We must seize the chance for growth in the big data era for innovation and optimization to efficiently optimize music education instruction in colleges and universities. This paper applies the SVM method to studying vocal recognition in popular music to build a music learning aid system. The system gives the exact location of the intro, bridge, and outro through the recognition of vocals in pop music, which helps learners to practice in a targeted way. MFCC features are used, and low-pass filtering is applied to the classification results later, resulting in a recognition rate of 85.74% on a frame-by-frame basis. From the test results, SVM has a better generalization ability than other classifiers, including ANN, GMM, and HMM, with a recognition rate of at least 8.84% higher. In the practicality test, the experimental class applied the music-assisted system for learning, and the comparison class used the traditional teaching method. 46 more people in the experimental class rated good music ability than the control class, 68 more rated good innovation status than the control class, and 71 more rated good independent learning ability than the control class. Therefore, big data technology must be used to innovate music education in colleges and universities to increase teaching efficacy successfully.

In this paper, firstly, the average prediction rating of interest points is performed by a recommendation model incorporating multiple factors through probabilistic matrix decomposition to improve the accuracy of the beauty teaching features obtained by matrix decomposition. Then, we combine the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm and propose a recommendation model called TGSS-MF, and optimize the TGSS-MF recommendation model through the model of neural network for the sparse data problem faced by the interest point recommendation and the hidden feature vector representation problem of users and interest points, and finally use the TGSS-MF recommendation model to analyze the user needs of teachers, students and system administrators who are involved in teaching and learning. Finally, the TGSS-MF recommendation model is used to analyze the needs of users such as teachers, students, and system administrators involved in teaching and learning. A mobile teaching platform is designed to meet the characteristics of American voice teaching in colleges and universities. The performance analysis of the TGSS-MF recommendation model shows that when k=10, the accuracy and recall of the TGSS-MF model in the two data sets are 0.095 and 0.113, respectively, which are better than the other three algorithms in both accuracy and recall. This study can present more rich resources to students through modern Internet technology, which can help students learn effectiveness.

Preparing a protective coating with high hardness and wear resistance is an economical and practical method to solve the problems of easy abrasion and short service life faced by hard alloy tools when cutting hardened steel.In this paper,AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN multilayered composite coatings with different modulation ratios were prepared by high power pulsed magnetron sputtering and pulsed DC magnetron sputtering composite technology.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the multilayered films as well as the cutting performance of the coated tools were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,nanoindenter,white light interferometer and other instruments.Results showed that when the modulation ratio was 3:1,the preferential growth orientation of the multilayered film was changed from(111)crystal plane to(200)crystal plane,the surface density of the multilayered film was improved,the layered structure was obvious,and the grains were refined.And at this ratio,the coating hardness was 25.7 GPa,the critical load was 79.6 N,the wear resistance was the highest,the wear rate was 0.74X10-6 mm3/(N·m),and the friction coefficient was the lowest,about 0.45.Using a width of 0.3 mm as the blunting standard for the wear band on the back face,the life of cutting tools coated with AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN multilayered composite coating was 1.2 times longer than those coated with AlCrSiN coating and 3.2 times longer than the uncoated tools in case of dry cutting of quenched C1045 medium carbon steel.During the cutting process,some Mo atoms in the multilayered composite coating were oxidized into layered MoO3,which acted as a lubricant and effectively reduced the cutting heat resulting from the cutting force and friction and extended the service life of cutting tools.After a continuous cutting of 25 minutes,the chip color produced by uncoated tool,AlCrSiN coated tool as well as the tool coated with AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN multilayered composite coating were getting lighter and lighter and the cutting temperature was getting lower and lower.Through observation and calculation,it could be found that the chip produced by the tool coated with AlCrSiN/AlCrMoSiN multilayered composite coating had the highest saw tooth degree,about 0.36,which was easy to break automatically,and more conducive to the continuous cutting process

In the process of deep geological disposal of high-level radioactive waste, the strong radiation field caused by the decay of radionuclides can lead to the leaching property changes of the waste glass. In this work, the 15 MeV Si ion irradiation was used to simulate the strong radiation field of deep geological disposal. The samples were immersed for 1, 3, 7, 14, and 28 days in KOH solution with pH=9.0 by using the MCC-1 method, respectively. The leaching behavior of the borosilicate glass before and after irradiation was studied by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer, Raman spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. It is observed that the leached glass surfaces occur constantly corrode and fall off with the increase of leaching time. The leaching rate of the irradiated glass samples is significantly higher than that of the unirradiated glass samples. Although it is observed that the thickness of altered layer is increased after irradiation, there are no significant difference in the structure and element composition of the altered layer between the unirradiated glass and the irradiated glass. The sodium and boron elements in the formed altered layer are basically depleted. The SiO2 network structure in the altered layer is dissolved, a large number of Si—OH bonds and borosilicate structures are created, and the transformation from four-coordinated boron units to three-coordinated boron units is also observed.
