Abstract

Multi-dimensional information fusion technology helps to realize the synergy and complementarity between the information, which provides a guarantee for the settlement monitoring and early warning of electric power pole towers. The settlement monitoring algorithm for electric power pole towers is improved by this paper based on this technology and a settlement warning model is proposed. The traditional PDA algorithm can be enhanced by enhancing the pole tower image acquisition capacity with the wavelet transform algorithm and achieving the fusion and evaluation of multidimensional information through an isolated forest algorithm. The relationship functions of tilt angle, settlement wind speed size and other indicators are established, and the system of super-definite equations is used to solve the correlation coefficients, and the early warning system of pole tower settlement is constructed. The analysis results show that the monitoring results of the monitoring algorithm are fluctuating and stable; the absolute value of the error in the horizontal direction is not more than 9 mm, and the absolute value of the error in the vertical direction is not more than 14 mm. The predicted values of the maximum displacement and stress R2 are close to 1, and the MAPE is 0.436% and 1.123%, respectively. It indicates that the improved power pole tower settlement monitoring algorithm and early warning system in this paper have satisfactory performance.

23. P‐NiFe2O4/N‐Doped Carbon Nanotubes/NiFe Multi‐Phase Heterojunctions for Overall Water Splitting and Urea Electrolysis.

Abstract

The design and construction of highly efficient electrocatalysts for overall water splitting and urea electrolysis are significantly important for promoting energy conversion and realizing green hydrogen production. In this work, we constructed a multi‐phase heterojunction through a simple hydrothermal and phosphorization process. The P‐doped NiFe2O4 (P‐NiFe2O4) nanoparticles were uniformly anchored on the bamboo‐like N‐doped carbon nanotubes (NCNTs) grown via a NiFe‐alloy autocatalysis. The electronic structure and coordination environment of active species were optimized by the synergistic action of P doping, well‐dispersed ultrafine NiFe2O4, and NCNTs matrix with good conductivity, enhancing their quantity and activity for electrocatalysis. Consequently, the P‐NiFe2O4/NCNTs/NiFe exhibits excellent HER and OER activities with an overpotential of 111 and 266 mV at 10 mA cm−2 in 1 M KOH, respectively. The symmetrical overall water‐splitting cell using P‐NiFe2O4/NCNTs/NiFe as both anode and cathode delivers 10 mA cm−2 at a voltage of 1.604 V in 1 M KOH. Notably, the two‐electrode cell requires a low voltage of 1.467 V to achieve a current density of 10 mA cm−2 in 1 M KOH solution with 0.6 M urea. This designed catalysts display outstanding reaction kinetics and catalytic stability. This work provides useful guidance for applying transition metal‐based catalysts for hydrogen production. 29. Characteristic Identification of Flow Control Valves Based on Data-Model-Fusion in Actual Industrial Scenarios

Abstract

Control valves are important actuators in industrial processes. However, valve models identified by traditional system identification methods are difficult to work in actual industrial scenarios due to the influence of dynamic working conditions and interference, which also limits in-depth research on monitoring, diagnosis, control, etc. of control valves. To solve this issue, this article proposes a flow control valve identification method based on the idea of model-data-fusion. The proposed method can maintain good flow estimation performance by determining the relationship between the sensor data and the flow control valve model, even in case of changes in operating conditions. Meanwhile, a window down sampling (WDS) method is proposed to assist the modeling and testing process. On the basis of WDS, multiple flow characteristic models are established, and the performance of different models is evaluated based on the principle of feature selection. Furthermore, the convergence of the proposed parameter optimization method is proved in this study. The proposed flow estimation method is verified by the actual industrial data of a chemical plant.

41. Optimal Output-Feedback Controller Design Using Adaptive Dynamic Programming: A Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Application

Abstract

This brief introduces a novel adaptive optimal output-feedback controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) systems, eliminating the need for prior knowledge of system dynamics, numerous integral window functions, or unmeasurable states and load torque. Initially, we design an adaptive optimal output-feedback controller by constructing internal states. Then, a policy iteration algorithm based on adaptive dynamic programming approximates the optimal output-feedback gain using only input and trajectory tracking error information. Notably, this method does not require the minimal polynomial of an exosystem or the solution of regulator equations, facilitating the overall design of the feedforward-feedback controller. The effectiveness of the proposed learning algorithm is validated on a PMSM system.
