Abstract

The sixth generation(6G) wireless communication network will become the base of endogenous intelligence,ubiquitous connectivity,and full-scene interconnection.It is an important basis to realize dependable intelligence in the future.Blockchain is considered as the key decentralized-enabled technology to improve the performance of 6G networks.In the future,the consensus nodes of the blockchain will be composed of massive edge devices and connected through wireless networks.However,motivating self-interest edge devices to participate in the consensus process still faces the challenges of information asymmetry,resource constraints and heterogeneous wireless communication environment.To solve these challenges,a blockchain sharding framework and an incentive mechanism for trusted and dependable intelligence in 6G are proposed.Firstly,an incentive mechanism is presented based on contract theory,which aims to maximize the benefits and reliability of the blockchain sharding.By analyzing the practical byzantine fault tolerance (PBFT) based intrashard consensus mechanism,this paper design energy consumption model for auditing and transmitting the blocks in wireless networks.Secondly,in order to improve the system reliability,it proposes a reputation mechanism based on subjective logic.Finally,a set of optimal contracts under complete information and asymmetric information scnearios are abtained,which could optimize the block revenue for blockchain service requester,while ensuring some desired economic properties,i.e.,budget feasibility,individual rationality and incentive compatibility.Simulation results show that the proposed contract-based incentive mechanism can motivate edge devices to participate in the blockchain consensus process and maintain the operation of blockchain from the perspective of economics more efficiently.

Abstract

In our study, patients who had a second delivery were categorised into the following 4 groups. Pelvic floor ultrasound data were compared during the 6th week after the second delivery. The incidence of cystoceles was highest in group A and lowest in group D. In addition, groups A and B had a higher rate of rectoceles or perineum descent. Similarly, the areas of the levator hiatus were higher in Groups A and B during Valsalva manoeuvres. The area of the levator hiatus from the resting state to the Valsalva manoeuvre effect had the greatest change in Group A. A comparison of the PR thickening rates among the four groups did not reveal significant differences. All second delivery methods can cause varying degrees of pelvic organ prolapse and decreased pelvic floor function; however, vaginal delivery as the second delivery mode may have a more significant effect in Chinese women. What is already known on this subject? Different modes of delivery have significantly different effects on female pelvic floor function. Pregnancy beyond 35 weeks of gestation has an effect on female pelvic floor function, irrespective of the mode of delivery. What do the results of this study add? This study analysed the impact of different delivery modes on Chinese female pelvic floor function. Parous women who underwent different modes of second delivery all demonstrated different degrees of pelvic organ prolapse, as well as pelvic floor function decline. What are the implications of these findings for clinical practice and/or further research? Our study will provide basic research of Chinese female pelvic floor function after a second delivery, which will be of clinical significance around the world, as well as in China. China will keep promoting further delivery as the aging population is increasing. The inhibitory effect of three degraded sesquiterpene lactones, iso-seco-tanapartholide, arteludooicinolide A and millifolide A isolated from Achillea millefolium L., on anti-human lung cancer cells was examined using MTT and reporter gene assays. Abstract

To solve the obstacle avoidance problem of mobile robots in dynamic environment, this paper proposes an improved artificial potential field method to solve the problems such as the unreachability of target points, the slow convergence speed, and the inability to avoid obstacles in real time when traditional artificial potential field methods are used in path planning. The improved algorithm can solve the target point inaccessibility problem by satisfying the robot real-time path planning by introducing the virtual target point and changing the repulsive field function. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional artificial potential field method, the robot can jump out of the local extreme point. The feasibility and effectiveness of the improved algorithm proposed in the dynamic environment to complete the path planning.

29. Facial expression feature extraction method based on improved LBP.

Abstract

Local binary pattern (LBP) is an important method for texture feature extraction of facial expression. However, it also has the shortcomings of high dimension, slow feature extraction and noeffective local or global features extracted. To solve these problems, a facial expression feature extraction method is proposed based on improved LBP. Firstly, LBP is converted into double local binary pattern (DLBP). Then by combining Taylor expansion (TE) with DLBP, DLBP-TE algorithm is obtained. Finally, the DLBP-TE algorithm combined with extreme learning machine (ELM) is applied in seven kinds of ficial expression images and the corresponding experiments are carried out in Japanese adult female facial expression (JAFFE) database. 35. Focusing effect of channel target on ultra-intense laser-accelerated proton beam

Abstract

In laser proton acceleration, the inevitable transverse divergence of proton beam restricts its applications in many fields. In this paper, a structured target with a properly wide channel attached to the backside of a foil is proposed, and the interaction of the ultra-short laser pulse with the structured channel target is investigated via two-dimensional particle-in-cell simulation. The simulations show that for the structured channel target, electrons on the front surface are heated by the incident high-intensity laser pulse and then the induced hot electrons transport through the target to the rear surface, building an electrostatic field in the longitudinal direction to accelerate the protons to high energies as the typical target normal sheath acceleration scheme. In the case of the structured channel target, the simulation results indicate that a strong transverse electrostatic field is created by charge separation along the inner surface of the channel while hot electrons propagate along the channel side walls under the guidance of self-induced magnetic and electric fields, which can focus the emitted proton beam transversely, leading to a smaller divergence. By comparing the channel target case with the traditional foil target case under the same conditions, it is found that the divergence angle of the proton beam from the channel target is reduced significantly. Protons with energies above 3 MeV have a divergence angle of 5.3° at the time of 500 fs in the channel target case, while the value is 17.1° in the foil case for a laser intensity of 5.4×1019 W/cm2. Additionally, the effect of the channel target on the maximum proton energy is considered. The simulation results of the energy spectra reveal that the maximum proton cut-off energy of the channel target is about 1 MeV lower than that of the foil target. This small energy loss is due to the refluxing of the cold electrons on the channel walls, which suppresses the increasing of the sheath potential. Therefore, it is concluded that the focusing electric field can work on the proton beam effectively, leading to a better collimation with conserving the proton energy by using the proposed channel target. Especially when the inner diameter of the channel target is comparable to the laser focal spot size, the proton beam can be confined to a small divergence, and a relatively higher laser energy conversion efficiency can be ensured as well.
