曝气器是污水处理好氧池工段的核心设备之一，其通过控制好氧池溶解氧的浓度，使好氧微生物高效分解污水中的有机物，达到净水的目的。通过分析常见曝气器的特点及曝气器安装方式的优缺点，并结合油脂加工行业污水具有高含油、高化学需氧量的特点，选择安装方式为池面悬挂可提升式，曝气器为硅橡胶管式微孔曝气器的组合即可提式微孔曝气器作为油脂加工企业污水处理曝气器，将其应用于某粮油加工企业污水曝气系统的升级改造中，具有污水处理效果稳定、运行成本降低、设备故障率较低、维修便捷、曝气效率高等优势。可提式微孔曝气器在油脂加工行业污水处理工艺中具有较大的应用优势。Aerator is one of the core equipment of the aerobic tank section of sewage treatment, which controls the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the aerobic tank to ensure that the aerobic microorganisms efficiently decompose the organic matter in the sewage to achieve the purpose of water purification. By analyzing the characteristics of the common aerator and the advantages and disadvantages of the aerator installation methods, and combined with the high oil content, high chemical oxygen demand characteristics in sewage of oil processing industry, lifting microporous aerator with the combination of pool surface suspension liftable installation and silicone rubber tubular microporous aerator was chosen as a sewage treatment aerator in oil processing enterprises. There were some advantages such as stable sewage treatment effect, low operating costs, low equipment failure rate, convenient maintenance, high aeration efficiency and so on when the lifting microporous aerator was used in the upgrade and transformation of sewage aeration system in a grain and oil processing enterprise. The lifting microporous aerator has significant application advantages in the sewage treatment process of oil processing industry.

Accurate estimation of surface evapotranspiration (ET) in the Heihe River Basin using remote sensing data is crucial for understanding water dynamics in arid regions. In this paper, by coupling physical constraints and machine learning for hybrid modeling, we develop a hybrid model based on surface conductance optimization. A hybrid modeling algorithm, two physical process-based ET algorithms (Penman–Monteith-based and Priestley–Taylor-based ET algorithms), and three pure machine learning algorithms (Random Forest, Extreme Gradient Boosting, and K Nearest Neighbors) are comparatively analyzed for estimating the ET. The results showed that, in general, the machine learning model optimized by parameters was able to better predict the surface conductance of the hybrid model. Driver analyses showed that radiation, normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), and air temperature had high correlations with ET. The hybrid model had a better prediction performance for ET than the other five models, and it improved the R2 of the two physical process-based algorithms to 0.9, reduced the root mean square error (RMSE) to 0.5 mm/day, reduced the BIAS to 0.2 mm/day, and improved the Kling–Gupta efficiency (KGE) to 0.9. The hybrid model outperformed the others across different time scales, displaying lower BIAS, RMSE, and higher KGE. Spatially, its ET patterns aligned with regional vegetation changes, with superior accuracy in annual ET estimation compared to the other models. Comparison with other ET products shows that the estimation results based on the hybrid model have better performance. This approach not only improves the accuracy of ET estimation but also improves the understanding of the physical mechanism of ET estimation by pure machine learning models. Objective. To explore the molecular mechanism by which oral S2-Ag85DNA vaccines present intestinal antigens. The oral S2-Ag85 vaccine has been shown to protect the human body and effectively improve the titration of the vaccine by acting on intestinal mucosa cells and enhancing their immunogenicity. Method. Mice were immunized with the recombinant S2-Ag85 vaccine, and antibody secretion was then detected in the intestinal tissue. The molecular mechanisms of in vitro detection sensor molecules RIG-1, Pol III, and related conductor transductor molecules DAI, STING, AIM2, IRF3, and IRF7 were determined by separating intestinal IEC, DC, and IELC cells. Results. The S2-Ag85A vaccine was effective in activating dsDNA and RNA transduction pathways in intestinal cells and improving intestinal antigen presentation in mice.

Objective. Heyi disease, Xila disease, and Badagan disease are three common diseases in Mongolian medicine. The changes in intestinal microbiota may be associated with the occurrence, development, and treatment of these diseases. This study aimed to investigate the effects of herbal treatment on intestinal microbiota and serum metabolites in rats with these three diseases. Methods. Firstly, Heyi, Xila, and Badagan disease model rats were established by environmental, diet, and drug intervention. Then, 16S rRNA gene sequencing and metabolomics analysis were used to analyze the changes in intestinal microbiota and serum metabolites after treatment. PICRUSt analysis was applied to predict the potential functions of intestinal microbiota, and OPLS-DA multivariate model was applied to screen differential serum metabolites. Results. 16S rRNA gene sequencing showed that herbal treatment significantly increased the species diversity and changed the composition of intestinal microbiota in Heyi disease and Xila disease rats. After treatment, there were 10, 9, and 3 bacterial biomarkers that were increased in Heyi, Xila, and Badagan disease rats, respectively. In the Heyi disease model, treatment resulted in 45 differential serum metabolites, involving 4 pathways. In the Badagan disease model, treatment resulted in 62 differential serum metabolites, involving 4 pathways. However, there was no significant difference in serum metabolites between TreatB and ConB in the Xila disease model. Conclusions. Background. Mongolian medicine is a systematic theoretical system, which is based on the balance among Heyi, Xila, and Badagan. However, the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study aimed to explore the characteristics of intestinal microbiota and metabolites in different rat models of Mongolian medicine. Methods. After establishing rat models of Heyi, Xila, and Badagan, we integrated 16S rRNA gene sequencing and metabolomics. Results. Heyi, Xila, and Badagan rats had significantly altered intestinal microbial composition compared with rats in the MCK group. They showed 11, 18, and 8 significantly differential bacterial biomarkers and 22, 11, and 15 differential metabolites, respectively. The glucosinolate biosynthesis pathway was enriched only in Heyi rats; the biosynthesis of phenylpropanoids pathway and phenylpropanoid biosynthesis pathway were enriched only in Xila rats; the isoflavonoid biosynthesis pathway, the glycine, serine, and threonine metabolism pathway, and the arginine and proline metabolism pathway were enriched only in Badagan rats. We surveyed Rickettsiales bacteria, including Rickettsia, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma, and Neoehrlichia, in wild sika deer (Cervus nippon nippon) from Shizuoka prefecture, Japan. In spleen samples from 187 deer, Anaplasma phagocytophilum (deer type), A. bovis, and A. centrale were successfully detected by PCR assay targeting to 16S rDNA or p44/msp2, and their positive rates were 96.3% (180/187), 53.5% (100/187), and 78.1% (146/187), respectively. Additionally, 2 or 3 Anaplasma species could be detected from a single deer in 165 spleen samples (88.2%), indicating dual or triple infection. In contrast, A. phagocytophilum (human type) 16S rDNA, Rickettsia gltA, Ehrlichia p28/omp-1, and Neoehrlichia 16S rDNA could not be amplified. The serological test of 105 deer serum samples by immunofluorescence assay showed that the detection of antibodies against antigens of A. phagocytophilum HZ (US-human isolate) and Rickettsia japonica YH were 29.5% (31/105) and 75.2% (79/105), respectively. These findings suggest that A. phagocytophilum (deer type), A. centrale, and A. bovis are highly dominant and prevalent in wild sika deer from Shizuoka, a central region of Japan, and that the antibodies against some Rickettsiales bacteria have also been retained in deer blood.

Anaplasma phagocytophilum is an obligate intracellular bacterium and causes a febrile illness in humans and livestock. In nature, this bacterium is sustained in a tick-mammal cycle. Several p44/msp2-related genes are expressed from a single expression locus by gene conversion. In this study, we obtained 119 cDNA sequences of p44/msp2 transcripts from A. phagocytophilum in 6 Haemaphysalis ticks and 3 wild sika deer (Cervus nippon) in Japan. These 119 sequences were classified into 36 different variant sequences based on their similarities. The 36 cDNA sequences were phylogenetically grouped into 2 major clusters--tick- and deer-associated. The tick-associated sequences were further classified into 4 distinct subclusters, suggesting that A. phagocytophilum in ticks seems to selectively express specific p44/msp2 transcripts, such as the transcripts in the 4 subclusters that were closely related to previously identified p44/msp2 genes. The deer-associated sequences were also grouped into 4 subclusters, but these transcripts were probably more diverse than the transcripts derived from ticks. This might be due to the relatively nonselective expression of p44/msp2 in deer or the strain differences in A. phagocytophilum from ticks and deer in separate geographic regions or both. Thus, this study may contribute to the understanding of A. phagocytophilum p44/msp2 expression in nature in Japan.
