Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of the production of ethephon in the freezing thawing and fresh keeping of fresh walnut, and to provide theoretical basis and technical support for fresh walnut freezing thawing and fresh keeping technology system. Methods: The late fruiting walnut variety 'Qingxiang' from Longnan county of Gansu province was used as the experimental material, and then the green walnut was picked by hand and then peeled by Ethephon. Meanwhile, the artificial peeling was used as the control （CK）. The fresh walnut was peeled and stored in a constant temperature freezer with temperature of -7~-5 ℃ and humidity of 85%~95%, the effects of ethephon on sensory quality （seed shell color, seed coat color, seed coat browning index, peeling difficulty and seed kernel flavor）, nutritional quality （water content, total fat content） and oil quality （acid value, iodine value, peroxide value and saponification value） of fresh walnut kernel after freezing thawing were studied. Results: Under the conditions of -7~-5 ℃ frozen storage, Ethrel accelerated the browning rate of peeled fresh kernels in the early stage of frozen storage to a certain extent. After 10 months of frozen storage, the scores of shell color, shell color and kernel flavor were 73.48, 74.56 and 77.26, respectively; The kernel water content, total fat content, acid value, iodine value, peroxide value and saponification value were 22.07%, 49.74%, 0.62 mg/g, 145.31 g/100 g, 3.62 meq/kg and 169.53 mg/g, respectively. There was no significant difference compared with the artificial peeled fresh walnut, which could maintain better flavor and nutritional quality. Conclusion: Ethephon accelerated ripening and peeling had no adverse effect on the quality of fresh walnut after freezing thawing. Ethephon could be used in the pretreatment process of fresh walnut frozen storage.

In the scenarios of traffic diagnostic analysis and prediction in optical network based on deep learning, the work of traffic data collection and storage for optical link is limited due to security and other reasons. Aiming at the problem that the amount of traffic data is too small to support deep learning training, this paper proposes an optical network traffic data synthesis algorithm based on topology link recognition. The core idea is to combine the conditional generation model based on optical network topology and the data synthesis model based on optical network traffic in the framework of generative adversarial networks. The traffic data of the given optical link is synthesized in a self-supervised way. The simulation results show that the auto-correlation coefficients of the traffic data synthesized by the proposed algorithm is close to the real data, and the accuracy of the traffic prediction model based on fully connected neural network is more than 95%.

With the upgrade of urban industrial distribution, high pollution and energy-intensive companies were closed and moved. It is of great importance to investigate the geochemical characteristics of these abandoned soils for risk control of polluted sites. 100 soil samples at the site of a former chemical industrial factory in Jinan were collected and 42 indices, including concentration of total Cr, Cr(Ⅵ) and pH were analyzed to understand the geochemical characteristics of the site. Results show that total Cr concentration of the collected samples was 1025-2450 mg/kg and Cr(Ⅵ) concentration was 557.0-996.5 mg/kg (46.77% of the total Cr). At soil depth ranging from 0 to 80 cm, concentration change of total Cr and Cr(Ⅵ) was not significant. With the increase of soil depth, proportion of exchangeable Cr tended to decrease while residue Cr tended to increase. Total Cr concentration showed negative correlation with pH value while Cr(Ⅵ) did not show significant correlation with pH value. Cluster analysis demonstrated that the source of Cr in the site soil was different from that of other elements, which was mainly caused by the man-made pollution due to long-term heaps of chromium slag at the chemical plant. The other components had similar natural sources to the soil in the country and the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain.

Problem: Whether the abnormal development of uterine natural killer (uNK) cells contributes to women with recurrent implantation failure (RIF) remains unclear. Method of study: We characterized the development of uNK cells and peripheral blood NK cells (pbNK) in the mid‐luteal phase in women with RIF (n = 31) and controls (n = 14) by flow cytometry. Endometrial IL‐15 mRNA expression was studied by quantitative reverse transcription‐PCR. The GSE58144 dataset was used to validate the correlation results. Results: We found decreased proportions of stage 4 CD56+CD16‐CD94+ uNK cells (median: 9.56% vs. 17.78%, P.014) and increased proportions of stage 6 CD56+CD16+CD57+ uNK cells (median: 1.54% vs. 0.74%, P =.020) in the mid‐luteal endometrium of women with RIF compared to fertile women. We also found that there was no quantitative correlation between uNK cells and the corresponding pbNK cell subpopulations (P >.05). In addition, IL‐15 mRNA levels in the mid‐luteal endometrium were positively correlated with the proportion of CD56+ uNK cells (r =.392, P =.008), especially with stage 4 uNK cell populations (r =.408, P =.005). Conclusions: We showed that the proportion of stage 4 uNK cells decreased in the RIF group compared to controls, and the decrease in stage 4 uNK cells correlated positively with low IL‐15 mRNA expression. A novel compact S-band band-pass filter (BPF) with ultra-wide stopband is presented. The proposed filter mainly consists of three parts, a novel crossed resonator, parallel-coupled microstrip lines, and defect ground structures (DGSs). The resonator is constructed by three capacitive open stubs, while a defect is etched in the center stub to eliminate high frequency harmonics. The parallel-coupled microstrip lines are mainly used to improve the passband and the roll-off rate (the ratio of height to width of the filter transition band). And the DGSs are utilized to improve the stopband performances. The proposed BPF has the merits of compactness, good insertion loss and good stopband characteristic. The measured 3 dB operating band is 1.80–4.03 GHz (76.5% at f0 = 2.92 GHz), The upper out-of-band suppression was better than 20 dB for the frequency up to 20 GHz (6.33f0), and the upper roll-off rate reaches 75.59 dB/GHz. In order to understand the quality changes of different varieties of peeled fresh walnut during frozen storage, and provide reference and technical support for fresh walnut storage and preservation, five varieties of walnuts (' Qingxiang', 'Xiangling', 'Yuanlin', 'Liaohe No.7', 'Jinlong No.2') were used as test materials, and the effects of frozen storage (-6 °C) on sensory quality, rancidity quality of oil and antioxidant activity of different varieties of fresh walnuts were investigated. The results showed that frozen storage at -6 °C could be applied to different varieties of fresh peeled walnuts, after 8 months of frozen storage, the moldy index of five varieties of fresh peeled walnuts was below 0.1, and the kernel flavor score was all above 70, the rise of kernel acid value, peroxide value and saponification value could be effectively inhibited, the decline of iodine value, total phenol, total flavonoids and vitamin E contents were slowed down, and kernel quality was maintained better, and the order of differenct varieties of walnut kernel quality from high to low was: 'Qingxiang' >'Xiangling' > 'Yuanlin' > 'Liaohe No.7' > 'Jinlong No.2'. Objective To estimate the age-specific disability weight of chronic schistosomiasis japonica in China. Methods Between October 2004 and January 2005, residents from two schistosome-endemic counties were screened for Schistosoma japonicum infection using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Disability and morbidity were assessed in seropositive individuals using the Furopean quality of life questionnaire with an additional cognitive dimension (known as the "EQ-5D plus") and ultrasonography. The age-specific disability weight of chronic schistosomiasis was estimated based on participants&apos; self-rated health scores on the visual analogue scale of the questionnaire; the relationships between health status, morbidity and disability weight were explored using multilevel regression models. Findings Of 2843 seropositive individuals, 1419 (49.9%) were classified as having chronic schistosomiasis. Hepatomegaly was found in 76.3% (1082/1419); hepatic fibrosis was round in 73.3% (1040/1419); and splenomegaly was found in 18.6% (264/1419). Diarrhoea was the most common self-reported symptom (46.0%; 653/1419), followed by abdominal pain (32.6%; 463/1419), impaired capacity to work or study (30.7%; 436/1419), and blood in the stool (11.1%; 157/1419). More than ha lf of the respondents reported impairments in at least one dimension of the EQ-5D plus questionnaire, particularly pain or discomfort (47.9%; 675/1410) and anxiety or depression (39.4%; 555/1410).The overall disability weight was 0.191, and age-specific weights ranged from 0.095 among those aged 5-14 years to 0.246 among those aged [greater than or equal to] 60 years. Multilevel regression models indicated that the disability weight was significantly associated with the participant&apos;s sex, grade of hepatic fibrosis, the presence of hepatomegaly, abdominal pain, blood in the stool, impaired capacity to work or study, and cognition. Conclusion The disability weight attributable to chronic schistosomiasis japonica is high and increases with age. Our findings call for a reappraisal of the disability weights due to chronic schistosomiasis mansoni and schistosomiasis haematobia as well as a reestimation of the global burden of schistosomiasis. En las personas seropositivas, se procedio a evaluar la discapacidad y la morbilidad utilizando el cuestionario sobre calidad de vida europeo con una dimension cognitiva adicional (el llamado << EQ-5D plus >>) y tecnicas de ultrasonografia. El peso de la discapacidad por edades correspondiente a la esquistosomiasis cronica se calculo a partir de las puntuaciones de salud autoasignadas por los participantes en la escala analogica visual del cuestionario; las relaciones entre el estado de salud, la morbilidad y el peso de la discapacidad se analizaron utilizando modelos de regresion multinivel. Resultados De 2843 personas seropositivas, se diagnostico esquistosomiasis cronica a 1419 (49,9%). Se hallo hepatomegalia en un 76,3% de esos casos (1082/1419); fibrosis hepatica en el 73,3% (1040/1419); y esplenomegalia en el 18,6% (264/1419). La diarrea fue el mas comun de los sintomas declarados espontaneamente (46,0%; 653/1419), seguido del dolor abdominal (32,6%; 463/1419), el deterioro de la capacidad para trabajar o estudiar (30,7%; 436/1419), y la presencia de sangre en las heces (11,1%; 157/1419). Mas de la mitad de los encuestados notificaron trastornos al menos en una dimension del cuestionario EQ-5D plus, en particular dolor o malestar (47,9%; 67511410) y ansiedad o depresion (39,4%; 555/1410). El peso de discapacidad general fue del 0,191, y los pesos por edades se situaron entre 0,095 para los enfermos de 5 a 14 anos y 0,246 para los de 60 anos o mas. Los modelos de regresion multinivel mostraron que el peso de la discapacidad estaba relacionado de forma significativa con el sexo del participante y con el grado de fibrosis hepatica, la presencia de hepatomegalia, el dolor abdominal, la sangre en las heces, el deterioro de la capacidad para trabajar o estudiar y los problemas cognitivos.
