Purpose: To provide pragmatic guidance for acute rehabilitation management and implementation of early mobility for individuals with critical illness due to COVID-19. Methods: Clinical perspective developed through reflective clinical practice and narrative review of best available evidence. Results: Current clinical practice guidelines do not provide guidance for implementation of early mobility interventions for individuals with critical illness due to COVID-19 who require enhanced ventilatory support or support of inhaled pulmonary artery vasodilators. Many individuals who may benefit from implementation of early mobility interventions are excluded by strict interpretation of current guidelines. Conclusions: Risk vs benefit of implementing early mobility interventions in individuals with critical illness due to COVID-19 can be mitigated through coordinated efforts of interdisciplinary teams to promote shared decision-making through therapeutic alliances with patients and their families. Clinicians must clearly define the goals of care, understand the limitations of monitoring equipment in the intensive care unit, prepare to titrate levels of oxygen based on an individual's physiologic response to mobility interventions, and help individuals maintain external goal-directed focus of attention to optimize outcomes of early mobility interventions. 2D semiconductor logic has advantages of reconfigurable multi‐state operation through extrinsic charge‐transfer doping mechanisms such as molecular adsorption and light illumination. However, their precise control remains challenging and they bring defects and blur the specified logic protocol for computation. Semiconducting 2D layered palladium diselenide (PdSe2), a noble transition‐metal dichalcogenide with a puckered pentagonal atomic structure, has shown great potential for multi‐functional devices owing to its low crystal symmetry. Here, anisotropic charge transport in band‐like, variable‐range hopping, and quantum‐dot tunneling regimes are demonstrated in a multi‐terminal PdSe2 transistor. The gate‐tunable oscillatory Hall charge movement due to zero‐magnetic‐field pseudo‐planar Hall effect provides a physical reference to encode the dynamical PdSe2 anisotropic energy dispersions up to room temperature. Complementary XOR and XNOR logic relations between Hall voltage output and gate/drain voltage inputs are identified and they are reconfigurable with each other by changing the current injection direction. Controlling the layer number further reconfigures the planar‐Hall effect polarity and Hall logic. This work paves an all‐electric reconfigurable way to a planar‐Hall logic transistor, enabling the initialization, manipulation, and detection of anisotropic electronic states, and offers opportunities for next‐generation computing utilizing multiple energy bands of engineered anisotropies in puckered pentagonal 2D materials. Programme evaluation regarding how to trigger consumers’ impulse buying behaviour has become a concern of enterprises in terms of developing effective marketing models. Using the quantitative method, this study probed into the effects of cosmetics consumers’ consumption situation and experiential marketing in marketing activities on brand image and impulse buying behaviour. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) and structural equation modelling were used to analyse the causal relationships among four factors. The results suggested that consumers who are female, unmarried, aged 30–35 years old, have a university degree, and work in the service industry are prone to impulsive buying of cosmetics. Moreover, both consumption situation and experiential marketing were found to positively influence brand image. Cosmetics differ from other retail goods in so far as the ‘consumption situation’ must influence consumers’ ‘impulse buying behaviour’ through ‘experiential marketing’.
