In the era of big data, data application based on data governance has become an inevitable trend in the construction of smart campus in higher education. In this paper, a set of data governance system framework covering the whole life cycle of data suitable for higher education is proposed, and based on this, the ideas and methods of data governance are applied to the construction of data management system for the basic development status of faculties by combining the practice of data governance of Donghua University. It forms a closed-loop management of data in all aspects, such as collection, information feedback, and statistical analysis of the basic development status data of the college. While optimizing the management business of higher education, the system provides a scientific and reliable basis for precise decision-making and strategic development of higher education. Copper-based catalysts have attracted increasing interest in wastewater treatment via peroxydisulfate (PDS) activation. However, little attention has been paid to developing cuprous oxide (Cu2O)-based catalysts. In this study, Cu2O–Mn3O4 nanocomposites were synthesized by a high-temperature coprecipitation method and served as PDS activators. The Cu2O–Mn3O4/PDS system exhibited extremely high removal efficiency of tetracycline hydrochloride, with initial rate constants 16 and 43 times that of the Cu2O/PDS system and Mn3O4/PDS system, respectively. The results from X-ray powder diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, linear sweep voltammetry, and H2 temperature-programmed reduction confirmed the transformation of CuO into Cu2O with the presence of Mn3O4 in the composite, and the strong Cu–Mn interaction facilitated high electron density for Cu2O, which made it was easy to donate electrons to PDS. Additionally, chemical quenching tests, Cu-(III)–periodate complex identification, and Raman spectra were conducted to illustrate that Cu-(III) was formed as the main species to attack the pollutants via two electrons transferring from Cu-(I) to PDS. The study developed an effective Cu2O–Mn3O4 catalyst based on the strong interaction of two nanomaterials and provided new mechanistic insights for Cu-(I)-triggered PDS activation. A biosurfactant-producing strain Z25 was isolated from the oil production water in Daqing Oilfield, China. The strain was identified as Rhodococcus ruber by 16S rDNA sequencing. Rhodococcus ruber Z25 showed a preference of alkanes as carbon sources for biosurfactant synthesis. The optimal biosurfactant production was achieved at the NaCI concentration of 2.5% at 34 °C. In batch cultivation, R. ruber Z25 exhibited a cell-growth associated biosurfactant-pro ducing process on n-hexadecane and the maximum yield of biosurfactant production was 13.34 g/L at 44 h. The rate of biosurfactant production per unit biomass (R(biosurf/biomass)) was used to characterize the biosurfactant-producing profile. A two-stage biosurfactant-producing profile of R. ruber Z25 was established by the R(biosurf/biomass) curve, exhibiting the biosurfactant production in correlation with cellular hydrophobicity and biomass accumulation. The crude biosurfactant was extracted by methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) method and only one glycolipid fraction at Rf value of 0.64 was detected by thin layer chromatography (TLC) analysis. Setting up breeding programs for transgenic mouse strains require to distinguish homozygous from the heterozygous transgenic animals. The combinational use of the fluorescence reporter transgene and small animal in-vivo imaging system might allow us to rapidly and visually determine the transgenic mice homozygous for transgene(s) by the in vivo fluorescence imaging. RLG, RCLG or Rm17LG transgenic mice ubiquitously express red fluorescent protein (RFP). To identify homozygous RLG transgenic mice, whole-body fluorescence imaging for all of newborn F2-generation littermates produced by mating of RFP-positive heterozygous transgenic mice (F1-generation) derived from the same transgenic founder was performed. Subsequently, the immediate data analysis of the in vivo fluorescence imaging was carried out, which greatly facilitated us to rapidly and readily distinguish RLG transgenic individual(s) with strong fluorescence from the rest of F2-generation littermates, followed by further determining this/these RLG individual(s) showing strong fluorescence to be homozygous, as strongly confirmed by mouse mating. Additionally, homozygous RCLG or Rm17LG transgenic mice were also rapidly and precisely distinguished by the above-mentioned optical approach. This approach allowed us within the shortest time period to obtain 10, 8 and 2 transgenic mice homozygous for RLG, RCLG and Rm17LG transgene, respectively, as verified by mouse mating, indicating the practicality and reliability of this optical method. Taken together, our findings fully demonstrate that the in vivo fluorescence imaging offers a visual, rapid and reliable alternative method to the traditional approaches (i.e., mouse mating and real-time quantitative PCR) in identifying homozygous transgenic mice harboring fluorescence reporter transgene under the control of a ubiquitous promoter in the situation mentioned in this study.
