This video series explores key Colorado River management issues with key managers across the basin. Video discussions in the table on the next page are presented in the order they were recorded. Topics include river ecosystems, California, Upper Basin, Tribal, and Federal perspectives, as well as future hydrology and climate. Each video runs for 60 to 90 minutes. Speakers start by describing how they got to the place they are professionally. There are prepared remarks and questions and answers from participants who attended at the time the video was recorded. Asynchronous discussion prompts for select videos are noted in the far right column of the table and appear below the table. This series was produced during April and early May 2020 as part of the courses CEE 6490 Integrated River Basins Watershed Planning and Management and WATS 6330/5330 Large River Management at Utah State University co-taught by David Rosenberg and Jack Schmidt. The video series was produced as an alternative to a multi-day field trip to Glen Canyon Dam and Lees Ferry and face-to-face meetings with stakeholders that was canceled because of university travel restrictions imposed on March 11, 2020. Les eaux pluviales sont une des sources de contamination diffuse des milieux aquatiques. Il s’agit de comprendre comment les acteurs de la gestion se représentent les enjeux associés aux (micro)polluants dans les eaux pluviales et à l’efficacité des techniques alternatives pour les gérer. Vingt-quatre entretiens ont été conduits dans le Grand Lyon. Les résultats montrent que la gestion des eaux pluviales est avant tout abordée de manière quantitative. Les techniques « alternatives » s’inscrivent dans de nouvelles façons de penser la ville par des acteurs urbains et scientifiques. Si les pollutions sont bien identifiées par les acteurs de la gestion, ils maîtrisent moins les micropollutions. La catégorie « techniques alternatives » recouvre dans les représentations des acteurs une réalité multiforme. Stormwater is a major source of nonpoint source pollutant contamination in aquatic environments. We aim at understanding how various stakeholders perceive and address the pollutant issues linked with stormwater and at analyzing what degree of efficiency they associate with alternative stormwater management facilities (centralized and decentralized). We interviewed 24 stakeholders involved in stormwater management in the metropolitan area of Lyon. The results show that stormwater management is primarily considered quantitatively. Alternative stormwater management make municipal actors and scientists think differently the city. If managers know quite well pollution, they struggle to define micropollutants. Stakeholders perceive alternative stormwater management facilities as a multifaceted reality.
