Objective To study the effect of squatting toilet behavior on gastric transport time (GTT) and complete examination rate of small bowel (CER) during capsule endoscopy. Methods A total of 122 patients who underwent capsule endoscopy at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January to December 2019 were recruited and randomly divided into test group (n=63) and control group (n=59). The patients of the test group were asked to take squatting posture for toileting after swallowing the capsule, while those of the control group were asked to take sitting in defecation if needed. GTT, small bowel transit time (SBTT), CER and diagnostic yield (DY) were compared between the 2 groups. Results There were no significant differences in gender, age and conditions during hospitalization between the test group and the control group. The test group obtained obviously higher CER (92.06% vs 79.66%, P=0.048) and shorter GTT (26.7 vs 45.6 min, P=0.027) when compared with the control group. No statistical differences were seen in SBTT and DY between the 2 groups. Conclusion Squatting posture for toileting of patients accepted capsule endoscopy can reduce the transit time of capsules in the stomach and increase the CER.

Objective To investigate the application effect of narrative medicine in the ideological and political education of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing courses. Methods Totally120 nursing students from two classes in a certain university of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into the two groups by cluster grouping method. The course assessment score, narrative nursing knowledge-attitude-behavior questionnaire and Jefferson Scales of Empathy (JSE) were used to evaluate the teaching effect. Results The final exam scores for the study group and control groups were (87. 65±8. 42) points and (79. 34±4. 23) points, respectively, and with a significant difference (P＜0. 01). The narrative nursing knowledge-attitude-behavior scores for the study group and control groups were (98. 54±4. 73) points and (80. 23±4. 51) points, respectively, with a significant difference (P＜0. 01). The JSE scores for the study group and control groups after training were (118. 27±8. 13) points and (105. 47±6. 24) points, respectively, with a significant difference (P＜0. 01). Conclusion It is effective to improve the teaching effect and empathy level of nursing students by integrating narrative medicine into the ideological and political education of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing courses (目的 探讨叙事医学融入《中医护理学》课程思政教学中的应用效果。方法 2021年9月—12月, 选取两个班级120名护理专业学生为对象, 其中一个班级(n=60)设为对照组, 按照《中医护理学》教学大纲内容进行教学; 另一个班级(n=60)设为研究组, 将叙事医学融入《中医护理学》课程思政教学。对比两组课程总成绩、叙事护理知识-态度-行为问卷、Jefferson同理心测量量表(JSE)评分。结果 研究组学生课程总成绩为(87. 65±4. 23)分, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01); 研究组学生叙事护理知信行得分为(98. 54±4. 73)分, 高于对照组的(80. 23±4. 51)分, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。研究组学生JSE量表得分为(118. 27±6. 24)分、差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 将叙事医学融入中医护理学课程思政教学, 有助于提高教学效果, 提升护生共情水平。)

Liver transplantation, the only effective treatment for end stage liver disease, is characterized by complicated surgery, long surgery time, and high trauma. Patients may experience a variety of difficulties following surgery, including infection, abdominal bleeding and rejection, all of which directly affect the quality of rehabilitation. Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), a novel perioperative management strategy, can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients and has been extensively implemented in various fields of surgery. However, there are no scientific and universal ERAS protocols in the fields of liver transplantation in China. The first Consensus Recommendations of Enhanced Recovery for Liver Transplantation was issued by the International Liver Transplantation Society in December 2022, offering recommendations about ERAS strategies for liver transplantation recipients who receive deceased and living organ donations, and for living donors of liver transplantation. This paper provides a detailed interpretation of the key points to offer a practical reference for domestic liver transplantation perioperative ERAS management.

Influenced by the new crown epidemic, online teaching has entered the public’s view, and exploring the hybrid teaching between online and offline has become the hot content of university Chemistry course practice nowadays. This paper systematically studies the willingness of participants, influencing factors, support systems, and the evaluation of the effects of the knowledge interaction in the university Chemistry SPOC hybrid teaching mode. The teaching effect evaluation index system of the new mode is constructed using the AHP method of covariance correction. Taking part of the textbook of the university Chemistry course as an example of course design, a two-month teaching practice is carried out in the Chemistry major of X university through the 12xue platform to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the SPOC online and off-line blended teaching mode in the teaching of university Chemistry. The experimental results show that the adoption of the SPOC blended teaching mode in university Chemistry teaching practice has a certain effect on improving students’ Chemistry performance, with a performance improvement of 43.95 percentage points. And it helps students improve their independent learning abilities. The exploration of this teaching method provides a new way for college Chemistry teachers to enhance their teaching methods.

The goal of this study is to explore whether deep learning based embedded models can provide a better visualization solution for large citation networks.

Objective To explore the risk factors associated with hepatic encephalopathy in patients with cirrhosis. Methods A total of 188 cirrhotic patients diagnosed with hepatic encephalopathy admitted in our hospital during June 2016 and June 2018 were enrolled and assigned into case group, another 188 cirrhotic patients without hepatic encephalopathy were subjected at a ratio of 1:1 and assigned into the control group. The risk factors for hepatic encephalopathy were analyzed based on the clinical data of the 2 groups of patients. Results Univariate analysis found that there were significant differences among cause of disease, history of hepatic encephalopathy, liver failure, high protein diet, peritonitis, sepsis, alkalosis, hypochloremia, hyponatremia, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, international normalized ratio, and model for end stage liver disease (MELD) score (P < 0.05). And multivariate analysis, alkalosis indicated that history of hepatic encephalopathy, high protein diet, alkalosis, and MELD score were independent risk factors for the hepatic encephalopathy, but prealbumin was a protective factor (P < 0.05). Conclusion Serious liver damage, history of hepatic encephalopathy, high protein diet, and alkalosis can increase the risk of hepatic encephalopathy in cirrhotic patients, and they should be evaluated and managed timely.

[Purpose/significance] Research on the contribution of the number of patent families to the value of patents can provide an important reference for patents strategy layout optimization and patent value evaluation. [Methods/process] Taking the new clean solar energy field as an example, we identified high-value and low-value patent data sets, and designed experiments on patent family size differences between high-value patents and low-value patents. Finally, then SPSS 22 was used to verify the model. [Results/conclusion] Empirical research have shown that the contribution of the number of patent families to the value of patents is not invariable. With the continuous expansion of the patent families, the proportion of patent families is no longer significant difference between high-value patents and low-value patents. At this time, the increase in the number of patent families has significantly reduced the contribution to patent value.

Objective To investigate the inhibition effect of paclitaxel combined with SAHA on the proliferation of human cervical cancer HeLa cells in vitro and related mechanism. Methods Human cervical cancer HeLa cells were treated with paclitaxel (10 nmol/L), SAHA (10 μmol/L), and paclitaxel (10 nmol/L)+SAHA (10 μmol/L) separately for 24h or 48h. The inhibitory rate of tumor cells was determined by MTT assay. Flow cytometry was used to detect HeLa cells apoptosis and cell cycles. Results MTT assay showed that the proliferation inhibitory rates of the combination group after 24h or 48h treatment were significantly higher than those of paclitaxel and SAHA groups, moreover, paclitaxel and SAHA had overlapping effects (Q=0.861, Q=1.25). SAHA combined with paclitaxel could significantly increase the apoptotic rate of HeLa cells than SAHA or paclitaxel alone. HeLa cells were randomly in G0/G1 phase after SAHA and paclitaxel treatment for 24h, which suggested that SAHA combined with paclitaxel could significantly inhibit DNA synthesis and replication during HeLa cell mitosis. Conclusion The combination of SAHA and paclitaxel could significantly induce cervical cancer HeLa cells apoptosis, inhibit cell proliferation, block cell cycle and enhance their anti-tumor ability.

Цель. Основной целью данной статьи является исследование культурных особенностей народного вышивания на северо-востоке Китая, исходя из территориальной принадлежности и специфики народных обычаев. Метод или методология проведения работы. Методологией исследования является историко-материалистических подход, а основным методом - историко-культурологический анализ. Результаты. На северо-востоке Китая проживает много национальных меньшинств, в ходе развития которых складывались национальные особенности мастерства вышивания. Эти работы по форме и художественному стилю, отражающие внутренний дух и общественные нормы, показывают разнообразие национальной культуры и занимают важное место в истории китайского вышивания. Для народного вышивания на северо-востоке Китая характерны различные виды, обширная и содержательно богатая тематика. Область применения результатов. Полученные результаты отражают основные черты народной вышивки Северо-Восточного Китая и могут быть использованы при разработке учебных курсов по культуре Китая.

Subaerial marine sedimentary basins in China have undergone three phases of important tectonic changes at the end of the Early Paleozoic, Late Paleozoic-Early Mesozoic and Late Cenozoic. These tectonic changes have exerted strong impacts on hydrocarbon generation, migration and accumulation as well as on the occurrence and distribution of hydrocarbon reservoirs. The Tarim Basin is a typical example of multiphase hydrocarbon accumulations in a marine basin of China. The Early Paleozoic tectonic framework laid a geological basis for the marine setting of hydrocarbon formation in the Tarim Basin, but most accumulations were destroyed later due to frequent tectonic movements so that only bitumen is left at present. In the Late Paleozoic, the Ordovician source rock located in the western Manjar Sag entered peak generation stage and hydrocarbons successively accumulated at its southern and northern uplifted positions. Tectonic compressional deformation developed in the Early Mesozoic and the subsequent uplift and denudation allowed hydrocarbons accumulated at this phase to suffer from bacterial degradation. In the Late Cenozoic, the superimposition of basinal margin reconstruction and terrestrial molasse formation accelerated the formation of secondary cracking of hydrocarbons to gases in the platform of the basin, the influx of deeper natural gases dissolved in crude oils accumulated early and a unique large-scale condensate pool was then formed. The three tectonic changes controlled not only the formation of the marine basin, the sedimentation and evolution of source rocks, and the formation of reservoirs, but also the accumulation process and alteration of hydrocarbons in the marine sedimentary basin.
