This research focuses on the development and implementation of a web-based system that integrates GPS and Internet of Things (IoT) technology to monitor the realtime location of Hajj participants. The system leverages GPS to track participant locations accurately, enhancing safety and optimizing participant mobility management. IoT devices are integrated into the system to collect data related to participants' locations and conditions, which are then transmitted to a secure server for seamless access through the web platform. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The findings demonstrate that the integration of GPS and IoT with a cloud-based platform significantly enhances the management of Hajj participants, providing a robust and scalable solution for real-time monitoring, efficient coordination, and improved safety. The proposed system contributes to advancing technological solutions in large-scale religious gatherings, offering practical implications for future applications in similar contexts. The study concluded that real-time location monitoring using GPS allows hajj organizers to track participants' locations accurately and quickly, thereby improving their safety and mobility management. The rapid progress of development in the Surabaya area, especially in areas crossed by the Waru segmentation fault, Wiyung District, and Lakarsantri, is marked by the number of residential developments and tall buildings which will certainly contribute to the value of natural disaster vulnerability, earthquakes. So, to reduce the risk value of loss to casualties and material losses from potential earthquakes, further mitigation is needed. The aim of this study is to determine the dominant factors for building vulnerability and earthquake natural disaster mitigation in the Waru segmentation fault area. One of the analytical methods used is the Importance Index (IMPI) method, this analysis method is carried out to determine the most dominant risk level from existing risks and bowtie analysis is used to manage, reduce and mitigate the most dominant risks. Based on the results of research and risk assessment, the most dominant risk level variable for building vulnerability due to Waru segmentation faults is variable 2 c (finishing with heavy loads such as concrete or precast panels that are not firmly attached to the structure) with an IMPI value of 83.13 %. The presence of bamboo fiber has been distributed to improve the structural integrity of construction. It has been used to resist impact loads and reduce crack widths in composite materials. This can be utilized for reinforcement in construction, particularly in mortar elements. Bamboo fiber has been used to resist impact loads and reduce crack widths in composite materials. By combining good treatment with alkaline NaOH, the quality of the fiber used as a mortar mix will increase and the capacity to absorb impact energy will be greater. In this study there were 2 stages, the first stage was to look at the effect of the effective length of bamboo fiber and alkaline molarity. The effect of treatment using alkaline is to reduce the lignin and hemicellulose substances which reduce the bond in the mortar mixture. The optimal value for the Pull-out test, which involved manipulating the molarity of NaOH as a treatment and the effective length of bamboo fiber, was determined to be 2.5 cm of embedded fiber or a total length of 5 cm when 4 molar NaOH was utilized. All fiber bamboo-composite bars had a cross section of average at 1Ã--1 mm. And the second stage tested Charpy for impact load resistance in mortar with the optimum effective fiber length while varying the alkaline molarity. The objective of the Charpy impact test was to determine the optimal quantity of bamboo fiber to be incorporated into mortar when subjected to impact loads. standard Charpy impact test specimen is 55Ã--10Ã--10 mm in dimension. Experimental data show that the effective length and treatment of bamboo fiber affected the bond strength with mortar. A proportional relationship was observed between the addition of fiber to the mortar and an increase in compressive strength. The research findings indicate that the lowest modulus of toughness is 0.329 MPa, or equivalent compressive strength at 15.583 MPa, while employing 3.25 % bamboo fiber in mortar with a fiber length of 5 cm and a 12 % alkaline treatment.
