BACKGROUND: Chinese giant salamander protein hydrolysates (CGSPH) are beneficial to human health as a result of their high content of amino acids and peptides. However, the formation of bitter peptides in protein hydrolysates (PHs) would hinder their application in food industry. The ultrasound assisted wet‐heating Maillard reaction (MR) is an effective way to improve the flavor of PHs. Thus, the effect of ultrasonic assisted wet‐heating MR on the structure and flavor of CGSPH was investigated in the present study. RESULTS: The results indicated that the ultrasound assisted wet‐heating MR products (MRPs) exhibited a higher degree of graft and more significant changes in the secondary and tertiary structures of CGSPH compared to traditional wet‐heating MRPs. Moreover, ultrasound assisted wet‐heating MR could significantly increase the content of small molecule peptides and reduce the content of free amino acids of CGSPH, which resulted in more significant changes in flavor characteristics. The changed in flavor properties after MR (especially ultrasound assisted wet‐heating MRPs) were mainly manifested by a significant reduction in bitterness, as well as a significant increase in the content of aromatic aldehyde ester compounds such as furan‐2‐carbaldehyde, butanal, benzaldehyde, furfural, etc. CONCLUSIONS: Ultrasound assisted wet‐heating MR between CGSPH and xylose could be a promising way to improve the sensory characteristics of CGSPH. © 2024 Society of Chemical Industry. We report the synthesis and optoelectronic properties of a series of nine triphenylamine derivatives. They were synthesized by Suzuki cross-coupling reactions and characterized by elemental analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance, ultraviolet visible absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra, and cyclic voltammetry. All compounds exhibit reversibly electrochemical behavior. In solid state, compounds 5 and 9 emit near violet blue and compounds 1, 2,4,6, 7, and 8 emit deep blue or pure blue and compound 3 emits green. Of all of these compounds, compounds 1, 3, 4, and 8 exhibit high fluorescence quantum yields (44%-68%) with the best coplanarity. Compared with them, compounds 5 and 9 have the lowest fluorescence quantum yields due to the least coplanarity. With the similarity in structure with those reported in literature, these compounds can be potentially useful for blue-emitting, host, and up-converting materials. Ces derives ont ete synthetises par des reactions de couplage de Suzuki et caracterises en se basant sur l'analyse elementaire, la resonance magnetique nucleaire, les spectres d'absorption ultraviolet-visible, les spectres de fluorescence et la voltammetrie cyclique. Tous les composes presentent un comportement electrochimique reversible. A l'etat solide, les composes 5 et 9 emettent dans le bleu tirant sur le violet, les composes 1, 2,4, 6, 7 et 8 emettent dans le bleu fonce ou le bleu pur, et le compose 3 emet dans le vert. Les composes 1,3,4 et 8 presentent un rendement quantique de fluorescence eleve (44%-68%) et la meilleure coplanarite. Comparativement, les composes 5 et 9, qui possedent le moins de coplanarite, donnent le rendement quantique de fluorescence le plus faible. En raison de la similarite entre leur structure et celle des composes decrits dans la litterature, ces composes pourraient etre utiles a titre de materiaux emettant dans le bleu, de materiaux hotes et de materiaux convertisseurs elevateurs de frequence. Objective To explore the clinical significance of the changes of platelet membrane glycoprotein levels in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer and its influencing factors. Methods The levels of platelet membrane glycoproteins (CD62p and CD63) in peripheral blood of 87 patients with gastric cancer were measured by flow cytometry (FCM). 40 healthy people were served as control. Statistical analysis was performed by using the SPSS 10.0 software package. Results The levels of platelet membrane glycoproteins in peripheral blood in patients with gastric cancer [CD62p: (4.15 ± 1.42) % and CD63 (4.72 ± 1.54) %] were significantly higher than controls [CD62p (1.54 ± 0.44) % and CD63 (1.23 ± 0.34) %] P < 0.01. The levels of platelets membrane glycoproteins in peripheral blood in patients with gastric cancer were significantly associated with clinical stage [CD62p (2.80 ±0.63) versus (4.76 ± 1.25); CD63 (3.28 ± 0.70) versus (5.36 ±1.37], operation [(CD62p:3.49 ± 1.21) versus (4.86 ± 1.28), (3.98 ± 1.31) versus (5.51 ± 1.38)], metastasis [CD62p (4.94 ±1.07) versus (3.31 ± 1.25); CD63 (5.55 ± 1.19) versus (3.82 ± 1.38)], while were not influenced by gender and pathological types. Conclusion Detecting the levels of platelets membrane glycoprotein in peripheral blood may dynamically monitor the progression and prognosis of gastric cancer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
