High time resolution and accuracy are of critical importance in the studies of timing analysis and time delay localization of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs), soft gamma-ray repeaters (SGRs) and pulsars. The Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor (GECAM) consisting of two micro-satellites, GECAM-A and GECAM-B, launched on 2020 December 10, is aimed at monitoring and locating X-ray and GRBs all over the sky. To achieve its scientific goals, GECAM is designed to have the highest time resolution (0.1 $\mu {\rm s}$) among all GRB detectors ever flown. Here, we make a comprehensive time calibration campaign including both on-ground and on-orbit tests to derive not only the relative time accuracy of GECAM satellites and detectors, but also the absolute time accuracy of GECAM-B. Using the on-ground calibration with a $\rm ^{22}Na$ radioactive source, we find that the relative time accuracy between GECAM-A and GECAM-B is about 0.15 $\mu {\rm s}$ (1σ). To measure the relative time accuracy between all detectors of a single GECAM satellite, cosmic-ray events detected on orbit are utilized since they could produce many secondary particles simultaneously record by multiple detectors. We find that the relative time accuracy among all detectors onboard GECAM-B is about 0.12 $\mu {\rm s}$ (1σ). Finally, we use the novel Li-CCF method to perform the absolute time calibration with Crab pulsar and SGR J1935+2154, both of which were jointly observed by GECAM-B and Fermi/GBM, and obtain that the time difference between GECAM-B and Fermi/GBM is 3.06 ± 6.04 $\mu {\rm s}$ (1σ).

Primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) is a rare autosomal recessive or X-linked biallelic mutations inherited disease, characterized by motile cilia dysfunction. Typical manifestations include bronchiectasis, secretory otitis media, sinusitis, situs inversus, and infertility. PCD often needs to be differentiated from cystic fibrosis (CF) because of similar clinical manifestations. In this paper, a juvenile female who presented with recurrent cough and expectoration with fever since early childhood, had a history of secretory otitis media and sinusitis, and had been considered for the diagnosis of CF. Acute pulmonary embolism (PE) may be a common but fatal condition in several countries; in untreated or inadequately therapeutic PE patients, is a commonly occurring long-term complication affecting patient survival treatment and prognosis, contributing to right heart disease and may even be fatal. To date, the pathogenesis of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) due to acute pulmonary embolism remains unclear; hence, there is an immediate demand for medications that are directly aimed at both preventing and managing the progression of CTEPH. Previous studies have shown that the inflammatory response is associated with thrombosis and the development of pulmonary cardiovascular disease. High-mobility Group B 1 (HMGB1), a damage-associated molecular pattern (DAMP), is involved in deep vein thrombosis and inflammatory reactions, vascular remodeling, and thrombosis in pulmonary hypertension. Therefore, we hypothesized that HMGB1 participates in the process of CTEPH development after acute PE. This paper details the dynamic changes in HMGB1 and the relationship between HMGB1 and the advancement of CTEPH after acute PE to better understand the pathogenic mechanisms and potential clinical applications.

In this paper, higher-order localized waves of three-component coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equation are investigated using generalized Darboux transformation. By constructing a novel seed solution as the function of evolution time and normalized distance, a series of new phenomena for higher-order localized waves are displayed with numerical simulations. Specially, the angles between propagation directions of dark-bright solitons(breathers) and the positive direction of x-axis are analysed on the basis of free parameters. The results obtained will contribute to reveal dynamic features of localized waves for the coupled system.

To meet users’ needs for the building comfort, this article researched the impact sound insulation performance of timber floor structure under different conditions. The research has been done on a common floor covering and three floating floor coverings (composed of Portuguese cork board, a kind of improved graphite polystyrene sound insulation board (BGL) and expanded polypropylene sound insulation board (EPP) respectively) in the same bedroom in a two-story light-weight timber structure. The tapping machine excitation and daily behavior excitation test methods have been used, and the field tests on the impact sound insulation of the floors under conditions that doors and windows are closed and doors and windows are opened have been validated. Based on the test result, the sound insulation effects has been analyzed; law of the sound pressure distribution of the noise sources and the change of sound pressure with frequency has been validated; the frequency characteristics of the noise sources has been summarized; and the optimization measures of sound insulation has been proposed. The main conclusions show that: the impact sound insulation effect of the floating floor is more significant than that of the ordinary floor, BGL floor has the highest impact sound pressure level improvement; the insulated sound pressure of the floating floors is 10–20 times more than that of the ordinary floor in condition of tapping machine; With the increase of the frequency, the measured impact pressure level of the floor decreases continuously, and the decrement of the impact sound of the floor increases; in the frequency range of 80-8000 Hz, the sound pressure distribution of the floating floor is lower than that of the ordinary floorsound pressure. The impact sound insulation test is expected to provide a useful reference for improving the sound insulation performance of the timber floor structure, and has high engineering application value for improving living comfort.

This study aimed to analyze the current research status and trends of publications on relapsed/refractory Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r NHL) using CiteSpace software and to know which centers and authors we should follow in the first place while doing research on r/r NHL.The publications were retrieved from the Web of Science Core collection database, and CiteSpace (5.5.R5) software was used to analyze the authors, institutions, countries, and keywords.A total of 567 publications from 2009 to 2021 were retrieved, and the most fertile authors, institutions, nationalities and keywords in the field of r/r NHL were identified. Pier Luigi Zinzani team, Kensei Tobinai team, Andre Goy team, and Julie M. Vose team are recognized the main research teams in this field. USA makes the greatest contribution having research funds for r/r NHL. Key cluster areas of research include mantle cell lymphoma, pathway, lymphoma, relapse, pixantrone, Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, romidepsin, relapsed, T-cell lymphoma, and activated T cells. According to the keywords' timeline, the research trends of r/r NHL changed from bone marrow transplantation, radioimmunotherapy, chemotherapy to novel target drugs (like ibritumomab tiuxetan, inhibitor) and criteria EBM.The bibliometric study provides insights into hotspots and trends in the field of r/r NHL in the past 12 years. It serves us to extract useful information from complex data and provide information for clinicians and researchers.

Liver involvement is often observed in hematological disorders, resulting in liver abnormality, including unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia, monoclonal hyperglobulinemia, portal vein, or hepatic vein thrombosis or portal hypertension, hepatosplenomegaly, or iron accumulation in the liver. Here we summarize the major hematological diseases that often affect the liver: hemolytic anemia, defect in coagulation or anti-coagulation factors, myeloproliferative neoplasm, hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, multiple myeloma, leukemia, and lymphoma. The most challenging and impactful uncertainties that future accelerator-based measurements of neutrino oscillations must overcome stem from our limited ability to model few-GeV neutrino-nucleus interactions. In particular, it is crucial to better understand the nuclear effects which can alter the final state topology and kinematics of neutrino interactions, inducing possible biases in neutrino energy reconstruction. The upgraded ND280 near detector of the T2K experiment will directly confront neutrino interaction uncertainties using a new suite of detectors with full polar angle acceptance, improved spatial resolutions, neutron detection capabilities and reduced tracking thresholds. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical characteristics and effectiveness of pulpotomy in mature permanent teeth with bioceramic putty repairmen iRoot and mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA). METHODS: Pulpotomy was performed on mature permanent premolars and molars with carious exposures at the Department of General Dentistry of Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology, from November 2017 to September 2019. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, Group iRoot (n=22) and Group MTA (n=21). In Group iRoot, bioceramic putty repairmen iRoot was used as pulp capping agent, while in Group MTA, mineral trioxide aggregate was used as pulp capping agent. All the patients had signed informed consent forms. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by clinical examinations (temperature and electrical activity test) and imaging examinations 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery. Blinding was used for the patients and evaluators, but due to the obvious differences in the properties of the two pulp capping agents, the blinding method was not used for the treatment provider (the attending physician). RESULTS: There was no significant difference in gender, average age, dentition and tooth position distribution between the two groups (P>0.05). In the study, 7 cases were lost to follow-up 12 months after operation (4 cases in Group iRoot, and 3 cases in Group MTA). One case in each of the two groups had transient sensitivity at the end of the 3-month follow-up, and the pulp vitality was normal at the end of the 6-month follow-up. One case in Group iRoot showed sensitivity at the end of the 12-month follow-up. The success rates of the two groups at the end of 12-month follow-up were 100%, and the cure rates were 94.4% (Group iRoot) and 100% (Group MTA), respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). No cases in Group iRoot had obvious crown discoloration, while 3 cases in Group MTA had. CONCLUSION: The clinical characteristics and effectiveness of pulpotomy in mature permanent teeth with bioceramic putty repairmen iRoot were similar with MTA. Bioceramic putty repairmen iRoot is an acceptable material when used in pulpotomy of mature permanent teeth. Because it is not easy to cause tooth discoloration after treatment and is convenient to operate, bioceramic putty repairmen iRoot has a better clinical application prospect.

Purpose To investigate the value of Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE) score combined with B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in predicting in-hospital major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of consecutive 675 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020, and finally, 319 patients treated with the percutaneous coronary intervenion (PCI) were enrolled. Major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) during hospitalization included cardiac death, cardiogenic shock, congestive heart failure, recurrent ischemic chest pain and malignant arrhythmia. The area under the curve (AUC) was used to evaluate the predictive value of MACE during hospitalization. Results Among 319 patients, during hospitalization, 26 patients (8.15%) experienced the MACE. Compared to that of non-MACE group, there were more patients with previous history of heart failure (P Conclusion In this study, we reported for the first time, GRACE score combined with BNP and HbA1c significantly improved the predictive value of in-hospital MACE in ACS patients after PCI compared with traditional GRACE score, which can help clinicians identify high risk patients to improve their prognosis in the clinical practice. Background The prognosis for patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) remains unfavorable despite advances in treatment. Fibrinogen (FIB) is an independent risk factor for mortality and cardiovascular events in general population. However, the relationship between FIB and long-term mortality among CAD patients undergoing PCI is less investigated, especially in individuals concomitated with diabetes mellitus (DM) and prediabetes (Pre-DM). Methods 6140 patients with CAD undergoing PCI were consecutively enrolled in our study and subsequently divided into three groups according to FIB levels (FIB-L, FIB-M, FIB-H). These patients were further grouped by glycemic metabolism state [normoglycemia (NG), Pre-DM, DM]. The primary endpoint was all-cause mortality. The secondary endpoint was cardiac mortality. Results FIB was positively associated with hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) both in CAD patients with and without DM. During a median follow-up time of 5.1 years, elevated FIB was significantly associated with long-term mortality from all-cause (adjusted HR: 1.86; 95% CI: 1.28–2.69; P=0.001) and cardiac specific (adjusted HR: 1.82; 95% CI: 1.15–2.89; P=0.011). Similarly, patients with DM but not Pre-DM had increased risk of all-cause and cardiac mortality (all P Conclusion FIB was strongly associated with long-term all-cause and cardiac mortality among CAD patients undergoing PCI, especially in persons concomitated with DM and Pre-DM, indicating FIB test may help identify high-risk individuals in this specific patient population. Background In euthyroid patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), it is still unclear whether thyroxin deiodination level can predict the recurrence of cardiovascular events (CVEs). Using free triiodothyronine to free thyroxine (FT3/FT4) ratio, a marker of peripheral thyroxin deiodination, we aim to investigate its association with recurrent long-term adverse events in this population. Methods 3549 euthyroid patients with prior CVEs history undergoing PCI were consecutively enrolled in our study and subsequently divided into three FT3/FT4 ratio tertiles (T12.75, n=1181). The primary endpoint was major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular event (MACCE), a composite of all-cause death, myocardial infarction, stroke and revascularization. The secondary endpoints were all-cause death and cardiac death. Results The median follow-up time was 5 years. The incidence of all-cause death, cardiac death and MACCE were significantly higher among patients in the lowest FT3/FT4 tertile (P Conclusions In euthyroid patients undergoing PCI, FT3/FT4 ratio, a surrogate marker of peripheral thyroxin deiodination, demonstrates a strong association with long-term recurrent cardiovascular events. An experimental investigation of coinstantaneous heat and mass transfer phenomena between water and air in a counter flow wet cooling tower filled with a new type packing named “FCP-08” is presented in this paper. The packing consisted of foamed ceramic corrugated board with sine waves and surface retention groove is 1.0 m high and have a cross sectional test area of 0.68×0.68 m2. The present investigation is focused mainly on the effect of the water/air mass flow ratio on the heat and mass transfer characteristics of the cooling tower, for different inlet water temperatures. The results show that the cooling water range R and the cooling tower efficiency e decrease with the increase of water/air mass flow ratio L/G. Meanwhile, the cooling characteristic coefficient KαV/L slightly decreases with the increase of water/air mass flow ratio and the value is obviously higher than that of other packing investigated before. The expression of cooling characteristic coefficient related to water/air mass flow ratio and inlet water temperature is obtained by linear fitting. The comparison between the obtained results and those found in the literature for other types of packing indicates that cooling performance of the tower with foam ceramic packing is better.
