Coronary heart disease is a chronic and lifelong disease， which places a dual burden on the physiological and psychological well-being of patients， and can easily lead to psychological distress and affect their prognosis and quality of life. This article provides a systematic review， in which the current status， evaluation tools， influencing factors and intervention methods of psychological distress in patients with coronary heart disease are explored， aiming to provide key information beneficial for identifying and preventing psychological distress， and to improve the overall management and treatment effectiveness of coronary heart disease patients. In this paper， 18 articles were included， and the demographic， physiological， psychological and social factors affecting the psychological distress of patients with coronary heart disease were systematically analyzed， thus to provide a deeper understanding of psychological distress and offering references for formulating targeted intervention strategies.

Drug resistance remains a significant barrier to effective cancer therapy. Cancer cells evade treatment by reprogramming their metabolism, switching from glycolysis to oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), and relying on alternative carbon sources such as glutamine. These adaptations not only enable tumor survival but also contribute to immune evasion through mechanisms such as reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and the upregulation of immune checkpoint molecules like PD-L1. This review explores the potential of targeting metabolic weaknesses in drug-resistant cancers to enhance therapeutic efficacy. Key metabolic pathways involved in resistance, including glycolysis, glutamine metabolism, and the kynurenine pathway, are discussed. The combination of metabolic inhibitors with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), particularly anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapies, represents a promising approach to overcoming both metabolic and immune evasion mechanisms. Clinical trials combining metabolic and immune therapies have shown early promise, but further research is needed to optimize treatment combinations and identify biomarkers for patient selection. In conclusion, targeting cancer metabolism in combination with immune checkpoint blockade offers a novel approach to overcoming drug resistance, providing a potential pathway to improved outcomes in cancer therapy. Understanding tumor–host immune interactions and the mechanisms of lung cancer response to immunotherapy is crucial. Current preclinical models used to study this often fall short of capturing the complexities of human lung cancer and lead to inconclusive results. To bridge the gap, we introduce two new murine monoclonal lung cancer cell lines for use in immunocompetent orthotopic models. We demonstrate how our cell lines exhibit immunohistochemical protein expression (TTF-1, NapA, PD-L1) and common driver mutations (KRAS, p53, and p110α) seen in human lung adenocarcinoma patients, and how our orthotopic models respond to combination immunotherapy in vivo in a way that closely mirrors current clinical outcomes. These new lung adenocarcinoma cell lines provide an invaluable, clinically relevant platform for investigating the intricate dynamics between tumor and the immune system, and thus potentially contributes to a deeper understanding of immunotherapeutic approaches to lung cancer treatment. To improve the strength of the metal while maintaining good plasticity, helical fibers are added to the metal matrix. How to form helical fiber and control its parameters in the preparation process are urgent problems to be solved in the study of helical fiber-reinforced metal matrix composites. In this paper, the continuous casting process of helical fiber-reinforced metal matrix composites was proposed. To reduce the difficulty of the experiment, the formation process of helical fiber on metal matrix and the relationship between the continuous casting process parameters and helical shape fiber parameters were studied by preparing helical carbon fiber-reinforced lead matrix composites with a low-melting-point metal matrix. The results show that this process can produce helical fiber-reinforced metal matrix composite stably and continuously, and the helical shape parameters of the composite can be controlled by changing the process parameters of continuous casting. To further improve the practical application of this process, helical carbon fiber-reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared. The test result in terms of mechanical property shows that the tensile strength and elongation of the composite were improved. This indicates that the reinforced phase of the helical structure of the metal matrix composite has higher strength and toughness compared with the matrix metal. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The effect of ferrovanadium inoculation on the microstructure and properties of high speed steel (HSS) used for rolls was studied. The results showed that the as-cast eutectic carbide network tends to be broken after ferrovanadium inoculation, and the carbides are changed to rod-like or nodular shape. After heat treatment, the carbides in the inoculated HSS are spheroidized and distributed more uniformly in the matrix. The impact toughness of high speed steel with ferrovanadium inoculation is obviously improved. The action mechanism of ferrovanadium inoculation on the microstructure of the alloy is also discussed.
