As one of the most critical and failure-prone parts of the mechanical systems of industrial equipment, bearings are subjected to high loads for long periods of time. When they fail or wear irreversibly, they may cause accidents or even huge economic losses. Therefore, effective health monitoring and fault diagnosis are of great significance to ensure safe and stable operation of industrial equipment. In order to further promote the development of bearing health monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, the current existing models and methods are analyzed and summarized, and the existing technologies are divided and compared. Starting from the distribution of vibration signal data used, firstly, the relevant methods under uniform data distribution are sorted out, the classification, analysis and summary of the current research status are carried out mainly according to signal-based analysis and data-driven-based, and the shortcomings and defects of the fault detection methods in this case are outlined. Secondly, considering the problem of uneven data acquisition under actual working conditions, the detection methods for dealing with such cases are summarized, and different processing techniques for this problem in existing research are classified into data processing methods, feature extraction methods, and model improvement methods according to their different focuses, and the existing problems are analyzed and summarized. Finally, the challenges and future development directions of bearing fault detection in existing industrial equipment are summarized and prospected.

To promote theoretical and empirical research on blockchain empowered supply chain financing, this paper reviews the relevant foreign research on blockchain empowered supply chain financing. At present, foreign research on blockchain empowered supply chain financing focuses on the positive effects of blockchain on supply chain financing (including: costs and benefits, micro-efficiency, risk management, credit transmission, etc.), the factors influencing the adoption of blockchain in supply chain financing, and the impact of blockchain on the game behavior of supply chain financing (including: mechanisms of blockchain's influence on the decision of supply chain financing, mechanisms of blockchain's influence on the risk of supply chain financing) and other three aspects. In general, foreign research on the comprehensive effect of blockchain on supply chain financing and the credit transmission effect is relatively weak; in addition, foreign research on the intrinsic mechanism of blockchain-enabled supply chain financing and the blockchain upstream behavior of banks and SMEs in supply chain financing is relatively rare. In the context of financial technology, foreign research on several issues of blockchain-enabled supply chain financing needs to be further deepened.

PURPOSE: To establish a stable large animal transplanted model of VX2 carcinoma in rabbit tongue and observe its major biological features. METHODS: After establishment of VX2 tumor-bearing rabbits, the carcinoma tissues were transplanted into the middle third of the lateral border of the tongues in twenty-four New-Zealand white rabbits submucosally to establish transplanted tumor model. The animals were randomly divided into two groups. Rabbits in group1(n=6) were randomly sacrificed at day 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 after implantation, respectively, Tumor biological features were observed macroscopically and pathohistologically. The natural survival time of tumor-bearing rabbits were observed in group 2 (n=14). RESULTS: The tumor-loading rate was 83.3% (20/24). Histophathological examination indicated that the transplanted tumour grew infiltratively and invasively at the lingual recipient sites, which was similar to the biological properties of VX2 transplanted squamous cell carcinoma in other sites of the rabbits. CONCLUSIONS: We successfully established a transplanted model of VX2 transplanted squamous cell carcinoma in rabbit tongues. This model has high tumor-loading rate, steady biological features and rapid growth, which resembles the features of tongue squamous cell carcinoma in human. Therefore, this large animal model is useful for studies on the invasive mechanisms, treatment, and prevention of human carcinoma of tongue. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To establish transplanted models of VX2 tongue carcinoma in rabbits by three methods and compare these models., Methods: After establishment of VX2 tumor-bearing rabbits, 72 New-Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups. Intact tumour tissue, modified tumour cell suspension, tumour cell suspension were respectively injected into the middle-third lateral border of the tongues of rabbits in 3 groups to induce transplanted VX2 tongue carcinoma. The histological features, the tumour-take rates and the metastasis rates of the 3 models were observed., Results: The tumour-take rate of 3 models were 83.3%, 91.7% and 33.3% respectively; the lymph node metastasis rates were 71.4%, 100.0% and 37.5% respectively; the lung metastasis rates were 35.7%, 81.3% and 0 respectively. The histological features of the transplanted VX2 tongue carcinoma of 3 models were all consistent with those of moderately differentiated carcinoma., Conclusion: The biological properties of the transplanted VX2 tongue carcinoma of 3 models is much alike to tongue carcinoma in humans. The model established with modified tumor cell suspension is considered to be more suitable for tongue cancer study.
