The early metastasis of cervical cancer is a multistep process requiring the cancer cells to adapt to the signal input from different tissue environments, including hypoxia. Hypoxia-induced epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays a critical role in the ability to invade surrounding tissues. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying EMT in cervical cancer remain to be elucidated. Herein, we show that hypoxia-inducible factor-1alpha (HIF-1[alpha]) and aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT) are recruited to the human coilin-interacting nuclear ATPase protein (hCINAP) promoter and initiate hCINAP expression in hypoxia. Ablation of hCINAP decreased the migratory capacity and EMT of cervical cancer cells under hypoxic conditions. Furthermore, hCINAP regulated EMT through the Akt--mTOR signaling pathway, and inhibits hypoxia-induced p53-dependent apoptosis. Our data collectively show that hCINAP may have essential roles in the metastasis of cervical cancer and could be a potential target for curing cervical cancer. La metastase precoce du cancer du col de l'uterus est un processus en plusieurs etapes qui exige que les cellules cancereuses s'adaptent aux signaux emis par differents environnements tissulaires, y compris l'hypoxie. La transition epithelio-mesenchymateuse (TEM) induite par l'hypoxie joue un role essentiel dans l'acquisition de la capacite a envahir les tissus environnants. Cependant, le mecanisme moleculaire sous-jacent a la TEM dans le cancer du col de l'uterus reste a elucider. Les auteurs ont montre ici que HIF-1[alpha] et ARNT sont recrutes sur le promoteur de hCINAP et qu'ils initient l'expression de hCINAP en hypoxie. L'ablation de l'hCINAP diminuait la capacite migratoire et la TEM des cellules cancereuses du col de l'uterus en hypoxie. Par ailleurs, hCINAP regule la TEM par la signalisation Akt--mTOR et inhibe l'apoptose dependante de p53 induite par l'hypoxie. Ces donnees ont collectivement montre que hCINAP pourrait jouer un role essentiel dans la metastase du cancer du col de l'uterus et pourrait etre une cible potentielle pour la guerison de ce cancer. Autonomous vehicles have been extensively researched and developed rapidly in recent years. However, these vehicles may be not able to avoid collision with vehicles that appear suddenly. To solve this problem, a cooperative trajectory prediction system for intelligent and automated connected convoy based on blockchain was proposed. In the proposed system, each node in the intelligent and automated connected convoy and roadside infrastructure predict the trajectory of vehicles around them with the LSTM model, and they share the information they get. Using blockchain, the intelligent and automated connected convoy and roadside infrastructure rate the received messages. The summarized rating will be stored as a block in the blockchain that stores the trust values. Vehicles in the intelligent and automated connected convoy are able to judge whether the other nodes in the Conroy are credible according to their trust value, and messages from the low trust value sender will be ignored, thus achieving cooperative driving. Experiment shows that the proposed system plays a significant role in improving driving safety of the intelligent connected platoon.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of the induction therapy of nimotuzumab combined with PF regimen (cisplatin+5-fluorouracil) in the follow-up treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients received concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods We included 118 patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳa nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 58 cases in NPF group (induction therapy of nimotuzumab combined with PF regimen) and 60 cases in TPF group (induction chemotherapy of docetaxel, cisplatin and fluorouracil regimen). After two cycles of induction therapy, all patients received concurrent cisplatin and intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), and the safety and short-term efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with TPF group, NPF induction therapy was more effective for cervical lymph nodes (P=0.036); however, there was no significant difference in the effect of induction therapy on primary lesions, overall effect or the immediate effect of the whole course of treatment(P > 0.05). Compared with TPF group, neutropenia and gastrointestinal reaction in the NPF group was significantly improved during the induction therapy (P=0.028, P=0.049); gastrointestinal reaction, oral mucositis and radiation dermatitis in the NPF group were significantly improved during the concurrent chemoradiotherapy (P=0.038, P=0.041, P=0.035). Conclusion For locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients received cisplatin concurrent IMRT, the induction therapy of nimotuzumab combined with PF regimen have a better lymph node remission rate and mild adverse reactions. Patients had better tolerance in subsequent concurrent chemoradiotherapy, but the long-term efficacy requires further follow-up observation.
