Numerous studies have examined the causes and harms of problematic Internet use (PIU). However, less is known about whether and how PIU influences the users' psychological well-being (PWB). To address these concerns, the study explores the impact of PIU on PWB with a special focus on the potential mediating role of anhedonia, which is a negative and core characteristic of depression. A total of 434 participants from two universities completed the questionnaires, which included the Internet Game Cognitive-Addiction (IGCA), Temporal Experience of Pleasure (TEP), and the PWB scales. Data were analyzed with structural equation modeling methods. Results show that PIU has a negative impact on PWB as assessed by the PWB scale, whereas anhedonia as measured by the TEP is a key mediator for explaining this relationship. The tumor microenvironment (TME) is crucial in tumor development, metastasis, and response to immunotherapy. DNA methylation can regulate the TME without altering the DNA sequence. However, research on the methylation-driven TME in clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is still lacking. In this study, integrated DNA methylation and RNA-seq data were used to explore methylation-driven genes (MDGs). Immune scores were calculated using the ESTIMATE, which was employed to identify TME-related genes. A new signature connected with methylation-regulated TME using univariate, multivariate Cox regression and LASSO regression analyses was developed. This signature consists of four TME-MDGs, including AJAP1, HOXB9, MYH14, and SLC6A19, which exhibit high methylation and low expression in tumors. Validation was performed using qRT-PCR which confirmed their downregulation in ccRCC clinical samples. Additionally, the signature demonstrated stable predictive performance in different subtypes of ccRCC. Risk scores are positively correlated with TMN stages, immune cell infiltration, tumor mutation burden, and adverse outcomes of immunotherapy. Interestingly, the expression of four TME-MDGs are highly correlated with the sensitivity of first-line drugs in ccRCC treatment, especially pazopanib. Molecular docking indicates a high affinity binding between the proteins and pazopanib. In summary, our study elucidates the comprehensive role of methylation-driven TME in ccRCC, aiding in identifying patients sensitive to immunotherapy and targeted therapy, and providing new therapeutic targets for ccRCC treatment. The low gain in the presence of a single transverse external electric field limits the application of metal‐semiconductor‐metal (MSM) photodetectors. Here, a longitudinal built‐in electric field by spin‐coating CH3NH3PbI3:PC61BM on the electrode region of an Au/ZnO MSM photodetector, which constitutes a vertically crossed composite electric field with a transverse external electric field, is constructed. In this case, the transverse electric field collects the electrons, and the longitudinal electric field separates them. Based on this novel electric field structure, carrier multiplication at lower voltage conditions is achieved. Compared to the low voltage, there is a significant amplification effect when the voltage reaches 7 V. The responsivity is increased ≈270 times for UV–vis wavelengths, escalating from ≈0.02 to ≈5.4 A W−1. The photocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) in aqueous solution is a green and sustainable strategy for ammonia production. Nonetheless, the efficiency of the process still has a wide gap compared to that of the Haber–Bosch one due to the difficulty of N2 activation and the quick recombination of photo-generated carriers. Herein, a core-shell Bi@Bi2MoO6 microsphere through constructing Schottky junctions has been explored as a robust photocatalyst toward N2 reduction to NH3. Metal Bi self-reduced onto Bi2MoO6 not only spurs the photo-generated electron and hole separation owing to the Schottky junction at the interface of Bi and Bi2MoO6 but also promotes N2 adsorption and activation at Bi active sites synchronously. As a result, the yield of the photocatalytic N2-to-ammonia conversion reaches up to 173.40 μmol g−1 on core-shell Bi@Bi2MoO6 photocatalysts, as much as two times of that of bare Bi2MoO6. Self-powered photodetectors, requiring no external bias, offer distinct advantages that render them ideal for a broad spectrum of applications. Efficient carrier separation and collection stand as foundational elements in the operation of these photodetectors. In this study, we delve into the refinement of Cu2O/ZnO heterojunction photodetectors. By varying the thickness of the ZnO layer, we controlled the separation and capture of carriers at the heterojunction, thus achieving adjustable photodetector performance. Our experimental findings reveal pronounced performance trends related to different wavelength bands, with particular significance in the ultraviolet and visible exploration. We observe a distinctive pattern marked by an initial performance increase followed by a subsequent decline. This intriguing phenomenon implies that meticulous control over carrier separation and collection within the heterojunction can be realized by fine-tuning the transmission distance, ultimately allowing us to adjust the photodetector's responsivity.
