Salt tolerance is one of the most important problems in the field of environmental governance and restoration. Among the various sources of factors, except temperature, salinity is a key factor that interrupts bacterial growth significantly. In this regard, constant efforts are made for the development of salt-tolerant strains, but few strains with salt tolerance, such as Terribacillus saccharophilus, were found, and there are still few relevant reports about their salt tolerance from complete genomic analysis. Furthermore, with the development of the economy, environmental pollution caused by oil exploitation has attracted much attention, so it is crucial to find the bacteria from T. saccharophilus which could degrade petroleum hydrocarbon even under high-salt conditions. Herein, one T. saccharophilus strain named ZY-1 with salt tolerance was isolated by increasing the salinity on LB medium step by step with reservoir water as the bacterial source. Its complete genome was sequenced, which was the first report of the complete genome for T. saccharophilus species with petroleum hydrocarbon degradation and emulsifying properties. In addition, its genome sequences were compared with the other five strains that are from the same genus level. The results indicated that there really exist some differences among them. In addition, some characteristics were studied. The salt-tolerant strain ZY-1 developed in this study and its emulsification and degradation performance of petroleum hydrocarbons were studied, which is expected to widely broaden the research scope of petroleum hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria in the oil field environment even in the extreme environment. The experiments verified that ZY-1 could significantly grow not only in the salt field but also in the oil field environment. It also demonstrated that the developed salt-tolerant strain can be applied in the petroleum hydrocarbon pollution field for bioremediation. In addition, we expect that the identified variants which occurred specifically in the high-salt strain will enhance the molecular biological understanding and be broadly applied to the biological engineering field.

Effective height is used as a characterization parameter in current ultra-high frequency (UHF) sensor performance test. It describes the sensitivity of sensors to different spectral components of the signals, but is incapable of reflecting the time domain response of sensors, making it inconvenient to carry out UHF detection based on time domain signals. An improved UHF sensor performance test method, including a test system and characterization parameters is proposed. The amplitude-frequency characteristic and phase-frequency characteristic of the effective height is obtained from scattering parameters measured using a vector network analyzer. Further, by calculating the analytic impulse response, extracting three time domain parameters, including peak value of the envelope,envelope width and ringing time. The effect of the test method is discussed after a comparison test of two UHF sensor with different time domain parameters detecting a simulated partial discharge signal. The study shows that the proposed characterization and measurement system is capable of measuring the time domain and frequency domain parameters of UHF sensors and representing their behaviors under partial discharge pulse signals.

The fault caused by transformer insulation aging accounts for a large proportion of the total fault of the transformer. Therefore, it is extremely important to accurately evaluate the aging state of the transformer insulation. In this paper, the vibration characteristics of windings under different load currents and different pressing forces are studied. A transformer aging test platform was built in the laboratory. The vibration characteristics of the transformer tank surface under different aging times were studied by accelerated aging test. The results lay the foundation for transformer insulation aging evaluation technology based on vibration signal.

The recognition of impulse interference for the partial discharge data on the edge computing platform can effectively reduce the false alarm rate in the risk assessment of gas insulated switchgear (GIS). Therefore, an edge computing method for partial discharge is proposed in the paper, which uses the similarity computing among the aggregation of data for each sensor after clustering to match homologous signals. Finally, the algorithm will jointly locate the interference signal and recognize the impulse interference signal by comparing the received signal strength indicator (RSSI) of multiple UHF sensors in/out of GIS equipment. The training set, being consisted of partial discharge and interference signal from the test, is used to contrast the algorithms on the edge computing platform, the result of which indicates that the accuracy rate of the recognition of the impulse interference with the proposed algorithm is 81.4% on the computing platform, with the average processing time for each sample of 7.15s.

To improve the quality of intellisense facilities, UPIoT intellisense laboratory, the very first lab of UPIoT field, is found. The principles of laboratory including standard test, defined procedure, transparent process, shared information, open construction and international practice. Based on the principles, five main research directions are confirmed. The omnibearing performance verification of intellisense facility and performance criterion and verification of new facility are the cores of laboratory. The laboratory is the quality control basis of UPIoT.
