In order to investigate the effect of filling different masses of inorganic filler CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3(CZA) powder on the anticorrosive and mechanical properties of acrylic coatings, CZA powder samples were synthesized by drying and calcination using the co-precipitation method. The obtained CZA powder was fully dispersed in acrylic resin with commonly used dispersants, defoamers and other additives available in the market, and the acrylic anticorrosive coatings with different mass fractions were prepared on treated iron plates by the scraping method. Meanwhile, the XRD, SEM and EDS methods were used to analyze the physical phase of the CZA powder samples, and the mechanical property tests and electrochemical anticorrosion property tests were utilized to evaluate the characteristics of the coatings, such as adhesion, hardness, roughness, bending performance, wear resistance, tensile strength, elongation at break and anticorrosion performance. Results showed that the as-prepared CZA powders were solid solutions and showed a tetrahedral structure. After adding CZA powder, the hardness of the coating increased from HB to 1H, the bending properties were all 1T, wear resistance was improved, and adhesion was all grade 1. CZA increased the anticorrosive properties of the coatings compared to acrylic anticorrosive coatings without CZA addition, and the best anticorrosive properties of the coatings were obtained when the mass fraction of filler addition was 10%. Overall, the acrylic anticorrosive coating had certain anticorrosive properties and could effectively prevent the corrosion of corrosive media on the material, which presented certain application prospects in the field of anti-corrosion in the future.

In order to accurately measure the decay data of 94,95Sr, it is necessary to prepare 94,95Sr samples with high activity and high purity. To remove or reduce other radioactive isotopes of strontium in the fission product system, based on the analysis of the cumulative yield and half-life of each nuclide in the relevant decay chain, the separation mode of “Short-time irradiation and rapid separation” is adopted, and the chemical process for rapid separation of 94,95Sr is established by combining the rapid extraction of P204 extraction chromatography with the rapid purification of Sr-Spec extraction chromatography, a modular rapid chemical separation device is developed. The total operation time of the device is no more than 60 s, the chemical recovery rate is 40%, and the decontamination factor for the main interfering nuclides can reach more than 102, meeting the requirements of decay data measurement.

Post-PCI STEMI patients may suffer from reduced perfusion capacity and myocardial injury, and few existing studies have focused on the role of heart rate control management in the clinical impact of post-PCI. In this paper, we first selected post-PCI STEMI patients as an example, given specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, and conducted controlled experiments through heart rate stability testing with different heart rate control administration programs. Secondly, linear regression combined with the SCAD penalty function was utilized for the screening of clinical impact variables in post-PCI STEMI patients. Finally, the clinical response, TIMI flow classification and myocardial injury of STEMI patients after PCI were analyzed, and the clinical influencing factors of STEMI patients were fully explored by combining ROC curve with linear regression. The results showed that the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the MACE group was 95.65%, the significance test result of TIMI flow classification was 0.012, and myocardial injury indexes showed significant differences at 1% level after different stages of the beta-lactam dosing regimen. The predictive sensitivity in the MACE group was 95.29%, and its 95% confidence interval was 0.882~0.945. The number of high risks in the linear regression decreased almost 9-fold when the threshold of LogP was increased from 0 to 0.4. The management of heart rate control in post-PCI STEMI patients can be effectively achieved by different stages of the beta-lactam dosing regimen, and the negative impact on STEMI patients after PCI can be reduced.

Alkali residue was dissolved by the ammonium hydrogen fluoride method, in which the uranium content is determined to be (16.7±0.3)%(n=6) by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-AES). By means of XRD and SEM-EDS, the main uranium occurrence form of alkali residue was determined. It includes UO3, fluoride(CaF2, NaF, MgF2, UF4, etc), SiO2-P2O5-UO3, Cr2O3-Fe2O3 and other solid melts, and the forms of UO3 being wrapped by the above solid melts. Using TBP-HNO3 as complexing agent, the effects of various parameters were investigated on the lab-scale supercritical CO2 fluid extraction facility. The extraction parameters are optimized: the particle size is 0.250-0.420 mm, saturated Al(NO3)3 solution of w=25% alkali residue is used as salting agent, the mole ratio of TBP-HNO3/U is ≥50, the extraction temperature is 50 ℃ and the pressure is 20 MPa. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of uranium in the alkali residue reaches as high as 98.5% within 2 h. This work provides a new method for the recovery of uranium in alkali residue.

Retiform hemangioendothelioma (RH) is a type of low-grade malignant angiosarcoma. It commonly involves the skin and subcutaneous tissue of the lower extremities, but a few cases have been reported in the gut. However, hepatic RH has not been previously reported. This report presents the case of RH of the liver in a 61-year-old woman who was admitted to the hospital having presented with liver space–occupying lesions of 2 months evolution. The patient underwent an abdominal ultrasound examination, which indicated a hemangioma, but abdominal computed tomography diagnosed a liver abscess. In order to determine the nature of the lesion, an ultrasound-guided liver biopsy was performed, after which a pathological diagnosis confirmed the presence of RH in the liver. The patient underwent ultrasound-guided microwave ablation three times and has been followed up for 8 years with no tumor recurrence or metastasis. Surgical excision is still the first choice for the treatment of hepatic RH. As shown in this case, however, for patients who refuse to undergo surgery or have surgical contraindications, ultrasound-guided microwave ablation is an alternative treatment option. The report of this case expands the scope of liver tumors to a certain extent and provides a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

The three macronutrients of lipid, protein and carbohydrate are closely related to human health, and their supply is basically sufficient. However, with the increasing number of patients suffered from hyperlipidemia, obesity, etc., as well as the deepening of the aging process, traditional nutrients can not fulfill the nutritional needs of these people anymore. Therefore, nutritional, processing and organoleptic properties of these three major nutrients need to be enhanced by the deep-processing. Nowadays, the recombinant protein and carbohydrate industries have made great progress in China, but the recombinant lipid industry is just in its infancy. Hence, this paper briefly introduced the status, development opportunities and challenges of domestic structure lipid industry，and expounded the underlying efficacy mechanisms of several main structure lipids. The latest research progress on the health effects and preparation technology of structure lipid were also presented. In addition, in view of the existing problems, future development advices are proposed from the perspectives of theoretical breakthrough, technological innovation, and industrial upgrading, aiming to provide valuable references for the development of domestic structure industry.

Plant color was an important landscape of the urban green space, and quantitative analysis of its characteristics could provide a basis for plant color configuration. The leaf color attributes of 80 colored-leaf plants were studied and the Scenic Beauty Estimates (SBE) was used to evaluate their beauty. The data of leaves color were obtained by MATLAB software and scanner under the hue–saturation–brightness (HSB) system and then were further analyzed to determine the relationship between the SBE and color attributes (HSB). Results showed that the leaf colors of 80 plants contained 13 hues in total, which belonged to six color systems. The species contained in different color systems, from most to least, were yellow–green series (27 species) > orange series (19 species) > red series (18 species) > yellow series (10 species) > blue-green (four species) > purple (two species). There were fewer blue and purple series species. The brightness and saturation of color were mainly distributed in the middle (26–50%), middle and high (51–75%) stages, and those of the yellow–green system belonged to the medium and high stages and were significantly higher than other color systems. There is a significant positive correlation between the brightness and saturation of color and the value of SBE, and an SBE evaluation model was established based on the color attributes. The results are helpful to select plants with higher beauty and create a rich plant color landscape.

As one of the most effective privacy protection mechanisms,differential privacy has been widely used in many fields.The existing histogram publishing methods for either static data set or dynamic data set mainly protect the privacy of sliding windows in data streams by adding unified noise.This leads to low data availability,high time complexity and weak privacy protection in their practical applications.In this paper,we tackle this problem by integrating the approximate counting techniques into the differential privacy and proposing an adaptive histogram publishing method for sliding window(APS).Firstly,the proposed APS predicates the distributional information of the sliding windows in the data stream by using an approximate counting method.Secondly,it computes an appropriate value suitable for publishing by checking the difference between estimated values and actual values.Finally,it reduces statistical errors within each interval by clustering.Theoretical analysis shows that the APS algorithm can effectively improve data availability and reduce running time while reducing the privacy budget.Experimental results on two different real data sets also verify the superiority of APS algorithm over existing grouping-based histogram publishing algorithms in terms of data availability and running time.

In the field of radiochemistry, separation of lanthanides and actinides has always been one of the research hotspots. In order to achieve the burnup analysis, the lanthanide and actinide elements in the solution need to be separated. High pressure liquid chromatography and other commonly used methods cannot meet the separation requirements due to small processing capacity. On the other hand, liquid-liquid extraction method has a higher handling capacity, but the separation efficiency is low. High-speed countercurrent chromatography(HSCCC) is a novel separation method that gets rid of solid support. Having been widely used in the separation of bioactive substances, it combines the advantages of liquid-liquid extraction and distribution chromatography. Its unique advantages have also attracted the attention of radiochemistry researchers. In this paper, the basic structure, principle and characteristics of high-speed countercurrent chromatography(HSCCC) are introduced, the research progress in the separation of lanthanide and actinide elements is reviewed, and its application in radiochemistry is prospected.

Based on the establishment of peridynamic nonlocal porous media seepage model, several kernel functions reflecting the degree of nonlocal effect are introduced to improve the calculation accuracy, and the peridynamic permeability coefficients corresponding to different kernel functions are derived. In the two-dimensional seepage model, the Weibull-distributed permeability coefficient model and the fracture network seepage model are established to realize the heterogeneous seepage in porous media matrix and fracture, respectively, which make up for the shortage of classical peridynamic model that cannot well simulate the heterogeneous seepage in porous media such as rock and soil. Different kernel function models are tested in simulating one-dimensional seepage problems, and the influence of kernel functions on simulation results is analyzed. The results show that the improved model can well converge to the theoretical solution, and the polynomial kernel function has the highest convergence accuracy relative to other kernel functions. Then, the polynomial kernel function is introduced into the two-dimensional model, and the corresponding two-dimensional permeability coefficient is derived. The proposed heterogeneous seepage model is employed in the simulation of two-dimensional seepage in porous media with and without fracture, and the simulation results show that the proposed model can well simulate the heterogeneous seepage process in rock materials, proposing a wide application prospect in porous media seepage simulation.

The tower-type sprayer produces swirling and irregular vertical airstream. The complex swirling results in airflow asymmetry between sides of the sprayer, and the vertical air velocity profile can be unpredictable when the rotational speed of the fan changes. The spray deposition is directly linked to the airflow pattern obtained from the sprayers. In order to study airflow field of this type of air-assisted sprayer, a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) model for the tower-type sprayer was developed. A boundary condition setting method of UDF (User-Defined Function) sectional 3D air velocity was proposed. And the influences of turbulence models and the size of computational domain on CFD airflow simulation were studied. Using Fluent software, three different CFD models were established. The Model 1 took the average air velocity of 11 regions as the velocity inlet. The Model 2 used UDF segmented three-dimension air velocity line as the boundary condition. In order to further study the influence of the computational domain size on simulation, the Model 3 with a smaller computational domain was established. The turbulence model based on reynolds-averaged navier-stokes (RANS) control equation was used to calculate the airflow field in all models. In order to verify the reliability of the model, a three-dimensional measurement system of airflow field was designed, which was used for accurate and fast velocity measurement. The results showed that the Standard k-ε turbulence model, Realizable k-ε turbulence model, BSL k-w turbulence model, SST k-w turbulence model were suitable, and the Standard k-ε turbulence model was the best one. The CFD boundary condition setting method of UDF sectional three-dimension air velocity could improve the accuracy of simulation, and reduce the calculation complexity. With the same settings of other parameters, the performance of the CFD model with larger scale calculation domain was slightly better than that with smaller computational domain. The size of computational domain should be set to the appropriate extent, considering the calculation capacity and practical requirements of modelling. The research results could provide an important reference for CFD modeling of spray airflow field.

To solve the problem of carbon emission and high energy consumption of traditional binder, the coal-bearing metakaolin (CMK) geopolymer was used to stabilize sludge. The unconfined compressive strength (UCS) test was conducted to determine the proportion of alkali activator firstly. On this basis, the effects of alkali-precursor ratio, precursor content, NaOH molarity, curing time, curing temperature and slag content on the mechanical properties of stabilized sludge were investigated. Finally, the SEM and XRD tests were conducted to analyse the microstructure of stabilized sludge. The results showed that the UCS of stabilized sludge first increased and then decreased with increasing Na2SiO3:NaOH ratio and the rational proportion of alkali activator of geopolymer was Na2SiO3:NaOH=75:25. The UCS increased as the alkali-precursor ratio, precursor content and NaOH molarity increased. As the curing time, curing temperature and slag content increased, the UCS of stabilized sludge improved more obviously. The microstructural analysis showed that no new minerals were formed in geopolymer stabilized sludge. With the increase of alkali-precursor ratio, precursor content, NaOH molarity, curing time, curing temperature and slag content, the amount of amorphous N-A-S-H and C-(A)-S-H gels increased, which made the soil structure denser through bonding and filling effects, thus increasing the strength of stabilized sludge.

Potassium diformate (KDF) is a novel substitute for antibiotics, which is not widely used in livestock production. The P-type molecular sieve (Zeolite P) was prepared by hydrothermal method with loading KDF and dispersed in the carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) solution. The dispersed CMC mixed solution was added dropwise to the FeCl3 solution for cross-linking. Chitosan-carboxymethyl cellulose-Zeolite P-potassium diformate pH-sensitive hydrogel antibacterial microspheres were prepared by coacervation method. FT-IR, TGA and SEM results show that CS and CMC form the structurally stable polyelectrolyte complex through ionic bonds, and Zeolite P is included in the CMC matrix. The difference in swelling study indicates that the hydrogel microspheres have high pH-sensitivity and can be applied for sustained-release under different pH value. The slow-release kinetics study shows that antimicrobial microspheres have a certain sustained-release effect on KDF. The first-order kinetic model and the Higuchi model fits well with release data. In vitro antibacterial experiments, the antibacterial microspheres display significant antibacterial property against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the concentration of the antibacterial solution at 24 mg/mL and 48 mg/mL. Antibacterial microspheres can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, and the antimicrobial microsphere model provides a theoretical basis for the use of KDF.

In order to improve the efficiency and safety of epidemic prevention and disinfection operations for livestock and poultry breeding, the disinfection robot system and the automatic disinfecting mode were researched in this study. The robot system is composed of four components, namely the automatic bearing vehicle, the disinfection spraying unit, the environmental monitoring sensors, and the controller. The robot supports two working modes: fully automatic mode and remote control mode. Aiming at the low-light and low-stress condition in the livestock and poultry houses, the method for detecting navigation path based on "Magnet-RFID" marks in the ground was proposed to realize the robot's automatic moving between the cages. In view of the large-flow and long-range requirements of the disinfectant's spraying, the air-assisted nozzle was designed, which could atomize and disperse the liquid independently. Based on the CFD simulation of airflow in the nozzle, the nozzle's parts structural parameters were optimized, as the angle of the cone-shaped guide pad and the inclination angle of the grid respectively determined as 75°and 90°. Finally, the robot's performance was tested in a poultry house in Beijing. The results showed that, the robot's mobile platform could automatically navigate at the speed of 0.1－0.5 m/s, and the maximal deviation distance between the actual trajectory and the expected path was 50.8 mm. The air-assisted nozzle could realize the atomization and diffusion of the liquid medicine at the same time, and was suitable for spraying the liquid medicine with a flow rate of 200－400 mL/min. The diameter (DV.9) of the liquid droplets formed was 51.82－137.23 μL, and became larger as the flow rate of the liquid medicine increased. The deposition density of spray droplets formed by the nozzle was 116－149/cm2, and decreased as the spray distance increased. The size and density of the liquid droplets of the spray nozzle in different areas of the cage all met the index requirements for effectively killing adherent pathogenic microorganisms. The robot could be applied as an automatic sprayer for disinfectant and immune reagent in the livestock and poultry house.

Novel oral anticoagulants (NOVACs) as blood coagulation factor inhibitors have exhibited pivotal role in thromboembolic event and ischemic cardiovascular disease. Nevertheless, it's application in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients of stage 3-5 remains controversial. This paper reviewed currently recommended usage of NOACs in CKD patients of stage 3-5 in the evaluation of anticoagulation related nephropathy, clinical monitoring and assessment of NOACs.

Objective To investigate whether dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ could regulate the biological activities of proliferation, migration and apoptosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell line EC9706 through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. Methods EC9706 cells were cultured in medium containing 0, 10, and 30 μmol/L dihydrotanshinoneⅠ solution, and cell proliferation was examined with a cell counting kit-8, cell migration was checked with scratch test. Western blot was used to detect β-catenin, cyclin D1 and c-myc protein expression in cells. Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. Results DihydrotanshinoneⅠ effectively inhibited the proliferation and migration of EC9706 cells. DihydrotanshinoneⅠ down-regulated β-catenin, cyclin D1 and c-myc protein expression in cells (P＜0.05). DihydrotanshinoneⅠ promoted apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusions DihydrotanshinoneⅠ can inhibit proliferation and migration of EC9706 cells and promote the cells apoptosis.

Melatonin is a neuroendocrine hormone secreted mainly by the pineal gland, which plays pivotal role in circadian rhythm and inhibiting fat ectopic deposition. Nevertheless,The effect of melatonin on circadian rhythm and lipid metabolis have not been fully elucidated.

Considering at the robotic management for tomato plants in the greenhouse, it is necessary to identify the stem, leaf and fruit with the similar color from the broad-band visible image. In order to highlight the difference between the target and background, and improve the identification efficiency, the multiple narrow-band image fusion method for identifying the tomato’s three similar-colored organs, including stem, leaf, and green fruit, was proposed, based on the spectral features of these organs. According to the 300-1000 nm spectral data of three organs, the regularized logistic regression model with Lasso for distinguishing their spectral characteristic was built. Based on the sparse solution of the model’s weight coefficients, the wavelengths 450, 600 and 900 nm with the maximum coefficients were determined as the optimal imaging band. The multi-spectral image capturing system was designed, which could output three images of optimal bands from the same view-field. The relationship between the organs’ image gray and their spectral feature was analyzed, and the optimal images could accurately show the organs’ reflection character at the various band. In order to obtain more significant distinctions, the weighted-fusion method based NSGA-II was proposed, which was supposed to combine the organ’s difference in the optimal band image. The algorithm’s objective function was defined to maximize the target-background difference and minimize the background-background difference. The coefficients obtained were adopted as the linear fusion factors for the optimal band images.Finally, the fusion method was evaluated based on intuitional and quantitative indexes, respectively considering the one among stem, leaf and green fruit as target, and the other two as the backgrounds. As the result showed, compared with the single optimal band image, the fused image greatly intensified the difference between the similar-colored target and background, and restrained the difference among the background. Specifically, the sum of absolute difference (SAD) was used to describe the grey value difference between the various organs, and the fusion result images’ SAD between the target and the background raised to 2.02, 8.63 and 7.89 times than the single band images. The Otsu automatic segmentation algorithm could respectively obtain the recognition accuracy of 71.14%, 60.32% and 98.32% for identifying the stem, leaf and fruit on the fusion result image. The research was supposed as a reference for the identification on similar-colored plant organs under agricultural condition.

Structure and acidity changes of the acid sites in ultra-stable Y zeolites of different cell sizes during the hydrothermal aging process were studied by solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) combined with molecular probes. The experimental results demonstrated that, during the initial stage of hydrothermal aging, parts of the framework aluminum species were removed from the framework and formed five-coordinate extra-framework aluminum species. In the meanwhile, the five-coordinate extra-framework aluminum species migrated to the surface and formed poly-aluminum species, resulting in decreases of both Brønsted acid sites and Lewis acid sites. The acidity of ultra-stable Y zeolites changed considerably during the first 3 h of the aging process, and the change of Brønsted acid content was proportional to the unit cell dimension of the fresh zeolites agent. With the increase of aging time, the aluminum distribution tended to become stable, with little further changes in the amounts of Brønsted acid and Lewis acid sites. The synergy between Brønsted/Lewis acids in the ultra-stable Y zeolites existed during the entire aging process, resulting in a stably enhanced acidity for the Brønsted acid sites.

The results of this study could serve as a reference for the development of policies on prescriptive authority for midwives.

As a new variety of Jatropha curcas L., Jatropha curcas var. nigroviensrugosus has high development and utilization values because of its high flowering and fruiting rates and yield. In this study, the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of J. nigroviensrugosus was assembled using Illumina sequencing data. Results revealed that its cp genome is 170,811 bp in length and has 106 unique genes, including 76 protein-coding genes, 26 tRNA genes and 4 rRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that J. nigroviensrugosus was closely related to J. curcas.

As nursing becomes a first-level discipline, the central focus of the development process of nursing science is the independent exploration of the future path of nursing care. Although many countries have made efforts to develop nursing as an independent discipline, no remarkable advancement has been achieved due to the incorrect understanding of the relationship between nursing and medicine and the improper comprehension of other factors involved in the process of nursing reform. Teaching and practicing nursing also face many problems. Based on our understanding of the relationship between nursing and medicine and through a careful analysis of the existing problems in the current nursing discipline, this paper provides some insights into the future directions of nursing development by exploring the independently developing nursing discipline in foreign countries.

It uses advanced data mining techniques, digital publishing technologies, and new media concepts to comprehensively integrate and deepen nursing knowledge and to aggregate sources of knowledge in specialized technical fields. This study applies all forms of media and transmission channels, such as personal computers and mobile devices, to establish a knowledge-transmission system that provides knowledge services such as knowledge search, update retrieval, evaluation, questions and answers (Q&As), online viewing, information subscription, expert services, push notifications, review forums, and online learning. In doing so, this study creates an authoritative and foundational knowledge service engine for the nursing field, which provides convenient, flexible, and comprehensive knowledge services to members of the nursing industry in a digital format.

The gall midge of Aphidoletes aphidimyza is ubiquitous, which larva is an effective predator of aphids and entomophagous arthropods used for aphids control. The complete mitogenome of A. aphidimyza was 14,982 bp in length, with 37 typical genes, including 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNA genes (tRNAs), two rRNA genes (rRNAs). The gene order was consistent with those of known Cecidomyiidae species. All PCGs started with ATN and stopped with TAA. The nucleotide composition was highly A + T biased, accounting for ∼85% of the whole mitogenome. Phylogenetic results show that A. aphidimyza was clustered into the family Cecidomyiidae, which is sister to Cecidomyiidae sp. (MF410944).

Gymnocladus chinensis Baill (Fam.: Leguminosae; Trib.: Caesalpinieae) are widely distributed in China. In this study, we assembled the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of G. chinensis. The total cp genome size was 165,315 bp in length, containing a large single-copy region of 92,356 bp, a small single-copy region of 20,449bp, and a pair of inverted repeat regions of 26,255 bp. The all GC content of G. chinensis cp was 34.95%. It encodes a total of 105 unique genes, including 75 protein-coding genes, 26 tRNA genes, and four rRNA genes. Seventeen genes contain a single intron, and two genes (ycf3 and clpP) have two introns. Phylogenetic analysis results strongly supported that G. chinensis was closely related to Angylocalyx braunii.

Window-to-Wall Ratio(WWR) is a crucial building envelope element that decides the air conditioning and lighting energy consumption in the building. Controlling WWR within a reasonable range is of great significance to building energy conservation. Due to the importance of WWR’s selection in Revit modeling, an automatic compliance check software in Revit Modeling is developed to ensure the WWR of Revit model within a reasonable range. The range is given in Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings (GB50189-2015,China). Based on the value range, the enumeration-based WWR compliance inspection software was developed in C# language and integrated into Revit to achieve compliance check on Revit model. Software testing was conducted for a certain office building in Shanghai, China. And Ecotect was used to analyze the thermal environment of unchecked model and checked model, respectively. The result shows that this software can automatically obtain the WWR of each facade of the current model, and determine whether it meets the range of the building location. When a facade does not meet the specification, it can be quickly and automatically adjusted to the appropriate range within the scope. By comparing the Ecotect thermal environment analysis results of unchecked and checked model, it is found that the heating and cooling loads are reduced after the model is checked with intelligent algorithms.

Inverse opal zirconia is useful in many ways because of their ability to combine several chemical and physical properties. In this research, polystyrene template was fabricated by self-assembly method and inverse opal zirconia was prepared by colloidal crystal-templating method. The process of preparation of inverse opal zirconia as well as effects on morphology and phase of as-prepared inverse opal zirconia were studied. The results showed precursor ratio of zirconium acetate and methanol, mass ratio of polystyrene templates and precursor and dipping times had remarkable influence on morphology of inverse opal zirconia. When the precursor ratio was 1:1; the mass ratio was 1:15 and dipped once, much better morphology of inverse opal zirconia was obtained. The mass ratio, sintering temperature and holding time had significant effect on crystallization of zirconia. Pure phase zirconia could be obtained when sintered at 600 oC, holding time was 2h and the mass ratio was 1:1. A distinguished single stop band in the visible region of the spectrum and unique structural color were observed in inverse opal zirconia, which will make this material promising candidate for novel pigment.

Pinus Yunnanensis var. pygmaea (Fam: pinaceae; Gen: Pinus), is a mutant of Pinus yunnanensis. Franch. To contribute to its conservation, the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of P. yunnanensis var. Pygmaea was sequenced and assembled by high-throughput sequencing technology. The results show that P. yunnanensis var. pygmaea cp genome contained 101 genes, including 64 protein-coding genes, 33 tRNA genes, and four rRNA genes. The overall GC content of the cp genome is 38.50%. A phylogenetic tree reconstructed by 16 cp genomes reveals that P. yunnanensis var. pygmaea is most related with Pinus taiwanensis.

Trachycarpus fortunei (Hook.) H. Wendl. (Fam.: Palmae; Gen.: Trachycarpus) is an evergreen tree that is widely distributed in China. In this study, T. fortunei complete chloroplast (cp) genome was assembled. The total cp genome size of T. fortunei was 158,613 bp in length, containing a large single-copy region of 86,422 bp, a small single-copy region of 17,847 bp, and a pair of inverted repeat regions of 27,172 bp. The overall GC-content of T. fortunei cp genome was 37.21%. It encodes a total of 109 unique genes, including 79 protein-coding genes, 26 tRNA genes, four rRNA genes. Twelve genes contain a single intron and 11 genes have two introns. Phylogenetic analysis results reveal that T. fortunei was closely related to Chamaerops humilis.

Tillering is an important agronomic trait which has a direct impact on plant type and grain yield. Strigolactones are a class of important phytohormones regulating rice tillering. ATMAX1 is an important gene involved in strigolactone biosynthesis through encoding the protein P450 in Arabidopsis. Based on sequence BLASTp, we identified five homologous genes of ATMAX1 in rice, i.e., OsMAX1a, OsMAX1b, OsMAX1c, OsMAX1d and OsMAX1e. Among them, OsMAX1a and OsMAX1e showed stable and high expression in rice tissues. In addition, we observed that OsMAX1a and OsMAX1e can rescue the branched phenotype and the influences caused by MAX1 mutation in Arabidopsis. Moreover, the expression of OsMAX1a and OsMAX1e can respond to phosphate deficiency and different phytohormones, especially GR24, a strigolactone analogue. Therefore, it is concluded that OsMAX1a and OsMAX1e are involved in the biosynthesis of strigolactones and regulated rice tillering.

Explore the 3R design strategy of straw woven living products from the perspective of green design. By analyzing the characteristics of traditional straw weaving technology, based on the principles of reduction, reuse and recyclability of 3R design, the green design strategy of straw woven living products is put forward, and the product development and life cycle are divided into design stage, use stage and abandoned stage, and the ideas of reduction, reuse and recycling and the implementation strategies of each link are put forward. Traditional straw weaving technology conforms to the idea of green design. The introduction of the 3R design strategy not only opens up the development path for the contemporary inheritance of traditional straw weaving technology, but also provides ideas for the realization of the green design of modern living products. The integration of straw weaving technology and 3R design will have important practical significance for cultural heritage, product development, resource conservation and environmental protection.
