To investigate the value of CD64 in the early diagnosis of intracranial infection after craniocerebral surgery.93 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria after neurosurgery in Lianyungang First people 's Hospital and Lianyungang Second People 's Hospital were admitted and divided into experimental group with intracranial infection(n=32) and uninfected control group according to the results of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) culture (n=61). Performed relevant statistical analysis and draw ROC curve and calculated area under the curve (AUC).The sensitivity and specificity of the CD64, CRP and WBC counts were 84.38% and 86.89%, 78.13% and 75.41%, 75.00% and 67.21% respectively, the AUC were 0.912,0.858 and 0.851. the accuracy was the highest when the three diagnosis were combined, reaching 93.75%, the AUC could reach 0.948.Serum CD64, CRP and WBC count in the diagnosis of intracranial infection after cranio-cerebral surgery were significant. CD64 was more valuable than the others. the diagnostic efficiency could be improved when CD64, CRP and WBC count were combined.

An ultralow-index top layer is a prerequisite to preparing high-performance broadband AR coatings. When coupled with hydrophobicity and the abrasion-resistance required in practical applications, the challenge becomes even greater. In this work, a MgF2 AR coating was studied because of the low refractive index of MgF2 and its easily realized strong adhesion through low-temperature heat treatment. In order to obtain an ultralow refractive index and endow the coating with hydrophobicity, we designed several experimental routes and finally adopted MTES/TEOS co-precursors to direct MgF2 particles to form a honeycomb-like network structure without a template. A final refractive index of 1.15 and good hydrophobicity, with a water contact angle of 122°, were obtained using the MgF2–SiO2(CH3) coating. These superior properties were attributed to the incorporation of methyl groups, which not only endowed the coating with hydrophobicity, but also changed the original linear assembly of MgF2 particles to a circular assembly. Using this hydrophobic ultralow-index coating as a top layer, a high-performance double-layer AR coating was fabricated with a high average transmittance of 99.43% in the wavelength range of 400–1000 nm, good abrasion-resistance, and damp heat resistance after a low-temperature heat treatment of 250 °C. This MgF2 double-layer AR coating may be used in display devices or lenses.

The CO-releasing materials (CORMats) are used as substances for producing CO molecules for therapeutic purposes. Carbon monoxide (CO) imparts toxic effects to biological organisms at higher concentration. If this characteristic is utilized in a controlled manner, it can act as a cell-signaling agent for important pathological and pharmacokinetic functions; hence offering many new applications and treatments. Recently, research on therapeutic applications using the CO treatment has gained much attention due to its nontoxic nature, and its injection into the human body using several conjugate systems. Mainly, there are two types of CO insertion techniques into the human body, i.e., direct and indirect CO insertion. Indirect CO insertion offers an advantage of avoiding toxicity as compared to direct CO insertion. For the indirect CO inhalation method, developers are facing certain problems, such as its inability to achieve the specific cellular targets and how to control the dosage of CO. To address these issues, researchers have adopted alternative strategies regarded as CO-releasing molecules (CORMs). CO is covalently attached with metal carbonyl complexes (MCCs), which generate various CORMs such as CORM-1, CORM-2, CORM-3, ALF492, CORM-A1 and ALF186. When these molecules are inserted into the human body, CO is released from these compounds at a controlled rate under certain conditions or/and triggers. Such reactions are helpful in achieving cellular level targets with a controlled release of the CO amount. However on the other hand, CORMs also produce a metal residue (termed as i-CORMs) upon degradation that can initiate harmful toxic activity inside the body. To improve the performance of the CO precursor with the restricted development of i-CORMs, several new CORMats have been developed such as micellization, peptide, vitamins, MOFs, polymerization, nanoparticles, protein, metallodendrimer, nanosheet and nanodiamond, etc. In this review article, we shall describe modern ways of CO administration; focusing primarily on exclusive features of CORM’s tissue accumulations and their toxicities. This report also elaborates on the kinetic profile of the CO gas. The comprehension of developmental phases of CORMats shall be useful for exploring the ideal CO therapeutic drugs in the future of medical sciences.

A series of sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT) analogue surfactants [sodium dibutyl sulfosuccinate (DBSS), sodium dipentyl sulfosuccinate (DPSS), sodium dihexyl sulfosuccinate (DHSS), and sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate (DOSS)] were synthesized and characterized with 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The solubilities of surfactants in supercritical CO2 (scCO2) and supercritical 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (HFC-134a) fluids at a temperature range from (308 to 338) K and under pressures of (10 to 30) MPa were measured using a static method coupled with gravimetric analysis. The solubilities of these surfactants are much higher in HFC-134a fluid as compared with that in scCO2. The solubilities increased with increasing temperature and pressure for both scCO2 and HFC-134a fluids. The solubilities in scCO2 increased with increasing carbon atom number of surfactant, whereas they decreased with increasing carbon atom number of surfactant in HFC-134a. The critical external pressure stability calculation of stiffened penstock in the hydroelectric power station is very important work for penstock design. At present, different assumptions and boundary simplification are adopted by different calculation methods which sometimes cause huge differences too. In this paper, we present an immune based artificial neural network model via the model and stability theory of elastic ring, we study effects of some factors (such as pipe diameter, pipe wall thickness, sectional size of stiffening ring, and spacing between stiffening rings) on penstock critical external pressure during huge thin-wall procedure of penstock. The results reveal that the variation of diameter and wall thickness can lead to sharp variation of penstock external pressure bearing capacity and then give the change interval of it. This paper presents an optimizing design method to optimize sectional size and spacing of stiffening rings and to determine penstock bearing capacity coordinate with the bearing capacity of stiffening rings and penstock external pressure stability coordinate with its strength safety. As a practical example, the simulation results illustrate that the method presented in this paper is available and can efficiently overcome inherent defects of BP neural network.

Fast display of realistic cloud scene is a challenging task for researchers in computer graphics. This paper describes a method of simulating cloud based on Perlin noise. The concept of Perlin noise and the method of generating Perlin noise are introduced firstly. Then related functions in our algorithm are described in detail. Some results and correspondence parameters are given. Experiment results show that this method can be used to generate cloud image.

Fireworks simulation based on particle system is studied in this paper. Different patterns of firework are simulated by mathematical functions to control the trajectory of the explosion of fireworks. In addition, by adding the appropriate background and sound, we make the simulation of fireworks not only visually but also acoustically more realistic. Related methods about fireworks simulation are designed and implemented. Experiment results show that proposed method is feasible and effective. The model is simple and can meet real-time requirements. It can be easily integrated into virtual scene.

The realistic rendering of smoke scene is one of the most challenging tasks in computer graphics. Smoke simulation based on particle system is studied in this paper. In the real-time animation simulation of smoke model, we consider the impact of the wind on smoke particles. Different dense smokes are simulated by controlling the amounts of smoke particle. The realistic rendering of smoke scene is implemented by combining with texture mapping technology. Related methods about smoke simulation are designed. Experiment results show that proposed method is feasible and effective. The model is simple and can meet real-time requirements. It can be easily integrated into virtual scene.

The process of losing stability and breach for reinforcing ring steel penstock under external pressure is very complex and a lot of factors work on this process, so the research about this problem is very difficult. At present, various calculating methods of this problem have their limitations, sometimes even the results have great differences. In this paper, the problem is simulated by artificial neural network and simulated annealing. Test results show that the method is feasible and its validity is verified. This paper provides an efficient solving path for stability problem of reinforcing ring steel Penstock under external pressure.
