The current auxiliary transportation system lacks effective control strategy. The vehicles waiting in the blind area at the intersection are disorderly. And it is difficult for one vehicle to give another the right of way. It is prone to collision accidents, resulting in low transport efficiency. This paper proposes an automatic control system of auxiliary transportation traffic light based on UWB precise positioning. The system determines the distribution requirements of UWB positioning base stations at typical intersections. The system sets two control parameters of position information and driving state, various release mechanisms and interval management and control strategies. The system specifies the sequencing principle and priority of forks. And the system has three control modes of automatic control, manual control and timing switching. Firstly, the UWB positioning base station scans the data of the vehicle positioning card. The logic controller reads the vehicle data information of the positioning base station in real time and solves the position information and the driving state of the vehicle. The logic controller controls the traffic light to execute the control command and directs the transportation vehicles to pass in an orderly manner. The logic controller is connected with an upper computer through a ring network. The upper computer can issue a control instruction to remotely change the light. And the logic controller uploads various information such as driving data, abnormal driving behaviors, traffic light states of underground vehicles to a mine vehicle dispatching system of the upper computer in real time. Therefore, the combination of local control and remote auxiliary control is realized. The system is tested in a simulated roadway. The result shows that the logic controller code operates normally. The logic response time of the system is＜200 ms. The response time of the traffic light state switching is＜1 s. And the curve alarm can correctly execute the alarm command. Dahaize Coal Mine uses trackless vehicles to carry out underground transportation tasks. There are about 140 recorded vehicles. The transportation lines are not fixed and the transportation tasks are intensive. The traffic at important intersections is large. The application results of the system in the complex environment of Dahaize Coal Mine show that the intersection information configuration is flexible. The system can highly adapt to various forms of intersections on-site, and meet the specific needs of intersection management and control. By adjusting the control threshold, the system can adjust the size of the intersection control area to adapt to the change of on-site transportation flow. The positioning base station adopts different data acquisition strategies, which reduces the laying quantity and construction cost of the positioning sub station. The upper computer can monitor the traffic scheduling status of underground vehicles in real time, monitor the driving behavior of vehicles, and realize the remote control of traffic lights.

Two-dimensional (2D) carbon nanomaterials feature exceptional properties, yet practical applications are challenged by poor interlayer connections, leading to suppressed electrical and thermal conductivity. To address this, constructing three-dimensional (3D) carbon nanonetworks is proposed to optimize interlayer interactions. In this study, a multiscale lamellar regulation (MLR) strategy is introduced for creating self-supporting 3D nanoarchitectures from polymeric precursors. The method is initiated with the construction of a 3D polymer network via an ultrasound-assisted freeze-drying (UAFD) process. Ultrasound application refines the lamellar structure by reducing the ice crystal sizes during freezing. Graphitization then further decreases the number of layers and forms interconnected graphitic crystals, leading to the formation of 3D nanostructures composed of continuous 2D nanosheets. This demonstrates the effectiveness of MLR in producing macroscopic-scale nanomaterials without graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide precursors, cross-linking agents, or additional modification processes. MLR effectively controls the thickness of polymer laminates at submicrometer and nanoscale levels, resulting in a 3D graphene-like nanostructure (GUAFD) with superior electrical, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties. GUAFD's continuous graphitic membranes form a supportive network, showing promise in EMI shielding and thermal management applications. Meanwhile, it can be used as a thermally conductive electromagnetic wave absorbing material for central processing units, graphic processing units, and power modules in electronic devices. Laser-arc hybrid additive manufacturing (LAHAM) holds substantial potential in industrial applications, yet ensuring dimensional accuracy remains a major challenge. Accurate prediction and effective control of the geometrical dimensions of the deposited layers are crucial for achieving this accuracy. The width and height of the deposited layers, key indicators of geometric dimensions, directly affect the forming precision. This study conducted experiments and in-depth analysis to investigate the influence of various process parameters on these dimensions and proposed a predictive model for accurate forecasting. It was found that the width of the deposited layers was positively correlated with laser power and arc current and negatively correlated with scanning speed, while the height was negatively correlated with laser power and scanning speed and positively with arc current. Quantitative analysis using the Taguchi method revealed that the arc current had the most significant impact on the dimensions of the deposited layers, followed by scanning speed, with laser power having the least effect. A predictive model based on extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) was developed and optimized using particle swarm optimization (PSO) for tuning the number of leaf nodes, learning rate, and regularization coefficients, resulting in the PSO-XGBoost model. Compared to models enhanced with PSO-optimized support vector regression (SVR) and XGBoost, the PSO-XGBoost model exhibited higher accuracy, the smallest relative error, and performed better in terms of Mean Relative Error (MRE), Mean Square Error (MSE), and Coefficient of Determination R2 metrics. The high predictive accuracy and minimal error variability of the PSO-XGBoost model demonstrate its effectiveness in capturing the complex nonlinear relationships between process parameters and layer dimensions. While translanguaging research has been gaining currency worldwide, calls have been made for deepening its theorisation and providing more systematic pedagogical guidance. To contribute to this discussion, this study is informed by a fluid, distributed, dynamic process view of human meaning-making. Through a fine-grained multimodal analysis of classroom activities and interactions, it elucidates the translanguaging/trans-semiotising practices of an experienced science teacher trying out a CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) approach inspired by the Multimodalities-Entextualisation Cycle (MEC) in a Grade 10 biology class in Hong Kong. Post-lesson interviews and survey indicated that such practices generated a positive impact on the students in the continuous flow of knowledge co-making. Implications of the study for furthering the theorisation and practices of translanguaging/trans-semiotising will be discussed.

A bimetallic structure is implemented by wire arc additive manufacturing from 316L austenitic stainless steel to 430 ferritic stainless steel. Microstructure, interface characteristics, and tensile properties of 316L‐430 bimetals are investigated. In 316L/430 bimetals, defects like porosity and cracks are not present. The compositional distribution and microstructure evolution of 316L‐430 bimetallic deposition are significantly impacted by the deposition sequence and heat input. As heat input increases, microstructure evolution of 430 deposited layer is single F → F+ diffusely distributed (Cr, Fe)23C6 → F+ grain internal (Cr, Fe)23C6 → F + M, and 316L deposited layer presents typical austenite + skeletal δ ferrite. Microstructure of 430 deposited layers presents heterogeneous, grain coarsening, and martensite along grain boundaries, resulting in high‐temperature embrittlement. The highest hardness of 316L‐430 bimetals appears on 430 sides near the interface. The tensile strength of 430/316L bimetals is greater than that of 316L/430, and the tensile specimens exhibit brittle fracture. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors (IMTs) are characterized by myofibroblast proliferation and an inflammatory cell infiltrate. Little is known about the molecular pathways that precipitate IMT formation. Here, we report the identification of somatic mutations in UPF1, a gene that encodes an essential component of the nonsense-mediated RNA decay (NMD) pathway, in 13 of 15 pulmonary IMT samples. The majority of mutations occurred in a specific region of UPF1 and triggered UPF1 alternative splicing. Several mRNA targets of the NMD pathway were upregulated in IMT samples, indicating that the UPF1 mutations led to reduced NMD magnitude. These upregulated NMD targets included NIK mRNA, which encodes a potent activator of NF-κB. In human lung cells, UPF1 depletion increased expression of chemokine-encoding genes in a NIK-dependent manner. Elevated chemokines and IgE class switching events were observed in IMT samples, consistent with NIK upregulation in these tumors. Together, these results support a model in which UPF1 mutations downregulate NMD, leading to NIK-dependent NF-κB induction, which contributes to the immune infiltration that is characteristic of IMTs. The molecular link between the NMD pathway and IMTs has implications for the diagnosis and treatment of these tumors.

Background: Vicarious trauma can significantly affect the physical and mental health of nurses, as well as their ability to provide quality of care. However, the concept of vicarious trauma has received limited attention and remains controversial in the nursing context. Objective: The purpose of this study was to clarify and define the concept of vicarious trauma as it pertains to the nursing context. Methods: The Schwartz and Kim's three‐stage hybrid concept analysis method was used to define the concept. In the theoretical phase, PubMed, CINAHL, OVID, Medline, Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, ProQuest, PsycINFO, CNKI database, VIP database and Wanfang database were used using keywords "nurs*"and "vicarious trauma*", resulting in a total of 25 papers. In the fieldwork phase, we conducted participatory observations in three hospitals and semi‐structured in‐depth interviews with 18 clinical nurses from seven cities. In the analysis phase, the results of the previous two phases were integrated to develop a comprehensive concept of vicarious trauma in nursing. Results: Based on the results of the theoretical and field phases, we propose the concept of vicarious trauma in nursing as follows: vicarious trauma is a psychological trauma impacting nurses' cognitive schema which they may experience in clinical settings or on social media, resulting from deeply empathize with the physical or emotional trauma of patients, family, or colleagues, such as patients' physical injuries or death, family's grieving feelings and colleagues' received threats and attacks. Positively, vicarious trauma can transform into vicarious post‐trauma growth through repositioning and connection, nourishing nurses and promoting their personal and professional development. Conclusion: The concept of vicarious trauma in nursing is multidimensional and holistic. This study clarifies the concept of vicarious trauma in nursing using the hybrid concept analysis, providing a framework for future research and practice on vicarious trauma in the nursing field. The aim of the present study was to verify the effectiveness of physiological ischemic training (PIT) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and compare differences in clinical outcomes between isometric exercise training (IET) and cuff inflation training (CIT).

In order to establish the effect regulation of surface topography characteristic parameters on gear dynamics performance,measurement of fractal dimension for gear surface and its efficiency and vibration are tested in the condition of different lubrication. Based on three sets of gearbox with the same tooth surface accuracy level,the tooth contour is measured in the cases of oil lubrication,grease lubrication and dry friction with the equal load and running time,and the corresponding fractal dimension is got by the methodology of structural function. The result shows that when it is oil lubrication,the fractal dimension is the largest and the variation ranges of fractal dimension is the smallest before and after the experiment,which indicates that the less tooth wear leads to more stable dynamic performance. Through the test of efficiency and vibration characteristics,it is found that the transmission efficiency is the highest and amplitude is lowest with oil lubrication,which is consistent with the analysis of fractal dimension. The research can provide theoretical basis and application prerequisite for the subsequent micro-topography design of tooth surface.

In this paper, an excerpt of teacher-student interaction in an EFL junior secondary science classroom in Hong Kong is analysed using the conversation analytic method of sequential analysis. The fine-grained analysis reveals that in the teacher's effort to engage her students in the co-construction of a scientific proof, the students' familiar everyday discourses (e.g. students' examples and experiences as expressed in their familiar language) need to be allowed to play a significant role. It also shows how translanguaging can be well-coordinated with multimodal practices (using blackboard drawings, gestures) to facilitate students' meaning-making in the inquiry-based teacher-student dialogue.
