The article presents information on the worldwide enforcement of the international arbitration and the set of rules related to it. A focus is on the role of Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in defining frameworks for ensuring enforcement of arbitral awards. The national courts are being provided with the right to refuse enforcement of awards if it is contradicting the public policies defined by the European Union (EU) and European Court of Justice (ECJ).

This article focuses on the book "Peripheral Nerve Blocks, A Color Atlas," edited by Jacques E. Chelly. The resurgence of regional' anesthesia, particularly peripheral nerve blockade has led to increasing demand for a comprehensive regional atlas. the advent of increasing numbers of outpatient procedures has helped to popularize peripheral never demonstrated to be superior postoperative pain control and decreases narcotic administration. Chelly's text is concise, thorough, and provides an abundance of clinical tips and appropriate indications for peripheral nerve blockade.

In the event of a tragedy, a company should have separate crisis communications plans for the media, the families of any deceased, those who are injured and their families, and the workforce as a whole. We hope sharing our experience will help others plan for the crises that can occur in our industry. We all have operational plans for addressing the tragedies of others. What we learned at Southwest is that it's equally important to have crisis communications plans to address those tragedies that hit much closer to home.
