In order to study the influence of different humidity environment on the flow field performance and aerodynamic noise of a counter-rotating axial-flow fan in the mine, the flow field of the fan is numerically simulated with large eddy simulation and FW-H acoustic model under the relative humidity of the environment was 0, 25%, 50%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100%, and vortex structure and aerodynamic noise variation in internal flow field is analyzed. The results show that with the increase of relative humidity, and the static pressure, power and efficiency of the fan decrease roughly in a linear trend, the intensity of tip leakage vortex decreases. At the monitoring points of inlet and outlet, the average sound pressure level decreases to varying degrees. When the relative humidity increases by 10%, the pressure rise decreases by about 2.08%, the power decreases by about 1.9%, the efficiency decreases by about 0.57%, and the sound level A at each monitoring point decreases by 0.9%.

Fish soup, a traditional Chinese broth food, is loved by consumers due to its rich nutrition, high digestion and absorption rate, umami and sweet taste, and strong aroma. However, off-flavors can be formed during the processing and storage of fish soup, restricting its industrial development. Off-flavors in fish soup are from a wide range of sources, have complex composition, and are difficult to eliminate. Therefore, it is urgent to understand the formation mechanism of the flavor quality of fish soup (especially off-flavors), identify the factors affecting the flavor quality of fish soup, and establish measures to regulate off-flavors in fish soup. In this context, this article summarizes the formation pathways of fish soup flavor, and systematically discusses the processing factors that affect the flavor quality of fish soup. It clarifies that selecting appropriate processing methods can effectively enhance the characteristic aroma of fish soup and reduce the undesirable odor, summarizes the current methods to remove the fishiness and bitterness of fish soup, and compares their advantages and disadvantages. We hope that this article will provide a theoretical basis for future research to regulate the flavor quality of fish soup and to develop portable fish soup foods.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small RNA genes with important roles in cancer biology regulation. There are considerable studies regarding the roles of microRNA‐505‐3p (miR‐505‐3p) in cancer development and progression, but the function of miR‐505‐3p in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) has not been fully clarified. Comparative analysis of miRNA expression data set was used to select differentially expressed miRNAs. Quantitative real‐time polymerase chain reaction was applied to detect expression levels of RNAs, while western blot and immunofluorescence staining were performed to detect expression levels of proteins of interest. The motility of EOC cells was assessed by wound healing and transwell assays. The binding and regulating relationship between miRNA and its direct target gene was investigated by dual‐luciferase assay. Our results show that miR‐505‐3p was upregulated in recurrent EOC, which significantly inhibits EOC cell motility via modulating cell epithelial–mesenchymal transition. Furthermore, our results indicated that PEAK1 expression was inhibited by direct binding of miR‐505‐3p into its 3′‐URT in EOC cells. Importantly, knockdown of PEAK1 attenuated the effect of mi‐505‐3p inhibitor on EOC cell migration and invasion. Simple Summary: The synthesis and secretion of milk fat is a multifaceted biological process, prompting extensive research into the regulatory mechanisms governing milk fat production in regards to genetics and dairy science. Analyzing the regulation of milk fat metabolism in dairy goats provides insights for improving goat milk quality via molecular breeding strategies. Therefore, this research aims to design a series of molecular biological experiments to elucidate the molecular mechanism underlying the regulation of breast milk fat metabolism by the m6A methylation mediated circRNA-08436/miR-195/ELOVL6 axis. The research findings of this study will enrich the existing theories regarding fatty acid metabolism in the mammary gland tissue of dairy goats, shed new light on the production of high-quality goat milk, and provide new ways to improve the dietary structure of residents. The nutritional value of goat milk is determined by the composition of its fatty acids, with particular importance placed on the role of unsaturated fatty acids in promoting human health. CircRNAs have been known to affect fatty acid metabolism through different pathways. In this study, high-throughput sequencing was employed to construct expression profiles of mammary tissue harvested during the dry period and peak lactation stages of dairy goats. Differentially expressed circRNAs and mRNAs were screened, revealing significantly higher expression levels of circRNA-08436 and ELOVL6 during the peak lactation period compared with the dry period. Thus, circRNA-08436 and ELOVL6 were chosen for subsequent studies. The findings demonstrated that circRNA-08436 not only promotes the synthesis of triglyceride (TAG) and cholesterol in goat mammary epithelial cells (GMECs), but also increases the concentrations of saturated fatty acids in the cells. Through the utilization of software prediction, the dual luciferase reporter system, and qRT-PCR, it was observed that circRNA-08436 binds to miR-195, with its overexpression reducing the expression levels of miR-195 and inhibiting TAG synthesis. In addition, circRNA-08436 upregulated the expression levels of the miR-195 target gene ELOVL6. The data also revealed that YTHDC1 facilitated the transport of circRNA-08436 from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, while YTHDC2 in the cytoplasm functioned as a "reader" to identify and degrade circRNA-08436. Taken together, these findings contribute to a better understanding of the molecular regulation of fatty acid metabolism in the mammary glands of dairy goats, thus offering a sound theoretical basis for the production of high-quality goat milk. Objectives: To conduct psychometric testing of the Chinese version of the National Health Service Sustainability Model as an instrument to assess the sustainability of innovation in the Chinese nursing setting. Background: Evidence‐based practice is recognized worldwide as a way to improve the quality of healthcare; however, many evidence‐based practice programmes decline over time and do not sustain the benefits of their improvements. A sustainability assessment tool is used internationally but its use has not been validated in China. Design: A methodological study to test instrument validity and reliability. Methods: The data collection was conducted from 15 June 2022 to 31 August 2022. The internal consistency of the Chinese version of the sustainability model was measured with Cronbach's alpha. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the model's structural validity. Results: Four hundred eighty‐three questionnaires were returned, of which 478 were valid. The short time taken to evaluate the Chinese version of the sustainability model demonstrated its efficiency and ability to adapt to a busy clinical environment. The confirmatory factor analysis showed a good fit model and supported the convergence validity of the sustainability model. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.905 for the total scale, which indicated good internal consistency. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that the Chinese version of the sustainability model is a valid, reliable and efficient tool for measuring the sustainability of evidence‐based practices in Chinese nursing settings.
