Antibiotic treatment of endometritis was limited by the inevitable antibiotic residues and risk of bacterial resistance. Therefore, the development of safe and effective strategies for endometritis treatment is urgently needed. Syringa oblata Lindl. (SOL) showed great pharmacological potential against endometritis. However, the active components and underlying mechanism of SOL for endometritis treatment remain indeterminate. In our study, the active components and possible molecular mechanism of SOL against endometritis were predicted through computer data mining and biological networks construction. It was predicted that the main active components of SOL were luteolin, kaempferol, oleanolic acid, and rutin, and their anti-endometritis effect was mainly attributed to the TLRs/NF-κB signaling pathway. Furthermore, a green and efficient deep eutectic solvent combined with ultrasound-assisted extraction (DES-UAE) was performed and optimized to obtain high contents of total flavonoid, rutin, and luteolin. The four predicted active components in the SOL extracts were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by LC/MS and HPLC. Finally, the pharmacological effects of SOL and active components have been verified by Staphylococcus aureus-endometritis models in mice. H&E staining and bacterial load in uterus tissues assays initially validated the pharmacodynamic effects of SOL, and quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) and ELISA results confirmed that SOL and four active components could ameliorate the uterus injury caused by Staphylococcus aureus, the mechanism of action is related to the TLRs/NF-κB signaling pathway.

Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of pediatric massage on chronic persistent asthma in children. Methods: We searched relevant literatures through PubMed database, Embase database, Cochrane library, Wanfang database, CNKI and VIP database to screen randomized controlled trials that met the inclusion criteria. According to Cochrane bias risk assessment criteria, the quality of the included literature was evaluated. Finally, Stata 15.1 software was used to analyze the extracted data. Support working resistance, as an important basis on choosing support, although has many determination methods, all of them have shortages due to lots of complicated influencing factors. Based on extensive reference on relative material of both home and abroad and according to the rock strata control theory, this paper compare support working resistance required in large height mining with that in slicing mining under the same geological condition by using theoretical analysis and field measurement, and successfully explains why the working resistance identified by the commonly 4-8 times High-density method in the large height mining is often lower. That is, the block can not meet the condition of voussoir beam but form cantilever beam, resulting in the roof-hanging distance is equivalent to the periodic weighting distance instead of roof-control distance. On this basis a new method called model method, which establish different mechanical models according to different geological condition, is put forward. The research results have been successful applied in Shendong mining area.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) describes a range of conditions classified as neurodevelopmental disorders in DSM-5, which are characterized by social deficits and communication difficulties, stereotyped or repetitive behaviours and interests, sensory issues, and in some cases, cognitive delays. In the past, autism was considered a rare condition, but plenty of recent studies indicate that prevalence can be nearly 1% for the broader autism spectrum. The researchers searched the digital library database for articles related to the quality of life (QoL) of autistic children. It proved that more research on the quality of life for autistic children and their parent’s abroad. However, the original study was flawed by ascertainment etiology, pathogenesis and early autistic symptoms. Domestic rare research reports on the quality of survival. Moreover, compared with other conditions there has been a lack of focus on quality of life (QoL).With the conversion of the biomedical model to the bio-psycho-social medical model, measuring for children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), thinking about how to improve the quality of life is more and more attention. The most widely used diagnostic criteria for AD are those described in the revised text edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-TR) of the American Psychiatric Association. This study examined Paediatric Quality of Life (PQOL) of autistic children, from a multidimensional perspective. The proposed model was based on the Cross-sectional survey, with Physiological function, emotional function, social function, and school performance as components. This study aimed to evaluate the validity of existing QoL questionnaires for use with children with ASD aged 8–12 years. Method: 200 autistic children (male: 118, female: 82; 2 ~ 4 years old: 80, 5 ~ 7 year old: 87, 8 ~ 12 years old: 33) and 120 normal children (control group) are brought into this study. Separate path analyses were performed to evaluate models of QOL and Intelligent evaluation. The PedsQL (Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory) as robust measures used with children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Results: In the study, the test group had lower scores on the PedsQL4.0 universality Core scale, in comparison with the control group. Behaviour problems had a negative indirect effect on Community adaptation, mental health and school performance and a lower intelligence-related quality of life for children with autistic disorder and clinically significant autistic symptoms in comparison with children and fewer symptoms. Conclusion: Results suggest greater impairment in adaptive functioning and emotional disorders. For highfunctioning autism children, potential positive development played significant roles in rehabilitation, to achieve and maintain the best level of intervention. The severity of the disorder and social support coping strategies were related with Life self-care ability and adaptation, coping with intelligent obstacle seriously. Physicians are encouraged to evaluate for early treatment in the overall care plan.

At conceptual design stage, designers often tend to be restricted by general stereotypes and by their previous design experiences. Consequently, this paper proposes a constraint-based cooperative interactive design method, in order to combine human intelligence and computer intelligence for product design. The model of constraint based human machine cooperative interactive design system is described, how to realize the human machine cooperative interactive optimal search by genetic algorithm (GA) is discussed in detail. In design process, GA is employed to search for a near-optimal design, and a trained neural network is used as a fitness function. Finally, A mould injection structure design is chosen as the subject of the current investigation.
