The small rail roadway stacker is the core equipment of the automated three-dimensional warehouse. Its design directly affects the development trend of the logistics industry, enterprise production efficiency and economic benefits. In this paper, a parametric model of the small rail roadway stacker is developed using the parametric design method, according to the working principle and load-bearing. The safety of the small-sized tracked roadway stacker in three working states is analyzed using the finite element method, according to the working conditions and stress conditions of the small rail roadway stacker. Consequently, it is deduced that all the safety parameters meet the design requirements in the limit state. Moreover, the SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench software are used for secondary development, while C# is used to compile the parametric design software of the small rail roadway stacker, which integrates the functions of three-dimensional model design, engineering drawing generation and finite element security analysis into a program software. Furthermore, by the visual parameter setting and command operation, the program background automatically calls the design software for design and safety analysis. Myelin-specific Schwann cell gene expression requires biochemical signals derived from axons and a physical link between Schwann cells and axons that are regulated by axonal transport. Disruption in the transportation process affects the biochemical signal resulting in changes in gene expressions. Axon and Schwann cell interactions also regulate expressions of P0 and p75 NGF receptor genes.

The measurement of mixture fraction and temperature is of great importance in non-premixed flame structure studies and combustion optimization. However, obtaining profiles of mixture fraction and temperature simultaneously for a wide range of fuels and compositions has proven to be challenging, especially when suitable spatial and temporal resolutions are desired. In this study, the acoustic and optical signals from laser induced plasmas were simultaneously used for the first time to obtain acoustic-based laser-induced breakdown thermometry (LIBT) combined with the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). The system was first calibrated in an ethylene-air premixed flame. Then the atomic-ratio and temperature distributions along the centerline of an ethylene counterflow diffusion flame were measured. The strong compositional and temperature gradients in diffusion flames represents a potential challenge, but simultaneous measurements were successfully performed within a 1.5 mm wide physical region, where the equivalence ratio ranged from 0.5 to 12 and temperature ranged from 1100 K to 2000 K. The elemental mass fractions and mixture fraction distribution were inferred based on measured atomic ratio distributions. The preferential diffusion of H relative to C was directly observed by the measurement of C/H ratio. Lastly, the physics behind the LIBT technique is discussed and analyzed. This work demonstrates that the combination of LIBT and LIBS holds promise as a simple tool to measure the mixture fraction and temperature in a broader range of combustion conditions; and facilitates a better understanding of flame structure. This paper analyzed the current status of the standard system for non-metallic pipe components in China and also compared it with that in other developed countries. The problems in the current standard system were also discussed, which included the imperfect system, out-of-date rules, and deficiency in some key standards. Some specific solutions were proposed to establish and improve the standard system of China for non-metallic pipe components, including the promotion of connection between the domestic and international standards, the enhancement of collaboration and coordination between the standard organizations, the improvement of development and update of standard items, etc. This paper provided some concrete solutions for the development of the standard system of non-metal pipeline components in China. To enhance adsorption of organic dyes like malachite green (MG) onto polymeric absorbents, we prepared carbon nanotube (CNT) filled polyaniline (PANI) composites with large surface areas by simply using entangled CNTs as porous frameworks during PANI polymerization. Adsorption behavior of the CNT/PANI composites in MG solutions was experimentally investigated and theoretically analyzed. The CNT/PANI composites exhibit much higher equilibrium adsorption capacity of 13.95 mg g−1 at an initial MG concentration of 16 mg L−1, increasing by 15% than the neat PANI, which is mainly attributed to large surface areas and strong CNT-PANI interactions of the composites. In addition, theoretical analyses indicate that the adsorption kinetics and the isothermal process of the composites can be well explained by using the Ho pseudosecond-order model and the Langmuir model, respectively. In light of their high MG adsorption and easy operation, the CNT/PANI composites have great potential as high-efficiency adsorbents for removal of dyes from wastewater. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In combustion research, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) has been widely employed in local equivalence ratio measurement. However, the potential temperature gradients in the probe volume can significantly affect the shape of induced plasmas, resulting in unstable measurement locations. In this work, we improved the stability of measurement locations by modulating the laser pulse duration. In a hot-cold gas flow interface with large temperature gradients, when using the original laser pulse with a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 4 ns, the locations of initial plasma core were insensitive to gradient variations; however, the plasma expansion behaviors differed significantly after 3 ns. The hot spots of plasmas diverged bi-directionally under high temperature, resulting in two-lobe structures and unstable measurement locations. After the laser pulse was modulated to a shorter duration using a pressure chamber, the plasma expansion was suppressed which constrained the plasma volume. Specifically, using a modulated pulse with a FWHM of 1.9 ns, the two-lobe structure was eliminated across the interface, and the standard deviation of measurement locations was reduced to 0.27 mm. The measured equivalence ratios across the interface showed favorable agreement with the simulation.
