Biodegradable green composites of poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) and poly(L-lactide) (PLA) fibers were initially melt-blended aiming to obtain balanced comprehensive properties. According to the morphological observations, the PLA fibers were uniformly embedded in the PBS matrix. Rheology measurements suggested that the incorporation of PLA fibers improved the viscoelasticity of PBS melt. The percolation network of PLA fibers was formed at content of 20 wt%. The presence of PLA fibers inhibited the crystallization and reduced the isothermal crystallization rate of PBS in the composites. Moreover, the reinforcing effect of PLA fibers on the PBS matrix was found to be very significant. The storage modulus and tensile modulus of the composite with 30 wt% PLA fibers were 74% and 94% higher than those of neat PBS, respectively. PBS/PLA fiber composites prepared by simple melt blending method displayed the combination of enhanced melt strength and modulus, while maintaining the biodegradability of PBS matrix, which is of great potential for the wider practical application of environmentally friendly polymers. The carbon capture‐transportation‐utilization (C‐CTU) chain strengthens the coupling between terminal energy consumption and renewable energy resources (RES), achieving carbon emission reduction in power generation sectors. However, the dynamic operation of the C‐CTU chain and the uncertainties induced by RES output pose new challenges for the low‐carbon operation. To address above challenges, the nonlinear dynamic operation model of C‐CTU chain is first proposed in this study. It is further incorporated into the day‐ahead operation scheme of the electricity‐carbon integrated system considering the stochastic nature of wind power. This scheme is treated as a two‐stage stochastic integer programming (TS‐SIP) problem with a mixed‐integer nonlinear recourse. By means of the polyhedral envelope‐based linearization method, this recourse is reformulated into its linear counterpart. To further improve the computational performance of classical decomposition algorithms, a novel Benders decomposition framework with hybrid cutting plane strategies is proposed to obtain better feasible solutions within a limited time. Simulations are conducted on two power system test cases with the C‐CTU chain. Numerical results indicate that the engagement of C‐CTU chain promotes the low‐carbon economic operation of the power system. Organic dyes and heavy metals present in industrial wastewater pose a tremendous threat to human health and the aquatic ecosystem; therefore, it is vital to develop efficient and environmentally friendly materials for wastewater treatment. Hence, two bifunctional Keggin-type polyoxometalate (POM)-based metal–organic complexes (POMOCs), namely H[CuI(Hbcbpy)4(PW12O40)2]·7H2O (BHU-3) and H[Co II2 (bcbpy)3(H2O)5(CoIIIW12O40)]·6H2O (BHU-4, bcbpy = 1-(4-carboxybenzyl)-4,4′-bipyridinium), in the presence of a viologen ligand were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. BHU-3 exhibits a supramolecular structure with an interesting "windmill-like" [Cu(Hbcbpy)4]5+ unit and two [PW12O40]3− anions, whereas BHU-4 displays a one-dimensional (1-D) chain structure consisting of interesting "Y-like" metal–organic units [Co(bcbpy)3]2+ and [CoIIIW12O40]5− anions. BHU-3 and BHU-4 represent rare bifunctional materials for the selective adsorption of organic dyes and photocatalytic reduction of Cr(VI). Interestingly, BHU-4 shows better selective adsorption for methylene blue (MB) and malachite green (MG) than BHU-3, and different charges in the polyoxoanions and potentials of BHU-3 and BHU-4 are the main factors affecting their adsorption abilities. On the contrary, BHU-3 performed significantly better than BHU-4 in the photoreduction of Cr(VI), which can be attributed to the fact that BHU-3 possesses higher efficiency of photogenerated carrier separation and migration. The local linear approximation algorithm is an effective algorithm for computing a global solution of the folded concave penalization problem. However, the effectiveness of this method is highly dependent on a reasonably good initial estimator. It will lose efficacy when the correlation among predictors is high. In this paper, we propose a new local linear approximation ridge algorithm designed to deal with highly correlated predictors. The ridge estimator is chosen as an initial estimator, the local linear approximation ridge algorithm is stable and effective. Simulation studies and a real data analysis show that the proposed algorithm has better performance than the local linear approximation algorithm in the presence of highly correlated predictors. The Fractional Frequency Transmission System (FFTS) operates with low frequency to decrease the electrical length of AC transmission lines, consequently enhancing transmission capacity. The integration of renewable energy sources via FFTS will significantly impact power system planning. This paper presents a Fractional Frequency Transmission Expansion Planning (FF‐TEP) model, which considers the interaction between FFTS and the industrial‐frequency power grid. This model addresses the challenges posed by the integration of offshore wind power through FFTS, and takes several key factors into account, including the active power coupling of Modular Multilevel Matrix Converter (M3C), inverter capacity, and converter transformer capacity. To address the non‐convexity caused by AC power flow, this paper introduces a Genetic‐Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm (G‐PSO) with dynamic penalties tailored to the M3C structure. This approach incorporates both crossover and mutation operators from Genetic Algorithms (GA) into Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The penalty function dynamically adapts according to the M3C structure, resulting in improved global optimization while maintaining computational efficiency. The results of two case studies demonstrate that FFTS can significantly enhance transmission capacity while reducing cable charging power. In this paper, we consider variable selection for a class of semiparametric spatial autoregressive models based on exponential squared loss (ESL). Using the orthogonal projection technique, we propose a novel orthogonality-based variable selection procedure that enables simultaneous model selection and parameter estimation, and identifies the significance of spatial effects. Under appropriate conditions, we show that the proposed procedure is consistent and the resulting estimator has oracle properties. Introduction: The mortality rate of hospitalized patients with severe hospital-acquired pneumonia (SHAP) remains high. Empirical broad-spectrum antibiotic coverage and the misuse of high-grade antibiotics could lead to the emergence of multi-drug and even pandrug-resistant bacteria. In addition to metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS), microbiological rapid on-site evaluation (M-ROSE) might be a useful technique to identify the pathogens in the early stage; however, the effect of M-ROSE guiding anti-infection treatment on prognostic outcomes of SHAP patients is still unclear. Methods/design: This is a multicenter, single-blind, prospective, randomized controlled trial to evaluate the effect of M-ROSE guiding anti-infection treatment in SHAP patients, which will provide new strategies for the prevention and control of clinical multi-drug resistance bacteria. A total of 166 patients with SHAP, aged 18 years and over, will be recruited from seven centers in Beijing and randomly assigned to the intervention group (M-ROSE combined with mNGS) or the control group (mNGS only) in a 1:1 ratio using the central randomization system. Patients in the intervention group will accept M-ROSE and mNGS analysis, and the control group will accept mNGS analysis. Individualized anti-infective treatment and routine treatment will be selected according to the analysis results. The primary outcome is the ICU outcome (mortality). The safety of the intervention measures will be evaluated during the entire trial period. This trial will be the first randomized controlled trial to evaluate the effect of M-ROSE guiding treatment on mortality in patients with SHAP and may change the prevalence of multi-drug resistant bacteria. Using thermal storage materials with excellent thermal properties in the energy utilization system enables efficient use of renewable energy sources. Organic phase change materials (PCMs) have the advantages of high heat storage density, no corrosion, and low cost, but low thermal conductivity and insufficient heat transfer capacity have always been the bottlenecks in their application. In this paper, melamine foam@ reduction graphene oxide (MF@rGO) and carbon foam@ reduction graphene oxide (CF@rGO) composite foams with double carbon networks were prepared by self-assembly method and further employed in 1-octadecinal (OD) PCMs. The microstructure, chemical composition, phase change behavior, thermal conductivity, and photothermal conversion performance of MF@rGO/OD and CF@rGO/OD were studied in detail using SEM, FTIR, Raman DSC, and LFA. The melting and solidification enthalpies of CF@rGO/OD composite PCMs were 208.3 J/g and 191.4 J/g, respectively, its thermal conductivity increased to 1.54 W/m·K, which is 6.42 times that of pure OD. The porous structure and high thermal conductivity of the double carbon network substantially enhance the efficiency of energy storage and release in composite PCMs. CF@rGO/OD composite PCMs have excellent heat storage performance and heat transfer capacity, and a wide range of application prospects in the fields of low-temperature solar heat storage, precision instrument temperature control, and intelligent buildings. Ceramic products are among the most frequently used food contact materials. Health risks associated with ceramic tableware usually arise from the migration of heavy metals. In this study, 767 pieces of ceramic tableware of different shapes and types were collected across China, and the migration levels of 18 elements were determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Migration tests were conducted according to the Chinese National Food Safety Standard – Ceramic Ware (GB 4806.4) with microwaveable and non-microwavable samples under different conditions. The food consumption of consumers via different shapes of ceramic tableware was obtained through a self-reported web-based survey, and the estimated dietary intakes of the studied elements were calculated accordingly. The exposure assessment showed that certain metals leached from the ceramic tableware at levels of concern. Aiming at the distributed resources of electric vehicles with photovoltaics (PVs) on the user side, a trading mode of surplus energy sharing for electric vehicles based on the user-side PVs is proposed by utilizing the bidirectional mobility of information and energy. Power transfer can be implemented between different electric vehicle users through vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology with a reasonable distribution of benefits taken into account. First, the operational framework of electric energy trading is presented, and the transmission architecture of each body of interest in the system is analyzed. Second, the portraits of EV users' charging behaviors are established considering their different charging habits, and electric vehicle users are divided into electricity buyers and sellers in each trading time period. An electricity transaction model based on "multi-seller–multi-buyer" is established, and all electricity transactions are realized through blockchain-based decentralized technology. Finally, the benefit to each interest group is maximized using the improved Northern Goshawk Optimization (NGO) algorithm. Simulation results of a sample system indicate that the new power trading mode proposed in this study could lead to reasonable reuse of the electric energy of private electric vehicles and can achieve a win–win situation for all stakeholders. CO2 electrolysis system (CES), as a type of carbon capture, utilization, and storage, has significant potential for achieving carbon neutrality. By utilizing surplus renewable energy, CES can convert CO2 into valuable electrochemical products. This paper studies the advantages brought by the application of CES to the green economic operation of multi‐energy system. Firstly, a linear model based on the CES's operation data is developed to characterize its dynamic behaviour. In addition, a two‐stage stochastic programming model for the operation of CES within multi‐energy system is studied. Finally, a creative optimal‐operation‐based end‐of‐life net present value (OENPV) is proposed to assess the long‐term investment of CES. The results of the cases in different seasons and electrochemical products show that the application of CES not only brings significant carbon reduction to the multi‐energy system, but also alleviates the curtailment of renewable energy. Additionally, according to the OENPV analysis outcome, the production of formic acid gives the system the shortest return on investment, which is the fourth year of the 20‐year assessment cycle. Background: China's current immunization program was revised in 2007. Some common childhood vaccines such as those for influenza, pediatric pneumonia, Haemophilus influenzae, varicella, and rotavirus have not been included in the National Immunization Program (NIP) and need to be purchased by children's guardians at their own expense. Rural areas, constrained by economic development and vaccine awareness, have a low non-NIP vaccination rate and more family medical expenses and social burden. This study aims to examine the awareness and attitude of rural parents about non-NIP vaccines and relevant factors influencing their vaccination intention to provide strategic suggestions for expanding and improving the Chinese government's NIP policy. Methods: A qualitative method of in-depth interviews were conducted for this study. We interviewed 30 rural parents in a central Chinese village to investigate their awareness of non-NIP vaccines and their vaccination intention and behavior. All the interview data were analyzed through the Colaizzi seven-step data analysis method. Results: This study summarized the individual and social level factors influencing the non-NIP vaccination intention of rural parents. The individual level factors include four themes: perceived severity with physical harm, treatment consumption (cost of the treatment of the subject diseases), psychological burden, and social consequences being subthemes; perceived vulnerability with age vulnerability, medical history, immune quality (children's underlying immune status), and environmental vulnerability (sanitary condition of the rural environment) as subthemes; perceived efficacy with effect perception, psychological comfort, protective strength, and functional compensation (functions of non-NIP vaccines unreplaceable by NIP vaccines) being subthemes; and perceived cost consisting of two subthemes cost burden and adverse reaction. The social level influencing factors include the vaccination opinions in rural social networks, the accessibility of health services and vaccine products, and the guidance and promotion of vaccination policies. These factors act outside of individuals' subjective awareness and influence decisions regarding non-NIP vaccination in rural areas. Conclusion: Based on these influencing factors, this study constructs a structural model for non-NIP vaccination decision-making process in rural areas of China. The results play a guiding role in directing attention to children's health, promoting non-NIP vaccination, facilitating the dissemination of vaccine knowledge in rural areas, and improving NIP policies and practices in China. Acute kidney injury (AKI) can progress to renal fibrosis and chronic kidney disease (CKD), which reduces quality of life and increases the economic burden on patients. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying renal fibrosis following AKI remain unclear. This study tested the hypothesis that the Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4)/miR-101/Collagen alpha-1X (COL10A1) axis could inhibit epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and renal fibrosis after AKI in a mouse model of ischemia-reperfusion (I/R)-induced renal fibrosis and HK-2 cells by gene silencing, overexpression, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, real-time quantitative PCR, Western blotting, dual-luciferase reporter assay, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and ELISA. Compared with the Sham group, I/R induced renal tubular and glomerular injury and fibrosis, and increased the levels of BUN, serum Scr and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), Col10a1 and Vimentin expression, but decreased E-cadherin expression in the kidney tissues of mice at 42 days post-I/R. Similarly, hypoxia promoted fibroblastic morphological changes in HK-2 cells and enhanced NGAL, COL10A1, Vimentin, and α-SMA expression, but reduced E-cadherin expression in HK-2 cells. These pathological changes were significantly mitigated in COL10A1-silenced renal tissues and HK-2 cells. KLF4 induces miR-101 transcription. More importantly, hypoxia upregulated Vimentin and COL10A1 expression, but decreased miR-101, KLF4, and E-cadherin expression in HK-2 cells. These hypoxic effects were significantly mitigated or abrogated by KLF4 over-expression in the HK-2 cells. Our data indicate that KLF4 up-regulates miR-101 expression, leading to the downregulation of COL10A1 expression, inhibition of EMT and renal fibrosis during the pathogenic process of I/R-related renal fibrosis. BACKGROUD: Previous in vitro studies have indicated that pyrimidinergic receptor P2Y 6 (P2RY6, P2Y 6 receptor) may function as a cancer-promoting factor in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). However, the prognostic significance of P2RY6 expression in LUAD has not been investigated. OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to assess the impact of P2RY6 expression on the survival of patients with LUAD. METHODS: First, we assessed P2RY6 mRNA and protein expression in LUAD and non-cancerous lung tissues using the online bioinformatics analysis tool GEPIA, fresh LUAD tissues, and LUAD tissue microarrays (TMAs). Second, we investigated the correlation between P2RY6 expression and clinicopathological parameters of LUAD patients based on data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and TMAs. Finally, we analyzed the prognostic significance of P2RY6 expression in LUAD using the online survival analysis tool Kaplan-Meier Plotter and data from TMAs. RESULTS: We demonstrated that P2RY6 mRNA and protein expression levels in LUAD tissues were significantly higher than those in non-cancerous lung tissues. The expression of P2RY6 in LUAD was positively correlated with poor differentiation, more lymph node metastasis, and more advanced clinical stage. Higher P2RY6 expression level was correlated with shorter survival of the LUAD patients. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses indicated that higher P2RY6 tumor expression was an independent unfavorable prognostic factor for LUAD patients. Four new coordination polymers (CPs), namely, [Zn(4-dptb)(2,2′-bha)]·4H2O (CP 1), [Cd(4-dptb)(4,4′-odpa)(H2O)2]·H2O (CP 2), [Ni(4-dptb)(4,4′-odpa)(H2O)2]·H2O (CP 3), and [Co(4-dptb)(2,2′-bha)]·2H2O (CP 4) (4-dptb = N3,N4-bis(pyridine-4-ylmethyl)thiophene-3,4-dicarboxamide, 2,2′-H2bha = 2,2′-biphenyl acid, and 4,4′-H2odpa = 4,4′-oxybisbenzoic acid), were successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR spectra, and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) were used to characterize CPs 1–4. The synthetic details for CPs 1–4 were discussed, and the effects of metal ions and carboxylic acids on the structures of the title CPs were discussed. CPs 1 and 2 demonstrated excellent fluorescence quenching performance for Cr2O72− and CrO42− anions with low limits of detection (LODs), fast response times, and satisfactory recycling stability. Fluorescence quenching mechanisms were further investigated through UV-vis absorption spectra and fluorescence lifetime. Digital music has become a hot spot with the rapid development of network technology and digital audio technology. The general public is increasingly interested in music similarity detection (MSD). Similarity detection is mainly for music style classification. The core MSD process is to first extract music features, then implement training modeling, and finally input music features into the model for detection. Deep learning (DL) is a relatively new feature extraction technology to improve the extraction efficiency of music features. This paper first introduces the convolutional neural network (CNN) of DL algorithms and MSD. Then, an MSD algorithm is constructed based on CNN. Besides, the Harmony and Percussive Source Separation (HPSS) algorithm separates the original music signal spectrogram and decomposes it into two components: time characteristic harmonics and frequency characteristic shocks. These two elements are input to the CNN together with the data in the original spectrogram for processing. In addition, the training-related hyperparameters are adjusted, and the dataset is expanded to explore the influence of different parameters in the network structure on the music detection rate. Experiments on the GTZAN Genre Collection music dataset show that this method can effectively improve MSD using a single feature. Purpose. The problem of heavy metal Cd pollution in the soil is still very serious. The widely used treatment measure is in situ passivation chemical remediation technology. Some studies have shown that the single application of phosphate or silicate can control soil cadmium pollution, but few studies have been conducted on the effect of the thermal activation temperature of nano phosphate and silicate-combined application on the transformation of Cd form in the soil. Materials and methods. Cadmium-contaminated soil was indoor-simulated, after which the 2.0% soil-weight dose of potassium dihydrogen phosphate was mixed with thermal activation nano serpentine or nano zeolite (potassium dihydrogen phosphate: thermal activation nano serpentine or nano zeolite = 1:2) at different temperatures (0, 350, 550, 700, 850 °C) and compared with the simulated cadmium-contaminated soil without adding a mixture of phosphate and silicate; cadmium content in soil was determined by Tessier five-step continuous extraction method after incubating for 0, 7, 14, 28, and 56 d in jars in the constant-temperature box. Results and discussion. Thermal activation temperature of nano phosphate and silicate could reduce the amount of exchangeable Cd content in the soil to a different degree; the content of Cd in carbonate-bound form, Fe–Mn–oxide-bound form, organically-bound form, and residual form increased. The order of effect of nanoscale potassium dihydrogen phosphate and serpentine or zeolite thermal activation temperature on remediation of Cd contaminated soil is nPS700-2.0 > nPS550-2.0 > nPS850-2.0 > nPS350-2.0 > nPS0-2.0, nPF700-2.0 > nPF550-2.0 > nPF850-2.0 > nPF350-2.0 > nPF0-2.0 (n, P, S, and F represent nanometer, KH2PO4, serpentine, and zeolite, respectively; 0, 350, 550, 700, and 850 represent different activation temperatures T); 700 °C treatments performed better than other thermal activation temperature treatments, and nPS700-2.0 was better than nPF700-2.0. Conclusion. Thermal activation temperature of nano phosphate and silicate-combined application can stabilize heavy metal Cd to some extent and promote the transition of Cd from a bioavailable state to a biounavailable state. Summary: Anthocyanin accumulations in the flowers can improve seed production of hybrid lines, and produce higher commodity value in cotton fibre. However, the genetic mechanism underlying the anthocyanin pigmentation in cotton petals is poorly understood. Here, we showed that the red petal phenotype was introgressed from Gossypium bickii through recombination with the segment containing the R3bic region in the A07 chromosome of Gossypium hirsutum variety LR compared with the near‐isogenic line of LW with white flower petals. The cyanidin‐3‐O‐glucoside (Cy3G) was the major anthocyanin in red petals of cotton. A GhTT19 encoding a TT19‐like GST was mapped to the R3bic site associated with red petals via map‐based cloning, but GhTT19 homologue gene from the D genome was not expressed in G. hirsutum. Intriguingly, allelic variations in the promoters between GhTT19LW and GhTT19LR, rather than genic regions, were found as genetic causal of petal colour variations. GhTT19‐GFP was found localized in both the endoplasmic reticulum and tonoplast for facilitating anthocyanin transport. An additional MYB binding element found only in the promoter of GhTT19LR, but not in that of GhTT19LW, enhanced its transactivation by the MYB activator GhPAP1. The transgenic analysis confirmed the function of GhTT19 in regulating the red flower phenotype in cotton. The essential light signalling component GhHY5 bonded to and activated the promoter of GhPAP1, and the GhHY5‐GhPAP1 module together regulated GhTT19 expression to mediate the light‐activation of petal anthocyanin pigmentation in cotton. High-energy or high-protein feeding offers a promising approach to improving malnutrition in children after congenital heart surgery. However, the effect of high-energy or high-protein feeding in this population has not yet been systematically reviewed. Therefore, we aimed to assess the safety and effectiveness of high-energy or high-protein feeding in children after congenital heart surgery. Five electronic databases (PubMed, Embase, CENTRAL, CINAHL, and Scopus) were searched from inception to April 23, 2022. After screening the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, a risk of bias assessment was performed using version 2 of the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool for randomized trials, and the certainty of the evidence was assessed using the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluations system. Finally, the random effects model was used to perform a meta-analysis of all data. A total of 609 subjects from 9 studies were included for qualitative analysis, and meta-analyses were performed on data from 8 of these studies. The results showed that high-energy and/or high-protein feeding did not increase feeding intolerance (RR = 1.09, 95% CI: 0.80, 1.48) or fluid intake (MD = − 12.50 ml/kg/d, 95% CI: − 36.10, 11.10); however, the intervention was beneficial in increasing weight (MD = 0.5 kg, 95% CI: 0.23, 0.77) and reducing the duration of mechanical ventilation (MD = − 17.45 h, 95% CI: − 27.30, − 7.60), intensive care unit (ICU) stay (MD = − 1.45 days, 95% CI: − 2.36, − 0.54) and hospital stay (MD = − 2.82 days, 95% CI: − 5.22, − 0.43). However, high-energy and/or protein feeding did not reduce the infection rate (RR = 0.68, 95% CI: 0.25, 1.87) or mortality (RR = 1.50, 95% CI: 0.47, 4.82). Conclusion: The certainty of the evidence was graded as moderate to high, which suggests that high-energy and/or high-protein feeding may be safe in children after congenital heart surgery. Furthermore, this intervention improves nutrition and reduces the duration of mechanical ventilation, length of ICU stay, and length of hospital stay. However, the overall conclusion of this meta-analysis will need to be confirmed in a cohort of patients with different cardiac physiologies. Power system stability has been suffering increasing threats with the ever-growing penetration of intermittent renewable generation such as wind power and solar power. Battery energy storage systems (BESSs) could mitigate frequency fluctuation of the power system because of their accurate regulation capability and rapid response. By dividing the Area Control Error (ACE) signal and the State of Charge (SOC) of battery energy storage systems into different intervals, the frequency control task of BESSs could be determined by considering the frequency control demand of the power grid in each interval and SOC self-recovery. The well-developed model predictive control can be employed to attain the optimal control variable sequence of BESSs in the following time, which can determine the output depths of BESSs and action timing at different intervals. The simulation platform MATLAB/Simulink is used to build two secondary frequency control scenarios of BESSs for providing frequency regulation service. The conventional dose of recombinant human thrombopoietin (rhTPO) in the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is 300 U/kg per day, but the clinical reaction rate is not satisfactory. Accordingly, we explored the efficacy and safety of increasing rhTPO dose in the treatment of ITP. A retrospective study was conducted to collect the clinical data of 105 ITP patients who were divided into two groups, a low-dose group (15 000 U/day) and a high-dose group (30 000 U/day) according to the dose of rhTPO. The total effective rate of the low-dose group and the high-dose group was 31/44 (70.45%) vs. 56/61 (91.80%) (P =.049), and the average time of using rhTPO in the high-dose group was shorter than that in the low-dose group (7 days vs. 10 days, P =.001). On the 7th and 14th day of treatment, the efficacy of the high-dose group was better than that of the low-dose group [45/61 (73.77%) vs. 17/44 (38.64%), P <.001; 55/60 (91.67%) vs. 30/44 (68.18%), P <.05)]. The incidence of treatment related adverse events in the low-dose group and the high-dose group was 6/44 (13.64%) vs. 6/61 (9.84%) (P >.05), which were mild and transient in nature. In our study, high-dose rhTPO had good efficacy and high safety in the treatment of ITP with the efficacy better than low-dose rhTPO especially at day 7. What is the context? Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an acquired autoimmune disease characterized by low platelet counts due to increased platelet destruction and impaired platelet production. The therapy direction of ITP involves promoting platelet generation, reducing excessive platelet destruction, immune regulation and so on. Recombinant human thrombopoietin (rhTPO), a promote platelet production drug, has pharmacological action similar to that of endogenous TPO. It can increase platelet count rapidly and effectively and has immunological regulation effect as well. It is found that rhTPO can rapidly and effectively increase platelet count, which has potential clinical application value in emergency situations. What is new? Traditionally, rhTPO has been recommended at 300 U/kg per day. Although it can greatly improve the treatment effect of ITP, the effect is not very satisfactory. In clinical practice, it has been observed that rhTPO dosage is often relatively insufficient and the therapeutic effect is poor. Therefore, we explored the efficacy and safety of increasing rhTPO dose in the treatment of ITP. Within the efficacy and safety of rhTPO 15 000 U/day and 30 000 U/day in the treatment of ITP, our analyses suggest that: The early response rate of the high-dose group was better than that of the low-dose group. Paclitaxel (PTX) is a commonly used antitumor drug. Approximately 80% of all patients receiving PTX chemotherapy develop chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN), limiting the use of PTX. Moreover, CIPN responds poorly to conventional analgesics. Experimental evidence suggests that the neuroinflammatory response plays an essential role in paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathy (PIPN). Previous studies have confirmed that dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neuron necroptosis and accompanying inflammation are linked with PIPN; however, the potential upstream regulatory mechanisms remain unclear. Preclinical studies have also established that macrophage infiltration in the DRG is associated with PIPN. TNF-α released by activated macrophages is the primary regulatory signal of necroptosis. In this study, we established a rat model of PIPN via quartic PTX administration (accumulated dose: 8 mg/kg, i.p.). The regulatory effect of macrophage infiltration on necroptosis in PIPN was observed using a macrophage scavenging agent (clodronate disodium). The results showed that PTX increased macrophage infiltration and the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the DRG. PTX also upregulated the levels of necroptosis-related proteins, including receptor-interacting protein kinase (RIP3) and mixed-lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL) in DRG neurons and promoted MLKL phosphorylation, resulting in neuronal necrosis and hyperalgesia. In contrast, clodronate disodium effectively removed macrophages, reduced the levels of RIP3, MLKL, and pMLKL, and decreased the number of necrotic cells in the DRG of PIPN rats, alleviating the behavioral pain abnormalities. These results suggest that PTX promotes macrophage infiltration, which results in the release of TNF-α and IL-1β in the DRG and the initiation of neuronal necroptosis via the RIP3/MLKL pathway, ultimately leading to neuropathic pain. Relevance vector regression (RVR) is a useful tool for degradation modeling and remaining useful life (RUL) prediction. However, most RVR models are for 1-D degradation processes and can only handle univariate observations. This article proposes a degradation path-based RUL prediction framework using a dynamic multivariate relevance vector regression model. Specifically, a multistep regression model is established for describing the degradation dynamics and extending the classical RVR into a multivariate one with consideration of the multivariate environment. The article introduces a matrix Gaussian distribution-based RVR approach and then estimates the hyperparameters with Nesterov’s accelerated gradient method to avoid the exhausting re-estimation phenomenon in seeking analytical solutions. It further forecasts the degradation path for monitoring the degradation status. Based on the forecasted path, the RUL is predicted by the first hitting time method. Finally, the proposed methods are illustrated by two case studies, one is presented in this article and the other in the supplement, which investigate the capacitors’ and bearings’ performance degradations. The natural Corn Straw Fiber (CSF), it has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good toughness and renewable, can delay the cracking and improve the toughness of cement-based materials. The effects of different mass fractions of CSF and Expanded-Polystyrene (EPS) particles on the compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting tensile strength and their failure modes, load-displacement curves and toughness of EPS concrete were analyzed by full factorial experimental design method. The compressive toughness index (I 0 , I 1) and fracture energy (G f) were defined to evaluate the effect of CSF on toughening EPS concrete. The results show that the addition of CSF can improve the compressive strength, flexural strength and cracking toughness of EPS concrete to a certain extent. The maximum compressive strength occurred in the E1F3 specimen with a CSF content of 3 % in Group I, which was 1.12 MPa, and the improvement rate was also the highest among the four groups, reaching 69.7 %. The compressive toughness index I 1 also reached its maximum in the E1F3 specimen; The maximum flexural strength occurred in the E3F4 specimen with a 4 % CSF content in Group III, which was 0.885Mpa, with the highest improvement rate of 127.38 %. The maximum fracture energy G f reached 0.827 in the E3F4 specimen. However, another additive, EPS particles, did not significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of concrete. According to the SEM images and toughening mechanism analysis, it was discovered that tight adhesion between EPS particles and CSF with cement matrix, and the failure mode of CSF was tensile fracture, which could maximize the effect of CSF high tensile toughness. Electrocatalytic conversion of CO 2 to syngas is an attractive pathway for transforming CO 2 into high-value chemicals, but the process still suffers from low selectivity. In our work, we construct a two-dimensional (2D) structure of Cu 2 Se-SnO heterojunction catalyst through a high-temperature thermal reduction method. The catalyst with two phases located in the same plane exhibits efficient charge transfer, and the tunable heterojunction interface acts as active sites for CO 2 adsorption and activation. Additionally, its suitable *CO adsorption energy facilitates the desorption of intermediates, leading to the formation of CO. Finally, this catalyst demonstrates excellent selectivity for syngas, maintaining a Faradaic efficiency (FE) of over 60% across a wide range of potentials (-0.67 ∼ −1.07 V vs. RHE) with adjustable syngas ratios and up to 92% FE at −0.97 V vs. RHE. To reflect the trend of electricity consumption (EC) in China's Pearl River Delta (PRD) under a balanced environment and economy, this paper proposes an EC forecasting framework from the perspective of optimal economic growth. The historical GDP statistics of the PRD are calibrated with data from the new "NPP-VIIRS-like" nighttime light dataset from 2000 to 2020, and two simulation scenarios of optimal economic growth are constructed according to the carbon emission reduction rate. Finally, based on the electricity data from 2000 to 2017, an error correction model is constructed to predict and compare the trend of EC in the PRD under different carbon emission scenarios. The results demonstrate the following. (1) The economic growth path under low-carbon constraints is more closely aligned with the actual economic development of the PRD. (2) The electricity demand required to sustain optimal economic growth in the PRD under low-carbon constraints is projected to reach saturation around 2037, approximately a decade earlier than the scenario without carbon constraints. In the context of modern power system development to support the evolution towards green energy and carbon-neutral emission goals, many existing problems and even challenges demand new technical solutions. In recent years, decentralized blockchain technology has been employed to address some problems in power systems, and many papers have been published. In this paper, the concept of blockchain is first introduced. A brief survey of the existing publications regarding the applications of blockchain in power systems, including power system dispatching, microgrid operation, energy trading, electricity trading settlement, transmission, and distribution system operation, is then carried out. In addition, several application scenarios of blockchain technology in power systems are also introduced. Through the discussion, we found that we still need to weigh the advantages and disadvantages, overcome its leakage, and bring its value into play if we apply blockchain technology in modern power systems in support of zero carbon goals. This study aims to analyze the mechanical properties of fabricated multistory and high-rise steel structures and steel beam-column joints after fire. Considering that the steel structure building has the characteristics of good seismic resistance, flexible structural layout, short construction period, and good safety, first, the thermal and mechanical properties of steel are analyzed. They are thermal conductivity, the thermal expansion coefficient of steel, yield strength, and elastic modulus of ordinary steel. Next, the thermal conduction principle of steel under fire environment is analyzed, including thermal conduction, thermal convection, and thermal radiation. Then, the three-story and three-span reinforced concrete is selected as the experimental object. The local frame calculation model is established through the finite element software Abaqus. It is found that when the axial compression ratio is 1.0 and the fire time of the steel body is 180 min, the vertical deformation speed of the middle column and side column of the frame will increase rapidly. Besides, the bending moment at the bottom of the side column of the frame will increase inversely. The change is not obvious when the axial compression ratio is other values. The axial deformation of the universal beam is obvious under the condition of different fire load ratios. When the load ratio increases, the maximum fire resistance of the universal beam will decrease rapidly. Meanwhile, when the steel body is subjected to the same load ratio, different bearing capacity β has little effect on the fire resistance limit of the steel body. Renewable energy adaptation can play a critical role to halt climate change, although many researchers in the past tried to estimate its effect toward the environment, but the findings are still unclear and complex due to limitation of data and adopted methodologies. Therefore, to overcome the weaknesses, this paper aims to re-investigate the role of renewable energy adaptation, financial development and globalization toward environmental quality and economic progress in leading economies, we call it big five economies (B5) of the world. These economies (USA, China, UK, Germany, and Japan) were chosen based on ranking by the IMF. In this paper, we applied panel techniques for data analysis including panel data unit roots test, padroni cointegration analysis and panel data FMOLS and panel DOLS. Further, to explore country specific results and to ensure the robustness of findings, frequency domain causality test was applied. Results of estimation reveal that renewable energy adaptation mitigate the environmental impact to improve environmental quality and reinforce economic progress in B5 countries. Although, financial development, capital formation, natural resources and globalization improve economic progress, but these factors create adverse consequence for the environmental quality. Similarly, it can be stated that it's a tradeoff between economy and the environment. Further, the role of trade is found as constructive for environmental quality and economic progress in B5 economies. The increasing energy storage resources at the end‐user side require an efficient market mechanism to facilitate and improve the utilization of energy storage (ES). Here, a novel ES capacity trading framework is proposed for ES sharing of a smart community consisting of multiple ES owners (ESOs) and users. Specifically, an iterative clearing approach is designed to capture the interaction between the ESOs and users. Players submit trading parameters with consideration of their own preferences and profiles according to utility functions. After receiving the offering/bidding parameters, the market operator determines the capacity allocation and clearing price based on the principle of maximizing social welfare. This decentralized clearing process avoids complex calculation induced by the centralized decision method and preserves players' privacy. Case studies are conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. The results show that ES sharing scheme brings additional revenues to ESOs, decreases costs for users, and reduces the peak‐to‐valley difference of system loads. Background: Persistent high-risk Human papillomavirus (HPV) subtypes infection has been implicated as a causative of cervical cancer. Distribution and genotypes of HPV infection among females and their variations would assist in the formulation of preventive strategy for cervical cancer. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the prevalence of HPV among females in central China. Methods: The distribution and genotypes of HPV among 9943 females attending the gynecological examinations in central of China during 2015–2021 were investigated. HPV genotypes were detected using a commercial kit. Nucleotides sequences of L1, E6 and E7 genes in HPV16 or HPV52 positive samples collected in 2021 were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Variations of L1, E6 and E7 in HPV16 and HPV52 were gained by sequencing and compared with the reference sequence. Sublineages of HPV16 and HPV52 were determined by the construction of phylogenetic tree based on L1 gene. Results: The overall prevalence of HPV infection was 22.81%, with the infection rate of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) was 19.02% and low-risk human papillomavirus (LR-HPV) was 6.40%. The most top five genotypes of HPV infection were HPV16 (7.49%), HPV52 (3.04%), HPV58 (2.36%), HPV18 (1.65%) and HPV51 (1.61%). Plots of the age-infection rate showed that the single HPV, multiple HPV, HR-HPV, LR-HPV infection revealed the same tendency with two peaks of HPV infection were observed among females aged ≤ 20 year-old and 60–65 year-old. The predominant sublineage of HPV16 was A1 and B2 for HPV52. For HPV16, The most prevalent mutations were T266A (27/27) and N181T (7/27) for L1, D32E for E6 and S63F for E7 in HPV16. For HPV52, all of the nucleotide changes were synonymous mutation in L1 (except L5S) and E7 genes. The K93R mutation was observed in most HPV52 E6 protein. Conclusions: The present study provides basic information about the distribution, genotypes and variations of HPV among females population in Henan province, which would assist in the formulation of preventive strategies and improvements of diagnostic probe and vaccine for HPV in this region. Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) is a system activity that identifies, evaluates and eliminates potential failure modes (FMs) in a system/process to enhance the quality and reliability of a product. In order to improve the implementation efficiency of FMEA, this study proposes a consensus-based FMEA method to derive the ordinal classifications of FMs, in which the FMEA team members employ linguistic distribution to convey their preferences. In the proposed FMEA method, a multi-stage consensus optimization model with bounded confidences is designed to help the FMEA team reach a consensus. In the consensus reaching process, a maximum consensus optimization model based on bounded confidences is provided to obtain the adjustment suggestions by maximizing the level of consensus among the FMEA team. If the predetermined level of consensus cannot be reached, the adjustment suggestions obtained by the maximum consensus optimization model are adopted to guide the preference-modification of the FMEA team members. Growing concerns with the harmonic oscillation phenomenon of multiterminal DC (MTDC) systems calls for appropriate harmonic stability analysis methods. However, the conventional ac or dc admittance-based stability assessment methods cannot effectively protect trade secret and user privacy, distinguish different system instability root causes, and put forward corresponding instability mitigation methods. To address the aforementioned issues, this article first establishes a hybrid ac/dc admittance-based stability assessment model for a MTDC system. Then, by introducing the determinant-based General Nyquist Criterion (GNC), the system stability is assessed and three types of instability root causes, including the ac side, the dc side, and the coupling interaction between the ac and dc sides are identified. Regarding the instability caused by the ac side, the dominant interlinking converter is directly identified, in which the instability can be mitigated by reshaping its q-axis admittance. In contrast, for the instability caused by the latter two root causes, the most influential interlinking converter is recognized by an additional sensitivity analysis. The instability is then mitigated by reshaping the dc-side equivalent admittance of the most influential interlinking converter. Compared with the conventional methods, the proposed method offers advantages as follows: 1) trade secret and user privacy is effectively protected, 2) different system instability root causes can be effectively distinguished, and 3) instabilities caused by diverse root causes can be mitigated by corresponding methods. • The paper focus on the gas–liquid two-phase transient process of reactor coolant pump under stuck shaft accident with different inlet gas volume fractions. • LBM-LES is used for refined numerical simulation, and compared with the standard k-ε model and LES. • LBM-LES has advantages in the expression of gas and vorticity, and the deviation is minimal from the experiments. The stuck shaft accident (SSA) is a typical and severe accident of the reactor coolant pump (RCP). During this accident, significant friction and heat generation result in gas–liquid two-phase flow, which adversely affects the working performance and stability of the RCP. In order to explore the internal flow field and transient pressure fluctuation of the two-phase flow in the RCP under the SSA, this study adopts three methods of standard k-ε , Large Eddy Simulation (LES) and Lattice Boltzmann Method-Large Eddy Simulation (LBM-LES) for refined simulation and then are validated by experiments. It finds that the gas volume fraction (GVF) is relatively high in the inlet path of the guide vane during the initial stage, and then the gas disperses from the suction surface of the impeller blade to the pressure surface. When the GVF increases, the small gas masses accumulate into large masses and collapses in the RCP. At this time, the vorticity in the impeller path increases and then decreases at the outlet. The pressure fluctuation on the pressure surface at the impeller outlet increases with the increase of GVF. The impact of the GVF on the pressure surface is greater than that on the suction surface, particularly in the high-frequency band during the initial stages of the SSA. Among these three models, LBM-LES demonstrates the highest accuracy with a maximum deviation of only 8.84% when the inlet GVF is 10%. The research results improve the prevention and mitigation ability of related accidents, and provide theoretical basis and technical support for subsequent optimization and improvement. Exact and trusty prediction of pollutant emissions is pivotal for optimal combustion control in biomass cogeneration systems, which possess multiple variables, high-volume data streams, and dynamic characteristics. Aiming at the multivariate dynamic systems, this paper extends a classical fast relevance vector regression (FRVR) algorithm into a multivariate form to accomplish synchronous multi-pollutant prediction. Meanwhile, a flexible and effective online training strategy is proposed to solve the problems of low accuracy of multi-step prediction and lack of dynamic updating capability. First, the given dataset is divided utilizing the k -means clustering method to enhance the clustering of similar features and expedite the prediction process. Then, the classical FRVR algorithm is extended into a multiple-output form, enabling the simultaneous prediction of multiple pollutant emissions. Moreover, the incremental learning method is introduced into the proposed multivariate FRVR model to improve its dynamic performance and online learning ability. Finally, the proposed method's effectiveness is verified through a biomass cogeneration systems case. Experimental findings fully illustrate that the proposed method provides the lower RMSE and MAE while runtime decreases by 50% and R 2 reaches 96%. Decision-dependent uncertainty appears when decisions can affect the random factors in the problem, which is endogenous. In recent years, it has gained considerable attention from scholars primarily due to its promising applications in the field of power systems. However, the emerging research is single and fragmented, which is not capable of showing the difference and complexity of this concept. This survey aims to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the various dimensions of decision-dependent uncertainty within power systems. First, it defines four types of modeling approaches in general forms. Subsequently, the survey identifies the primary sources of decision-dependent uncertainty from diverse perspectives within power systems. Furthermore, the paper lists the specific application fields where this uncertainty plays a crucial role. To tackle the challenges introduced by decision-dependent uncertainty, the survey delves into strategies that have been employed in previous studies. This is followed by a discussion of algorithms used in prior research. Lastly, the survey presents an outlook, highlighting its promising future. Aluminium alloy materials have found extensive application in large-span space grid structures. While research on the mechanical properties of aluminium alloy materials and components is generally well-established, there remains an incomplete understanding of the overall structure. Therefore, further investigation into the overall performance of aluminium alloy reticulated shells is crucial to promote their use in spatial structures, guiding structural design and addressing practical engineering challenges. This study focuses on the design of a single-layer aluminium alloy reticulated shell with a 2 m span, which was subjected to an impact test to examine its dynamic response and failure mode. By comparing and analysing stress, acceleration, and displacement time-history curves obtained from these different test conditions, the dynamic response behavior of the reticulated shell was determined. To simulate the impact on reticulated shells, explicit dynamic analysis was conducted using non-linear finite element software LS-DYNA. Based on the deformation characteristics and failure phenomena observed during the impact test, three distinct failure modes were defined for the single-layer reticulated shell. Through parameter analysis using the validated finite element model, it was determined that increasing the thickness (t p) of the aluminium alloy gusset plate or reducing the radius (R) of the gusset plate effectively enhances the overall stiffness and impact resistance of the single-layer reticulated shell. Overall, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the performance of aluminium alloy reticulated shells under impact loads. Respiratory system diseases caused by respiratory viruses are common and exert tremendous pressure on global healthcare system. In our previous studies, we found that Long non-coding RNA NRAV (Lnc NRAV) and its target molecule Rab5c plays a significant role in respiratory virus infection. However, the mechanism by which Rab5c affects virus replication remains unclear. Rab5c, a protein mainly localized on the cell membranes and in early endosomes and phagosomes, participates in endocytosis mediated by clathrin and regulates the fusion of early endosome, maturation of early phagosomes, and autophagy. Therefore, we inferred that Rab5c impacts virus replication, which might be related to endocytosis or autophagy. We selected RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) as a representative enveloped virus and ADV (Adenovirus) as a representative non-enveloped virus to explore the possible mechanism of RSV and ADV replication promoted by Rab5c in A549 cells and in Rab5c-overexpressing mice. Here, we confirmed that the activated Rab5c promotes RSV and ADV replication and the inactivated Rab5c inhibits their replication. However, Rab5c promoting RSV and ADV replication is not mediated by endocytosis rather by autophagy in respiratory epithelial cells. Our study showed that Rab5c upregulates LC3-Ⅱ (microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 beta) protein expression levels by interacting with Beclin1, a key autophagy molecule, which can induce autophagy and promote replication of ADV and RSV. A dynamic pricing mechanism was proposed to efficiently coordinate the upper and lower levels and accomplish the optimal configuration of the energy storage capacity. The upper layer determines the price and communicates it to the lower layer, while the lower layer optimizes the energy storage scale and operation plan according to the price and feeds it back to the upper layer. The optimal price and the optimal configuration of energy storage participating in ancillary service market were obtained using CPLEX. The Pearl River Delta (PRD) has high concentrations of energy consumption and carbon emissions, and the conflict between its economic development and environmental protection is relatively prominent. Beginning from the ideal path of economic growth, this study proposes a framework for carbon emission prediction under the optimal economic growth path of the PRD via the cross-analysis of low-carbon economic analysis and artificial intelligence prediction. First, the generalized Divisia index method (GDIM) is used to decompose carbon emissions to quantify the contribution rate of each influencing factor. Then, the genetic algorithm (GA) is introduced to optimize the backpropagation (BP) neural network to construct a GA-BP combined prediction model. Finally, the optimal economic growth rate models under different scenarios are constructed, and the carbon peak in the PRD under stable economic growth is accurately predicted. The results show that under the optimal economic growth path, the carbon peak in the PRD under the scenario with carbon constraints will be reached in 2029, while that under the scenario without carbon constraints will only begin to appear around 2035. We consider the scarce capacity allocation problem in two parallel machines with inclusive processing set restrictions. Our focus is to design an auction mechanism to allocate the production capacity among several selfish customers effectively and efficiently. In our iterative ascending auction mechanism, we need to design jointly two things: who wins what and who pays what. First, we propose an adaptive ascending pricing policy to ensure that bidding by truthful processing requirements and keeping on bidding until the ask prices reach his real revenue is a dominant strategy for each customer. Second, we establish a facility owner's profit maximization model to determine the capacity allocation in two parallel machines with inclusive processing set restrictions; it is an NP hard problem; we also develop a heuristic based on the Lagrangian relaxation technology to obtain the suboptimal solutions. Working memory (WM) impairments are common features of psychiatric disorders. A systematic meta‐analysis was performed to determine common and disorder‐specific brain fMRI response during performance of WM tasks in patients with SZ and patients with MDD relative to healthy controls (HC). Thirty‐four published fMRI studies of WM in patients with SZ and 18 published fMRI studies of WM in patients with MDD, including relevant HC, were included in the meta‐analysis. In both SZ and MDD there was common stronger fMRI response in right medial prefrontal cortex (MPFC) and bilateral anterior cingulate cortex (ACC), which are part of the default mode network (DMN). The effects were of greater magnitude in SZ than MDD, especially in prefrontal‐temporal‐cingulate‐striatal‐cerebellar regions. In addition, a disorder‐specific weaker fMRI response was observed in right middle frontal gyrus (MFG) in MDD, relative to HC. For both SZ and MDD a significant correlation was observed between the severity of clinical symptoms and lateralized fMRI response relative to HC. These findings indicate that there may be common and distinct anomalies in brain function underlying deficits in WM in SZ and MDD, which may serve as a potential functional neuroimaging‐based diagnostic biomarker with value in supporting clinical diagnosis, measuring illness severity and assessing the efficacy of treatments for SZ and MDD at the brain level. Background. Previous studies have reported that resveratrol has various biological effects such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antitumor. This study aimed to investigate the effects of resveratrol on blood glucose and blood lipids in rats with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods. The rat diabetes model was prepared by one-time intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ, 35 mg/kg). Fasting blood glucose was measured by using a blood glucose meter. The ELISA method was used to detect the levels of insulin, leptin, adiponectin, resistin, TNF-α, and IL-6. The content of TC, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C was determined by using an automatic biochemical detector. Results. Compared with the GDM group, the insulin level in the resveratrol (120 and 240 mg/kg) treatment group was significantly increased. But, the blood glucose level and body weight were significantly reduced. The content of TC, TG, and LDL-C in the resveratrol (240 mg/kg) treatment group was significantly reduced, and the content of HDL-C was significantly increased. In addition, leptin, resistin, TNF-α, and IL-6 levels in the 240 mg/kg resveratrol treatment group were significantly reduced, and adiponectin was significantly increased. Also, resveratrol (240 mg/kg) was stronger than metformin hydrochloride in improving insulin secretion and regulating blood lipids and adipokine content. Conclusion. Prostate cancer is not easy to metastasize because it is difficult to diagnose at an early stage, and there is no effective treatment currently. miRNA-217-5p has been reported to be a regulator in the process of prostate cancer. This study aimed to investigate how miRNA-217-5p affects the invasion and migration of prostate cancer. Luciferase assay was used to clarify whether the target gene Clusterin (CLU) was interacted directly with miR-217-5p. miR-217-5p and CLU were knocked down by transfecting respective siRNA into DU145 cells. The expression level of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related proteins was detected by Western blotting. Invasion and migration of DU145 cell were examined by wound healing assay. The results showed that miR-217-5p directly interacted with its target gene CLU, and the transfection of si-CLU and si-miR-217-5p had similar ability to regulate the expression level of EMT-related proteins, which in turn affected the migration and invasion of prostate cancer cell line DU145. In addition, miR-217-5p inhibited the expression of EMT-related proteins by regulating the expression of the target gene CLU, and further inhibited the invasion and migration of prostate cancer cells. An essential challenge in seal design is to provide an ultra-low leak rate at cryogenic temperatures and high pressures. In this paper, the performance of demountable indium seals under a charging pressure of 8.5 MPa A and at cryogenic temperatures down to −190 °C was investigated. Three indium seal structures with a diameter of 30 mm were specifically designed and tested. All three structures went through both room temperature and cryogenic temperature tests in cycles with a pressure of up to 8.5 MPa A. In addition, leak rate experiments regarding the creep relaxation effect of the indium ring were conducted. The results showed that the leak rates of all three structures were lower than 1 × 10−10 Pa m3 s−1 at both room temperature and cryogenic temperature with the pressure up to 8.5 MPa A when the torque was 8 or 12 N m. It was concluded that the linear loads for achieving a successful indium seal were 163, 171, and 220 N mm−1 alongside its circumference for the 2 mm indium M-T structure, the 3 mm indium M-T structure, and the Z-shaped seal structure, respectively. Furthermore, although the torque slightly dropped after the assembly due to the creep relaxation effect, the leak rates of the structure were still lower than 1 × 10−10 Pa m3 s−1 three days after the assembly. By designing and introducing three new amide-derived ligands, {L1 = 4-[(1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide)ethyl]phenyl-1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide, L2 = bis[4-(1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide)phenyl]methanone and L3 = N-(quinolin-5-yl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide}, into the reaction system based on different metal ions and polymolybdate, five octamolybdate-based complexes, [CoL1(β-Mo8O26)0.5] (1), [M(H2O)2L2(β-Mo8O26)0.5][M = Co (2) and Ni (3)] and [M(HL3)2(β-Mo8O26)][M = Co (4) and Zn (5)], have been successfully prepared and structurally characterized. The three ligands were designed and used for the construction of polyoxometalated-based metal–organic complexes for the first time. Complexes 1–5 show 2D supramolecular structures, and their remarkable structural feature is that the coordination between metal ions, octamolybdate and organic ligands generated diverse architectural segments. A 1D ladder-like chain in complex 1 was formed by using the L1 ligand, where the Co–L1 metal–organic chain acted as the "sides" of the ladder and the polyoxoanion acts as the "middle rails", but a 1D wave-like metal–organic M–L2 chain for the L2 ligand in 2 and 3, and a 1D fence type chain for the L3 ligand in 4 and 5 were formed. In addition, the effect of amide-derived ligands on the final structures of the title complexes was discussed. The electrocatalytic and electrochemical sensing towards bromate, nitrite, Cr(VI) and Fe(III) ions, as well as the photocatalytic activities for organic dyes of the title complexes were also investigated. Complexes 1 and 5 exhibit remarkable current responses in the determination of trace Cr(VI) and Fe(III) ions, and complex 5 displays a superior lower detection limit, which can reach 0.7 μM. The designing and practicality of luminescent coordination polymers (LCPs) as sensors for the detection of molecules and ions constitutes an active area of research. Three new one-dimensional LCPs, [Zn2(4-bpft)2(1,3-BDC)2]·2H2O (LCP 1), [Zn(4-bpft)(5-MIP)] (LCP 2), and [Zn(4-bpft)(5-HIP)] (LCP 3) (4-bpft = N,N′-bis(4-pyridine formamide)-3,4-thiophene; 1,3-H2BDC = isophthalic acid; 5-H2MIP = 5-methylisophthalic acid; H2HIP = 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid), have been successfully synthesized with a new amide-thiophene-derived bis-pyridyl ligand under hydrothermal conditions. The LCPs 1–3 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, and powder X-ray diffraction patterns, which show a 1D chain structure. A series of luminescence recognition tests proved that LCPs 1–3 can act as fluorescent sensors for detecting Hg(II) ions and purines in an aqueous environment. Besides, LCPs 1–3 possess good stability and can selectively detect Hg(II), adenine, and guanine in the presence of competing analytes.
