The multi-uncertainty of source and load poses significant challenges to the optimal scheduling of 'source-load-storage' integrated microgrid. However, a limitation of the traditional optimization model is its one-sidedness and use of a single time scale, which can result in suboptimal scheduling outcomes. Striking a balance between reliability and economy presents a considerable obstacle, as does coordinating the relationship between uncertainty analysis methods and varying time scales. Based on the data-driven multi-discrete scene distribution robust method, a two-stage distributed robust day-ahead optimal scheduling model of microgrid is proposed, which is solved by column and constraint generation algorithm. By combining the improved distributed robust optimization uncertainty method with a multi-time scale scheduling strategy and model predictive control theory, the accuracy of the scheduling can be enhanced. This is achieved through the gradual refinement of the scheduling time scale and reduction of the prediction period length. The day-ahead-day multi-time scale rolling optimization scheduling model is established to minimize the generation cost and adjustment cost, while also exhibiting a high degree of resilience to system uncertainties. Combined with the simulation analysis of the example, the proposed model has demonstrated advantages in incorporating new energy sources, reducing operating costs, and balancing considerations of safety and economy.

Objective With continuous improvement of urban metro construction technology, the auxiliary structures of metro stations are getting closer to the existing buildings or structures, and the soil nails and anchor rods used for slope support of the existing buildings or structures unavoidably conflict in space with the auxiliary enclosure structure. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a proper barrier clearing technology scheme to remove the existing barriers and ensure smooth construction of the auxiliary enclosure structure. Method Based on the experience and current situation investigation of the barrier clearing in the construction of urban metro station auxiliary structures，the commonly used barrier clearing technologies against soil nails and anchor rods are summarized. Four barrier clearing schemes for metro station auxiliary structure construction are put forward in combination with the main barrier clearing technology against soil nails and anchor rods. Combined with the engineering practice, the 4 schemes are compared and analyzed from the aspects of their advantages and disadvantages, cost, construction period, pile quality and safety, etc. Result & Conclusion On-site implementation in the project shows that the full rotation barrier clearing is more effective, and with the steel sleeve wall protection, the pile quality is good. With the good waterproof effect of SMW(soil mixed wall)pile in foundation pit excavation, all deformations of the foundation pit can be within the controllable monitored range. Therefore, in the construction of the metro auxiliary structure, using the construction technology scheme of the full rotation barrier clearing and SMW pile can achieve relatively good engineering and economic results.

In order to solve the problems of large workload and low versatility of QR code labelling and complex implementation and difficult deployment of existing no-registration recognition methods in the auxiliary maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipments, a coal mine electromechanical equipments maintenance guidance system based on improved YOLOv5s is proposed. The system consists of a equipment no-registration recognition module, a fault maintenance guidance module, and a remote expert access guidance module. The equipment no-registration recognition module collects images of faulty equipments through the camera on HoloLens glasses, and analyzes and processes them through an improved YOLOv5s image recognition algorithm to recognize the faulty equipment model. The fault maintenance guidance module automatically matches and calls the preset mixed reality disassembly and assembly model based on the model of the faulty equipment, forming a maintenance guidance solution. The remote expert access guidance module achieves interaction between remote experts and on-site maintenance personnel through audio and video sessions, virtual annotation, and other methods. In order to ensure an immersive experience for users when using mixed reality equipment, ShuffleNetV2 is used to replace the Backbone in YOLOv5s to obtain the YOLOv5s-SN2 network, which reduces the number of model parameters and computational overhead. The experimental results show that YOLOv5s-SN2 has a slight decrease in precision compared to YOLOv5s, but the number of floating-point operations per second (FLOPS) has decreased from 16.5×109 to 7.6×109, and the number of parameters has decreased from 15.6×106 to 8.2×106. Among the YOLO series models, YOLOv5s-SN2 has the best performance. Taking the three leaf Roots blower as an example to verify the overall effectiveness of the system, the results show that YOLOv5s-SN2 can quickly recognize the motor model, call the matching virtual model and maintenance process. The remote experts can assist on-site personnel in electromechanical equipment maintenance through methods such as audio and video access and annotation.

Abstract Background The Grit scale (GS-12) is a widely used rating scale that assess passion and perseverance. The present study aimed to evaluate the reliability and validity of simple Chinese Version of Grit Scale (GS-SC) among Chinese adolescents. Methods Seven hundred one primary school students were recruited as Sample 1. Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) were conducted on Sample 1 to preliminarily examine the structure of the scale. Sample 2 consisted of 5,384 primary school students. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and verification of reliability and validity were conducted on Sample 2 to establish a formal scale and further verify the psychometric properties by applying item response theory (IRT). Results EFA and CFA revealed a clear two-factor structure. The results demonstrated that the Simplified Chinese Version of Grit Scale had adequate internal consistency and re-test reliability. GS-CS also showed good criterion-validity with personality, self-control, effort regulation and academic achievement. Furthermore, all the items show a acceptable fit to the GRM and have good discrimination (ranging from 2.13 to 3.45) and moderate difficulty(ranging from-1.58 to 0.95). Conclusions The reliability and validity of the GS-SC are good, indicating that the scale can be used as an effective tool for measuring the grit of primary school students in China.

Purposes 38CrMoAl steel is often used as pistons in a hydraulic pump, its surface performance is especially important for long-life safe working. Wear is the main failure mode of pistons in a hydraulic pump. With surface strengthening treatment, it is able to break through its performance limit and realize high performance and reliable operation of a hydraulic pump. Methods In this work, the pattern and performance on the surface of 38CrMoAl steel has been regulated by a duplex treatment of surface texturing (ST) and active screen plasma nitriding (ASPN), aiming to achieve strengthening on its surface. Dimple texture with different shapes were first prepared on 38CrMoAl steel surface by laser processing technology. 38CrMoAl steel samples with and without textured surface have been treated by ASPN. A ball-on-disc friction and wear testing machine was employed to investigate the effect of surface texture-active screen plasma nitriding duplex treatment on the tribological behavior of 38CrMoAl steel. Findings The results show that ASPN layer is mainly built up by the phases of ε-Fe2-3N, γ′-Fe4N and CrN. The ASPN layer is compact, and free of obvious cracks and holes. Meanwhile, it is found that the uniform and continuous ASPN layer consists of a white bright layer and a diffusion layer. The hardness across surface to the inside of the ASPN layer has demonstrated a gradient distribution, where the highest hardness value is detected on the surface, and the hardness decreases as the distance from the surface increases. According to the dry sliding friction results of 38CrMoAl steel related samples against Al2O3 balls, the coefficients of friction of 38CrMoAl steel and ST＋ASPN-38CrMoAl steel are 0.40 and 0.36, respectively. The ST＋ASPN-38CrMoAl steel presents a 92.5% reduction in mass loss, as compared with 38CrMoAl steel. It can be concluded that surface texturing-active screen plasma nitriding duplex treatment endows the working surface of 38CrMoAl steel with enhanced tribological performance.

Purposes In order to obtain additional microstructural information on the ConMoS(n＝1-5) cluster and establish a theoretical foundation for subsequent investigations of its electronic properties and catalytic performance, the atomic interaction relationships and frontier orbital compositions of the cluster are investigated. Methods To accomplish this, density functional theory with the B3LYP functional and def2-TZVP basis set is adopted to optimize the cluster configuration and perform theoretical analysis under various spin multiplicities with the Gaussian09 software package. Findings The results demonstrate the existence of 21 stable configurations. AIM theory, electron localization function, and deformation density are analyzed to obtain information on the degree of internal interaction and electron density transfer trends of the cluster. The findings indicate that covalent bonding interactions between Co, Mo, and S atoms are strong in the internal atom interactions of the cluster, with S atoms exhibiting high localization and low probability of electron escape from the domain. In contrast, Co and Mo atoms exhibit strong delocalization and are likely to exchange electrons with the outside electrons. Through Hirshfeld analysis of atomic contribution rates, it can be observed that metal atoms are the primary contributors to the HOMO and LUMO orbitals, with Mo and Co atoms dominating the frontier orbitals. Overall, covalent bonding is the primary atomic interaction within the cluster, but the strength of these interactions varies. Mo and Co atoms should be the focus in chemical reactions of the cluster.

Currently, the market demand for traditional Chinese herbal medicines and prepared slices is experiencing rapid growth, rendering quality control and safety assurance even more pressing issues. Conventional testing methods for traditional Chinese herbal medicines and prepared slices, which are heavily reliant on subjective experience, limited in detection precision, and unable to comprehensively quantify complex constituents, are increasingly inadequate in satisfying the requirements for accurate classification, differentiation, and precise measurement of components in these materials. The rapid development and widespread application of artificial intelligence (AI), however, offer novel solutions for the testing of the traditional Chinese herbal medicines and prepared slices. This study summarizes the existing methods and current status of testing for the traditional Chinese herbal medicines and prepared slices, sorts out the typical applications of AI in medicinal material classification, authenticity identification, traceability of origin, harmful ingredient measurement, effective ingredient measurement, and medicinal effect measurement, and analyzes the current problems regarding data collection and standardization; sharing of testing data; demands for rapid, non-destructive, low-cost testing technologies; accuracy of testing data; and fusion of multi-modal testing data. The study believes that intelligence, precision, and speed are the key development directions for the testing of the traditional Chinese herbal medicines and prepared slices. To this end, we propose the following suggestions: continuously improving the testing standards and data sharing system, deepening the research and application of AI, strengthening the application of multi-modal data fusion technology, introducing new sensor technologies, and enhancing the supervision over AI applications, so as to promote the high-quality development of testing for traditional Chinese herbal medicines and prepared slices, and ensure the continuous and healthy development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.

SPDL1 (spindle apparatus coiled-coil protein 1), also referred to as CCDC99, is a recently identified gene involved in cell cycle regulation. SPDL1 encodes a protein, hSpindly, which plays a critical role in the maintenance of spindle checkpoint silencing during mitosis. hSpindly coordinates microtubule attachment by promoting kinesin recruitment and mitotic checkpoint signaling. Moreover, the protein performs numerous biological functions in vivo and its aberrant expression is closely associated with abnormal neuronal development, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, and malignant tumor development. In this review, we provide an overview of studies that reveal the characteristics of SPDL1 and of the protein encoded by it, as well as its biological and tumor-promoting functions.

Emerging economies and ecosystems are critically dependent on fossil fuels, and a country’s energy dependence is a significant measure of its reliance on foreign suppliers. This study evaluates the impact of energy reliance on energy intensity, CO2 emission intensity, and the utilization of renewable resources in 35 developing and 20 developed nations, as well as the connection between renewable energy (REN), GDP growth, and CO2 emissions. This study employs the generalized linear model (GLM) and the robust least squares (RLS) method to assess the inverse association between renewable energy and developed and developing economy policymakers, utilizing unique linear panel estimate approaches (1970–2022). The impact of renewable energy as a response variable on economic growth, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions across four continents is investigated in this study. The findings indicate that developing countries experience a rise in per capita CO2 emissions if their renewable energy use exceeds their capacity. This finding remains significant even when other proxies for renewable energy use are introduced using modified approaches. Furthermore, it is particularly relevant to industrialized nations that possess more developed institutions. Even more surprisingly, in terms of the energy and emission intensity required for growth, energy dependence has accelerated all components. The regional analysis revealed a spillover impact in most areas, suggesting that the consequences of energy dependence are essentially the same in neighboring countries. The growth of the renewable energy sector and the decrease in greenhouse gas emissions depend critically on the ability of regional energy exchange unions to mitigate the negative environmental and economic impacts of energy dependency. These underdeveloped countries need to spend more on research and development to catch up technologically.

Objective·To evaluate the effectiveness of the tele-rehabilitation program based on the smart wearable device BPMpathway in patients after total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods·Convenience sampling method was used to select patients with knee osteoarthritis after TKA admitted to both the Department of Orthopedics in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University (Suzhou Dushu Lake Hospital) and The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, from April 2021 to December 2022, as the study population. According to the sequence of the patients′ admissions, patients with an odd hospitalization number were allocated to the control group while those with an even number to the intervention group. The control group received the routine home-based rehabilitation training program, while the intervention group was additionally subjected to the tele-rehabilitation program based on the BPMpathway. At baseline, and 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after TKA, the two groups of patients were evaluated by the compliance scale of functional exercise for orthopedic patients, the Hospital for Special Surgery Scale (HSS), and 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36), while the knee joint motion of the patients was measured.Results·One hundred and ten patients with knee osteoarthritis after TKA were finally enrolled, including 56 patients in the control group and 54 patients in the intervention group. There were no statistically significant differences in the general information between the two groups. The differences in knee range of motion, HSS score, and SF-36 score between the two groups at baseline were not statistically significant. Repeated measurement variance analysis showed that the between-group effect, time effect and interaction effect of knee range of motion, functional exercise compliance score, HSS score and SF-36 total score were statistically significant in both groups (all P

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) with different current density on upper limb motor disorder in stroke patients. Methods A total of 45 stroke patients with upper limb motor disorder hospitalized in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from March 2019 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into low current density stimulation group (low density group, 0.028 mA/cm2), medium current density stimulation group (medium density group, 0.057 mA/cm2), high current density stimulation group (high density group, 0.080 mA/cm2), 15 cases in each group. Upper limb motor function was evaluated by Fugl‑Meyer Assessment Scale for Upper Extremity (FMA‑UE) and Action Research Arm Test (ARAT) before and one week after treatment, and activity of daily living was evaluated by modified Barthel Index (mBI). Results After treatment of tDCS, FMA‑UE (F = 284.343, P = 0.000), ARAT (F = 180.427, P = 0.000) and mBI (F = 487.159, P = 0.000) scores in 3 groups were improved compared with those before treatment. FMA‑UE (F = 2.293, P = 0.000) and ARAT (F = 2.572, P = 0.000) scores were significantly different among 3 groups, FMA‑UE (t = 2.426, P = 0.029; t = 2.140, P = 0.035) and ARAT (t = 2.537, P = 0.024; t = 2.353, P = 0.028) scores in high density group and medium density group were higher than those in low density group. Conclusions tDCS is safe and effective in the treatment of upper limb motor disorder after stroke. Current densities of 0.057 and 0.080 mA/cm2 are more effective than those of 0.028 mA/cm2.

Abstract [Objective] Salt stress is the most important environmental factor affecting wheat germination, growth, and production. In order to investigate the alleviation effect of the biological stimulator Desmodesmus sp. on growth and physiology of wheat seeds and early seedlings under salt stress as well as screening the best application concentration, the study can provide a basis for its application to alleviate the impact of salt stress on wheat. [Methods] Using the petri dish culture method, wheat seeds germinated under 100 mmol/L NaCl were treated with 25, 50, 100, and 200 mg/L of Desmodesmus sp. extracts (DAE), and germination and growth parameters were measured after 7 days. [Results] DAE alleviated the inhibitory effect of salt stress on seed germination and early seedling growth of wheat. DAE increased the seed germination rate and leaf water content of wheat under salt stress, enhanced the accumulation of biomass, the activity of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase, ascorbate peroxidase, as well as the content of proline, total soluble sugars, soluble proteins, and chlorophyll, but reduced lipid peroxidation, malondialdehyde content, and membrane permeability in leaves. Under 100 mmol/L NaCl, 25 mg/L DAE had the best mitigating effect on wheat seed germination and early seedling growth. [Conclusion] By promoting the germination of wheat seeds, the Desmodesmus sp. extracts can improve the chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity, and osmotic adjustment ability of wheat seedlings to enhance the adaptability of wheat seeds and young seedlings to salt stress

As the key equipment of data acquisition in oil and gas exploration, the node can be replaced by a mechanical arm because of its long-term continuous work and high efficiency, but the structure rigidity is weak and the motion ability is poor, so the structure optimization and lightweight design are carried out to improve the structure rigidity and motion ability. Based on the screw theory, the forward kinematics equation of the manipulator with node placement is established, the global static stiffness index and the global velocity index considering the direction of the task are proposed, and the mathematical model of the size optimization of the node-placing manipulator is established. Based on the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm and the variable density method, the size optimization and lightweight design of the node-distributed manipulator arm are carried out. The results show that the overall static stiffness index and the overall velocity performance in the mission direction are improved by 19.8% and 8.8% respectively, and the lightweight design of the upper arm reduces the mass by 14.7%, which is beneficial to improve the response speed of the movement ability. The research results are of great significance for improving the accuracy and efficiency of oil and gas exploration.

Background The prevalence of atrial fibrillation (AF) in China is increasing year by year, and the prognosis and quality of life of patients urgently need attention. Current studies have confirmed that exercise rehabilitation is a beneficial way to improve the prognosis and poor quality of life in patients with AF after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA). Adherence is a key measure of whether the benefits of exercise rehabilitation persist, but its trajectory remains unknown. Objective To examine the development trajectory and predictors of strength-duration adherence to home-based exercise rehabilitation among patients with AF after RFCA using five-period follow-up data based on prospective longitudinal observation. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 246 patients with AF who attended the Department of Cardiology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University for RFCA from May to November 2020 for follow-up. The baseline survey was conducted 1 week after enrollment, and the follow-up survey was conducted at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after enrollment. The general and clinical data of patients were collected. The strength-duration adherence was monitored and recorded using smart devices or fitness log to assess exercise adherence in terms of strength-duration adherence; Self-efficacy for Exercise Scale (SEE), Fear of Activity in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure (Fact-CHF), Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS), Patient Activation Measure 13 (PAM13) were used for assessing self-efficacy of exercise, fear of activity, social support and motivation level. Mplus tool was used to construct latent class growth model (LCGM), and the optimal fitting model was selected to determine the development trajectory of strength-duration adherence to home-based exercise rehabilitation among patients with AF after RFCA. Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the predictors of trajectory categories. Results A total of 202 patients were included in the final analysis with 44 patients lost to follow-up. The number of patients at baseline, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months after exercise were 202, 201, 185, 174 and 159, respectively, and the strength-duration adherence were (0.83±0.55), (1.07±0.54), (0.99±0.57), (0.91±0.55) and (0.89±0.60). The LCGM results showed group heterogeneity in the process of change in strength-duration adherence to exercise rehabilitation in patients, which was divided into 3 latent classes based on their development trajectories, including 69 in slow decline-low level group (34.2%), 14 in rapid increase-high level group (6.9%), and 119 in sustained adherence group (58.9%). Many materials have been explored for the purpose of creating structures with high radiative cooling potential, such as nanocellulose-based structures and nanoparticle-based coatings, which have been reported with environmentally friendly attributes and high solar reflectance in current literature. They each have their own advantages and disadvantages in practice. It is worth noting that nanocellulose-based structures have an absorption peak in the UV wavelengths, which results in a lower total solar reflectance and, consequently, reduce radiative cooling capabilities. However, the interwoven-fiber structure of cellulose gives high mechanical strength, which promotes its application in different scenarios. The application of nanoplatelet-based coatings is limited due to the need for high volume of nanoparticles to reach their signature high solar reflectance. This requirement weakens the polymer matrix and results in more brittle structures. This work proposes a dual-layer system, comprising of a cellulose-based substrate as the bottom layer and a thin nanoparticle-based radiative cooling paint as the top layer, where both radiative cooling potential and mechanical strength can be maximized. Experimental and theoretical studies are conducted to investigate the relationship between thickness and reflectance in the top coating layer with a consistent thickness of the bottom layer. The saturation point is identified in this relationship and used to determine the optimal thickness for the top-layer to maximize material use efficiency. With the use of cotton paper painted with a 125 μm BaSO4-based layer, the cooling performance is enhanced to be 149.6 W/m2 achieved by the improved total solar reflectance from 80 % to 93 %.

Mass spectrometry has become an invaluable tool for real-time reaction monitoring and capturing highly reactive intermediates, significantly contributing to the understanding of various chemical reactions mechanisms. Recent studies involving the capture of elusive carbocations from different reactions within water microdroplets have drawn considerable attention. Inspired by George Olah's pioneering works on carbocations and superacid chemistry, they attributed the stabilization of transient carbocations to the acidic environment spontaneously formed on the surface of microdroplets, as per microdroplets' intriguing feature. In this work, the electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to determine a variety of carbocation precursor molecules mentioned. It's important to note that commercial ESI sources are typically unaffected by microdroplet effects due to the short lifespan of the droplets, resulting from an extremely short flight distance and immediate evaporation facilitated by the drying gas. Surprisingly, even in the absence of the ultra-acidic environment considered necessary for the stabilization of carbocations, the carbocation signals are able to be detected under specific analytical conditions. By studying the mass spectra of the same analytes when changing the inlet capillary temperature and switching tube lens voltage, it was revealed that the precursor species might undergo in-source fragmentation due to the combined effects of the inlet capillary's high temperature and the high tube lens voltage. Tube lenses, designed to improve the ion transport efficiency, were located at the entrance from the first to the second pumping stage, where the remaining pressure could be around 133 Pa. The voltage was applied here right after the ions flow out of the inlet capillary. Therefore, the temperature and tube lens voltage might interact with each other, and together with the remaining pressure in this rough vacuum region, the ions could potentially collide with gaseous molecules, leading to the production of carbocation fragments. These fragments, which were in consistent with those generated from collision-induced disassociation (CID) of the precursor species, could possibly be misinterpreted as intermediates of some certain reactions, thereby misleading our understanding of the reaction mechanism. Through the detailed investigation of instrument parameters, and a closer look at the structure of the atmospheric pressure interface was achieved, this work highlights the importance of carefully considering various instrument parameters when mass spectrometry is used for reaction monitoring and intermediate capture studies, to ensure the accuracy of the results, and avoid such pitfalls.

High-entropy alloys exhibit excellent properties such as high strength and toughness, good wear resistance, superb corrosion resistance and superior high-temperature oxidation resistance, which have good potential applications in terms of energy chemical industry, aerospace and national defense. The mechanical behavior of high-entropy alloys under the condition of dynamic loading is different from that under the quasi-static loading, presenting higher strength, more twins and adiabatic shear bands and so on. And different phase structures have a significant impact on the dynamic properties and deformation mechanism of high-entropy alloys. Moreover, the high-entropy alloys have a certain research value in the field of energetic structural materials due to their good energy release characteristics under the condition of dynamic loading. Usually, the stability of dynamic experiment is unacceptable and the test is also difficult to achieve. In contrast, the dynamic mechanical properties of high-entropy alloys can be well predicted based on the constitutive models with experimental verification. As above-mentioned analysis, the dynamic mechanical behavior of high-entropy alloys with different phase structures, energy release characteristics and constitutive models were reviewed. Meanwhile, the comprehensive properties and their constitutive models as well as the simulation calculations were prospected. Finally, it is pointed out that the dynamic mechanical properties of high-entropy alloys can be improved by adjusting the type and proportion of elements, phase structure and concentration distribution. At the same time, the influence mechanism of temperature and strain rate on the dynamic mechanical behavior of high-entropy alloy needs further study. The model calculation also needs to play a greater role in revealing its deformation mechanism and predicting its performance at high strain rate.

The synergy between Nb/Ti strengthening and precise isothermal transformation temperatures has resulted in the optimal microstructure and mechanical properties in Nb/Ti anti-seismic rebars. The microstructure, precipitates, and mechanical properties of experimental steels at different isothermal transformation temperatures were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, electron backscatter diffraction, and universal tensile testing machine. As the isothermal transformation temperature decreased from 700 to 600°C, the ferrite grain size, pearlite interlamellar spacing, and carbon diffusion coefficient of the experimental steel decreased to 6.69 μm, 0.17 μm, and 0.14 cm2·s−1, respectively, while the yield strength and tensile strength increased to 584 and 714 MPa, respectively. At 600°C, the pearlite transformation rate in the experimental steel was the fastest, accompanied by the most rapid precipitation kinetics. The precipitates were (Nb, Ti)C of approximately 50 nm in size, with a mismatch of 14.24% at the matrix/precipitate interface and a screw dislocation angle of 2.07°. The presence of screw dislocation steps may facilitate nucleation of Nb/Ti precipitates, forming semi-coherent interfaces.

Objective To explore the construction of a nomogram model with good predictive value for community acquired pneumonia (CAP) in elderly patients using commonly used blood routine indicators in clinical practice. Methods A total of 88 elderly CAP patients and 80 healthy controls in Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were enrolled retrospectively. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression was used to screen the independent risk factors of CAP in the elderly, and nomogram model was constructed. ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of nomogram model. Results White blood cell count, red blood cell count, lymphocyte ratio, monocyte ratio, mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width were independent risk factors for CAP in the elderly. Based on this, nomogram model was constructed, and the area under the ROC curve was 0.869 (95%CI: 0.808-0.916). Conclusion The nomogram model constructed based on the clinical blood routine indicators in this study can accurately screen the elderly patients with CAP, assess the risk of CAP for elderly patients, and guide the clinical precise management.

This work presents an in-depth examination of the Carboniferous volcanic reservoir within the CH471 well area, situated in the central portion of the Hongche fault zone on the northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin. Leveraging seismic data and well connection comparisons, we scrutinize the tectonic evolution model and elucidate the impact of the nappe structure of the Hongche fault zone on the volcanic reservoir. The study has obtained the following understanding: after the formation of Carboniferous volcanic rocks, affected by the Hongche fault structure, a series of structural superpositions from extension to extrusion and finally thrust occurred, resulting in a northwestward tilt of the volcanic rock mass, and a large number of cracks were generated inside the rock mass. At the same time, the top was uplifted and affected by weathering and leaching to form a weathering crust, eventually forming a reservoir. The northern part is located in the edge area of the eruption center, and the rock mass has good stratification. The rock strata have certain constraints on the reservoir distribution, and the reservoir is inclined along the rock mass. The southern part is close to the eruption center and features large volcanic breccia accumulation bodies with strong internal heterogeneity. The reservoir developed mainly in the superposition of the range of control of the weathering crust and dense fracture development, and the rock mass morphology does not control the area. Structure is the key to forming a volcanic rock reservoir, mainly reflected in the following aspects. First, tectonic activity is accompanied by fracture development, and fractures are densely developed in areas with strong activity, which can effectively improve the physical properties of volcanic reservoirs. Second, tectonic activity leads to the strata uplift and weathering denudation, forming a weathering crust. Within the range of control of weathering and leaching, the physical properties of volcanic rocks are improved, and it is easier to form high-quality reservoirs. Third, the distribution of volcanic rock masses is controlled by tectonic activity, which affects the reservoir controlled by the dominant lithology.

Accessibility is one of the effective methods to measure whether the spatial layout of public service facilities is effective. However, traditional accessibility research often ignores urban dynamics and the issues with overall accessibility when there are multiple types of facilities. This study focused on Hefei and used dynamic data from sources such as transportation, ambulances, and stroke centers to build a dynamic stroke emergency network integrating the services of "the community, emergency medical center, ambulance, and stroke center." Baidu's map API (Application Programming Interface) was used to estimate the dynamic traffic cost at six important moments of one day. Lorentz curve and Gini coefficient were used to measure the spatial equity of overall accessibility. A systematic analysis was performed to evaluate the changes in dynamic accessibility and spatial equity at different times of a day. The results reveal the following. (1) The overall accessibility in Hefei has reached the golden "1-hour" service standard. More than 75% of the communities had a travel time of less than 30 minutes. However, excessive emergency resources are concentrated in the city center; this is ill-matched to the development and population needs. The communities with travel times more than 60 minutes were mainly distributed in the northern part of the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Area and the west side of Shushan Area. These areas are remote, with inconvenient transportation and are very far from emergency centers and stroke hospitals. (2) The accessibility of the emergency network fluctuates greatly with time, and the accessibility during the morning and evening peak periods are mainly affected by traffic flow. Compared to the peak period, the accessibility fluctuation during the off-peak period is generally smaller. However, the dynamic adjustment of ambulance resources in the day and evening shift in Hefei did not have a huge impact on the accessibility of the overall emergency network. (3) The overall accessibility of the stroke emergency network in Hefei is poorly balanced. The two times of the day with the best and worst overall spatial layout are at 8:00 and 22:00, respectively. In the study of time-sensitive accessibility to first-aid during a stroke, the results of the proposed high-precision first-aid network model and the time-varying accessibility estimation method are more accurate and reliable. Baidu map API is suitable for the computation of the origin to destination travel costs when using road networks. Therefore, to improve the precision and effectiveness of the accessibility estimation results, while studying the accessibility of first-aid for stroke in urban areas, it is necessary to consider the influence of dynamic factors such as traffic flow and the opening time of facilities and the overall accessibility of the service system which comprises multiple types of facilities.

Myopia is a major risk factor for vision health in children, it is important for the prevention and control of occurrence and development of myopia in children to standardize the screening of myopia and achieve early detection and intervention of myopia. At present, myopia screening, the establishment, management and application of refractive development profile in China are still in the initial stage. In particular, the follow-up measures after refractive development profile establishment still face many problems and challenges. In this paper, the role of primary care in myopia prevention and control behavioral intervention among Children was analyzed in depth according to the current status and characteristics of myopia screening and after refractive development profile establishment, combining with the requirements of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, in order to provide recommendations on myopia screening, refractive development profile establishment and community behavioral interventions in China, balance medical resources for its development in a regulated, healthy and sustainable manner.

Ultra-high strength steel (UHSS) pipes find widespread application in the automotive industry. To address the challenges associated with forming complex structural parts from UHSS pipes, the three-dimensional free thermal bending (3D-FTB) technology for UHSS pipes based on a robotic arm and a bending roller mold was firstly developed. A finite element simulation prediction model for accurately describing the forming process is established and discussed. In this paper, the thermal-mechanical coupling model of the material is established by Gleeble thermal tensile test and modified Arrhenius model. The effects of parameters such as current frequency, current density, axial feed rate, and quenching conditions on forming temperature and microstructure transformation are thoroughly investigated via finite element simulation analysis. The mechanical properties and potential defects of the pipe fittings after forming are analyzed and validated experimentally. The results demonstrate that the finite element simulation and analysis method based on the thermal-force coupling model of the BR1500HS UHSS pipe can accurately predict the forming process parameters. The optimal process conditions are identified as follows: current frequency of 55 kHz, current density of 650 A/mm2, and feed rate of 8 mm/s. Under these parameters, the austenite transformation rate of the pipe fittings reaches an impressive 98 % and the maximum tensile strength reaches 1540 MPa. Lastly, the overall wall thickness distortion rate of the formed pipe remains below 0.2 % and the bending rebound angle exhibits an average reduction of over 80 % compared to that under room temperature conditions.

Objective To observe the effect of health education based on the theory of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)on mental health and quality of life in patients with newly diagnosed primary liver cancer. Methods Totally80 patients with primary liver cancer were selected as the study object, and 80 patients were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40). All patients received routine care and health guidance during the treatment, and patients in the observation group received KAP-based health education. A self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the patients’ knowledge, attitude and practice about disease. Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were used to measure the psychological status of patients. The World Health Organization Quality of Life assessment (WHOQOL-BREF) was used to assess the patient quality of life. Results Dimensional scores of knowledge, attitude and practice in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention( P＜0. 01). The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention( P＜0. 01). Scores of physical, psychological and social dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention( P＜0. 01). Conclusion KAP-based health education can effectively improve the mental health and quality of life of patients with newly diagnosed primary liver cancer. Abstract Grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idella, is the largest freshwater aquaculture fish species worldwide. However, its environmental impacts are increasingly controversial. In this paper, we considered the production of a 1500 g commercial grass carp as an example, analyzed through a life cycle assessment. The results showed that the indicators of global warming potential (GWP), acidification potential, eutrophication potential, freshwater eco‐toxicity potential (FAETP), land competition (LC), and fossil energy consumption of producing 1 kg of grass carp were equivalent to 5.7267 kg of CO2, 0.0648 kg of 1,4‐DCB0, 0.0010 kg of P, 0.0276 kg of SO2, 8.2951 m2, 0.3491 kg of oil, respectively, and were mainly from feed processing and water pollution. Compared with pig, beef, and sheep production, grass carp production has lower environmental impacts, but in terms of GWP, FAETP, and LC were significantly higher than chicken production, especially water pollution and discharge, which is an important consideration. This study clarifies the direction of grass carp production and key focus areas include producing low carbon and nitrogen emission feed, application of ecological engineering aquaculture system, intelligent mechanization technology and equipment.

Rebar is an extremely important building material. The cooling rate and the presence of niobium (Nb) element are key factors influencing the overall performance of rebars. In this work, the high-strength rebar’s microstructure, precipitated phase, and mechanical properties were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, HVS-1000 hardness tester, and MTS810 universal tensile testing machine. The results showed that a shift in cooling rate from 0.3 to 3°C·s−1 resulted in noticeable changes in the microstructures of rebars, particularly between Nb-free and Nb-containing variants. In the case of Nb-containing rebars, there was an increase of 8.26% in the proportion of pearlite, along with a decrease of 10.63 μm in the average grain size of ferrite. Furthermore, the lamellar spacing of pearlite experienced a decrease of 0.0495 μm, the proportion of low-angle grain boundaries saw an increment of 4.13%, and the size of the precipitated phase (Nb, Ti, V) C reduced by 18.9 nm. These changes collectively led to a significant increase in hardness (98.56 HV), yield strength (179.02 MPa), and ultimate strength (199.43 MPa). The resultant fracture morphology manifested as a dimple pattern.

Digitalization is a fundamentally disruptive force triggered by the fourth Industrial Revolution and the Internet of Things, driving technology upgrades, so what impact does digitalization have on the environment? In this paper, DAG-SVAR model was constructed to verify it. Through impulse response analysis, it was found that digitization drives technological upgrades, and environmental pollution is reduced through intelligent production, improved information environment, and ameliorated governance level. This paper suggests that, on the one hand, the technology upgrade is the key to digital empowerment in new fields and new spaces. Enterprises need to constantly explore diversified application scenarios, help the digital and intelligent transformation of energy, transportation, manufacturing and other industries, and greatly promote the integration and interaction of technology and various fields and sustainable development; on the other hand, it is necessary to strengthen digital ecological governance, promote the interconnection of everything, human-computer interaction, and the integration of space and land, so that information resources can fully flow, to create a digital green ecology.

The teaching mode of the innovative automotive manufacturing process is to improve students’ automotive manufacturing technology. In this paper, firstly, the basic principle of the ant colony algorithm is introduced, and the ant colony algorithm is improved and optimized by heuristic function, state transfer probability and pheromone update rule. Then the optimized ant colony algorithm is used as the base algorithm for constructing the ADDIE model. After establishing the ADDIE model, two dimensional indicators of the teaching mode of the automotive manufacturing process, i.e. teaching objectives of the basic course and application course, are mined for the example of the automotive manufacturing process course of L school. The two example indicators proposed are analyzed and illustrated using the example data.

A dual-wavelength transceiver separation method is proposed for the problem of self-interference limiting the system communication performance in Full-Duplex Underwater Wireless Optical Communication (FD-UWOC) systems. Based on the Monte Carlo numerical simulation, the effects of self-interference on the performance of 450 nm single-wavelength, 525 nm single-wavelength and dual-wavelength FD-UWOC systems are analyzed under three typical water qualities of Jerlov I, Jerlov IB and Jerlov II. The simulation results show that the poorer the water quality, the stronger the self-interference. It is also shown that the enhancement of self-interference will significantly reduce the Optical Signal to Noise Ratio (OSNR) of FD-UWOC, which limits the longest transmission distance of the system. The FD-UWOC system using the dual-wavelength transceiver separation method can bring about 60 dB improvement in OSNR compared with the single-wavelength FD-UWOC system, which can achieve a longer transmission distance. An 80 m improvement in Jerlov II water quality, and an effective transmission distance of more than 100 m in Jerlov I and Jerlov IB water quality are achieved. These results provide some reference significance to the design of FD-UWOC system.

In underwater optical communication systems, timely acquisition of distance information with the receiving end and high-speed communication are required. This paper proposes to integrate the monocular ranging function into the underwater blue-green laser communication system to realize the underwater optical communication ranging by integrating short-distance visual ranging and long-distance laser ranging. Using Monte Carlo method simulation, an underwater laser signal channel transmission model is established to simulate underwater laser spot images under different target sizes, distances and water qualities. We analyze the influence of these three factors on the accuracy of underwater monocular ranging. Considering the influence of spot diffusion and contrast reduction in simulated images on ranging accuracy, a monocular ranging algorithm is proposed that combines image enhancement and Zernike moments subpixel edge detection for small-sized underwater light source targets to improve the accuracy of the monocular ranging algorithm. Laboratory pool experiments were conducted to verify that the algorithm accuracy can meet the requirements.

The oil-gas mixed transportation pipeline has a high internal corrosion rate. Hence, accurately predicting the internal corrosion rate of mixed transportation pipelines is of great significance to improve the integrity management of pipelines. In response to this problem,the evaluation index system and data set were constructed based on the field monitoring results at first, and the Kernel Principal Component Analysis(KPCA) was used for dimensionality reduction. Then, the Improved Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm(IGOA) was adopted to optimize the Extreme Learning Machine(ELM), the optimal network structure and the excitation function were determined, and the combined prediction model of KPCA-IGOA-ELM was proposed. With this model, prediction was performed based on 8 groups of data, and comparison was made with the results of other models to verify the prediction results. The results showed that three principal components were extracted by KPCA, and the network structure of ELM model was simplified. Among them, H2S partial pressure, CO2 partial pressure, calcium ion, chloride ion, temperature and flow rate have significant contribution to corrosion. In addition, the network structure of the optimal ELM model was determined as 3-32-1 by trial algorithm, and the excitation function was the Sigmoid function, having the minimum root mean square error.Moreover, the RMSE, MAPE and Theil IC of the KPCA-IGOA-ELM combined prediction model are 0.002 56, 2.458 34 and 1.113, respectively,and the average training time is 4.19 s, which are all superior to other models. It is proved that the KPCA-IGOA-ELM model is an excellent algorithm for oil-gas mixed transportation pipelines, which could be popularized and applied in practice.

During the production of ready-mixed concrete, waste slurry was filtered under pressure to obtain Wastewater Filtration Residue (WFR). Physical and chemical analysis of the WFR was conducted using methods such as XRD, SEM. The flowability and activity index of the cement mortar with composite admixtures, prepared by replacing fly ash (FA) with WFR powder at weight ratios of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, were tested. Different strength grade concretes were prepared by replacing FA at weight ratios of 0%, 25%, and 50%, and replacing fine aggregate at weight ratios of 0%, 5%, and 10%, in order to analyze the variation of concrete strength. The results indicate the following: 1) The WFR was primarily composed of fine particles with various shapes and loose surfaces, making it suitable for concrete preparation. 2) WFR had poor flowability (59.83%) and hydration activity (51.7%), but FA addition improved both. Increasing FA content enhanced flowability ratio and hydration activity. At 1:1 FA-to-WFR ratio, flowability reached 81.44% and hydration activity reached 75.73%. 3) When WFR replaced FA (25%, 50%) or manufactured sand (5%, 10%) in concrete preparation, the strength of the concrete decreased with an increase in the WFR content. In low-strength grade concrete, the strength reduction was significant when WFR replaced FA. However, the strength reduction was less influenced by the design strength of the concrete when WFR replaced manufactured sand. 4) It was recommended to replace fine aggregate with WFR for concrete preparation, with the replacement ratio not exceeding 10% by weight.

Main protease (M pro) serves as an indispensable factor in the life cycle of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) as well as its constantly emerging variants and is therefore considered an attractive target for antiviral drug development. Benzothiazole-based inhibitors targeting M pro have recently been investigated by several groups and proven to be promising leads for coronaviral drug development. In the present study, we determine the crystal structures of a benzothiazole-based inhibitor, YH-53, bound to M pro mutants from SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern (VOCs) or variants of interest (VOIs), including K90R (Beta, B.1.351), G15S (Lambda, C.37), Y54C (Delta, AY.4), M49I (Omicron, BA.5) and P132H (Omicron, B.1.1.529). The structures show that the benzothiazole group in YH-53 forms a C-S covalent bond with the sulfur atom of catalytic residue Cys145 in SARS-CoV-2 M pro mutants. Structural analysis reveals the key molecular determinants necessary for interaction and illustrates the binding mode of YH-53 to these mutant M pros. In conclusion, structural insights from this study offer more information to develop benzothiazole-based drugs that are broader spectrum, more effective and safer.

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, one of the main reasons for poor prognosis in patients with neurological diseases, is also an important cause of paralysis. It is more common in cardiac arrest, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and stroke. The classical pathophysiological mechanisms mainly include oxidative stress, inflammatory response, calcium overload, nitric oxide and excitatory amino acid toxicity. With the development of medical technology, the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury has been improved. However, there is still an urgent need to explore more accurate and effective treatments. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotential stem cells in bone marrow, muscle, fat and other tissues and organs. In recent years, MSCs have been explored in the treatment of various diseases because of their strong differentiation ability, secretion ability and good immunocompatibility. This paper describes the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, and summarizes the role of MSCs in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury from the perspective of pathophysiological mechanism, in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.

Ameloblastomas are benign tumors associated with recurrence and morbidity. Mutations in the V-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1 (BRAF) and smoothened (SMO) genes have been identified in ameloblastomas. The mutation rate of BRAF in different regions and mutation sites of SMO remains controversial. This study assesses the relationship between these mutations and clinicopathological features of ameloblastoma in Chinese patients. Ameloblastomas were surgically removed from 30 patients and BRAF gene polymorphisms were detected using DNA sequencing analysis. We also examined the relationship between BRAF or SMO mutations and clinicopathological parameters. BRAF V600E mutation was detected in 18 of 30 ameloblastomas. No significant correlation was found between BRAF V600E mutation and age, sex, location, histologic type, capsular invasion, or tumor recurrence. Five cases carried an SMO T364N mutation in exon 5, whereas six carried an SMO S590 T mutation in exon 10. The SMO mutation rate in patients aged ≤ 20 years was significantly higher than that in patients aged > 20 years. SMO T364N and S590 T mutations were closely related to age and capsular invasion. These findings indicate that BRAF V600E, SMO T364N, and SMO S590 T mutations play important roles in the pathogenesis of ameloblastoma. Key highlights The BRAF V600E mutation was highly prevalent in Chinese patients with ameloblastoma. SMO T364N and S590 T mutations are closely related to age and capsular invasion. The BRAF V600E, SMO T364N, and SMO S590 T mutations play important roles in the pathogenesis of ameloblastoma.

Abstract Developing effective therapy to inhibit postoperative recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer (CRC) is challenging and significant to reduce mortality and morbidity. Here, a granular hydrogel, assembled from gelatin microgels by dialdehyde starch and interpenetrated with in situ polymerized poly(sulfobetaine methacrylate‐co‐N‐isopropylacrylamide) (P(SBMA‐co‐NIPAM)), is prepared to load and lock Food and Drug Administration (FDA)‐approved indocyanine green (ICG) with definite photothermal function and biosafety for photothermal therapy (PTT) combining with checkpoint inhibitor. The presence of P(SBMA‐co‐NIPAM) endows granular hydrogel with high retention to water‐soluble ICG, preventing easy diffusion and rapid scavenging of ICG. The ICG‐locking granular hydrogel can be spread and adhered onto the surgery site at wet state in vivo, exerting a persistent and stable PTT effect. Combined with αPD‐L1 treatment, ICG‐locking granular hydrogel‐mediated PTT can eradicate postsurgery residual and metastatic tumors, and prevent long‐term tumor recurrence. Further mechanistic studies indicate that combination treatment effectively promotes dendritic cells maturation in lymph nodes, enhances the number and infiltration of CD8+ T and CD4+ T cells in tumor tissue, and improves memory T cell number in spleen, thus activating the antitumor immune response. Overall, ICG‐locking gel‐mediated PTT is expected to exhibit broad clinical applications in postoperative treatment of cancers, like CRC.

Objective: To investigate the establishment and biological characteristics of Kidney Yin Deficiency (KYD) and Kidney Yang Deficiency (KYD) models in Specific Pathogen Free (SPF)-grade Kunming mice. Methods: Seventy-two SPF-grade Kunming mice were randomly divided into KYD, KYD, and blank control groups. The KYD group received subcutaneous injections of hydrocortisone at 50 mg/kg for 5 days, while the KYD group received 25 mg/kg for 10 days. Various physiological parameters were measured after modeling. Results: Compared to the control group, the KYD and KYD groups showed significant differences in body weight gain, food intake, urine volume, cold water swimming time, grasping irritability, active grid crossings, epididymal sperm count, and active sperm count (P < 0.05). The KYD group had higher isolation-induced aggression scores (P < 0.05), while the KYD group had lower rectal and tail temperatures (P < 0.05). Compared to the KYD group, the KYD group had higher tail and rectal temperatures and increased active grid crossings (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The hydrocortisone-induced KYD and KYD models in mice exhibited corresponding symptoms and biological characteristics, reflecting the features of these syndromes in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This study provides a foundation for further research on Kidney deficiency models.

Electromagnetic coupling treatment (EMCT) is a new method to regulate material properties. To investigate the effect of EMCT on the plasticity of the Al-Cu-Mg alloy, a software simulation calculation was carried out, and then the alloy was treated with an electromagnetic field, and its mechanical properties were tested at room temperature. The simulation results reveal that the sample generates a plastic strain of 6.88*103 ppm, potentially enhancing its tensile properties. The experimental findings indicate that EMCT did not have a substantial impact on the strength and hardness of the aluminum alloy. However, it did result in a 16.9% increase in the sample’s plasticity and a 5.6% drop in the elastic modulus

【Purpose】Urban green spaces mitigate carbon emissions, boost carbon sinks, and address environmental risks. Analyzing their types, carbon stocks, and key tree species' sequestration capacity aids in improving green space management. This advances the "Carbon Peak, Carbon Neutral" strategy, guiding greening industry development and robust ecosystem construction.【Method】A systematic survey was conducted at representative urban green space sites, establishing observation plots to study species composition and woody plant populations. The carbon sequestration capacity of major tree species was evaluated considering baseline carbon stock and a latitude correction parameter.【Result】The total carbon stock in Suqian's urban green spaces stands at 136,285.47 tons, with regional green spaces contributing the most, followed by parks and protective green spaces, while subsidiaries account for the least. Analysis reveals that the arbor layer is the primary carbon pool, surpassing soil, shrub, and herb layers. Notably, different arbor species exhibit significant variations in carbon sink capacity. There is an obvious difference in the carbon sink capacity of different tree species, and among the 30 major tree species in Suqian City, there is an obvious difference in the carbon sink capacity of different tree species, and there is an obvious difference in the carbon sink capacity of different tree species，Populus adenopoda, Populus × canadensis, Cedrus deodara, Triadica sebifera, Celtis julianae, Celtis sinensis, Liquidambar formosana, Malus spectabilis, Ligustrum lucidum, Acer buergerianum, Osmanthus fragrans, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Ginkgo bilobaet al. Carbon sink capacity is weaker, and the carbon sink capacity of species will not be insignificantly related to the length of the time interval, but will be affected by the latitudinal zonal space。【Conclusion】 For urban green space management, trees are pivotal, dominating carbon sequestration potential compared to shrubs and herbs. Thus, studying carbon sequestration and oxygen release of tree communities is crucial. Additionally, attention should be given to tree configuration and species selection, prioritizing locally adapted, high-carbon sequestration trees while considering landscape aesthetics and biodiversity conservation, for efficient urban green space management.

To minimize grain fleet operational costs, we employ a route optimization approach that considers bunker costs. A mixed-integer programming model is created, factoring in the unique features of bulk grain shipping and varying oil prices at bunker ports. The goal is to optimize the fleet’s transportation route, with decision variables encompassing bunker port selection, bunker volume, and ship navigation path. Using a dry bulk cargo company’s grain transport fleet as a case study, the Gurobi solver validates the model’s effectiveness. Results reveal that, excluding the loading port, the grain fleet can select low oil price ports along the route for bunkering. Optimal cost reduction is achieved by choosing multiple bunker ports and increasing bunker quantity. Additionally, the model harmonizes port charges with bunker costs, refining the grain fleet’s transportation route and effectively managing operational expenses.

With the trend of global economic integration and the improvement of logistics, transportation, and storage technology, regional restrictions on the sales of fresh agricultural products have gradually decreased. At the same time, due to traffic accidents, natural disasters, and other factors, the possibility of interruption in the transportation supply chain of fresh agricultural products has been increased. This article examines a three-level fresh supply chain with the possibility of transportation interruption. The Stackelberg method is used to solve the equilibrium solution, and the results under centralized and decentralized models are analyzed. We found that the increase in the probability and duration of transportation interruptions actually leads to less investment by distributors in cold chain services, resulting in increased profits for retailers and decreased profits for distributors and manufacturers.

In order to enhance the effect of homemade catalyst WXP-100 on the low-temperature bleaching of cotton fabrics, the effect of air low-temperature plasma pretreatment on the whiteness, capillary effect, breaking strength, and breaking elongation of the low-temperature bleaching of cotton fabrics with catalyst WXP-100 was investigated and compared with the corresponding performance without plasma pretreated, unincorporated catalyst WXP-100 bleaching fabrics. The surface morphological structure of the air low-temperature plasma treated cotton fabric was also characterized using scanning electron microscopy. The results show that under the conditions of air inlet volume of 75 mL/min, discharge power of 100 W, and discharge time of 3 min, the air low-temperature plasma pretreatment would etch the surface of the cotton fabric, and increase its roughness, which is beneficial to enhance the low-temperature bleaching effect of catalyst WXP-100, and the whiteness and capillary effect of the combined air low-temperature plasma pretreatment catalyst WXP-100/H2O2 low-temperature bleaching fabric is higher than those of the catalyst WXP-100/hydrogen peroxide low-temperature bleaching fabric only. The pretreatment can improve the low-temperature bleaching rate, reduce the amount of catalyst WXP-100, shorten the bleaching time, overcome the problem of fabric damage caused by the addition of catalyst WXP-100, and obtain the tensile properties and breaking strength similar to the traditional high-temperature bleaching fabric. The pretreatment timeliness is good, the whiteness and capillary effect of the treated fabric basically has change after placed 24 h.

Abstract Coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the most common heart diseases, characterized by the hardening and narrowing of arteries, resisting blood supply to cardiac muscle. Despite extensive research, the pathogenesis and therapeutic options for CAD remain limited. Epigenetic regulation plays a critical role in CAD progression. Here, we report a unique DNA methylation-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network for CAD, delineated through DNA methylation assays, miRNA and mRNA sequencing, bioinformatics analyses. We also identified key signaling pathways in this network, including the miR194 promoter-miR194-MAPK signaling pathway by pyrosequencing, methylation PCR, qRT-PCR. This pathway could play a role in CAD by apoptosis. Our findings suggested that this signaling pathway may be a potential therapeutic target for CAD. We believe that our study significantly contributes to an improved understanding of the role of specific miRNAs methylation, miRNA, and mRNAs in CAD pathogenesis.

In order to improve the bearing performance and test accuracy of vehicle vibration test benches, a test bench which can simulate vehicle vibration environment in an all-round way is designed based on a 6-UPS parallel mechanism. Through the mechanism analysis and degree of freedom calculation of the 6-UPS parallel mechanism, the pose relationship between components is established, the kinematics equation of the bench is deduced, and the kinematic characteristics of the bench are studied. By establishing the simulation model of vehicle vibration test benches, the kinematic simulation analysis of the bench is carried out using Adams software, and the kinematic parameters of the bench are verified theoretically. The results show that the vehicle vibration test bench can move according to the predetermined trajectory, the simulation curve is smooth without mutation, and the designed bench can meet the expected performance indexes, which verifies the rationality of the bench design. This study lays a foundation for the dynamic analysis, control strategy research and optimization design of vehicle vibration test benches.

To explore the influence of tailings particle size distribution on strength and damage characteristics of filling body, uniaxial compression, scanning electron microscopy, and digital image correlation (DIC) tests were carried out on the filling body composed of ultrafine tailings (median particle size D50=10.1 m), fine tailings (D50=37.1 m), and coarse tailings (D50=121.31 m), and the strength and microstructure characteristics were analyzed. Based on the cusp mutation theory, the damage identification index of the filling body was established using wavelet packet technology, and the damage characteristics of the filling body were quantitatively analyzed. The results reveal that the strength and elastic modulus of the filling body first increase and then decrease with the increase of D50, but the influence of tailings particle diameter on the strength and elastic modulus of the filling body is reduced with the increase of slurry concentration. Compared with the ultrafine and coarse tailings filling body, the coarse and fine particles of the fine tailings filling body are more closely combined, and its porosity is the lowest and microstructure compactness is the best. The energy change rate (ECR) mutation point is defined as the threshold of the backfill specimen damage mutation, which is used to distinguish the stable damage stage and the accelerated damage stage of the specimen, and the damage mutations of the ultrafine, fine, and coarse tailings filling body occur when their stresses reach 92.83%, 92.31%, and 72.93% of the corresponding peak stresses. With the increase of D50, the failure mode of the filling body changes from shear failure to tensile failure, with the ECR increasing from 20.65% to 28.25%, and the damage degree is gradually aggravated. The research results lay the foundation for improving the particle gradation of mine tailings and enhancing the strength of filling body.

Objective To investigate the effect of home-based resistance training in cardiac rehabilitation for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Totally 122 CHD patients requiring home-based cardiac rehabilitation were divided into the control group (n=61) and the observation group according the sequence of hospital admission. All patients received community care and health education by telephone follow-up, and patients in the observation group were given health education on cardiac rehabilitation and home-based resistance training. The physical function, motor ability, quality of life and cardiac parameters of patients were measured. Results After a three-month intervention, The scores of Chinese Mini Physical Performance Test(CM-PPT) and Chinese Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases(CQQC) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). Patients in the observation group achieved higher outcomes of 30-second Arm Curl Test (30-ACT), longer distance of 6-Minute Walking Test and shorter time of 10x Sit-To-Stand Test (STS10) compared with those in the control group after intervention (P＜0. 05). Higher level of Cardiac output (C0) and Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(LVEF) and lower level of Left Ventricular End Diastolic Volume (LVEDV) and Left Ventricular End Systolic Volume(LVESV) were reported in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Application of health education on cardiac rehabilitation and home-based resistance training could improve the physical function, motor ability, cardiac function and quality of life in CHD patients. Spent nuclear fuel reprocessing is the key step of the nuclear fuel cycle. It also restricts the sustainable development of nuclear power. With the help of external neutron source in an accelerator driven advanced nuclear energy system(ADANES), spent nuclear fuel reprocessing only needs to remove some volatile fission products and neutron poisons, such as rare elements. Moreover, it is not necessary to separate the long-lived minor actinides Np, Am and Cm finely. These minor actinides can be refabricated as new nuclear fuels together with uranium dioxide for burn, transmutation, breeding, and power production in the accelerator driven advanced nuclear energy system. Based on this, our group proposed a technical route for spent nuclear fuel reprocessing and regeneration of accelerator driven advanced nuclear energy system, including high-temperature oxidation pulverization and volatilization, selective dissolution separation, and fuel regeneration. The recent research of our group is summarized, which has a great significance for implementation of accelerator driven advanced nuclear energy system.

ObjectiveTo determine the drug resistance， main virulence genes and molecular typing of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from multiple sources in Fengxian District， Shanghai.MethodsA total of 210 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated in Fengxian District， Shanghai， from 2018 to 2020. Then drug susceptibility tests of 17 antibiotics， virulence gene detection of thermolabilehemolysin （tlh）， thermostable direct hemolysin （tdh） and thermostable direct hemolysin-relatedhemolysin （trh）， and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis （PFGE） were conducted.ResultsA total of 147 drug-resistant strains were detected， with the drug resistance of 70.00%. Among them， 126 strains were resistant to single antibiotic， mainly resistant to CFZ； 15 strains were resistant to two antibiotics， mainly resistant to CFZ and AMP； and 6 strains of MDR， mainly resistant to AMP， SXT， CFZ， CTX， CAZ and FEP.
