A poll of investment managers shows that 60 percent of them are bullish or very bullish about the stock market's prospects through mid 2010. The managers are more enamored of overseas markets than U.S. stocks these days and they believe that the technology, energy, and health care sectors will outperform in the next six months from November 2009.
