Over the past few years, the uncertain business environment has shaped the resilient development thinking of firms. Measuring and predicting innovation resilience plays a crucial role in fostering the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper used the entropy-weight TOPSIS model and FGM(1,1) model to measure the innovation resilience of companies based on an indicator system, covering aspects such as tolerance for factor scarcity, R&D safety, core technology self-sufficiency, and organizational change capacity. The results show that the MAPE of the FGM(1,1) model is 0.0136, which is lower than that of the GM(1,1) model, with the predicted annual growth rate of the resilience being −0.95% from 2020 to 2025. Consequently, the study investigated what policy configuration may improve innovation resilience using the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) model. It identified four policy configuration paths, of which the combination of a tax policy for an additional deduction of enterprise R&D expenses and an income tax reduction policy is an effective policy configuration. The Chinese government clearly put forward a strategy to speed up the development of the digital economy in "the 14th Five-Year" Plan, which will become the booster of China's development. China has a vast territory and the state of development of the digital economy varies greatly across different regions. It is crucial to clarify the reasons for these differences and take measures to narrow them. Therefore, the evaluation and analysis of the current situation are conducive to the further development of the digital economy. Taking 30 provinces (excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) of China as the research objects, this paper constructs an index system taking digital infrastructure, digital technology and digital talent as input variables and taking digital industrialization and industrial digitization as output variables. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) cross-efficiency model is constructed to calculate and compare the cross-efficiency of the digital economies in each province. The results show the following: (1) The development efficiency of China's digital economy has generally been low, and there is a large "digital divide" between provinces. (2) The input of digital talents is crucial for the digital economy in order to achieve high output and high efficiency, and high output is often accompanied by high efficiency. In order to monitor the process variance, this paper proposes a combined upper-sided synthetic S2 chart for monitoring the process standard deviation of a normally distributed process. This combined upper-sided synthetic S2 chart comprises a synthetic chart and an upper-sided S2 chart. The design and performance of the proposed chart are presented, and the steady-state average run length comparisons show that the combined upper-sided synthetic S2 chart outperforms the standard synthetic S2 chart as well as several run rules S2 charts, especially for larger shifts in the process variance. Let 풞 be an additive category. Denote by End(풞) the endomorphism category of 풞, i.e., the objects in End(풞) are pairs (C,c) with C∈풞,c∈End풞(C), and a morphism f:(C,c)→(D,d) is a morphism f∈Hom풞(C,D) satisfying fc = df. This paper is devoted to an approach of the general theory of the endomorphism category of an arbitrary additive category. It is proved that the endomorphism category of an abelian category is again abelian with an induced structure without nontrivial projective or injective objects. Furthermore, the endomorphism category of any nontrivial abelian category is nonsemisimple and of infinite representation type.
