump for research group was shorter than that of control group, p<0.05. No complications were observed for both groups. Systemic administration of methotrexate can significantly improve the curative effect for patients with caesarean section scar pregnancy.
