We develop a novel electrochemiluminescence (ECL) emitter of aqueous-based perovskite quantum dots, with long-term stable ECL emission in aqueous media. Moreover, an electron transfer annihilation mechanism of ECL generation is proposed, revealed by the experimental results. Designing dynamic assemblies in living cells is crucial for creating organelle‐like structures, yet precisely controlling their morphological transitions in response to specific signals is a significant challenge. In this study, a DNA framework is combined with hybridization chain reaction (HCR) to achieve specific assembly of hyperbranched aggregates in cancer cells. HCR, distinguished for its signal amplification and linear extension capabilities, enables the morphological transition of precursors to be specifically triggered by trace amounts of endogenous microRNA‐21 (miR‐21). The spatial constraints of the framework and the diversity of hairpin orientations significantly accelerate the assembly kinetics of hyperbranched networks, and the resulting micrometer‐scale aggregates possess enhanced intracellular retention capabilities. Introducing Ce6 molecules as a proof of concept, the regulatory function of aggregates can be activated under light irradiation and remains effective over a long period. The probe we constructed demonstrates good stability and biocompatibility, offers easy functionalization, and works inside cells long‐term, making it an ideal candidate material for the construction of organelle‐like structures. A new strategy for the determination of picolinic acid (PLA) is developed by utilizing green-emissive boron and nitrogen co-doped carbon nanodots (BNCNDs) and Cu.sup.2+ ion. Hydroquinone, uric acid and boric acid act as carbon, nitrogen and boron sources for BNCNDs synthesis, respectively. Interestingly, the green emission of BNCNDs is quenched in the presence of Cu.sup.2+ by electron transfer. Upon addition of the specific reagent (PLA), Cu.sup.2+ ion is removed from the surface of BNCNDs owing to the formation of a strong complex between PLA and Cu.sup.2+ ion, which leads to a significant fluorescence recovery of BNCNDs. The 'turn-on' phenomenon allows to determine PLA by a very simple method. This chemosensing method displays a linear range from 50 nM to 80 [mu]M with a detection limit of 14 nM (3[sigma]/k) for PLA. Hybrid chiral perovskites with promising optoelectronic and spintronic applications have attracted great attention. However, reports on hybrid chiral antiperovskites have been rare. In this work, we have successfully designed and synthesized a pair of new homochiral hybrid X3AB-type hexagonal antiperovskite crystals [R- and S-3-chloroquinuclidinium]3(CdCl3)(CdCl4) (R-1 and S-1) by a homochiral strategy. Accordingly, the racemic crystal [3-chloroquinuclidinium]CdCl3 has experienced a significant transformation from an ordinary one-dimensional chain-like hybrid framework to an infrequent hybrid hexagonal antiperovskite structural stacking in homochiral crystals. The enantiomeric relationship between R-1 and S-1 verified by circular dichroism spectra and their active nonlinear optical intensity indicates the delivery of chirality from organic cations to the entire molecular level. In addition, the representative R-1 exhibits an evident thermal anomaly and step-like dielectric response around 406 K, pointing to a possible isomorphic phase transition in R-1 and S-1. To our knowledge, this is the first report on homochiral hybrid hexagonal antiperovskite crystals. N,N,P‐Pincer nickel complexes effectively catalyze reaction of alcohols with benzylphosphine oxides to form alkenes in good yields. The protocol suits for a wide scope of substrates and generates only E‐configurated alkenes. The method also shows good compatibility of functional groups. Methoxy, methylthio, trifluoromethyl, ketal, fluoro, chloro, bromo, thienyl, and furyl groups are tolerated. The mechanism studies support that the reaction proceeds through catalytic dehydrogenation of alcohols to aldehydes or ketones followed by condensation with benzyldiphenylphosphine oxides in the presence of KOtBu.
