In order to improving the drying property and quality of non - fried extruded potato instant noodles,the drying characteristics of non-fried extruded instant noodles with diametral of 0.7 mm,1mm and 1.2 mm under the conditions of 40 ℃,50 ℃,60 ℃ and 70 ℃ were studied respectively.On this basis,an optimal drying kinetic model was established.The result showed that the drying stage of instant noodles mainly belonged to the speed reduction stage,and the noodle diameter and drying temperature had a great influence on its characteristics.Page model can express and predict the variation of moisture ratio (MR) with drying temperature (T) at any time of instant noodle drying.The effective water diffusion coefficient of instant noodles was between 0.463×10-9 m2/s and 1.845×10-9 m2/s.The drying activation energy of instant noodles with diameter of 0.7 mm and 1mm was 47.904 kJ/mol and 65.265 kJ/mol respectively.Properly reducing the noodle diameter can effectively reduce the energy loss in the drying process.This study provides data support for equipment selection,energy saving and consumption reduction and industrial design of non-fried extruded potato instant noodles drying process.

To address the efficiency and privacy issues caused by the geographical insensitivity of existing mobile crowdsensing task allocation mechanisms, a task allocation mechanism based on regional heat (HTPM) is designed. This mechanism realizes personalized task publishing through the analysis of historical data, improving the success rate of worker applications and reducing the number of location privacy exposures. Firstly, an adaptive grid partitioning algorithm based on the Geohash algorithm (GAGM) is used to divide the task area based on historical data analysis. Then, HTPM assigns task matching prefixes corresponding to the task locations based on the division results, and dynamically updates the task matching prefixes based on the recruitment end time to complete task publishing. Finally, the least probable cost winner selection mechanism (LPC-WSM) is adopted to select winners. Simulation experiments based on the Kaggle taxi route dataset show that the average number of applications per person using the HTPM mechanism is reduced by 30.3%, achieving the goal of ensuring location privacy protection strength and improving task allocation efficiency. Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a potentially fatal neurological disease with severe complications and a high disability rate. An increasing number of animal experimental studies support the therapeutic effect of quercetin, which is a natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant bioflavonoid. This paper reviewed the therapeutic effect of quercetin on a rat SCI model and summarized the relevant mechanistic research. PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, Science Direct, WanFang Data, SinoMed databases, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and the Vip Journal Integration Platform were searched from their inception to April 2023 for animal experiments applying quercetin to treat SCI. Based on the PICOS criteria, a total of 18 eligible studies were included, of which 14 were high quality. In this study, there was a gradual increase in effect based on the Basso, Beattie, and Bresnahan (BBB) score after three days (p < 0.0001). Furthermore, gender differences also appeared in the efficacy of quercetin; males performed better than females (p = 0.008). Quercetin was also associated with improved inclined plane test score (p = 0.008). In terms of biochemical indicators, meta-analysis showed that MDA (p < 0.0001) and MPO (p = 0.0002) were significantly reduced after quercetin administration compared with the control group, and SOD levels were increased (p = 0.004). Mechanistically, quercetin facilitates the inhibition of oxidative stress, inflammation, autophagy and apoptosis that occur after SCI. Generally, this systematic review suggests that quercetin has a neuroprotective effect on SCI. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Photocurable coal-series kaolin slurry was prepared based on photocurable resin system. The rheological properties of the slurry were characterized by a rheometer. The effect of dispersant and plasticizer addition on the rheological properties of the slurry was studied. The results show that oleic acid as a dispersant has the effect of reducing the viscosity of the slurry. When the mass fraction of oleic acid added is 1% of the kaolin powder, the viscosity of the slurry is the lowest, while the viscosity of the 40%(volume fraction) kaolin slurry is 49.56 Pa·s. Adding plasticizer PEG-300 can further reduce the viscosity of the slurry. The viscosity of the slurry decreases with the addition of plasticizer. When the plasticizer is added in the mass fraction of 20% of the photosensitive resin, the viscosity of the slurry decreases to 19.77 Pa·s, at which the requirement for good recoating is well met. The slurry with optimized rheological properties is formed in a stereolithography apparatus. After debinding and sintering, kaolin ceramics with complex shape are obtained.
